In today's world, HR technologies in the management of financial and economic security have become a key factor in achieving business efficiency and competitiveness. With the constant development of technologies and the growing volume of data, cloud information technologies are becoming an integral part of effective management of financial and economic security and HR technologies. Market subjects are quickly mastering the new possibilities of organizing business communications and are actively included in the electronic business environment. This leads to the fact that access to information technologies becomes not just a competitive advantage, but a necessary condition for the functioning of economic entities. The rapid improvement and spread of cloud technologies is one of those key trends. It has been proven that the use of cloud services is a convenient tool for providing access to information from any device and capable of ensuring its security, which has become especially relevant when conducting business during a pandemic and in times of war. A study of effective management of financial and economic security and HR technologies in conditions of digitalization was carried out. It has been proven that the use of cloud technologies as a tool for managing financial and economic security and HR technologies is effective and provides accounting, planning, control, and protection of the business environment. Advantages and threats affecting the financial and economic security of the enterprise when using cloud technologies are considered. It has been established that cloud information technologies provide the business entity with powerful tools for effective management of financial and economic security and HR. They increase the availability of financial information, optimize budgeting and cost analysis, improve transparency and data security, and reduce operational costs. These advantages make it an integral part of modern business and allow business entities to remain competitive and change rapidly. An example of the use of cloud technologies as a tool for effective management of financial and economic security and HR technologies by a small enterprise in modern business conditions is given. Aspects of application of cloud technologies in accounting are considered, advantages and limitations are determined.

Electronic Business Environment and Its Development Directions in the Economic Space of Georgia

In modern condition operating of internet networks, developing of information technology have created a new direction of modern business, electronic business. The beginning of the third millennium has showed great possibilities in the sphere of international business, which means the era of digital economy. It is discussed in the article: contents of electronic business and main features, comparing the characteristics of tradition and electronic business, advantages of electronic business, as well as the business environmental features of Georgia and the prospects of development. Also it is noted that the electronic business environment of Georgia needs digital communication and promotion of population skills. Natural Language Processing and its applications in e-business

The advent of big data and the ability to extract insights from unstructured data has opened new avenues for companies. In this scientific article we have gathered different examples of application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) specifically in the electronic business environment. The main objective was to investigate what kind of analyzes and techniques are being used to extract knowledge from Big data, more concretly unstructured data, and within this type, textual data and what concrete applications derive from NLP in the context of e-business. Being NLP a type of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that uses Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) with the objective of developing a technology that learns, and takes decisions based on what it learned, it was important to understand what a ML workflow is like and therefore, the literatuere revision is very focused on this point. It was concluded that NLP is a complex process whose applications are diverse and relevant in the context of Electronic Business. Today, NLP is used to complete tasks such as text classification, content filtering, sentiment analysis, language modeling, translation, and summarization and applications such as chatbots, voice assistants and recommendation systems. In the future, it is expected that the NLP will have greater influence in different business areas such as the management of new products and recommendation systems; segmentation, segmentation and analysis of customers and users; brand positioning, communication and marketing; competitor analysis; and risk management, sustainability and social responsibility. Specialists in the area also believe that there will possibly be a paradigm shift in AI that will use Reinforcement Learning techniques, which will allow the development of more advanced, adaptive and multipurpose AI agents. It is also to be expected that humans and machines cohabit in a more collaborative way.

ВЗАЄМОДІЯ ІНТЕРНЕТ-ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ЗІ СПОЖИВАЧАМИ ТОВАРІВ ТА ПОСЛУГ У СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛЬНИХ ВИКЛИКІВ

