KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN AKADEMIK

The quality of school academic services is an effort provided by educational institutions in the form of responsive, friendly and accurate service, providing individual attention, providing adequate facilities and administration to meet the expectations and satisfaction of users of educational services in the field of learning. The aim of this research is to describe the influence of transformational leadership on the quality of academic services at A-accredited private MTs in Pamijahan Bogor District. The number of samples taken was 102 teachers, using a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on the quality of academic services. This shows that the stronger the transformational leadership, the higher the quality of academic services available at the school. Therefore, to improve the quality of academic services, we hope to pay more attention to the transformational leadership of school principals in order to improve the quality of academic services.

Research-Based Educational Innovation In The Development of Excellent Madrasah

This research is motivated by the existence of competition for educational institutions that are not paid attention to, which is caused by the lack of innovation by the madrasah head in determining strategies to improve the quality of education, causing the low quality and achievements obtained by the educational institution itself. Thus, a quality madrasah is certainly a madrasah that is able to produce outputs that are in accordance with market needs that can compete in various competitive eras. This study aims to describe research-based madrasah innovations carried out by madrasah stakeholders for the advancement of education. To answer this research, researchers used a phenomenological qualitative approach, with a case study research type. Data collection techniques include indepth interview, observation and documentation, besides using 3 approaches to data validity, namely extended observation, increasing persistence and data triangulation. Based on the results of study showed the conclusion that MAN 2 Kudus Central Java has a Research-Based Madrasah Program Team which is tasked with enriching creative ideas and reflecting on creative ideas about research issues by involving teachers, and researcher partnering (university researchers), through madrasah forums researching innovations at the beginning of each new school year and evaluating creative ideas by its team as part of integrated success efforts, both at national and international levels. The implications of these activities are material implications, which include the realization of commercial research products such as malaria drugs that can be mass produced, while non-material implications include the interest of the community of education service users which is increasing every year.

ANALISIS SWOT DALAM MENENTUKAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN JASA PENDIDIKAN DI MI AL-WATHONIYAH 22 BEKASI

The research purposes (1) to identify and describe the data regarding the marketing strategy of education only by MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi (2) to describe the SWOT analysis of the marketing strategy for the education services of MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi. The method used in conducting this research is a qualitative method. Research data collection is interviews, observations, and document studies. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results show that MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi has implemented a marketing strategy for educational services based on market determination, market position and 7p mix. The school has programs that are the flagship of this school so that enthusiasts from the community are quite enthusiastic and the programs owned by the school are an attraction in itself. Not all schools have superior programs owned by MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi. The services provided by schools to users of educational services are also quite good. The cooperation that exists between the school, students, and guardians of students is well established so that educational services in schools can run well. MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi should further improve its promotional mix by utilizing all existing facilities to be able to attract service customers, attracting enthusiasts not only focusing on quantity but also paying attention to quality. In this way, the achievements of the school will increase even more.

Elevating Educational Quality: A Management Strategy to Enhancing Muhammadiyah School Branding

This research focuses on understanding the management carried out by Muhammadiyah schools to improve the quality of education by implementing branding strategies so that public trust becomes more robust and can benefit users of educational services. This research aims to examine the management of Muhammadiyah 1 Nganjuk Vocational School in improving the quality of education. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that branding strategies that schools can implement to improve the quality of education include analyzing brand identity, brand personality, brand positioning, and brand communication, as well as increasing public trust by improving the quality management of school accreditation, improving school facilities and infrastructure, increasing student achievement, developing superior programs that are the hallmark of the school, creating attractive taglines that are implemented in school programs, expanding collaboration networks, increasing the selling value of the school by uploading each event on social media.

Strategi Pemasaran Pendidikan dalam Meningkatan Mutu Sekolah di SMP Negeri 9 Ambon

Marketing strategy is one way to win competitive advantage on an ongoing basis both for a company that produces goods and services as well as for an educational institution. The education marketing strategy can be seen as one of the bases used in compiling overall program planning in providing satisfaction to stakeholders and the community as users of educational services. The purpose of this research is to describe the strategy and implementation of educational marketing in improving the quality of schools in SMP Negeri 9 Ambon. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Collecting research data through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation techniques. Data analysis uses reduction techniques, presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that; (1) the form of an educational marketing strategy, marketing promotion has been well implemented, namely by understanding the needs of consumers who use educational services, (2) the implementation of the educational marketing strategy at SMP Negeri 9 Ambon on each indicator of the marketing mix strategy has been running well although there are some weaknesses that are still found.

