 Karang Gading village business owners are focused on the sustainability of their businesses. community development with social assistance methods to help with the problems being faced. The aim of Student KKN is more directed towards empowering the community with a pattern of managing existing village potential into economically valuable products, branding village potential through various assistance provided to the community regarding the utilization of local village potential which is rich in agricultural potential. This activity includes several steps, including outreach activities regarding the value of economic development through income potential in the village, product making training, practice in making processed products, KKN implementers and participants conducting evaluations and the Karang Gading Village community socializing processed products to their respective RTs as models. The community gave positive reactions to the initiatives that have been carried out. The community in particular wants events that can increase awareness of the value of the Village Economy. The community service event with the theme "The Role of KKN 42 UIN-SU Medan Students in Developing Community Economic Potential in Karang Gading Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency" has gone well and well. attended efficiently by residents of Karang Gading Village on Wednesday 20 August 2023.

Implementation of Transformational Leadership in Village Institutions

The village head has a key role in developing his village with various leadership styles in order to improve the village economy. One popular leadership style is transformational leadership. Therefore, this research aims to identify the implementation of transformational leadership in village institutions in improving the village economy. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted using in-depth interviews with four village heads including village officials and business actors in Jombang Regency, including Ngampungan Village, Galengdowo Village, Wonomerto Village, and Carangwulung Village. This village was chosen because it has a fairly developed rural tourism in Jombang Regency. The research results show that the Head of Galengdowo Village has the highest level of application of transformational leadership among other village heads, followed by the Heads of Wonomerto and Carangwulung Villages who have similar characteristics.

RURAL DEVELOPMENT TO CREATE INCLUSIVE ECONOMIC GROWTH

Rural development programs have been implemented in a number of ASEAN member countries, although as a separate priority and not as a complement to industrialization. These steps help increase growth and job creation in rural areas. This, in turn, paves the way for poverty alleviation in rural areas. The research objective that can be expressed is to analyze the influence of village development, village community creativity, BUMDes and creative economic efforts in the village, on the village's inclusive economic growth. The following conclusion was obtained: With accelerated village development, inclusive economic growth will be achieved in accordance with the ultimate goal of development. 1) By developing BUMDES in each village, business opportunities will be opened, absorbing labor and this will have an impact on the level of income and welfare of the community; 2) As the creativity of the village community increases, this will encourage village economic activities and have an impact on the village's original income and the economy of the village community. 3) Developing creative economic businesses as a way to open up job opportunities in the village by utilizing human resources in the village, so that this will increase family income and the village economy. The recommendation that can be given is that accelerating village development is very beneficial for village communities, especially in providing village infrastructure. Therefore, village development funding needs to be increased in order to foster: 1) village creativity, 2) BUMDES and 3) creative economic efforts, in order to increase inclusive economic growth in villages.

Credit Institutions in Improving the Village Economy Through Village-Owned Enterprises and Traditional Village Joint Enterprises in Kutuh Village, Bali

Village development is one way to contribute to the country's economy. One way is to build a business unit that is able to maximize village potential and is able to manage village assets and resources in a sustainable manner. The aim of this research is to determine the role of Village Finance Institutions (LPD) in efforts to improve the performance of Manik Mas Village-Owned Enterprises ( BUMDes ) in Kutuh Village and Baga Utsaha Manunggal Traditional Village (BUMDA) in Kutuh Village, Badung Regency is in order to be able to improve the economy of Kutuh Village. This research is an explanatory qualitative research that uses primary and secondary data. The data in this research was collected using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses NVivo 12 Pro software to generate related keywords among the data resulting from in-depth interviews with participants. The keywords obtained will be analyzed and conclusions will be made regarding the role of LPD in improving the economy of Kutuh Village through BUMDes and BUMDA. The results of the analysis show that the LPD of Kutuh Village collaborates with BUMDes and BUMDA in the form of providing fund savings services and providing credit with interest that has been approved by both parties. Apart from that, BUMDes and BUMDA contribute to the economy in Kutuh Village in the form of absorbing labor that only comes from the Kutuh Village community, developing and managing the village's tourism potential professionally and contributing income to Kutuh Village.