The modern development of economic relations, their global nature on the one hand, and the development of information and communication technologies, on the other, have led to the emergence of a specific form of these relations - electronic business and e-commerce. Market entities quickly master new opportunities for organizing business communications and are actively involved in the electronic business environment. This leads to the fact that access to information technologies becomes not just a competitive advantage, but a necessary condition for the functioning of market entities. However, despite the rapid development of electronic business communications, there are a large number of problems that hinder the integration of the national economy into the global economic electronic space. Large Ukrainian corporations with significant export volumes and extensive foreign economic ties simply cannot afford to stay outside the space of the modern world market, in which its electronic part is beginning to account for an increasing share. Large sales volumes allow, even if a small part of the manufactured products is sold at the first stages, to ensure the economic efficiency of their electronic platforms. It has been established that e-commerce is a type of economic activity, the essence of which is to carry out various business transactions between business entities, business activities in cyberspace, ie the use of the Internet and other interactive functions. The development of e-commerce is becoming increasingly important in the context of globalization of economic processes, due to the possibility of achieving a global presence and economic activity worldwide, global choice of goods and services regardless of geographical location, optimization of trade flows, reducing costs for servicing the operation, which, in turn, leads to lower prices, the emergence of new goods and services (remote banking, insurance, brokerage services). Unfortunately, in Ukraine, the field of e-commerce is inferior to many developing countries, primarily due to the high level of distrust and low public awareness of the e-business sector, insufficient level of modernization of information and telecommunications technologies. Today in Ukraine, the segments of e-commerce - business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) are the most developed and represent, respectively, the sphere of concluding electronic business transactions between business entities. The article examines the reasons why the potential of e-commerce in Ukraine is not fully realized and the main factors of the growth of Internet commerce in the country.

PSYCHOLOGICAL REACTIONS TO THE CONSUMPTION EXPERIENCE OF ONLINE SHOPPERS WITH E-COMMERCE

Due to the recognition of information technology and internet technology and in-depth applications, e-commerce is proceeding at an exceptional rate. Currently, the relatively rapid development of e-commerce activities is online sales, online promotions and online services. Globalization of e-commerce as a business development has provided many opportunities. To satisfy the e-commerce environment is related to consumer, consumer loyalty, and thus ebusiness performance. Therefore, in order to gain more profits from many companies, it is necessary to carefully investigate the behavior of consumers in the electronic business environment in order to understand the factors affecting the consumption environment as the e-commerce rapidly increases. Therefore, through the basis of network marketing for the composition characteristics of the index system to evaluate customer satisfaction, then countermeasures, and theoretical effective and rational marketing strategies based on customer satisfaction for development, e-commerce improves business performance and improves Let's promote healthy development. At present, the network of scholars at home and abroad on consumer psychology, motivation and behavior has more exposure, but there are not many ways to improve customer satisfaction surveys for e-commerce environments and e-commerce. This article analyses the impact of environmental factors on customer satisfaction in e-commerce networks.

STUDY OF MULTICANAL FORMATS OF TRADE AS A PERSPECTIVE OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF MODERN RETAIL

The analysis of the growth dynamics of mobile users of Internet shopping in Ukraine has been carried out. It was determined that Ukraine ranks second in terms of the growth rate of e-commerce in Europe, and today's active formation of the electronic business environment is the result of the dynamic development of the information industry and the emergence of innovative trade channels. Internet technologies are increasingly being used to carry out specific business operations in the format of e-commerce, m-commerce, f-commerce, s-commerce, etc. Globally, this niche is growing by 17% annually. The Ukrainian market in the context of growth and prospects of these formats is one of the most attractive. Concretized the development of multi-channel trade formats as a strategic direction of the company, which operates in the retail market. The main advantages of ebusiness are detailed and the main problems that require a certain response, focusing on their minimization or complete elimination are indicated. A sociological study was conducted regarding the influence of motivating factors in the implementation of the “consumer-seller” contact and the purchase of goods / services. The role of motivating factors on the effectiveness of the development of the e-commerce market has been determined. It has been established that for certain motivating factors, there is a certain discrepancy between their main criteria and the general - global trends in the growth of the impact of information Internet technologies on the minds of network users and their level of trust in trading formats, which significantly limits the boundaries and rates of e-commerce market development. It has been specified that the e-commerce market in the multichannel trade format is the basis for the formation of an enterprise strategy, the implementation of which will ensure the expansion of sales channels for retail. The results of the study indicate a significant potential of the Internet - the focus of business activities of modern business structures in the field of trade.

Managing Travel Agency Customers in an Electronic Business Environment

The current publication is focused on managing travel agency customers in an expanding electronic business environment, influencing process and models of dealing with customers. As human nature is stated to be a factor to consider when e-technology steps in, the author suggests opportunities to keep the balance by implementing e-business initiatives and avoiding mistakes in managing travel agency clients. The purpose is by revealing some practical approaches to propose working examples in servicing in order to emphasize on the importance of travel agencies’ role and significance to their customers; reveal the integrant relation between technology and proper customer management; and the importance for the travel agent professionals to improve styles in doing e-business, respecting the human nature of the traveller.