Quality Management at Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Ikrom Pesawaran

Islamic educational institutions have a very large role in national education. This is because national education cannot be separated from religious values. From this, the management of madrasah institutions in order to improve the quality of Islamic Education is needed because with quality management in madrasahs the ability of madrasahs to utilize educational resources both human and non-human resources will improve the ability of educational inputs, processes and outputs to meet the requirements demanded by users of educational services. This research produced several findings, namely first, quality planning involving the foundation and all managers. Second, the implementation of quality is planned in advance by each madrasah in the form of curriculum content. Third, the implementation of quality monitoring and evaluation is carried out internally and externally. Fourth, quality improvement carried out by madrasah managers and organizers, in this case the foundation.

Development of Electronic-Public Relations Through "Mp Mobile Apps" for Optimization of Information Systems

Good education management can certainly be carried out as effectively and efficiently as possible, which in the end is a positive response from users of educational services in the form of user satisfaction. There are several aspects to increase user satisfaction, one of which is information that is quickly received by the public and internal citizens of educational institutions. The method in this study uses the Waterfall Model from Winston Walker Royce, which has 5 stages (Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance). The purpose of this research is to emphasize the improvement of information services for department members and the general public, namely the quality of information services in a practical and integrated manner. The results of the “MP Mobile Apps” development show that the "MP Mobile Apps" application has met the eligibility standards to be implemented with an average of each. The category is as much as 85%.

STUDENT PERCEPTIONS ON THE ACADEMIC STAFF SERVICE QUALITY AT BUNG HATTA UNIVERSITY INDONESIA

Optimizing services to students is an important aspect that must be managed seriously by all tertiary institutions. Moreover, with the PT-BHMN regulation, state universities also play a role like private universities in reaching the number of students. Therefore, service is one of the key factors and promotional media for prospective students in choosing a tertiary institution. In this study, we investigated student perceptions of the service quality of academic staff at Bung Hatta University. Data was collected from 488 students. Sample data were statistically analyzed using the modified Servqual model using 6 dimensions (ie: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, information systems). The findings reveal that the responsive tangibles dimension shows the highest negative gap, while the reliability dimension has the lowest negative gap among all dimensions. So the conclusion is that overall improvements must be made in order to be able to provide optimal service for users of educational services, especially in West Sumatra, Indonesia.

Kemitraan Sekolah dan Komite Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di SMP IT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon

In managing education in order for educational goals to be achieved, it must involve the community and stakeholders in managing education. Parents of students who are members of the community and users of educational services have a large portion to participate in improving the quality of education carried out by schools, so that there will be complementary partnerships and become an important part in improving the quality of education in education units. Therefore, the establishment of a school committee should be able to serve as a partner in the implementation of the school program program. This study aims to determine the form of partnership between the school management of SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon and its school committee. In this study, the author used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that there is a partnership between the school and the school committee in the academic and non-academic fields, always coordinating in making plans for school activities in improving the quality of education as well as social society. The Committee is a partner of the school functioning to give consideration, support and supervision to school activities, and become a mediator between the school and all guardians of students, so that with functions and partnerships that are well established with the committee of SMPIT Raudhtul Jannah Cilegon can carry out various activity programs that aim to improve the quality of education so that the vision and mission of the school and the satisfaction of parents of students are achieved together

Peran Manajemen Humas dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Promosi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru di TK Dharma Wanita Singgahan Tuban TP. 2021/2022

The reason for the research at TK Dharma Wanita Saringembat, this institution has a public relations management and has a quality education marketing strategy every year to attract users of educational services. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study include: (1) the role of public relations management includes: a) making institutional programs b) helping to publish institutional programs c) being a mediator between school institutions and the community. (2) Public relations strategies in increasing the promotion of new student admissions include: planning stages a) creating a PPDB team b) determining the place, time, and cost c) selecting promotional media. Implementation stages a) establish cooperation or MOU b) distribution of brochures and pamphlets c) installation of banners d) apply social media. Evaluation stages a) holding an evaluation meeting according to a predetermined schedule 2) evaluating social media and PPDB programs that are less effective. (3) the constraints of public relations in improving the quality of promotion of new student admissions a) lack of admin staff b) the lack of social media applications owned.

