The Analysis Of E-Commerce Logistics Efficiency Of The Ukrainian Construction Enterprises

An important component of successful economic activity of industrial enterprises is the optimal sales model combined with e-commerce opportunities. The article analyzed two construction materials manufacturing enterprises categories: those using exclusively a sales network for the promotion of their products, and those developing a direct sales system to the final consumer via electronic commerce. These are basically two different logistical approaches to the process of selling their own products. The efficiency of using e-commerce logistics means is determined by the correlation of sales expenses index with an indicator of enterprises' net income. It was proved sales expenses' indicator affects the dynamics of the net income indicator positively only for the enterprises using e-commerce logistics as a means of setting up a direct sales channel for their products. The article provides recommendations for creating an optimal logistics e-commerce system for construction materials manufacturing enterprises.

STRATEGIC GOALS OF THE STATE REGULATION OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE EUROPEAN VECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

The article is devoted to the study of strategic goals of state regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration. In the future, Ukraine will be part of a single market with more than 450 million consumers, which will create opportunities for industrial enterprises to expand their foreign economic activity and increase their export potential. The purpose of the article is to formulate strategic objectives of state regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in the context of the European development vector. This article examines the role of state regulation in ensuring effective foreign economic activity of Ukrainian industrial enterprises and identifies strategic goals to be achieved in this process. In addition, the article analyses the main challenges and obstacles hindering the achievement of these goals and suggests ways to overcome them. Methodology: scientific research uses general and specific scientific methods, including the method of analysis and synthesis, the descriptive-analytical method, the systems approach, the method of systematisation, the graphical method and the method of comparison. Results. Nowadays, effective regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises is one of the most important factors of economic growth of Ukraine. Many studies have been devoted to the development of mechanisms of state regulation of foreign economic activity, but some aspects are still overlooked by scientists. The practical implications of Ukraine's integration into the European Union are a crucial step for the development of the economy. The European Union is Ukraine's most important trading partner. Thanks to this integration, Ukrainian producers have gained easier access to one of the largest markets in the world – the European Union market. When Ukraine becomes a full member of the European Union and is fully integrated into the single market, it will create more jobs and increase salaries by exporting high-quality products to European Union countries. Ukraine is a reliable partner of the European Union and is working towards membership. This process is not fast, but Ukraine is fulfilling the Association Agreement with the European Union, adopting necessary laws and carrying out reforms for the development of Ukraine. This will help transform Ukraine into a developed country with a high standard of living. The search for new and effective mechanisms for organising foreign economic activity and preserving export potential is extremely important for Ukraine, taking into account the European vector of development in the conditions of a state of war. The article argues for a timely study of the problem of formation of a mechanism of modern regulation of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises, taking into account the impact of the external environment. It presents a number of administrative, economic and legal methods, as well as a periodisation of the formation and development of legislation in Ukraine on foreign economic activity. It also examines the process of foreign economic activity regulation, which refers to a system of measures capable of combining direct legislative regulation of export and import activities of enterprises with economic levers aimed at protecting and improving the structure of the domestic market. The Association Agreement signed between Ukraine and the European Union shows that Ukraine has opted for the European model of socio-economic development.

ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЮ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЮ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

The article is devoted to the study of the prerequisites for the introduction of innovative management approaches for the foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises, taking into account the aggravation of the situation in the foreign economic processes of Ukraine due to military aggression, which fundamentally changed the economic space of the functioning of domestic enterprises. The authors stated that under the conditions of martial law, the management of foreign economic activities of enterprises requires special attention in the context of ensuring competitive exports and realization of opportunities for stable cooperation with international partners. The article defines the prerequisites that will form the foundation for the effective restoration of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises using innovative approaches. The authors include the following as key prerequisites for innovative management of the foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises: a deep understanding of the current state of the world economy and trade trends, the ability of the enterprise to adapt to changes in foreign markets, the development of its own innovative capacities, the establishment of an effective system of communication and cooperation with all interested parties, including state bodies, business partners, customers and other structures. Particular attention in the article is devoted to highlighting the prerequisites for the implementation of innovative management of foreign economic activities of industrial enterprises, which include the development of innovative culture in the organization, analysis and forecasting of foreign markets, innovative technologies and processes, knowledge management and training, partnership and cooperation networks. The systematization of the prerequisites for the implementation of innovative management of foreign economic activity enabled the authors of the article to form a number of promising directions for updating the management systems of foreign economic activity of enterprises of the Ukrainian machine-building industry during the war and post-war period. Considered in the article, the prerequisites of innovative management of foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises provide an opportunity to determine further directions of transformation of foreign economic activity management systems with the necessary further detailing of innovative management methods.

