Manajemen Koperasi Gema Nusa Gerakan Pemuda Ansor Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2023

The aim of this research is to analyze the management of the Gema Nusa Cooperative in an effort to improve the welfare of its members and support local socio-religious organizations. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis includes three data processing flows, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validation uses data triangulation, which is a data collection technique that combines various existing data and sources. The results show that Gema Nusa Cooperative has implemented management functions quite well, but still has some weaknesses in terms of strategic planning and supervision. Therefore, Gema Nusa Cooperative needs to develop a comprehensive organizational strategic planning, develop an effective and efficient organizational structure, and apply the principles of good cooperative governance that includes a performance monitoring and evaluation system, performance feedback, and responsive and collaborative problem solving. Collectively, with the increase in management capacity, it is expected that Gema Nusa Cooperative can be more optimal in improving the welfare of its members.

It can be asserted that human resource training should be closely aligned with societal needs, the labor market, and corporate involvement. Consequently, collaboration and partnerships between universities and businesses are essential, as they contribute to enhancing the quality of education, generating direct benefits for society, higher education institutions, companies, and students. This alliance plays a crucial role in fostering a knowledge-based society. Such a relationship not only addresses labor challenges for businesses but also enables universities to enhance the quality of human resource training and transition towards more effective and efficient organizational structures and management. This approach adds value to learners' experiences. Additionally, students have the opportunity to learn, practice, and gain hands-on experience in real-life work environments at production facilities and businesses during their studies. This exposure helps them apply classroom knowledge in practical settings and develop professional skills early on. Developing conceptual model for safety risk management in aviation as building capacity and resilience strategy

Purpose This study aims to develop an inclusive, multidisciplinary, flexible and organizationally adaptable safety risk management framework, including diversity management, that will be implemented to ensure safety is and remains at the desired level. If the number of incidents and potential incidents that could lead to accidents and their impact rates are to be reduced operationally and administratively, aviation safety risks and sources of risk must be better understood, sources of risk identified, and the safety risk management framework designed in an organization-specific and organization-wide sustainable way. At this point, it is necessary to draw the conceptual framework well and to define the boundaries of the concepts well. In this study, a framework model that can be adapted to the organization is proposed to optimize the management of risks and provide both efficient and effective resource allocation and organizational structure design in its operations and management functions. Design/methodology/approach The qualitative research method – triple techniques – was deemed appropriate for this study, which aims to identify, examine, interpret and develop the situations of safety management models. In this context, document analysis, business process modeling technique and Delphi techniques from qualitative research methods were used via integration as the methodology of this research. Findings To manage dynamic civil aviation management activities and business processes effectively and efficiently, the risk management process is the building block of the “Proposed Process Model” that supports the decision-making processes of aviation organizations and managers. This “Framework Conceptual Model” building block also helps build capacity and resilience by enabling continuous development, organizational learning, and flexible structuring. Research limitations/implications This research is limited to air transportation and aviation safety management issues. This research is limited specifically to a safety-based risk management framework for the aviation industry. This research may have social implications as source saving, optimum resource use and capacity building will make a contribution to society and add value besides operational and practical implementation. Social implications This research may contribute to more safe operations and functions in the aviation industry. Originality/value Management and academia may gain considerable support from this research to manage their safety risks via a corporate-tailored risk management framework, both improving resilience and developing corporate capacity. With this model presented, decision-makers will have a guiding structure that can optimally manage the main risk types that may be encountered in the safety risk in the fields of suppliers, manufacturers, demand changes, logistics, information management, environmental, legal and regulatory. Existing studies in the literature are generally in the form of algorithms and cannot be used as a decision-making support tool. This model aims to fill the gap in the literature. In addition, added value may be created by applying this model to optimum management safety risks in the real aviation industry and its related sectors.

In business management, the role and function of management is very crucial. Management is responsible for organizing the company, managing the production of goods and services, and managing human resources. By designing efficient organizational structures, coordinating production processes, and leading human resource development, management helps achieve business goals in a sustainable manner. Overall, the role of integrated management plays a key role in the success and growth of the business.