Human Dimensions in Providing Services in the Electronic Business Environment of the Travel Agencies

The current publication is focused on the human aspect and its dimensions influencing servicing in the travel and tourism industry, specifically – the travel agency, in a situation of highly expanding electronic business environment. The author’s purpose is to present the impact human dimensions have upon travel agencies. Is human nature a factor to be considered when e-technology in business steps in? What are the opportunities for the stakeholders to avoid mistakes in attracting and keeping customers by launching e-business initiatives and offerings? The author has tried to reveal the integrant relation between technology and people and the importance for the travel agent professionals of keeping the balance in developing e-business, respecting the human presence as both a provider of services and consumer.

A conceptual framework to explain the relationship among electronic customer relationship management and electronic customer lifetime value: investigation the antecedents and presentation a structural model

This study investigates the relationship between electronic customer relationship management (CRM) and electronic customer lifetime value and their analysis in the electronic business environment in the form of a conceptual framework. CRM is a tool that different industries, especially in competitive conditions, use to maintain customers and increase their satisfaction. An important concept that arises as customer lifetime value that specifies the expected amount of value that the client in a given period of time creates is undoubtedly related to the benefits that accrue to the organisation. The global nature of business as well as the development of information and communication technology is forcing organisations to take advantage of emerging technologies to maintain their competitiveness. The use of e-business is a prominent example. The results of this study could help both researchers and executives of organisations and businesses with the subject of research, and provide good insights for them. On the Transformation of Enterprise Operation Mode in the Era of Cross-border E-commerce - Taking Sam’s Club as an Example

With the rapidly development of information technology, international business activities rely on e-commerce is also growing, e-commerce to reduce the time and space constraints of international business activities, transaction efficiency, market space to expand, so that international business activities to reduce costs and more convenient. For the traditional transnational chain retail enterprises, to keep up with the development trend of network information and large data, timely large-scale transformation of e-commerce in order to better respond to industry competition, maintain market position. This paper chooses the Sam's Club which is representative of the traditional multinational chain retailing enterprise Wal-Mart, and analyzes the history, present situation and future trend of Sam's Club's development. Sam’s club comes into the global network of economic competition era. The marketing model of Sam's Club also will change. E-Commerce marketing model is one of its development model, its establishment for the Sam's Club provides important survival and development platform, and promote Sam's Club by the traditional marketing model to the e-commerce environment. Sam's club change from the traditional marketing model to the marketing mode of electronic business environment. This paper analyzes the factors that influence the change of marketing mode of Sam's club under the e-commerce environment, which is SWOT, namely, the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats. Specifically, based on the theory of marketing model and e-commerce, the paper analyzes the influence of e-commerce environment on Sam's Club's marketing model, and constructs the theoretical model and puts forward hypothesis by analyzing various influencing factors. Finally, the regression analysis of the whole model, Sam's club members to achieve e-commerce marketing model of what changes occur, such as the change of membership system, platform changes and product changes. At the end of this paper, the problems be put forward that should be paid attention to in the process of the transformation of the marketing mode of Sam's club under the electronic commerce environment, and hopes that the development of Sam’s club will be better and better.

The Diversification of E- Services in Tourism Marketing – Case of Albania

The hospitality industry provides twenty-four hour service all year long for the interested people, just like the Internet which is always online. This immediate information that the Internet presents to the potential customers and the opportunity to have a better viewpoint of the service they are going to buy, prepare them for the experience they are going to live. Ideas on website quality may differ, but there is also a great deal of common ground so there is a need for further research by the marketing experts. Therefore, it is very important for tourism businesses and other organizations, either from private, or from public sector, to understand the customer needs that are amenable to fulfillment in an online environment and strive to meet them. Some questions that can be raised are: What makes a destination website an effective marketing tool? How can success be measured? What is a successful website? How can quality and effectiveness be evaluated? The purpose of this paper is to address these questions using a literature review methodology, as well as a content analysis of some of the Albanian touristic websites. Seeing the growing role of websites as a customer contact point and virtual company office, tourism businesses are realizing the strategic importance of a website as a marketing tool for addressing consumers in electronic business environment.