ДОМІНАНТИ ЦИФРОВОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

The article substantiates that in the conditions of the formation of the fourth and fifth industrial revolutions, the digital transformation of industrial enterprises forms the basis of their further development. The conceptual apparatus "digital economy", "digitalization", "digital transformation" was considered and summarized. The dominants of the digital transformation of the economic activity of industrial enterprises have been identified. The first dominant factor is the adaptation of their economic activity to the conditions of functioning in the digital economy. The specified adaptation should take into account the change in the role of workers of industrial enterprises in the production system, the use of digital technologies in analysis and economic decision-making, the use of intangible factors of production in economic activity, the use of three communication environments of the digital economic space: 1) an internal environment based on the interaction of elements of the production system at the levels: personnel-equipment, equipment-equipment; 2) interaction on the Internet regarding trading goods; 3) a collaborative environment in the development of new or custom products through crowdsourcing. The second dominant factor is the digitization of economic and production processes, which involves the introduction by industrial enterprises of digital technologies related to predicative analytics, production and product life cycle management, digital technologies for designing, developing and improving products, as well as several information technologies that provide an economic component business activities (interaction with suppliers, partners, sales, market analysis, payment systems, etc.). The third dominant factor of the digital transformation of the economic activity of industrial enterprises is substantiated as the processes of digital transformation, which are based on changing the way the production and economic system operates, digitizing business processes and changing the business model by transferring economic interactions into the digital space, forming a value proposition through the use of digital production technologies, introduction into the key areas of activity of digitization of logistics operations, inventory control, etc.

In general, for the major part of the surveyed enterprises (REB’s respondents) the year 2022 turned out to be not worse than the previous one, and some indicators reached record levels. Forecasts for 2023 also inspire certain optimism.

ІНФОРМАЦІЙНЕ ПІДҐРУНТЯ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Security activity in the conditions of Ukrainian industrial enterprises creates the necessary basis for their functioning and development despite a critically high level of uncertainty and insufficient state support. The actions of security entities, based on the acquired experience and available resources, provide for the primary elimination of the consequences of the implementation of internal threats, in particular, in relation to the financial component of the economic security of the enterprise. This form of organization of security activities is becoming less and less effective due to the high dynamics of the external environment, in particular in terms of the materiality of the impact of threats that are associated with changes in the national economy, COVID-19, military actions, etc. The study is focused on the consideration of the main trends in the development of industry and in terms of individual types of economic activity as a necessary addition in the formation of information and analytical support for the safety of industrial enterprises. In order to form the informational basis for ensuring the economic security of industrial enterprises, the following methods were applied: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – when studying the peculiarities of the financial and economic activity of industrial enterprises; synthesis and analysis – to characterize the trends in the change of the main indicators characterizing the activity of enterprises of the food, pharmaceutical, and machine-building industries; morphological analysis – to specify the parameters of information and analytical support for the safety of industrial enterprises; graphic – for visual presentation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical – for theoretical generalizations and research conclusions. The need to improve the information and analytical support of security activities through the expansion of the horizons of constant monitoring has been proven, by consistently examining the dynamics of three indicators (number of enterprises, volume of products sold, number of employees) in relation to enterprises of the food, pharmaceutical, and machine-building industries. The results of tracking changes in three main indicators proved the high dynamism of the operating environment of industrial enterprises under the influence of a significant number of factors, the content of which in some cases is common, which is indicated by a certain synchronicity in the change in the number of business structures, but also differs due to the specifics of each individual type of economic activity, which related to the level of need for industrial products to meet certain needs. Making changes to the information and analytical support of security activities should ensure the identification of threats by security entities at the early stages of formation with the corresponding development and implementation of anticipatory measures.

