Factors of Interest of Children to Art in Artistic Activity

In the article the actuality of the role of fine art in the society, its importance in the education of young repentance is discussed, the problems of visual activity in the initial stage of education in preschool institutions and their implementation in life are considered.

Methodical approach in Catholic religious education in kindergartens in Bosnia and Herzegovina

In this paper, the authors explore the methodical approach in Catholic religious education in kindergartens in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The theoretical framework is represented by the concept of holistic education. It also includes spiritual education, in the case of this study, religious education. The aim of the empirical part of the research is to determine the methodical elements of religious education in preschool institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina (types of religious educational activities in religious education of preschool children and their representation, religious climate) and to compare public kindergartens with Catholic kindergartens. The results indicate that practical and spontaneous religious activities are often used in the introduction of children to faith, while artistic activities are moderately used that religious activities are more often realized with the whole group, and average individualization, and that there is no statistically significant difference in the investigated elements of religious education between public and Catholic kindergartens.

Okul Öncesi Dönemdeki Korunmaya Muhtaç Çocukların Ahlaki Değer Yapılarının Çocuklara İlişkin Bazı Değişkenlere Göre İncelenmesi: Ankara Örneklemi

Araştırma okul öncesi eğitim kurumuna devam eden korunmaya muhtaç olan 61- 72 aylık çocukların ahlaki değer yapılarının kurum ile ilgili bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu değişkenler kurumda kalma süresi, aile yanına izinli gitme durumu, yakınları tarafından ziyaret edilme durumu, kardeşleriyle birlikte/ayrı olma durumu ve korunma altına alınma nedeni olarak ele alınmıştır. Araştırmada “Genel Bilgi Formu (Korunmaya muhtaç olan çocuklarla ilgili)” ve “Ahlaki Değer Yapısını Belirleme Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2015- 2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında Ankara ilinde çocuk evlerinde kalan 61–72 aylık korunmaya muhtaç çocuklar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubuna Ankara ilinde çocuk evlerinde kalan 61- 72 aylık korunmaya muhtaç olan bütün çocuklar dahil edilmiştir (N=48). Verilerin analizinde; cinsiyetlerine, aileleri yanına izinli gitme durumlarına, aileleri tarafından ziyaret edilme durumlarına ve kardeşleriyle ayrı/birlikte olma durumlarına göre karşılaştırılmasında Mann Whitney U testi; kardeş sayılarına, kurumda kalma nedenine ve kurumda kalma süresine göre karşılaştırılmasında Kruskal Wallis testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre, korunmaya muhtaç çocukların ahlaki değer yapısı belirleme ölçeğinden aldıkları puanlar arasında; aile yanına izinli gitme durumu ve korunma altına alınma nedeni değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı saptanmıştır (p>0,05). Kurumda kalma süresi, kardeşleriyle birlikte/ ayrı olma durumu ve yakınları tarafından ziyaret edilme durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır (p<0,05).

Развитие физических качеств у дошкольников на занятиях ритмической гимнастикой

The pre-school period is one of the most crucial periods of a person’s life, in the development of physical health and skills that ensure its improvement, strengthening and preservation in the future. At the same time, the analysis of real practical work in pre-school educational institutions shows that the requirements for the level of physical fitness and the state of health of preschool children are constantly increasing. Physical fitness of children, determined by the level of physical qualities, creates the basis for all motor activity of pre-school students. Development of physical abilities determines the process of improving child’s motor sphere and appears to be the most important component of his health. In the variety of physical education means for pre-school students, rhythmic gymnastics occupies a special place, due to its accessibility, versatility and emotionality. Recently, rhythmic gymnastics is widely used in basic forms of physical education in pre-school institutions. Purposeful rhythmic gymnastics evenly involves in the work of all mus-cle groups, joints, stimulates the activity of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. To date, a number of studies have been published in which issues of increasing the effectiveness of children’s physical education through the use of rhythmic gymnastics are considered. In the practice of physical education of children of preschool age, rhythmic gymnastics is used quite often. To this day, some organizational and methodic features of the use of rhythmic gymnastics complexes remain open. In a number of publications there are conflicting opinions related to the duration of individual rhythmic gymnastics complexes use. According to many experts, the set of exercises as well as its musical accompaniment, changes as necessary, because one of the criteria is the loss of children’s interest in exercises. The average duration of the use of a separate complex of rhythmic gymnastics with 2 lessons per week, varies, according to literary sources, from one and a half to three and a half months. With reference to the above, there is a need for special studies to solve current problems existing in the practice of physical education of pre-school students.