High performing primary health care organizations from patient perspective: a qualitative study in China

BackgroundThere is a global call to build people-centred primary health care (PHC) systems. Previous evidence suggests that without organization-level reform efforts, the full potential of policy reforms may be limited. This study aimed to generate a profile of high performing PHC organizations from the perspective of patients.MethodsWe conducted semi-structured interviews with 58 PHC users from six provinces (Shandong, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Henan, Shanxi, Heilongjiang) in China using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Transcription was completed by trained research assistants through listening to the recordings of the interviews and summarizing them in English by 30-s segments to generate the narrative summary. Informed by the Classification System of PHC Organizational Attributes, thematic analysis aimed to identify domains and attributes of high performing PHC organizations.ResultsA profile of a high performing PHC organization with five domains and 14 attributes was generated. The five domains included: (1) organizational resources including medical equipment, human and information resource; (2) service provision and clinical practice including practice scope, internal integration and external integration; (3) general features including location, environment and ownership; (4) quality and cost; and (5) organizational structure including continuous learning mechanism, administrative structure and governance.ConclusionsA five-domain profile of high performing PHC organizations from the perspective of Chinese PHC users was generated. Organizational resources, service delivery and clinical practices were most valued by the participants. Meanwhile, the participants also had strong expectation of geographical accessibility, high quality of care as well as efficient organizational structure. These organizational elements should be reflected in further reform efforts in order to build high performing PHC organizations.

Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model which includes four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the wetness of the data using triangulation. Now, educational institutions are focused on the era a very big and undeniable transformation that universities must accept if they want to survive, struggle, and develop. Solving the problem, many ideas are explored, such as the concept of economy and decentralization.

Adaptive management of structural changes of public sector organizations based on a project approach

The article examines the theoretical and applied aspects of managing structural changes in public sector organizations based on a project approach, as well as the features and possibilities of transforming their organizational structure in accordance with public needs, taking into account modern ideas about dynamic and adaptive organizational structures of the public sector of society. The transition to more efficient and flexible adaptive organizational structures of the public sphere, whose activities are aimed at meeting public needs related to modern challenges, requires coordinated, urgent and focused actions in conditions of uncertainty and risks. At the same time, the corresponding actions should be effective thanks primarily to the adaptive properties of the management system, as well as the introduction of tools for the implementation of their activities, which are aimed at specific results under the conditions of time and resource limitations based on the project approach. It is noted that the transformation of the structure of public sector organizations can be a significant factor in the process of ensuring their functioning in terms of determining the number of levels of management in the relevant structure, the degree of its centralization and autonomy in decision-making, distribution of rights, duties and responsibilities, establishment of mutual subordination and coordination of project groups and functional divisions, as well as relationships between the components of the functional organizational structure and external structures. Emphasizes the expediency of forming a new corporate model of the functioning of public sector organizations, the construction of which involves the development of processes of inter-subject cooperation implemented at a higher level (regional, state, interstate), which cannot be achieved in a separate organization in order to increase efficiency and mutual responsibility on the basis of strategic partnerships and opportunities to establish inter-organizational ties. It is important that such a symbiosis of public and corporate management involves the exit of organizations beyond their own structure with the emergence of new communicative and, later, resource opportunities for cooperation in order to meet wider social needs in the conditions of international integration.

The views of Central Jakarta City Satpol PP members who are not agile by some people in Central Jakarta City have resulted in the lack of development of good organizational governance in carrying out the main functions of Satpol PP, namely organizing peace and public order, protecting the community and enforcing regional regulations and regional head regulations. The research data was obtained from structured and in-depth interviews with key informants and stakeholder informants, analyzing important documents, conducting observations and browsing internet media. Data analysis includes data reduction and presentation, as well as drawing conclusions. The validity of the data obtained was tested by triangulation of sources, techniques, time, investigators and theory. The findings are that the Central Jakarta Administrative City Satpol PP in developing its organizational model requires four F's, namely Fast Response, Fast Thinking, Fast Action and Fast Report by members of certain Functional Officers of Central Jakarta Administrative City Satpol PP.

A Model for Reconstruction the Management Philosophy, Practice, and Organization Structure in Technical and Vocational: The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, Kuwait

The success of technical and vocational education would depend on several factors among which are: the quality of management, the management adopted philosophy, the organization structure, the quality of workshops and laboratories, the competencies of academic and managerial staff, the level of interactions with related industries, health and safety codes and conducts, and the quality of high school graduates who are interested in joining technical and vocational institutions. However, the quality of management is considered the main dominate in the success or failure of technical and vocational education in producing graduates with the require knowledge, skills, and attitude that are mostly needed by industries. In other word, it is the mentality, philosophy, and practice that is being adopted by the management of technical and vocational education that would determine the quality of the outcomes which would consequently contributes in the reduction of the level of dependence on expatriates particularly in essential sectors of the Kuwaiti economy (e.g., oil, electricity and water, health sector, communications, and navigations). In this paper, a model is introduced to reconstruct the management philosophy, practice, and organization structure at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, PAAE&T, Kuwait. The aim is to tackle the weakness of the present management philosophy, practice, and organization structure and proposed instead an effective and efficient management philosophy, practice and organization structure that would enhance the quality of technical and vocational graduates. The outcomes of this paper would significantly contribute in creating a general awareness of the real notion and application of technical and vocational education and the requirements that would, without any doubt, allows a better and efficient utilization of human and material resources in achieving the overall country’s manpower plan.