Optimization of material and technical supply management of industrial enterprises

Purpose. Development of an adaptive economic and mathematical model of raw material supply management for the production activities of industrial enterprises. Methodology. In the course of the study, the following methods of understanding economic phenomena and processes were used to solve the problems posed in the work: system analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, abstract-logical and graphical methods. Findings. The work identifies specific characteristics of the organization of supply of raw materials, equipment, inventory and finished products to industrial enterprises. An adaptive economic and mathematical model of optimization of material and technical supply of these enterprises is formulated. The proposed model simplifies the choice of raw material inventory management system depending on the specifics of the production process of a particular enterprise and the external conditions of its operation. The use of adaptive model is necessary in the formation of supply and demand change programs in the markets of finished products, monitoring the movement of own funds in the organization of transportation of raw materials from suppliers and redistribution of available financial resources to address the priorities of business entities. Originality. The authors propose an adaptive economic and mathematical model for optimizing material and technical supply, which takes into account the possibility of violation of the delivery time of inventory items under the influence of force majeure, and also determines the optimal amount of raw materials for supply under certain operating conditions of a particular industrial enterprise. Practical value. The use of the economic and mathematical model formed by the authors in the economic activity of industrial enterprises will allow the latter to timely forecast and plan their logistics costs and, as a consequence, avoid irrational spending of available financial resources.

The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of ensuring the security of economic activity of industrial enterprises in modern conditions of economic development. It has been proven that the theoretical and methodological justification of ensuring the security of economic activity of industrial enterprises in modern economic conditions requires the definition of the subject, functions and principles of economic security. Ensuring the security of the economic activity of industrial enterprises consists not only in physical protection, but also in the formation and achievement of the economic interests of industrial enterprises. The main goal of ensuring the security of the economic activity of industrial enterprises in modern conditions is the timely detection of exogenous and endogenous threats and the use of adequate factors capable of counteracting and neutralizing them, as well as creating conditions for using the potential of an industrial enterprise to ensure its competitiveness. It is justified that ensuring the security of economic activity of industrial enterprises performs a certain functional load in the form of such functions as: informational, monitoring, prognostic, protective. The theoretical and methodological basis of ensuring the safety of economic activity of industrial enterprises in modern conditions of ensuring the separation of the system of principles. The system of principles of the economic security system includes: purposefulness, emergency, hierarchy, multiplicativeness, variability, adaptability, continuity. The system of principles for ensuring the safety of the economic activity of industrial enterprises in modern conditions represents the basic guidelines that industrial enterprises must adhere to, this ensures the achievement of the goals of the economic activity of industrial enterprises in modern conditions. Isolating the system of principles of ensuring the security of economic activity of industrial enterprises makes it possible to substantiate the methodological principles of economic security, which will contribute to the development of management principles using creative forms and methods of protection.