Social independence and alternative efforts to improve the village economy are joint or collaborative efforts through community service activities. The form of community service activities can be in the form of information transfer, education and technology or other planned activities. One of these fields can be agricultural activities, namely plant breeding or cell multiplication which functions to meet the need for seeds, especially for home gardens, ornamental plants, plantations, food and horticulture, all of which can be done independently for sale or to meet one's own needs. Cultivation of garden and horticultural crops in Suling Wetan Village still uses conventional methods which greatly affect overall production results. The macropropagation technique is an effort to obtain quality seeds that have viability, disease resistance and superior characteristics and are able to maintain the same characteristics as their parents. The service activities received a very good response from the Suling Wetan village farmer group and the general public. Farming groups or the general public can utilize macropropagation technology to support agricultural production at low costs and become an alternative source of income.

Implementasi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Dan Administrasi Berbasis Digital

Villages have the opportunity to develop the potential they have had since the birth of the Law on Villages. Optimizing the potential of the village is used for the benefit of the village community. The aim of optimizing village potential is to improve the life of the village community. The aim of establishing Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is one of the government's efforts to stimulate the village economy. BUMDes is expected to become a locomotive for village economic movements that can improve the welfare and reduce poverty of village communities. In order for this goal to be achieved, BUMDes need to be managed professionally so that they can compete and develop well. BUMDes in Gandasari Village, Bekasi Regency. BUMDes receives full support from the local village government. BUMDesa Gandasari Village has limited human resource capabilities. The limitations of existing human resources are the ability to report financial results from operational activities carried out. The Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide financial management methods that were previously manual to become systematic and digitalized. The output of the activities carried out is that BUMDes administrators understand the Bumdes administration system and accounting/bookkeeping and have the ability to create BUMDes Financial Reports in the form of simple accounting, namely creating daily cash books, balance sheets, profit and loss reports and systematic, digital-based capital change reports.

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDesa) are village business institutions managed by the community and village government to strengthen the village economy and are formed based on village needs and potential. In practice, problems have been found related to aspects of BUMDesa development: promotional constraints, weak marketing networks, financial management, and administration constraints, and low human resource skills in mastering communication technology. For this reason, this service program is carried out to provide digital marketing assistance so that BUMDesa Amarta, Pandowoharjo Village, Sleman have digital media that actively market their products through content that stimulates consumers to make purchases. Apart from that, to support the development of BUMDesa, management is targeted to be formed by assisting with rebranding, sound finance, and marketing. The method used by the proposer to realize the target is through workshops related to marketing communications management, virtual marketing communications, management, and finance. Additionally, website creation, social media, and assistance in creating virtual communication content (video profiles, packaging, product photos, e-catalogs, e-pamphlets) are also carried out to support digital-based marketing activities. The service results are in the form of increased knowledge and skills in using websites, e-commerce, and financial systems, as well as skills in creating product photo content. The conclusion from the implementation of the service is that providing training and mentoring contributes to increasing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of Amarta BUMDesa managers utilizing digital technology.

Leaderpreneruship: Integration Between Enterpreneruship and Leadership in Strengthening the Tourism Economy in Ilomata Village, Bilato District, Gorontalo Regency

Ilomata Village is one of the villages in Bilato District, which is one of the centers of entrepreneurial activity in the region. Unfortunately, the lack of attention from the community and business actors, as well as leadership in upholding the tourism concept, is an obstacle to improving the tourism economy in the village. The ability to market tourism and businesses that are icons of the village is one of the biggest obstacles in the village. Moreover, the problem of English being a supporting system for improving the village economy requires intervention in regional development efforts. The MBKM "Building a Village" program aims to empower the community through Bilingual-based Entrepreneurship and Leadership Integration to Strengthen the Tourism Economy in Ilomata Village, Bilato District, Gorontalo Regency. This program is implemented through education and training, mentoring, service and coaching methods which are expected to be sustainable through awareness of related parties, especially the government and village parties, in paying attention to tourist destinations that have the potential to improve the community's economy.

