Strategy and Management of Aesthetic Education in Vocational Ability Cultivation—Explore the Practice and Achievements of "Family Culture" of Chinese Business Characteristic Education

Under the background of the rapid development of today's society, vocational ability cultivation has become an important issue that cannot be ignored in education. Aesthetic education, as a key link in the national comprehensive quality education system, is becoming increasingly important. It is not only related to the improvement of individual aesthetic quality, but also the key factor to promote the comprehensive development of students and enhance their professional competitiveness. Through the in-depth study of the practice of "family culture" of Chinese business characteristic education in the cultivation of professional ability, this paper not only verifies the significant role of aesthetic education on the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, but also reveals its unique strategy and management path. According to the data, students who participated in the practice of "family culture" of Chinese businessmen showed higher teamwork willingness and leadership potential in the career orientation test. Their average teamwork ability score was 15% higher than that of the control group, and their leadership self-evaluation score also increased by about 10 percentage points. In terms of management strategy, Through the construction of a multi-level aesthetic education curriculum system, Huashang College organically integrates art appreciation, creative thinking, professional ethics and other contents into daily teaching, forming an interdisciplinary and comprehensive training mode. Using Internet technology to build an online aesthetic education platform, provide rich artistic resources and learning communication space, and further broaden the learning boundary of students. This mixed online and offline teaching mode not only improves students' interest and participation in learning, but also effectively promotes the internalization and application of knowledge. In short, integrating aesthetic education into the vocational education system can not only enhance students' aesthetic perception and creativity, but also show a positive impact on key professional abilities such as teamwork, leadership and social responsibility.

Research on the Construction of Calligraphy Education Curriculum System from an Interdisciplinary Perspective

With the continuous advancement of educational models, interdisciplinary education has gradually become an important means of promoting teaching innovation. This study aims to explore the construction of a calligraphy education curriculum system from an interdisciplinary perspective, combining the traditional values of calligraphy art with modern educational needs to propose a systematic curriculum design plan. The paper first introduces the theoretical framework and implementation strategies of interdisciplinary education, clarifying the disciplinary background of calligraphy education and its innovative applications in interdisciplinary integration. Next, through an in-depth analysis of the design principles, integration strategies, and teaching methods of the interdisciplinary calligraphy education curriculum system, the study evaluates the effectiveness of curriculum implementation and future development trends. The research indicates that interdisciplinary calligraphy education not only enriches the curriculum content but also enhances students' comprehensive abilities and innovative thinking. Future research should focus on curriculum practice models, applicability across educational stages, and international collaboration to further promote innovation and development in calligraphy education.

The major of physical education bears the responsibility and mission of the training of physical education teachers. The perfect curriculum system is the key element of the training of professional teachers in all kinds of physical education colleges at all levels, which directly affects the training direction, training specifications and training quality of physical education teachers. According to the graduation requirements of teacher professional certification for personnel training, this study puts forward the training ideas of physical education professionals from six dimensions, such as “ideological morality, basic quality, disciplinary quality, professional knowledge, professional skills, and innovation ability”, as well as the theoretical conception of curriculum system construction, in order to provide theoretical reference for the reform of physical education curriculum system.

Excellent Case of Building A "School-land" Co-construction and Sharing Pattern Network of School Aesthetic Education and Regional Culture

With the development of computer science, some of the excellence artworks of Henan Provence are very popular through network dissemination. To achieve the transformation of Henan cultural brand from "parts" to "whole" and from "internet celebrity" to "long-lasting", it is necessary to establish an active inheritance mechanism network for Henan regional cultural resources and enhance the endogenous and innovative capabilities of traditional regional culture. The modern school aesthetic education system that runs through all stages has a natural advantage in incubating regional cultural communities. However, in reality, the aesthetic and spiritual attributes shared by school aesthetic education and regional culture have not been sufficiently valued, and the connection between the two lacks active policy design and mechanism innovation. Through Literature, field research and interviewing professors, artists and persons in charge of regional culture, the Department of Public Art Education at Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics has recognized the value of integrating school aesthetic education with regional culture in terms of cultivating students and building a rich cultural life. Leveraging their connections with social artist groups and individuals online and offline, who have conducted research on the ecological conditions of Zhengzhou's art districts, intangible cultural heritage, and the current status and issues of various school aesthetic education programs in the province through various ways. The working mechanisms and platforms have been establishment online and offline. The establishment of a pattern of co-construction and sharing of art education and regional culture network in the school is essentially a practical and methodological issue. Some plans have been made for the future. Research has found that for school aesthetic education, curriculum, teaching staff, and internal and external collaborative mechanisms are key points for the reform and development of aesthetic education. Schools aesthetic education curriculum system should integrate regional culture from multiple dimensions with network. A collaborative art education framework should be formed which integrates social and cultural resources at the regional level.