A JUSTIFICATION OF THE IMPORTANCE OF STRATEGIC AND INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES

The article studies theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of innovation strategies for managing the economic activity of industrial enterprises. It has been established that innovations and innovative processes are the main source of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. It has been also noted that the level of state intervention greatly affects the development of new technologies. The main criteria, which the strategy of the enterprise must meet, have been determined. Creating a strategy for innovative development of enterprises is a set of actions and methods for managing innovation activities of the subjects of enterprise. This ensures their competitive advantage. The scheme of formation of strategic innovative development of the enterprise in the interplay of goals of the enterprise and resource components has been given. The main components of the strategy of innovative development of enterprises have been determined. The recommendations on how to improve innovation activities of industrial enterprises have been developed. It is noted that due to the events of the current year, the war may hinder the already existing direction of science and innovation in the industrial environment. It should be noted that the process of development and production potential of the enterprise for achieving certain strategic goals is a series of systematic interconnected actions, but not a one-time process. It has been noted that the share of implemented innovative products in the volume of industry in 2019 was 1.3%. It is confirmed that an indicator of the efficiency of the innovation strategy implementation is the innovation activity of the enterprise. It was found that the competitiveness of products is a multifaceted concept, which includes: the conformity of the goods to market conditions; necessary needs of consumers not only for their quality, technical, economical, environmental, commercial; and other conditions of their implementation. Therefore, each level of planning at the enterprise must be aligned to innovative development. Thus implementation of innovation strategy within any enterprise lies in the management of innovation transformations, which combines the methods of strategy, innovation management and project management.

METHODICAL APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF EXPENSES OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

The article analyzes the problem of formation of a single, effective and universal methodological approach to cost management of an industrial enterprise as an important aspect for its success in the competitive domestic markets of Ukraine and in the conduct of foreign economic activity in the world market. The necessity of a clear understanding of the economic essence of the category "costs" is revealed and it is determined that the category "costs" is all the resources and factors of production that require accounting, expressed in monetary form, as well as used in the process of economic activity to obtain a financial result and necessary for its analysis, management decision – making, and is an internal price-forming factor. We systematize the components of the concept of "expenses". The approaches to the concept of the economic essence of costs in General covers all spheres of activity and summarizes the types of costs inherent in the enterprises of the industrial complex. The proposed definition of the category "costs" will improve the efficiency of their management; strengthen the control of their consumption; identify reserves to improve performance; improve the organization and methodology of cost accounting at the industrial enterprise. Negative factors of influence on financial and economic activity of industrial enterprises are also allocated and it is proved that efficiency of actions for reduction of expenses depends on degree of their coordination with tasks of activity and development of the enterprise. Built a mechanism for the distribution functions of the system management costs of industrial enterprises and revealed that the distribution of functions and objectives of the cost management system must be implemented in concert with management functions of an industrial enterprise. It is concluded that the cost management system of an industrial enterprise is a complex of related elements and relations in the enterprise management system, which, due to the rational use of its resources, ensure its stable functioning. Each individual element performs the corresponding functions and tasks of the cost management system. The effectiveness of the functions and tasks of the cost management system depends on the degree of feedback from the control of the cost management activities of the enterprise to its planning.

ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION POTENTIAL OF MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES OF KHARKIV REGION

The purpose of the article is to study the management of production potential of machine-building enterprises in the Kharkiv region, 9 enterprises were analyzed and their production indicators were studied. The effectiveness of the production potential is characterized by production, technological, financial and innovative components. It should be noted that since the production potential is a component of the economic potential of the enterprise, the structure presented in Fig. 1 is quite conditional. If we consider the production potential from this point of view, then, for example, its innovative component is inextricably linked with the innovative potential, and the financial component – with the financial potential. Sustainable development and competitiveness of an industrial enterprise depends on the level of production potential, which is the foundation of production activity. The production potential of an industrial enterprise is a complex, dynamic and stochastic system consisting of a number of interconnected components. At the legislative level, an attempt has been made to build a single model of an integrated indicator of the financial condition of large, medium and small enterprises. According to the approved IFI Procedure for assessing the financial condition of a potential beneficiary of an investment project, the level of financial condition of the enterprise is determined depending on the value of the integrated indicator, which allows the classification of enterprises in the industry or region. At the same time, questions about the structure of innovation potential remain controversial in the scientific literature. The development of an integrated module for the assessment of production potential is the first stage of the presented methodological approach. The next step is to improve the information subsystem of monitoring the financial and economic activity of industrial enterprises, which in turn is an integral part of the IT system of enterprise management. At this stage, it is necessary to develop software that provides analysis and comprehensive assessment of production capacity. After integrating the software module with IS monitoring, we have to test the software using the collected database on the financial and economic activity of the enterprise. Comparing the results of the assessment with the assessment from the analytical reports of independent experts will allow to determine the level of adequacy of the presented model and software. Methodology. The analysis was conducted on the basis of financial statements of enterprises of the machine-building industry of Kharkiv region for the period 2018, 2019, 2020. Results of the study show that the enterprises of the machine-building industry have low indicators of production potential, so enterprises need to change the strategy in the market to improve production capacity to increase competitiveness and improve. Practical implications. Given that companies have lost traditional markets in recent years and products are not in high demand in European markets, it is necessary to develop ways to improve the management of the potential of machine-building enterprises, seek new markets and strengthen cooperation with international companies. Value/originality. The study will help the management of enterprises to more effectively manage the enterprise and improve their production capacity.