Purpose: The main objective of this paper is to analyze the factors that influence the performance of Village-owned Enterprises and village development performance in Lombok Utara Regency and Analyze the role of social capital polong renten in moderating the influence of manager competence on the performance of Village-owned Enterprisesin Lombok Utara Regency. Theoretical Framework: Explains the context of sustainable development as development that is oriented towards meeting human needs through the wise. Competency is the ability to carry or carry out a job or task that is based on skills and knowledge and is supported by the work attitude required by the job. Village-owned Enterprises is an institution established by the village government to improve the village economy. social capital is a resource inherent in social relationships. Individuals involved in social relationships can use these social resources for personal and group interests. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study is quantitative associative and this research was conducted in 43 villages in Lombok Utara Regency. With the number of samples used as many as 215 people in 43 Village-owned Enterprises. Data analysis used the SEM-PLS method. Findings: The results of the study found the role of the government, management competence, utilization of information and communication technology, and social capital of Polong Renten have a significant positive effect both in installment and indirectly on the performance of Village-owned Enterprisesand the performance of village development. Research, Practical & Social Implications: Polong renten's social capital significantly moderated the influence of the manager competency variable on the performance of Village-owned Enterprisesin Lombok Utara Regency. novelty in research obtained results and illustrated there is a factor of polong renten social capital, which has an influence and moderation of influence between variables that impact the performance of Village-owned Enterprisesand village development performance. Originality/Value: In addition, it further emphasizes the moderation effect of social capital in other forms, whether it can strengthen or weaken the influence relationship between variables estimated to affect the performance of Village-owned Enterprisesand village development performance.

Pendampingan Identifikasi Potensi Wisata Desa Kalegen Dalam Mendukung Kawasan Agrowisata Umpak Sumbing

The development of tourist villages is one of the government's efforts to improve the village economy and community welfare. BKAD Umpak Sumbing was formed to create the Umpak Sumbing agrotourism area in Bandongan District, Magelang Regency. Kalegen Village is one of the villages in the Umpak Sumbing area which has quite a lot of tourism potential in the form of nature tourism, fisheries and agriculture. There is a lot of tourism potential in Kalegen village that needs to be managed optimally. This community service activity assists in mapping superior tourism potential in Kalegen village to realize the development of the Umpak Sumbing agrotourism area. The results of identifying village tourism potential are expressed in digital mapping using QGIS software. Apart from that, to support the management of village tourism, it is necessary to optimize the Harapan Maju BUMDes by creating a BUMDes information system. The Village Credit Institution is a Microfinance Institution based on local wisdom in Bali, which has the aim of improving the Village economy, currently facing competition from similar financial institutions operating in Bali. Based on this, the aim of this research is to analyze the internal and external environment as a basis for formulating strategies for empowering Village.Credit.Institutions.in Bali. The sample for this research was 100 Village Credit Institutions in Bali which were taken using stratified proportional random sampling based on districts/cities. Data was analyzed using SWOT Analysis, which is outlined. in the External. Factor.Analysis Summary (EFAS) and Internal. Factor. Analysis Summary (IFAS) matrices. This research found that the Village Credit Institution empowerment strategy in Bali in the future can be carried out with an intensive strategy through market penetration strategies and new product development. The penetration strategy includes increasing credit customers and third party funds more intensively and the new product development strategy includes funding micro and small businesses with a profit sharing system, funding household equipment and term savings.

Innovation of Village-Owened Enterprises (BUMDes) to Improve the Economy of Village Communities in Bintan Regency

Village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) are institutions within the village government that focus on the economic sector to grow and develop the village economy. The mandate of the Village Law makes BUMDes the main driver of the village economy. A growing village economy is expected to be a stimulus for national economic growth. This research aims to describe how innovations made by BUMDes in Bintan Regency in improving the village economy. The BUMDes that are the focus of this research are BUMDes with advanced categories in Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province consisting of BUMDes Mitra Perdana Teluk Sasah Village, BUMDes Anugerah Ekang, Ekang Anculai Village and BUMDes Maju Bersama Teluk Bakau Village, Bintan Regency. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of this study found that BUMDes have innovated in increasing their income through the addition of business units through partnership programs with third parties. This partnership program succeeded in increasing production and expanding the market so as to increase income for BUMDes and directly impacted on Village Original Income (PADes).