Kakav uticaj ima dodatni program kinezioloških aktivnosti na morfološki status predškolske dece?

The aim of the conducted research was to determine scientifically, by applying experimental methods, whether an additional program of physical exercises, carried out under regular working conditions at preschool institutions, can result in significant changes in the morphological characteristics of preschool children, mean age 6.21 ± 0.56 years. A total of 64 preschool children, girls (n=28) and boys (n=36) attending preparatory preschool lessons in the preschool institution 'Čukarica' in Belgrade were included in the research. The researchers used a pre-experimental draft survey, namely the draft involving one pretest-posttest group. The sample of the morphological measuring instruments was designed by applying a reduced theoretical model (Viskić, 1972; Kurelić et al., 1975). The experimental factor was realised over a period of 24 weeks, in 48 sessions, each lasting 35 minutes. The research results indicate that, in the final measurement, the differences between the sexes went in favour of boys in terms of the lower average values of the volume and body mass, subcutaneous adipose tissue on the back and body mass index. It was also determined that the additional kinesiology program of activities, regardless of the sex of pupils, had also given good results in terms of the reduction of the subcutaneous adipose tissue, as well as the volume and body mass of children. The authors believe that a regular program of physical education in preschool institutions is insufficient for the preparatory preschool group and that additional kinesiological activities give better results in the reduction of body mass and subcutaneous fat, especially if they are directed towards the development of biotic motor skills.

Stavovi roditelja prema fizičkom vaspitanju dece predškolskog uzrasta

Humanistic concept of physical education is based on meeting essential and existential needs of every child. The primary goal of physical education is to develop a habit of regular physical exercise in children. The development of this habit is not only the task of physical education in preschool institutions and primary schools, but also of the family. The goal of this research was to examine parents' attitudes towards physical education of preschool children. The research was conducted on a sample of 153 parents of children attending a preschool institution in the city of Novi Sad. The results indicate that parents have a positive attitude regarding the importance of physical education of the preschool children. What gives rise to concern is the data showing the small amount of time that parents and children devote to physical activity on a regular basis. Our conclusion is that it is necessary to increase the scope of physical activity of preschool children, given that regular physical exercise and involvement in sports activities can positively influence the socialization of children. It is important to develop in children the love of physical education and a healthy lifestyle even before they start school, and the example set by parents can be very inspirational in achieving this goal.

COMPONENTS, CRITERIA AN QUALITATIVE INDICES OF FUTURE EDUCATORS TO FORMING IN CHILDREN OF 5-7 YEARS THE EXTRAORDINARY ATTITUDE TO PEERS

The article considers the various approaches in the study of readiness for pedagogical activity in the establishment of preschool education in general and the social and moral education of children before school age in particular. Based on the analysis of scientific research in the structure of the readiness of future educators of pre-school institutions to form in children of 5-7 years of benevolent attitude to their peers, its components are identified and substantiated: personal-motivational, cognitive, activity-oriented. Each component is characterized by a certain criterion and includes a group of qualitative indicators. All the components, criteria and indicators of the readiness of future educators are interrelated, interdependent and necessary for the formation in the children of older preschool age of a benevolent attitude towards their peers.

Empathy in the function of promotion inclusive education in preschool institutions

This paper deals with the importance and the role of empathy as an important factor in accepting children with developmental disabilities and their inclusion in education, as well as to indicate the role of the teacher as the important factor in achieving inclusive education goals. We start from the theoretical framework that points to the contribution of empathy to developing principle of care for other people, as well as the fact that inclusive education presents the basis for contemporary educational system. Inclusive education, that implies integration of children with developmental disabilities among their peers, incited many authors to research and theoretical discussions, whereas we, by empirical research, shall confirm attitudes of the teachers about the role of empathy in the function of inclusion of children with developmental disabilities among peers. The research was conducted in the Preschool Institution "Naše Dete" in Vranje, on September, 2016, using a group of 40 teachers sampled from preschool institutions. It is emphasized in the discussion of results that the teachers who were questioned determined that children with developmental disabilities have value for their own sake, they have developmental potential and that empathy, being the important factor in integration of these children into collective, has high value. Obtained results showed that emotional development of the children with developmental disabilities greatly depends on their relationship with other children, likewise the quality of inclusive education depends on social status and accepting moral norms of the child. We confirmed the importance of certain forms of empathy when it comes to integration of children with developmental disabilities in educational process on a daily basis.