TRANSPARENCY IN ELECTRONIC BUSINESS NEGOTIATIONS – EVIDENCE BASED ANALYSIS

Purpose: In current economy, where ICT plays a crucial role for being competitive and effective, businesses are facing higher pressures of flexibility and efficiency than ever before. Transparency is often considered as a suitable mechanism for better market prices and more efficient market environment. Electronic business environment provides the possibility to set up more transparent environment and bring higher competitiveness and efficiency on the market. The paper analyse the impact of transparency on prices in e-procurement. Methodology: Reverse auctions are considered as transparent tool simulating in partial level real competition. Together, it allows to examine several levels of transparency set up in auction negotiation process. The impact of transparency on final prices was analysed on real data using relation based analysis were different situations of transparency set up is compared against achieved final price. Findings: Research results based on real data shows, that generally, the transparency in electronic reverse auction can lead to more negative prices agreed by purchasers as current scientific and commercial promotions. Research limitation: Significance of research results is limited due to still low readiness and skills of e-procurers. The validation of results is needed to realized within longer period of time and from environments with different level of e-readiness. Together, it reveal that transparency is more complex issue where the significance of transparency can reveal its sense in some specific situations on the market and negotiation. Value of paper: Evidenced based research reveal some controversy results which support new scientific efforts in microeconomics and socio-economic impact of ICT fields. Together, it affects real practitioners in way how to use and perceive claimed impact of reverse auction solutions.

A Hybrid Approach of Evidence Theory and Rough Sets for ISS Risk Assessment

In electronic business environment, it is critical for an enterprise to assess information systems security (ISS) risks. In this paper we propose an evidence theory and rough sets based approach to objectively represent uncertainty inherent in the ISS risk assessment. Uncertainty in security risk management stems from the incompleteness and vagueness of the conditioning attributes that characterize a risk. In the hybrid approach, evidence theory provides a consistent approach to model experts’ beliefs and develop an evidential diagram to assess the ISS risk that contains various variables such as the IS assets, the related threats, and the corresponding countermeasures. While rough set theory is ideally suited for dealing with vague and incomplete information. Integrating these two approaches provides a way to deal with the uncertain evidence found in the ISS risk assessment and the uncertainty derived from the conflicts of evidence. In a case study, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is evaluated by comparing it with other methods.

A Hybrid Approach for Information Systems Security Risk Assessment under Uncertain Environment

In electronic business environment, it is critical for an enterprise to assess information systems security (ISS) risks. In this paper, we propose a hybrid approach for ISS risk assessment. Given there is a great deal of uncertainty in the ISS risk assessment, in the hybrid approach, we combine the evidence theory with fuzzy sets to deal with the uncertain evidence found in the ISS risk assessment. The proposed approach provides a new way to define the basic belief assignment in fuzzy measure. Moreover, the approach also provides a method of testing the evidential consistency, which can reduce the uncertainty derived from the conflicts of evidence. Finally, the approach is further demonstrated and validated via a case study, in which the effectiveness of the proposed approach is evaluated by comparing it with other methods.

DIFFERENTIATION OF ELECTRONIC AND MOBILE BUSINESS ASPECTS

Rapid developments in mobile networks and wireless information systems nowadays are researched and adopted. Innovative business models are continually performing and could become a major benchmark in the electronic business field. Understanding them and attempting to design them are important issues. The differentiation of mobile business aspects from electronic business dimensions are a set of the parameters that set mobile business services to leading positions. One of the biggest partitive attributes between electronic mobile business applications is the working options of the user. Electronic business environment constrains the user work at the stationary position. Mobile business applications allow the user work in total mobility conditions. Also new network-based options can handle many of the services features, which can add value to mobile business services. Mobile business is the result of the electronic business and information technologies evolution. For the value adding, mobile business services should take real advantage of electronic business services, with the opportunities of creating, configuring, integrating, upgrading, troubleshooting, and maintaining new business models. A variety of mobile business service offerings that could take advantage of electronic business are presented. A treatment is suggested to add value and differentiate mobile business services, so that they continue to remain profitable.