Governance of the Gampong Owned Business Entity (BUMG) Jeulanga Mata Ie Bandar Dua District Pidie Jaya District

The Ie Jeulanga Gampong-Owned Enterprise (BUMG) in this case as the party that manages the Bottled Drinking Water (AMDK) production business and the Jeulanga Mata Ie Gampong Government as the capital owner certainly requires in-depth research regarding the governance of the feasibility of the business or business being run so that the AMDK business development process can run effectively and can be useful for the development of the village economy. However, the implementation of BUMG is not without obstacles, there are still several problems in its implementation. Apart from that, the lack of capacity or ability of BUMG managers means that BUMG Ie Jeulanga's institutional system is not running optimally and is dependent on government assistance so that there is no spirit of independence. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the implementation of BUMG Ie Jeulanga governance policies based on Regent Regulation Number 30 of 2020 and to determine the factors that support and hinder the governance of BUMG Ie Jeulanga. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. Qualitative research was carried out to find information on the impact of empowerment strategies, obstacles and solutions for BUMG Ie Jeulanga in improving the economy of the village community in Bandar Dua District, Pidie Jaya Regency. This model system regarding BUMG governance includes work plans, management aspects, business capital, human resources, and supporting and inhibiting factors for BUMG Jeulanga Mata Ie. In this research, BUMG policy implementation uses policy implementation formulated by Van Meter and Van Horn. Based on the results of data analysis, field findings, propositions and linked to theoretical studies, it can be concluded that BUMG Ie Jeulanga has significant potential for growth and development, but also faces challenges such as administrative management thathas not been managed well, existing financial resources are still inadequate. fulfill the implementation of the BUMG program and so far, and the human resource potential of BUMG managers is still very lacking, it is very likely that the level of educationand expertise of the staff is not in line with the job description of the AMDK production business, because the majority of the residents of Gampong Jeulanga Mata Ie make their living as farmers/planters and casual daily laborers and with the establishment of the AMDK business unit by BUMG Ie Jeulanga, it is hoped that there will be employment absorption, because the level of production capacity is still limited, on average marketing is still carried out in the sub-district area.

Pengembangan UMKM dan Pemanfaatan Limbah Sampah Sebagai Industri Kreatif Melalui Kuliah Kerja Nyata di Kelurahan Bagelen

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are community associations that work and carry out entrepreneurial activities that are closely related to the economic sector. Through MSMEs, it becomes easier for people to collaborate between one community and another. One of the subdistricts that really supports the development of MSMEs is Bagelen Subdistrict. The large number of local MSME actors in the culinary sector is considered to have greatly advanced the village economy. But on the other hand, almost every day these MSMEs produce various kinds of waste left over from merchandise production. This problem can be handled by processing waste into creative crafts that have selling value. The aim of the service program is to increase the economic value of waste into additional income for MSMEs. The methods used are socialization, training and marketing assistance. The program results show that MSME waste can be processed into economical knick-knacks in Bagelen Village. These results have implications for increasing the income of MSMEs in Bagelen Village.

Determinasi Prinsip Ekonomi Kerthi Bali Pada Sektor UMKM di Desa Nagasepaha Kabupaten Buleleng

The improvement of the regional economy, especially the village of Nagasepaha at this time, is an interesting thing to study. The characteristic of Nagasepaha village which is the identity is the glass puppet craft and saab mote. The covid 19 pandemic had a very significant impact on the community because many were laid off. The people of Nagasepaha village tend to work in the tourism sector rather than working as craftsmen. In order for the economy of Nagasepaha village to recover, one of the efforts made is through the determination of the kerthi bali economy. The hope of implementing the concept of the kerthi bali economy in the MSME sector is to be able to grow the village economy and create a balance in the aspects of parahyangan, pawongan and palemahan.The method used is descriptive quantitative aims to create a picture or description of a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of data, and appearance and results. This research is used to describe the characteristics of the Kerthi Bali economy, especially in the MSME sector in Nagasepaha Village. In this method, researchers will use data in the form of numbers generated from surveys, observations, or other data sources to explain in depth about the economic conditions of Kerthi Bali, especially in the MSME sector in Nagasepaha Village. The results showed that of the 11 principles outlined in the Kerthi Bali economic concept, there are 2 principles that have not been maximally understood and applied, namely the 3rd principle relating to the economy built / developed by Krama Bali inclusively, creatively, and innovatively. And the 7th principle relating to the economy that is built / developed by accommodating the application / development of science and technology and digital technology. Furthermore, the level of implementation of the principles of the Balinese kerthi economy of MSME players in Nagasepaha Village, Buleleng Regency found that of the 11 principles used as measuring instruments showed that in general it scored 0.35 in the Good category.

Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Gebyar Gerak Sukamulya di Desa Sukamulya Kabupaten Ciamis

Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKN) are an intracurricular lecture activity in the form of community service with an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral approach. Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) can be defined as a small-scale business unit that is simply managed by economic business actors. The challenge of MSEs in Sukamulya Village is that they have not yet developed due to a lack of awareness of the provision of facilities and support from several local institutions or organizations so that they have not been able to contribute to the village economy. The aim of this community service is to make efforts to empower MSEs through the Sukamulya Movement event and improve the economy for the people of Sukamulya Village. The method used in this paper is the community empowerment method by referring to the theory according to the Delivery Team. Community service activities were carried out by KKN-T Group 04 of Siliwangi University with the result of determining a strategic location, namely at the Sukamulya Village GOR, with 15 MSEs and 10 PKLs participating, as well as the high enthusiasm of the community of around 600 people spilling over so that the MSEs who were registered at This celebration gets a lot of profit from sales and it is hoped that this activity can continue to be carried out by the local government in Sukamulya Village.

Tourist Attraction Strategies In The Destination Development Stage For Tourism Village Sustainability

The development of tourism villages in Indonesia is expected to improve the village economy and be sustainable. In reality, not all tourist villages can be sustainable through all stages of destination development. Central Java Province Tourism Board has reported that only 4 per cent of villages survive through all of destination development stages. However, previous research has little attention in exploring strategies for change and innovation in tourist attractions at each stage of destination development. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategy of developing tourist attractions in the pioneer, developing and developed stages in Lerep Village Tourism. The method used is interactive qualitative research, data was collected by in-depth interviews with informants, observation and documentation. The results showed that Lerep Tourism Village focused on the development of natural and cultural tourism attractions in the pioneer stages, then in the developing stage it is strengthened by the presence of traditional culinary markets, as well as artificial tourism. In the developed stage, Lerep Tourism Village issued natural and cultural tourism packages with the concept of eco-educational tourism, strengthening agricultural tradition events and innovations in developing welcome dances for tourism.

Innovation Strategy in Increasing Village Economic Capacity Through BUMDes

This research is about BUMDes. BUMDes is a form of implementation of the Village Law, which makes villages the spearhead of development. Utilizing village potential provides benefits and interests for the community to achieve the welfare of local residents. The initial potential is the development of BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises) which serve as a driver of the village economy. However, as time goes by, quite a few villages experience failure in running their businesses, this is due to the lack of human resource capacity in managing BUMDes. This Community Service (Abdimas) activity aims to find out BUMDes innovation strategies in utilizing regional economic potential with various types of potential as a form of improving the village economy and being able to contribute to the village's original income. The method used is the community empowerment method using the technique of providing knowledge through lectures, then discussions with Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to find the problems faced by the village. The results obtained from this activity are increased understanding of village finances and the strengths and weaknesses of BUMDes Sidomukti, Dendang District. So that BUMDes can be managed better in the future.

Penguatan Kelembagaan Bumdes untuk Pembangunan Desa di Kecamatan Rancakalong

The formation of BUMDes is a step to empower the economy and welfare of village communities. This must be supported by good management so that the potential in the village which has economic value can be developed massively in order to improve the welfare of the village community. However, managing BUMDes is not easy in the implementation process and requires strengthening from the institutional side. This community service (PkM) activity aims to help better manage BUMDes for village development. The implementation of this PkM took the form of a workshop and visits to several BUMDes in Rancakalong Subdistrict. Rancakalong Subdistrict has 10 villages and each village has a BUMDes. The results of PkM activities can be obtained that BUMDes managers know that BUMDes management is not based on the wishes of village leaders but on village deliberations to provide welfare for the community, especially the village economy, exploring village potential must be based on data collected in a system, and increasing capacity for BUMDes managers. a more professional one. Therefore, strengthening BUMDes must be carried out periodically and in a structured manner for the progress of BUMDes itself.