FORMATION OF METHODS OF EVALUATION OF EFFICIENCY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY

Topicality. This article discloses vital aspects of improvement of state investment policy as the basis of implementation of innovative technologies on domestic enterprises. Each economic entity is obligated to clearly and accurately present its needs in financial, raw material, labor, intellectual resources, production facilities, sources of their obtaining. They must also be able to effectively use existing production and natural resources in the production process. They need to respond in a timely manner, rationally and quickly to the changes that take place in the business environment. It is important to minimize the risks to the environment and make products environmentally friendly. An important component of making managerial decisions to attract innovation and the validity of the implementation of an innovative strategy for the development of an industrial enterprise is the use of innovative methods for assessing the effectiveness of economic activity. The need to assess the effectiveness of the industrial enterprise is justified by the need to form new goals, principles and innovative principles of management, focused on maximum satisfaction of consumer needs and market requirements. Aim and tasks. The purpose of the article is to systematize the views of domestic and foreign scientific society, which will identify key issues and provide recommendations for the formation of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of industrial enterprises. Research results. To assess the effectiveness of the industrial enterprise in the dynamics of reporting periods, it is proposed to use the method of taxonomic analysis with additional consideration of the share of influence of each of the factors on the integrated indicator. Given that the main factors influencing the efficiency of economic activity of industrial enterprises are labor, capital, fixed assets, objects of labor and staff skills, the definition of an integrated indicator by which it is possible to comprehensively assess the efficiency of economic activity of industrial enterprises is proposed to be carried out , average efficiency of use of fixed assets (return on assets), average efficiency of use of objects of labor (material return), average efficiency of use of capital (turnover of assets), level of qualification of personnel. Conclusion. The proposed approach to assessing the efficiency of economic activity of an industrial enterprise will identify key indicators of impact on the level of its competitiveness. Based on the obtained materials, using the method of taxonomic analysis taking into account the share of the proposed factors, you can explore trends in the internal business environment of the enterprise, which will analyze the effectiveness of the chosen strategy of the entity. Also, the calculations will assess the efficiency of economic activity of the enterprise in comparison with the nearest competitors, and determine the place in the ranking in the relevant market segment. The results obtained to assess the effectiveness of economic activity will allow the management of the industrial enterprise to identify weaknesses in the production process and identify priority areas for innovation.

Методическое обеспечение управления логистическими бизнес-процессами в производственной сфере

The results of economic activity of industrial enterprises are largely determined by functioning of the logistics system. On the basis of the opinions of experts in this field and the results of the analysis of the quality of material flows of a particular industrial enterprise, it is concluded that there are significant reserves in the field of transportation of finished products. The article is devoted to the development of the basics of methodological support of logistics processes of manufacturing enterprises that sell through distribution centers. The state of logistics systems at industrial enterprises is shown. Generalization of modern management approaches in the field of material flows is carried out. During the analysis of sales, significant deviations in demand volumes from the products actually sold were revealed. Bringing the results of the evaluation of problematic elements in the activities of the logistics service to the performers of these functions on the basis of the RAT system made it possible to obtain a positive result within a short time. In this article, the author has limited himself to considering a certain set of logistics indicators proposed on the basis of the current analysis of its state. In the future, it is planned to consider a set of estimated indicators of the state of the material flow, taking into account the interaction of industrial enterprises with distribution centers, and then buyers of products, which should be based on the construction of the information system.