Influencia del Diseño Organizacional en la Rentabilidad de la Pequeña Empresa Contratista Minera

Designing organizations is the process by which the structure of an organization was built in order to achieve objectives. The detailed bibliographic search the presence of conceptual references to this topic; but no experiences on the design process applied to MYPES. The work has been divided into two important parts for the success or failure of the organization: In the first part, the difficulties that MYPES present in the elaboration of their organizational design are described, which includes the establishment of an intentional structure of roles and responsibilities for collaborators, which allow identifying all the tasks necessary to achieve the objectives. In the second part, an organizational design model was presented for MYPES in the Mining sector in Peru, which identifies the activities necessary for an efficient organizational structure. In this sense, the organizational design used as a technique observation and instruments, a check-list, a satisfaction test based on Likert and NPS, with which it was possible to improve from 37% to 94%, it is evident that the structure of the organizational design must be based on regulatory principles, which allows to see its profitability improved up to 87,5% ($ 189 069,99).

Pedagogías emergentes desarrolladas en educación superior a partir del confinamiento por la covid-19

Presenting the results had the goal was to identify the knowledge obtained by the experience of teachers during the confinement for the pandemic, in the months of January to June 2020. The methodological approach was a mixture of two stages: The first one was quantitative, in which a survey was carried out on a suitable non-random sample on six universities with in the country. The second one was qualitative, in which semi-structured interviews were carried out on teachers that have experience on both regular learning and distance learning modes caused by the lockdown. The results, from a systemic perspective on the emergent situation, allowed us to recognize the institutions and teachers as knowledge managers. We can observe how the actors managed to bring balance to their institutional structures, as well as to the teaching and learning processes. Notwithstanding the fact that this research was carried out on private universities and that only the learning experience acquired by the transitioning to distant learning was retrieved, the findings contribute pedagogical field create in the crisis, regarding the efficient learning-oriented measurements and organizational structure.

Innovations in Logistics Management as a Direction for Improving the Logistics Activities of Enterprises

Abstract Nowadays innovations became the most important element of the country’s economic development, since they provide a qualitative increase in the efficiency of processes or end production demanded by the market. In this article, the innovation of processes, viz. the processes of logistic management of the production-economic organization is proposed. Innovations in logistics management, as a direction of logistics activity improvement provide the development of new tools (methods, criteria, indices) in methodological logistics’ groundwork, as well as improving the mechanism for the formation and functioning of micro- and macro-logistic systems. The aim of the research is to develop scientific and methodological recommendations for the application of logistics management innovations that involve designing the logistics system through the improvement of the enterprise’s organizational structure as an element of the economic macro environment. Logistic system designing approach is suggested, that anticipates an enterprise’s organizational structure formation under the process-matrix principle (unification of functional and process management approaches) and the establishment of the effective enterprise’s logistic service that plays the role of coordinator and integrator of its business-processes. Efficient organization structure formation, that provides logistics approach implementation in practical enterprises’ activity is grounded by authors. The result of the innovations in logistics management appliance is effective logistic system’s design, in which the coordinated material, informational and financial flows motion is carried out. In the result, it ensures efficient enterprise’s business-processes functioning and organic improvement of its organizational structure.

Perspectives of National Coordinators for Animal Genetic Resources on the European Regional Focal Point: Survey Results

Abstract The European Regional Focal Point for Animal Genetic Resources (ERFP), is the European regional platform of National Coordinators (NCs) supporting management of animal genetic resources (AnGR). To assess the performance of the ERFP platform/network and consider options for its further development, a survey was performed among NCs. Twenty-five NCs responded to the survey on the roles, values and future of the platform. The paper provides an analysis of the results of the survey, including a ERFP SWOT analysis. NCs indicated high value of the support of the ERFP in fulfilling their functions at the national level. They highlighted the well-established network and facilitated communication and collaboration among NCs and other AnGR experts in Europe. The NCs appreciated the efficient organizational structure of the ERFP (Working Groups, Task Forces, Ad hoc Actions), and the well-functioning Secretariat. Indicated weak points included discontinuity of NC positions in some countries, and low levels of activities in some countries. NCs saw new opportunities for ERFP development in the context of the EU policy and regulatory framework related to AnGR management, and in strengthening the role of the Secretariat. No immediate threats were identified, however potential future threats included insufficient financing and lack of continuity. The NCs highly appreciated the substantial progress achieved by the ERFP over the last 20 years.

Individuals who perform disaster mental health services face a variety of stresses, including workloads, time pressures, role conflicts and ambiguities, and uncertain environments. They are also exposed to the pain of the victim and are required to maintain emotional empathy. These demands placed on disaster mental health workers increase the risk of burnout. Burnout is developed within the work context and characterized by three dimensions; emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and low personal accomplishment. According to Job demands-resources model, organization should manage work demands and support organization resources for disaster mental health workers. Given the nature of disaster-related work, efficient organizational structure, well-defined roles, supportive organizational culture, and education are important factors in preventing burnout.

