赣南地区农业生态经济系统耦合态势的时空演变

赣南地区地处南方丘陵山地区域，是重要的生态功能区，其农业经济发展与生态功能保护的关系备受关注。促进农业生态经济系统的耦合协调发展，是赣南地区可持续发展的重要内容。利用2000-2015年赣州市各县（市）统计年鉴数据及遥感数据，构建了基于耦合协调度模型的区域农业生态经济系统的评价指标体系，开展时间和空间尺度上的农业生态经济系统的耦合协调发展研究。结果表明：（1）在时间尺度上，农业生态系统变化不大，在空间尺度上县（市）之间因自然条件的不同略有差异；农业经济综合评价值在2000-2015年之间有较大的增长，且不同县（市）间存在差异，农业经济系统的相对滞后是限制农业生态经济系统不能协同发展的原因。（2）耦合度和耦合协调度随时间而增长，大部分县（市）的耦合度经历了从中度耦合、高度耦合、再到极度耦合的过程，其中极度耦合的占比从2000年的0%提升到2015年的94%；耦合协调度从基本、中度协调耦合到中度、高度协调耦合，且都呈现以赣县、于都县、兴国县为主的中部较低，而南北部较高的态势。（3）2010年前，大部分县（市）的农业生态经济系统发展类型长期处于农业经济极度滞后状态，随后逐步向农业经济严重滞后过渡。农业生态经济系统耦合态势的分析有助于明晰当地的农业生态经济系统的发展、演变规律，促进农业系统的协调发展。;Gannan region, located in a typical hilly and mountainous area, is the state for the construction of ecological environment focused on one area. To balance the development of agricultural economic and ecological function protection, and pursues comprehensive and sustainable development, the multiple relationship between them was investigated in this paper. We proposed an agri-ecological economic index system (based on the coupling coordination degree model) to analysis coordinated development in gannan region. All the data was from 2000-2015 statistical yearbook and satellite remote sensing. The results show that:(1) the agri-ecosystem show a slightly differ between different spatial (natural conditions) except times. From 2000 to 2015, the comprehensive evaluation value of agricultural economy growth a lot with a certain spatial variation. (2) Coupling degree and coupling coordination degree increased with time, e.g. the proportion of extreme coupling increased from 0% (2000) to 94% (2015). Most counties (cities) was moderate coupling initial and growths to extreme coupling in 2015. Besides, coupling coordination degree was changed from moderate to high coupling coordination degree. In addition, a low-lying region is exhibited in middle of the study area (e.g. Yudu County, Xingguo County), and high-lying region is in northern. (3) Before 2010, most counties (cities) was in an extreme lag agricultural economy condition for a long period, meanwhile, transferring smoothly to a serious lag agricultural economy condition. The analysis of the coupling situation of agri-ecological economic system could expand our acknowledge of the development condition, evolution law of agri-ecological economic system, and promote the coordinated development of agricultural system in regions.

Site selection of ecological buildings from the perspective of Chinese geomantic omen

Geomantic theory is a natural science integrating geophysics, hydrogeology, astrology, meteorology, environmental landscape science, architecture, ecology, and human life information science. Its purpose is to carefully examine and understand the natural environment, to use and transform the nature, to create a good living environment, to win the best time, place, and people, to achieve the perfect realm of the unity of nature and man. In today’s rapid economic development and social progress, how to effectively combine architectural geomantic omen with contemporary architectural design is the concrete embodiment of modern geomantic omen culture keeping pace with The Times, and is also an important subject faced by Chinese traditional culture to benefit contemporary people and promote economic development. This paper combines Chinese geomantic omen with modern architecture and discusses the site selection of modern architecture under the guidance of geomantic omen based on the current ecological environment construction. This paper studies the site selection of ecological buildings under the guidance of geomantic omen, which provides a new idea for the application of ancient geomantic omen in the future site selection of buildings. To treat Chinese geomantic culture correctly, Chinese architecture, as the carrier of Chinese culture, should inherit critically, explore its scientific essence, and use the past for the present or use it with a little modification. This paper attempts to learn from the traditional Chinese geomantic concepts, such as wind, air, sunshine, water, and so on, and apply them to the current ecological building site selection. According to the natural environment analysis, starting from the current actual environment, applying ancient geomantic in modern construction site, adjust measures to local conditions, such as mountain gives a new meaning, while retaining the maximum illumination area, environment, plant more traditional geomantic meaning, create more appropriate, good living environment, also accord with the demand of the national ecological construction. In this paper, the attitude of advancing with The Times to look at geomancy, let geomancy theory towards the direction of the development of the real society, which is the contemporary people to study geomancy, promote geomancy theory, use geomantic omen for the benefit of modern architecture of the main task.