ФОРМУВАННЯ ОСНОВНИХ КОМПОНЕНТІВ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ СУБ’ЄКТІВ ГОСПОДАРЮВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ НА ОСНОВІ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ «ІНДУСТРІЯ 4.0»

The study substantiates the development of the main components of the industrial policy of the state in terms of the implementation of the Concept "Industry 4.0" for innovative and active economic entities in the field of industry. The proposed approach combines fundamental laws and advanced production experience, contributes to the optimal structure of the economy, the rational development of socially demanded industries and high-tech industries. It combines certain areas and areas of purposeful economic activity of industrial enterprises into a coherent productive system that provides the necessary level of efficiency and competitiveness of the national economy at both regional and national levels. Scientifically based industrial policy counteracts the disastrous processes of differentiation of society and the collapse of large industrial enterprises and complexes, creates favorable conditions for stable, comprehensive and effective development of the national sphere of material production based on full use of scientific and technological progress and social intelligence. For enterprises, the existence of a clearly defined state policy and strategy means the ability to build their own plans. This approach to the interaction of the state, industries, regions and business was one of the factors of success of the leading states. Such an industrial policy is a constructive mechanism, which is called by modern times, which allows, taking into account the fundamentally new realities of modern economic practice to ensure the implementation of an innovative model of economic development. Moreover, the task of the state is to ensure not only the modern technological level of production, but also high stable demand for its products through the implementation of industrial policy. Due to this, it is possible to quickly and with minimal social costs to modify the sectoral structure of the national economy, stop the decline and move to a dynamic increase in gross national product and budget revenues. In the future, as the necessary prerequisites for the full development of commodity-money relations, lower inflation, stabilization of market prices and other elements that are the basis for the formation of a civilized market, it becomes possible to consistently increase all positive economic processes.

IMPROVEMENT OF THE ANTI-CRISIS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

Anti-crisis management of the enterprise is important for its stable development, avoidance of the economic crisis and providing financial security both at the level of the state and individual businesses. In conditions of unstable political, economic and legal situation, the impact of various factors on the financial condition of industrial enterprises was analysed. It proved that most domestic enterprises have unstable indicators of economic and financial position. Theoretical approaches to the definition of crisis management to ensure the financial security of the enterprise was analysed. The analysis of economic activity of industrial enterprises in Ukraine for the last years was carried out. The main factors of risks and threats to enterprises were studied. The analysis of financial activity of PJSC "Sumykhimprom" in the conditions of economic crisis was carried out and the complex of measures for forecasting of occurrence of financial risks and overcoming of negative consequences of crisis is offered. It is proved that the creation of a set of measures for effective crisis management is relevant not only in the scientific context, but also in practical use to overcome the negative consequences that may be accompanied by the onset of bankruptcy. In the context of bankruptcy risk management, the implementation of the set of measures to prevent and slow down crisis processes, stabilize the financial situation with additional reserves and resources, prepare for the emergence of new risks is grounded. Depending on the crisis situation, anti-crisis measures are defined to stabilize the safe development of the enterprise. The mechanism of anti-crisis measures and strategies in the company is offered. It was confirmed that anti-crisis management is aimed not only at avoiding the crisis, but also at adapting businesses and maintaining stable financial performance in the global economic crisis. Studying the methods of bringing companies out of the crisis and ensuring its stable financial performance, the main approaches to the study of effective financial condition and avoidance of bankruptcy in the enterprise are defined. This paper develops a set of anti-crisis measures to predict and identify negative factors from the external and internal environment at different stages of economic and financial activities of the enterprise.