Develop a negotiation framework for automating B2B processes in the RosettaNet environment using fuzzy technology

The electronic trade between enterprises becomes more popular due to the rapid development of electronic commerce. Under the electronic business environment, in order to make the trade process smoother and faster, most enterprises adopt industry standards, such as EDI and RosettaNet, for developing electronic business platforms to transact business processes. These standards and platforms can help both trading sides to control and facilitate the business processes and validate the document format. However, these processes still need human efforts to make decisions, which might cause business losses due to time delay or human error during the process. In order to solve the problem, this study takes a step further to propose a negotiation framework for automating the B2B processes. This study chooses RosettaNet purchase order management processes as an example to implement automated negotiations on Biztalk platform. In order to evaluate the negotiation behavior of the opponent, two fuzzy membership functions, preference degree and opponent’s concession degree, are proposed to develop 25 levels of fuzzy rules to determine better offers to help to reach a settlement more responsively and dynamically. Experiment results show that our approach can help B2B transaction effectively.

To construct a monitoring mechanism of production loss by using Fuzzy Delphi method and fuzzy regression technique – A case study of IC package testing company

The development of information technology and internet capabilities over the years has been at an accelerated pace of global intense challenges and competitions of the technologies markets. Therefore, the issue of effectively utilizing valuable information located in databases worldwide, by monitoring the performance of their operations became an important issue in the electronic business environment. Methods to address this issue were employed to quickly identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and operational problems and clarify any relationships between them, to allow the overall business objectives to be achieved. In this paper, the Fuzzy Delphi and ranking methods were used to extract the most concerning issues through expert questionnaires. A fuzzy regression model was then constructed and applied to clarify the relationships between the KPI's and the key management objective, the area of production loss. Therefore, the key factors for future improvements were obtained by tracking the fuzzy regression model. Finally a case study of a semiconductor assembly and testing, through a company in Taiwan, was used to illustrate the proposed framework. The results indicated that this model could be easily implemented to analyze the influence of concerned KPIs on key management objectives.

E‐readiness of SMEs in the ICT sector in Botswana with respect to information access

PurposeThe paper aims to present the e‐readiness status of small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information and communication technologies (ICT) sector in Botswana and make comparisons with global trends.Design/methodology/approachThe paper is based on a doctoral project that was carried out at the University of Johannesburg from 2002 to 2005. A qualitative approach was employed using both focus group discussions and in‐depth interviews to collect data.FindingsThe findings revealed that SMEs in Botswana, like their counterparts in most developing countries, had not achieved a reasonable measure of e‐readiness status compared to the developed world.Research limitations/implicationsThere is paucity of research on the e‐readiness of SMEs in developing countries, especially with respect to information access. Furthermore e‐readiness, being a new phenomenon, does not yet have an established theoretical basis and a universally acknowledged definition.Practical implicationsThis study presents a framework that has the potential to assist governments, especially in the developing world, to make informed ICT investment decisions that will enable SMEs to penetrate the international electronic business environment. Moreover, the findings provide a lens through which SMEs, especially in developing world, would benchmark their e‐readiness status against the best in the world and effectively undertake corrective measures.Originality/valueThe existing e‐readiness measurement tools are largely quantitative and only address the qualitative dimension of the phenomenon in a limited way. In addition, the tools focus more on ICT, business, policy and legislative framework and underplay the information access factor. Furthermore, whereas e‐readiness research is increasingly populating development, IT and business literature, little is happening within the information science discipline. Finally, most e‐readiness studies have confined to macro (national) assessments and ignored sectoral‐level environments.

An integrative study of information systems security effectiveness

As organizations become increasingly dependent on information systems (IS) for strategic advantage and operations, the issue of IS security also becomes increasingly important. In the interconnected electronic business environment of today, security concerns are paramount. Management must invest in IS security to prevent abuses that can lead to competitive disadvantage. Using the literature on security practices and organizational factors, this study develops an integrative model of IS security effectiveness and empirically tests the model. The data were collected through a survey of IS managers from various sectors of the economy. Small and medium-sized enterprises were found to engage in fewer deterrent efforts compared to larger organizations. Organizations with stronger top management support were found to engage in more preventive efforts than organizations with weaker support from higher management. Financial organizations were found to undertake more deterrent efforts and have stiffer deterrent severity than organizations in other sectors. Moreover, greater deterrent efforts and preventive measures were found to lead to enhanced IS security effectiveness. Implications of these findings for further research and practice are discussed.
