On the Educational Management Mode of University Library in the New Period

<p>Library is an important position for the cultural construction of institutions of higher learning. High quality library can well reflect the cultural characteristics of schools. It is an important task for schools to cultivate talents in the way of culture. In the process of talent construction, library can play an important role. In the process of carrying out quality education and building diversified classrooms, library can be used as the form of the second classroom, which is a beneficial supplement to the students' first classroom. The library has the special function of cultivating talents and is also an important place for students to carry out quality education. According to the teaching characteristics of colleges and universities, this paper mainly discusses the ways of educating students, the new ways and methods of managing and building libraries, and concludes the important influence of libraries on students' comprehensive quality in the process of educating students, so as to cause educational institutions at all levels to pay more attention to the role of libraries.</p>

Application of health education management mode in patients undergoing dynamic electrocardiogram examination

目的 研究健康教育管理模式在行动态心电图检查的冠心病患者中的作用。 方法 选取山西省人民医院2017年4－10月行动态心电图检查的冠心病患者200例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。两组均行动态心电图检查，观察组在完成动态心电图检查后行健康教育管理干预，所有患者随访6个月，比较两组患者健康教育管理前后对医务人员的满意度、预防冠心病知识掌握情况、生存质量评分和依从冠心病预防措施的比例。 结果 观察组健康教育管理后对医务人员的满意度[99.0%(99/100)]较管理前[90.0%(90/100)]显著提高(χ2＝6.157，P＝0.013)，预防冠心病知识掌握情况[94.0%(94/100)]较管理前[82.0%(82/100)]显著提高(χ2＝5.038，P＝0.025)，生存质量评分[(65.27±8.39)分]较管理前[(51.46±6.33)分]显著提高(t＝13.140，P<0.05)，依从冠心病预防措施比例[95.0%(95/100)]较管理前[83.0%(83/100)]显著提高(χ2＝6.180，P＝0.013)。观察组健康教育管理后对医务人员满意度高于对照组[87.0%(87/100)](χ2＝9.293，P＝0.002)，预防冠心病知识掌握情况高于对照组[84.0%(84/100)](χ2＝4.085，P＝0.043)，生存质量评分高于对照组[(52.07±6.73)分](t＝12.273，P<0.05)，依从冠心病预防措施比例高于对照组[84.0%(84/100)](χ2＝5.321，P＝0.021)。 结论 健康教育管理模式能有效提高冠心病患者对疾病的预防意识和对医疗服务的满意程度，提高患者的生存质量评分。

The Core of Constructing World-class Universities in China is to Cultivate First-Class Talents

Based on a systematic review of new deployment and new requirements from the Chinese government of higher education in the new situation, the article deeply analyzes the important position, the difficulties and reform measures of talent cultivation in recognized world-class universities. The research points out that the core of the construction of the first-class universities in China’s universities is to cultivate first-class talents. From three aspects of enrollment, cultivation and employment, the article clarifies the development path of first-class talents, focusing on the core link of talent-cultivation process. According to the needs of the country and the new era, the target and positioning of talent cultivation need to be adjusted, the cultivation program based on the change of educational concepts needs to be reconstructed, and implementation of the program needs to be ensured by deepening the reform of the teaching management mode and the reform of education and teaching methods, hence, improving the quality of the talent cultivation.

Research on the teaching management of track and field web course based on software programming method

The study was to improve the teaching management mode of the track and field (TF the design includes resource information, course view and course property, which make the content diverse and rich and easily adjustable; the question types of the assignments, test papers and course forum management are various, the scores are reasonable and the question bank can be recycled and edited; the course questionnaire includes question management, questionnaire management and voting which can be processed by automatic statistics and assessment. Conclusion: this study is applicable to the web-based teaching management of track and field for physical education majors (selective course, required course, minor course), the operation guidance form for the teaching management shall be strengthened; the editing and update of teaching management shall be adjusted and arranged timely according to the teaching practice problems.

Application of whole-process standardized health education management mode in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

Objective To explore the effect of whole-process standardized health education management mode in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients aged 16 and above who had been transplanted from the department of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from April 2013 to August 2014 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases of each group.The control group adopted the traditional education model of health.The observation group combined with the psychological test, according to the scheme of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation table, the transplant process analysis the characteristic of each period, make the standardization, targeted health education content, timely implementation of health education to patients, and the evaluation of the effect.The results of education quality control standard and patients' satisfaction table of education were evaluated. Results The observation group's nurses were able to follow the standardized health education process and time to health education.Its health education effect and patients' satisfaction with health education were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion According to the standard healthy education process, the health education time and content can be accurately grasped, which promotes the complete, continuous and standardized implementation of education, improve the rate and effect of education health and improve the patient's satisfaction. Effectiveness of Design Process of Education Quality Assurance System based on EFQM Model

The quality of higher education is an essential factor that relates to the long-term development of school’s infrastructure, it is also the main target for education reform, because all education activities were done with the education quality as the center. With the situation of increasing demand for high quality talents in our society, the scale of higher education has increased gradually, how to maintain the high quality and high level of higher education has become an urgent problem for ensuring the effectiveness of education. This paper based on EFQM model, combing with some constitute elements such as education content, responsibility allocation, management mode, resource distribution, research result and analysis improvement, analyzing the function need and performance requirement of the higher education quality assurance system, and designing of the system’s general framework and process, constructing the model of higher education quality assurance system and assessing the system’s effectiveness and feasibility. This system comprehensively considers the complexity and practicality of the higher education, which has provided a powerful evaluation tool for effectiveness analysis of this design process. Study and analysis in this paper has proved the effectiveness of the higher education quality assurance system based on EFQM model as well as its flexibility and practicality, which can be used in our country’s higher education quality assurance system, by which can give direction for education system reform and provide measures, in this way it can provide more high-quality talents which are conducive for national and social development.

Reengineering of Teaching Management Process in Universities Based on PDCA Cycle

The positive role of tutorial system on the development of medical students

The development of the healthcare industry puts forward higher and higher standards on the medical education, so an effective education management mode is needed urgently for medical schools to promote the cultivation of undergraduate medical students. Exploration on the Credit Systems Training Model of Business Colleges and Universities

The establishment and implementation of programmed management mode of the clinical nursing teaching

Objective To explore the effects of the programmed management mode of the clinical nursing teaching. Methods The observation group and the control group were set up. The effects of the mode of traditional teaching management and the mode of programmed teaching management were compared. Results After statistical processing and analysis, the overall satisfactions of the apprentice nurses to their teachers and the overall evaluation of the teaching departments to the apprentice nurses of the observation group were higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The programmed teaching management mode has strengthened the responsibility of the teaching staff and management staff, avoided the neglect of teaching and supervising for the apprentice nurses due to many factors.Under the guidance of process, the apprentice nurses masterted the procedure and avoided their confusion and disorderliness.The programmed teaching management mode has fully stimulated the enthusiasms of the teachers and the apprentice students and it is beneficial to both teaching and learning.