Ideas for the construction of the curriculum system of calligraphy education in higher education institutions oriented to the future technology

Abstract In view of the current situation that the curriculum construction of calligraphy education needs to be perfected, a more comprehensive and in-depth study is carried out for the curriculum setting and development of calligraphy education in higher teacher colleges and universities, starting from the core - curriculum system in calligraphy education. Based on information technology, this paper constructs a path of calligraphy education construction, from which the learning resources design, learning content design, learning activities design, and learning evaluation design of the practical calligraphy classroom are carried out. For the learning evaluation of the calligraphy education curriculum system, a calligraphy word evaluation model is proposed, which consists of three parts: overall structure, stroke form, and font layout. Ultimately, students can be scored according to the evaluation standard of calligraphy words. In the overall evaluation of the curriculum system constructed in this paper, 75%, 74%, and 72% of the students agreed strongly with the system in the cultivation of “knowledge”, “ability,” and “thinking and literacy,” respectively. The students indicated that they “strongly agree” with this system. With regard to the cultivation of “thinking and literacy”, this paper proposes corresponding improvement strategies to improve the calligraphy education program system.

Konsep Pendidikan H. Agus Salim dan Relevansinya dalam Pendidikan Literasi Untuk Siswa Sekolah Dasar

This research aims to describe the concept of literacy education that has been practiced by H. Agus Salim to be used as a role model in developing literacy education in elementary school-age children. This research uses the library research method, data is collected based on information obtained through source books, research articles as well as other information obtained through libraries and the internet. Data analysis was carried out using deductive and inductive methods.From the results of the collection of library information, there is a close relationship between the concept of literacy education carried out in the family of H. Agus Salim and the concept of literacy education that currently applies in the education curriculum system at the elementary school level. The implementation of literacy education applied to children in H. Agus Salim's family can be a role model for the implementation of literacy learning for teachers and schools through habituation to read books from the age of 4 and communicate intensively with all family members on various occasions. H. Agus Salim also emphasized that children learn to master foreign language skills to be able to compete with the global community, however, H. Agus Salim still applies character education so that children have a high sense of nationalism towards the Indonesian state.

Labor Education Curriculum Implementation in the Perspective of Artificial Intelligence: Dilemmas and Optimization Paths

The continuous development and sustained progress of artificial intelligence has made it an important driving force for future educational change. Labor education, as an important part of China's education policy, must focus on the deep integration with artificial intelligence, and the key to the development of labor education lies in the construction and implementation of the labor education curriculum. Based on the labor education curriculum standard, a labor education curriculum system integrating "general theory courses, public practice courses and literacy development courses" has been constructed. Through the perspective of artificial intelligence, the implementation of labor education curriculum faces the practical dilemmas of lagging curriculum awareness, one-sided curriculum setting, scarcity of curriculum resources, and single curriculum evaluation. Starting from the realistic dilemma, the optimization path of labor education curriculum implementation in the field of artificial intelligence is proposed in order to promote the deep integration of labor education curriculum and artificial intelligence, and carry out useful exploration for realizing the modernization of education and helping diversified talents cultivation.

A Comparative Study of English General Education Curriculum System in Chinese and Japanese Universities

China and Japan are both East Asian countries with similar historical backgrounds and cultural origins, and they hold identical attitudes towards English language education in colleges and universities, i.e., improving the English language proficiency of the nationals has excellent advantages for individuals and the country, and the English language education in colleges and universities of the two countries is comparable in many aspects and can be borrowed from each other. This paper focuses on the curriculum system of liberal education in Chinese and Japanese universities and takes Peking University and the University of Tokyo as the objects of study. It compares and analyzes the similarities and differences between the liberal English education programs of the two universities regarding curriculum overview, curriculum objectives, curriculum structure, and curriculum evaluation methods. It analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the two sides to enhance the strengths and avoid the shortcomings, to make up for the drawbacks of English liberal education in Chinese universities, and to harvest the usable experience.

The new goal and approach to physical education teaching in vocational colleges is to promote the development of students’ moral, intellectual, physical, artistic, and practical skills. To achieve this, physical education should be integrated with academics. Therefore, we analyzed the existing problems and their causes in our college’s physical education teaching and developed basic reform ideas that incorporated physical education into academic education, interspersed physical education with academic education, and co-constructed the physical and academic education based on actual teaching experiences. Besides, each school should be given adequate physical education resources, and the management methods and regulations for physical education courses should be optimized. The integrated physical education curriculum system and content should also be improved and various extracurricular activities should be carried out. In addition, a new course evaluation index should be established, which will be used to determine new teaching goals and methods.