Supervoxel Convolution for Online 3D Semantic Segmentation

Online 3D semantic segmentation, which aims to perform real-time 3D scene reconstruction along with semantic segmentation, is an important but challenging topic. A key challenge is to strike a balance between efficiency and segmentation accuracy. There are very few deep-learning-based solutions to this problem, since the commonly used deep representations based on volumetric-grids or points do not provide efficient 3D representation and organization structure for online segmentation. Observing that on-surface supervoxels, i.e., clusters of on-surface voxels, provide a compact representation of 3D surfaces and brings efficient connectivity structure via supervoxel clustering, we explore a supervoxel-based deep learning solution for this task. To this end, we contribute a novel convolution operation (SVConv) directly on supervoxels. SVConv can efficiently fuse the multi-view 2D features and 3D features projected on supervoxels during the online 3D reconstruction, and leads to an effective supervoxel-based convolutional neural network, termed as Supervoxel-CNN , enabling 2D-3D joint learning for 3D semantic prediction. With the Supervoxel-CNN , we propose a clustering-then-prediction online 3D semantic segmentation approach. The extensive evaluations on the public 3D indoor scene datasets show that our approach significantly outperforms the existing online semantic segmentation systems in terms of efficiency or accuracy.

Guidelines for digital geological maps of Pliocene-Holocene composite volcanoes: A contribution from Colombia

Volcanic geological maps provide significant data for volcanic hazard assessment, exploration of mineral-energetic resources, physical volcanology and petrological studies, as well as geophysical models. However, the lack of consensus about the best graphic representation of volcanic geological maps and the most efficient organizational structure of spatial data contained in these maps, has resulted in a variability of representations and data storage. Here we propose some guidelines to unify the representation of composite volcanoes geological maps that may facilitate the communication within a particular country and across political boundaries by reaching a common language.In this paper, we share the advances obtained in Colombia by the Servicio Geológico Colombiano (Colombian Geological Survey), through searching for improved cartographic strategies and efficient representations of mapped volcanogenic units in the North-Andean setting. The main objective of this paper is to provide a guideline for the digital representation of Pliocene-Holocene composite volcanoes geological maps, applicable elsewhere, that displays a comprehensive presentation based on an accurate and qualified geodatabase package. This contribution offers: (i) a catalogue of symbols for the representation of geological and geomorphological elements; (ii) a catalogue of colors and patterns for the representation of the different lithostratigraphic units; (iii) a graphic distribution prototype for the information within the resulting map sheet, and (iv) a geodatabase structure with its corresponding catalogue of objects. With this initiative, we aim to begin an international collaborative effort on reaching a common understanding of best practices in the representation and systematic digital organization of thematic maps of composite volcanoes.

La cadena de valor como herramienta generadora de ventajas competitivas para la Industria Acuícola

El objetivo de la investigación es proponer sistemas de mejoras en cada uno de los eslabones de las actividades que realiza Industria Acuícola Vikas Cía. Ltda. Para la obtención de los datos se realizó una investigación bajo un diseño no experimental, el estudio tuvo un enfoque mixto y un alcance descriptivo. Se identificaron problemas en las diferentes áreas de la empresa como falta de capacitaciones, carencia de formatos para registro productivos, planes de bonificaciones salariales, registro para logística interna y externa; sin embargo, la empresa mantiene una eficiente estructura organizacional. Sobre la base de este estudio se propuso la implementación de diferentes actividades en la cadena de valor para generar ventaja competitiva que permita aumentar valor al producto y optimizar los procesos productivos, a lo largo de la cadena de valor.

Organization clustering airports using K-Means clustering algorithm

One of the right management quantity of human resources is through the establishment of an efficient organizational structure in accordance with the conditions of the airport. PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) is one of the State-Owned Enterprises engaged in the business of airport services in the western region which currently has 16 airports. With the growing needs of air transportation, PT. Angkasa Pura II is projected by the Ministry of Transportation to become the manager of 21 airports. With an additional projection of 5 airports, PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) requires projections clustering for all 21 airports to be managed in order to form the right organizational structure. Therefore, 5 clusters are formed using the k-means algorithm. This method is used because it is one of the partitional clustering methods. Partitional clustering method was chosen because it was known that the company wanted to form 5 clusters. In this study clustering was carried out based on variable aircraft movements, passenger movement, cargo, area, terminal area, runway, EBITDA and revenue. The result is obtained in cluster(1) there is 1 airport, cluster(2) there are 6 airports, cluster(3) there are 5 airports, cluster(4) there are 2 airports and cluster(5) there are 5 airports.