Green Development Assessment of a Stainless-steel Industrial Park Based on Material Flow Analysis (MFA)

Based on the material flow analysis method, the green development index system of industrial park was constructed. By using the PSR model, 13 indexes were divided into pressure layer, state layer and response layer, the indexes were standardized, weight distribution and synthesis. The green development level of industrial park was divided into 5 grades combined with the pressure state response factors. The results show that the energy consumption per unit industrial output of a stainless-steel industrial park is 0.7116 tons of standard coal per million yuan, the water consumption per unit industrial output is 6.1466 cubic meters per million yuan, the wastewater discharge per unit industrial added value is 3.12 tons per million yuan, the reduction rate of carbon emissions per unit industrial added value is 19.53%, and the green development index is 0.65, which belongs to the third level of green development. The problems are reflected in particulate emission, resource recycling, energy efficiency, industrial structure, and park greening. In the future, the stainless-steel industrial park should focus on industrial restructuring and transformation, environmental protection infrastructure construction, new policy guidance, and ecological environment construction of the park.

Response of ecological quality to the evolution of land use structure in Taiyuan during 2003 to 2018

The change of regional land use structure has important influence on the stability of ecosystem structure and function. As a typical representative of resource-based cities in central of China, original land use structure was changed because of industrial transformation and upgrading in Taiyuan, which has become a key link in ecological environment construction. Using the Environment for Visualizing Images (ENVI), this paper calculates the ecological quality metrics of Taiyuan in the process of industrial transformation and upgrading, and explores the response of ecological quality in Taiyuan to the spatiotemporal evolution of land use structure. The results show that: (1) From 2003 to 2018, the proportion of urban construction land in east and south of Taiyuan continued to increase. (2) The ecological quality of Taiyuan improved generally. The most obvious improvement was achieved in the Fenhe River Valley. Some parts of the valley changed from strongly bad area (RSEI: 0.2–0.4) to strongly good area (RSEI: 0.8–1.0). (3) The ecological quality in Taiyuan was distributed unevenly in space. In 2013, the ecological quality in the south was poorer than that in 2003 and 2008. However, the ecological quality in that region showed a significant rebound in 2018. The research results shed important new light on urban land use structure, ecological quality evaluation, and formulation of ecological protection policies.

A Novel Intelligent Classification Method for Urban Green Space Based on High-Resolution Remote Sensing Images

The real-time, accurate, and refined monitoring of urban green space status information is of great significance in the construction of urban ecological environment and the improvement of urban ecological benefits. The high-resolution technology can provide abundant information of ground objects, which makes the information of urban green surface more complicated. The existing classification methods are challenging to meet the classification accuracy and automation requirements of high-resolution images. This paper proposed a deep learning classification method for urban green space based on phenological features constraints in order to make full use of the spectral and spatial information of green space provided by high-resolution remote sensing images (GaoFen-2) in different periods. The vegetation phenological features were added as auxiliary bands to the deep learning network for training and classification. We used the HRNet (High-Resolution Network) as our model and introduced the Focal Tversky Loss function to solve the sample imbalance problem. The experimental results show that the introduction of phenological features into HRNet model training can effectively improve urban green space classification accuracy by solving the problem of misclassification of evergreen and deciduous trees. The improvement rate of F1-Score of deciduous trees, evergreen trees, and grassland were 0.48%, 4.77%, and 3.93%, respectively, which proved that the combination of vegetation phenology and high-resolution remote sensing image can improve the results of deep learning urban green space classification.

Influence of Topographical Factors on Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Soil Nutrients in Qinba Mountain Area

To study the spatial distribution characteristics of soil nutrients in different micro-topography and their correlation with topographic factors, to provide reference basis for soil resource nutrient management and ecological environment construction in other areas with the same topography. This paper is based on 150 soil samples from 3 main tea-producing areas in Shangnan County, and analysis methods such as sampling analysis of variance and correlation analysis are applied to soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available potassium, and available effects under different micro-topography (slope, aspect, and slope position). The spatial distribution characteristics of phosphorus were analyzed and the correlation between soil nutrients and topographic factors was explored. The results showed that the contents of soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the surface layer (0-10cm) of the study area were significantly higher than those in the middle and lower layers of soil, all of which were of moderate intensity variation. Soil total nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus and organic matter content are affected to some extent by slope, aspect and slope position. In general, soil total nitrogen, organic matter content and slope position are significantly negatively correlated (P <0.05), and the slope direction showed a very significant positive correlation (P <0.01), while the soil available potassium and available phosphorus had a negative correlation with the slope position and slope (P <0.05).