АНАЛІЗ ВПЛИВУ СТРАТЕГІЧНИХ ПРІОРИТЕТІВ НА РОЗВИТОК ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Анотація. Розвиток економіки країни вимагає зростанню обсягів інвестиційних ресурсів, що можливе за рахунок збільшення інвестиційного капіталу. Проаналізовано динаміку прямих інвестицій (акціонерного капіталу) в економіку України по регіонах за 2010—2018 рр. Результати аналізу свідчать про низький рівень інвестиційної привабливості великої кількості регіонів, що викликано низкою зовнішніх чинників, які стримують розвиток зовнішньоекономічної діяльності (ЗЕД) промислових підприємств. Прямі інвестиції є ефективним інструментом стабілізації механізмів регулювання ЗЕД. Розкрито сутність понять «стратегія» і «стратегія зовнішньоекономічної діяльності». Виділено основні стратегічні пріоритети розвитку ЗЕД, а саме: розширення інвестиційних можливостей; розвиток інвестиційної політики шляхом залучення іноземних інвестицій, що забезпечить належний інвестиційний клімат; розвиток технічного і технологічного рівнів через зміни виробничих ресурсів; співпраця фінансових організацій щодо підвищення інвестиційного потенціалу держави. Досліджено надходження прямих інвестицій (акціонерного капіталу) в Україну за видами економічної діяльності в період 2015—2019 рр., а саме: фінансова і страхова діяльність; гуртова і роздрібна торгівля; промисловість. Побудовано інтегральний показник розвитку надходжень прямих інвестицій (акціонерного капіталу) в Україну за видами економічної діяльності в період 2015—2019 рр., що вказує на низьку інвестиційну активність, яка викликана погіршенням інвестиційного клімату. Інвестиційний проект, виступаючи реалізацією інвестиційних ресурсів, потребує детального дослідження. Запропоновано впровадження інвестиційного проєкту суб’єкта господарювання промисловості з метою збільшення доходу, який передбачає іноземним інвесторам вкладення інвестиційних ресурсів у стратегічно новітні технології для підвищення інвестиційної привабливості на міжнародних ринках. Інвестиційний проєкт характеризується оцінкою реальних інвестицій, що всебічно визначає інвестиційний прибуток, механізми реалізації інвестиційних ресурсів і розв’язання проблем впливу як зовнішнього так і внутрішнього середовища. Установлено, що перспективний розвиток ЗЕД промислових підприємств забезпечить потенціальну інвестиційну модель довгострокового інвестування іноземного капіталу. APPLICATION OF THE ECONOMIC AND MATHEMATICAL METHOD OF THE OPTIMAL SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM OF MODELING INVESTMENT PROCESSES

In modern business environment an important issue for businesses is finding the funds to solve key problems associated with upgrading and purchasing new technologies. It should be noted that the lack of clear and practical guidelines for determining the amount of annual investment by industrial enterprises in the course of its financial and economic activities necessitates the need for additional scientific research in this area. The article substantiates the approaches to determining the economically feasible volume of investments in view of the specificity of industrial and economic activity of industrial enterprises. It was proposed to form five own investment projects. The optimal scenario of the organization of the investment process will provide maximum profit for the enterprise in the end period. The calculated dynamic scheme of financial flows indicates high efficiency of the investment process. This increase can be obtained from own funds, loans granted in the first and second year and reinvestment of profits in the respective projects. The modeling of competitions of investment projects was improved, the distinctive feature of which is to create the optimal scenario for the organization of the investment process. To determine the specific amount of investment each year it is necessary to determine what the company considers as a strategic development priority for itself: saving current positions and maintaining a static equilibrium or obtaining competitive advantages in order to ensure dynamic development. It is proposed to consider the following alternatives: to distribute the required amount of investment costs by years depending on the technical capabilities and the state of the fixed assets and financial capabilities; make changes to the scale of the investment project and find sources of optimization of the operational process; create variations in sources of investment financing; determine the possible period of retention of competitive advantages and their impact on the value of the enterprise; to promote the development of cooperation between the enterprise and educational and research institutions in the field of improving the innovative activity of the enterprise.Key words: investment project, modeling, financial flows, investments, potential, efficiency.