Educational Marketing Management Strategi in Improving School Image

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing management strategy of education in elementary schools that has an impact on the image of educational institutions. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses triangulation, namely a combination of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were principals, educators, parents and students. The results of this study found that educational services at SDN 1 Samarang prioritize customer satisfaction. Marketing management carried out by schools in improving the school's image is carried out by several strategies, namely direct strategies, indirect strategies, and financing strategies. The most effective strategy at SDN 1 Samarang is the quality of graduates and building an image of service satisfaction through word of moutht. The impact and implications of marketing strategies on imaging at SDN 1 Samarang include the support of the community around the school, the establishment of effective cooperation between the school and parents of students, the establishment of customer loyalty for education service users. Education services at SDN 1 Samarang prioritize efforts to fulfill and satisfy education customers, the quality of educators and education personnel who are oriented towards quality and professionalism, and the quality of graduates in accordance with the school profile.

Strategi Peningkatan Animo Masyarakat Terhadap Sekolah Melalui Optimalisasi Layanan Humas Sekolah

Participation cannot be released in an effort to improve the quality of schools through educational programs that are planned and implemented by schools. The involvement of students' parents as users of educational services offered by schools as well as stakeholders needs attention from the school. In order to accommodate the expectations of the community towards the school. The research and writing of this article aims (1) the implementation of school collaboration activities with parents, (2) the implementation of school collaboration activities with the surrounding community, (3) the strategy of increasing public interest in the Kalam Kudus Christian High School Surakarta. The research method uses a qualitative research approach where data is obtained through interviews, participatory observation in schools, and documentation studies. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed through triangulation techniques. The results of this study are (1) the form of school collaboration activities with parents, (2) the form of school activities involving the community around the school, and (3) the efforts of the school in increasing public interest in the school.

Marketing Mix Strategy (7P) for Islamic Boarding School-Based School Marketing

This research is based on the fact that educational institutions are always interesting to study. It should be noted that educational institutions are service institutions whose essence is that educational institutions can satisfy users of educational services. Every individual has wants and needs related to Education. If satisfied, it will affect the quality of the educational institution. When there is a demand, the customer wants services at the educational institution through programs, then the educational institution conveys the program, then there is a transaction or communication which results in customer satisfaction. The success of education is based on; 1) the magnitude of the interest of prospective students, 2) the increase in the quality of education services, 3) the emergence of satisfaction from education customers. These three things will be realized if supported by the right marketing strategy. So we need a marketing strategy that is in accordance with educational services, which is known as the 7P marketing mix which consists of three elements, namely people, process, and physical evidence. This research uses qualitative research with the type of case study with a multi-case design. Where the researchers conducted a theoretical and in-depth study at two research locus, namely the SMP Mambaus Sholihin Sanankulon Blitar and SMP Bustanul Muta’allimin Dawuhan Blitar. Based on the results of the study it was found that; 1) People in the marketing mix for the school's marketing strategy are the most basic, namely the selection of new student admissions, having superior graduate competencies, excelling in the field of the Qur'an as a guide for Muslims, and financial services that are accountable, friendly, and fast. 2) The process in the marketing mix for the school's marketing strategy is through the implementation of Islamic boarding school education, then promotion through websites, brochures, social media. Then the publication through spiritual teachers, and promotion through the sister school program. 3) Physical evidence in the marketing mix for the school's marketing strategy is to have a strategic school location, a clean and green environment, a magnificent building with complete facilities.

SMART CAMPUS ONLINE LECTURE MODEL AS AN ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION EQUITY STRATEGY IN THE ERA OF SUPER SMART SOCIETY 5.0

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Smart Campus Online Lecture Model on Education Equity in the Super Smart Society 5.0 Era in Aceh Province. The sample in the study was 150 (one hundred and fifty) students and lecturers as respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique. The data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents were processed by the SPSS program. Methods of data analysis using quantitative analysis methods. The results of the study partially show that the online lecture model has a significant effect on Education Equity with a significant value = 0.005, the Smart Campus variable has a significant effect on Education Equity with a significant value = 0.003. And the results of this study indicate that the smart campus online lecture model has an effect on educational equity by 72.9 percent. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the online lecture variable has a very good role for equal distribution of education because it can reach various areas that have not been served or have not had the opportunity to be able to experience higher quality education in 3 T areas and the smart campus model variable is appropriate. many campuses must apply it more optimally in implementing the smart campus model so that later it can provide maximum service to all users of educational services.

SCHOOL MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION WITH LEADING PROGRAMS BASED ON ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOLS

The quality of education is measured through the quality of education services provided in schools. The quality is described through the mission and vision as well as the objectives of the learning programs proposed to the community as users of educational services provided by schools. In developing and improving the quality of education, the role of the principal is very important, because the principal makes the strategy so that the learning process in accordance with the learning objectives and targets can be achieved effectively and efficiently.The research was conducted at SMA AL-Muhajirin 2 Purwakarta which implemented a superior program based on pesantren, in developing and increasing students' knowledge of religious and world sciences. The study used descriptive qualitative methods to find real data, researchers conducted in-depth observations and interviews to find out the concept of the flagship program at SMA AL-Muhajirin 2 Purwakarta in improving the quality of education.

TANTANGAN MANAJEMEN LAYANAN AKADEMIK PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

The study aims to analyse and describe the challenges in managing academic services in college during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study focused on the object of research in the Division of Education Services Education Directorate UPI. The qualitative descriptive method is used as the main method in this research. The data collecting process is conducted through observation and interview with the unit leader of the Education Service Division, the Directorate of Education UPI. The resulting research shows that there are so many challenges that are faced and of course require special problem solving in serving education service users in the midst of the pandemic. The roles of organizational leader are crucial to making the right decision in the face of challenges. Academic services would be effective if each person committed and cooperated in providing the best service to the users. It also would succeed if it was supported by utilizing information technology that can be accessed easily by the services users. Keyword: Challenges, Leader, People’s involvement

Marketing Strategy of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati

An interesting phenomenon occurs in the implementation of education, especially when new students are accepted. People seem to have understood which schools are appropriate to send their sons/daughter to, for them the criteria for schools that have a good image are schools that succeed in satisfying educational service users (users). The research was conducted at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati which in fact includes a newly established school that is able to compete with other schools in the surrounding environment. The focus of this research is; 1). What is the marketing strategy at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati, 2). What are the strengths of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati as a new educational institution to market educational institutions. This research includes qualitative research. The results of this study are: (1). Education services at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati prioritize efforts to fulfill customer expectations and satisfaction, (2). Marketing Strategy in improving the image of the school. However, an effective strategy at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati is to build an image of service satisfaction through word of mouth and by using the power of the Muhammadiyah Sedati Branch Manager (3). The impact of the marketing strategy and its implications for imaging at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Sedati are as follows; a). High customer loyalty of education service users (public understanding). b).  Interesting events occur in the administration of education, especially during the acceptance of new students. The community seems to have understood that madrasas are suitable for sending their sons/daughter to school, for them the criteria for madrasas that have a good image are madrasas that have succeeded in satisfying users of educational services. The focus of this research are: 1) How is the strategy of educational services in improving the image of Islamic educational institutions at MTs Madinatul Ilmi? 2) How is the marketing management strategy of Islamic educational institutions at MTs Madinatul Ilmi? 3) How is the impact of the marketing management strategy of Islamic educational institutions at MTs Madinatul Ilmi for the community?. This research includes qualitative research, the type of case study with a multi-case design. The data collection process used the method of observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, the data collected and checked for validity were analyzed by means of date reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the data using the triangulaton method. While the result of this study are: First, Educational services at MTs Madinatul Ilmi prioritize efforts to fulfill customer expectations and satisfaction, this is indicated bay 3 things, namely satisfaction with academic quality services, satisfaction with standardization of teachers and madrasas administrative staff and quality satisfaction of graduates. Second, The marketing strategy in improving the image is carried out by several strategy, and financing strategy. However, an effective strategy at MTs Madinatul Ilmi is to show evidence of the quality of graduates and build an image of service satisfaction through word of mouth. Third, The impact of the marketing strategy and its implications for imaging at MTs Madinatul Ilmi are high customer loyalty for education service users, stronger public trust, community support and effective collaboration between madrasas and parent.