The spatial-temporal evolution and spatial convergence of ecological total factor productivity in china

Based on the theory of strong sustainability, this paper evaluates the ecological environment from two aspects of ecological environment construction and ecological environment damage, and incorporates the ecological environment into the research framework of total factor productivity (TFP), and proposes a new ecological total factor productivity (ETFP) index, and studies the source of factors, spatial-temporal evolution and spatial convergence of the ETFP in China from 2001 to 2018. The results show the following: ETFP is driven by technological efficiency, and the stage fluctuation differentiation is obvious; the growth rate of the sub-factors of the “labor —energy — ecological environment construction — capital” decreases in sequence, and the contribution degree of the factors of “labor — ecological environment construction — energy — capital” keep decreasing in turn; the distribution pattern evolves from unipolar to bimodal. The path dependence of TFP on capital, labor and energy is relatively strong; There was a spatial convergence in china's provincial ETFP, and convergence speed was accelerated of 4.07% under Geo-economic weight matrix. Considering the influence of institutional factors, environmental decentralization and fiscal decentralization can put off the ETFP’s increasing speed, but the interaction between them can drive the ETFP’s growth.

Application Research of Computer Technology in Agricultural Land Use and Ecological Environment Construction

The utilization of farmland resources has an important impact on the local ecological environment. At the same time, with the development and update of computer technology, it also provides us with more technical means in the application of agricultural land use and ecological environment construction. This paper studies the changes of land resources in the construction of new urban areas, analyzes the changes of the ecological environment in new urban areas, and puts forward the measures for the application of agricultural land use combined with computer technology and the construction of ecological environment. Cloud Platform Assists Construction of Ecological Environment for Vocal Music Teaching in Colleges and Universities from Sustainable Perspective

Effect of shrub-grass vegetation coverage and slope gradient on runoff and sediment yield under simulated rainfall

Evaluating the benefits of sediment and runoff reduction in different vegetation types is essential for studying the mechanisms of soil and water conservation on the Loess Plateau. The experiment was conducted in shrub-grass plots with nine levels of mixed vegetation coverage from 0% to 70%, three slopes (10°,15°, and 20°) and two rainfall intensities (1.0 and 2.5 mm/min). The results showed that the vegetation coverage and slope gradient significantly affect runoff and sediment yield. Shrub-grass vegetation coverage had a significant effect on the runoff start-time, runoff flow velocity, runoff rate, and soil erosion rate on hillslopes. Mixed vegetation coverage could effectively delay the runoff start- time and decrease the runoff flow velocity. However, the effects of the slope gradient on runoff and sediment yield are opposite to those of vegetation coverage. Shrub-grass vegetation coverage could effectively increase runoff and sediment yield reduction benefits, while their benefits were affected by the rainfall intensity. At the 1.0 mm/min rainfall intensity, the reduction in the sediment production rate was greater than that under the 2.5 mm/min intensity. However, when the shrub-grass vegetation coverage exceeded 42%, the runoff reduction benefit was more obvious at higher rainfall intensities. The cumulative sediment yield increased with increasing cumulative runoff, and the rate of increase in the cumulative runoff was greater than that of the cumulative sediment yield with increasing of shrub-grass vegetation coverage. Moreover, there was a power function relationship between cumulative sediment yield and cumulative runoff yield (P < 0.05). Our paper is expected to provide a good reference on the ecological environment and vegetation construction on the Loess Plateau.

Study on the Sustainable Development of Space in Post International Horticultural Exhibition Age from Urban Perspective

International Horticultural Exposition is regarded as the “Olympic” event of horticultural culture and garden science around the world, moreover, the “harmonious symbiosis between city and nature” advocated by the Expo is the important embodiment of urban ecologicalization and also the harmonious link between city and nature. In this study, the environment landscape of International Horticultural Exposition is put under the background of city and nature, then combing and summarizing the effect of Expo development on the construction of green human habitation. At the same time, combined with the current situation of the developing experience of Beijing International Horticultural Exposition in 2019, this paper proposes that promoting regional value in natural resources of city plays a leading role in the sustainable development of space during the Post-International Horticultural Exposition Age, the construction of ecological community environment after the Expo will be a platform to alleviate and coordinate the contradiction between city and nature and it also can promote the integration of these two parts.

Analysis on synergistic effects of the ecological environment construction and the economic growth — a case study of Shandong Province, China

Ecological environment construction is an important strategic decision to achieve sustainable development. It is also a potential motive force to ensure longterm, steady and orderly development of the economy. In consideration of the fact that Shandong Province is the typical epitome of China in the new era, this paper is based on comprehensive investigations on the construction status of ecological environment in 17 cities of Shandong Province, and constructs an analysis framework of the ecological environment construction and economic growth. Using methodologies of AHP Evaluation Model, Co-Integration Analysis, Granger Causality Test and Error Correction Model etc., this paper makes the empirical studies on the relations between environmental protection investment, industrial pollution control, urban environment construction, natural resources conservation and the ecological environment construction in Shandong Province. Our research found that: the overall level of ecological environment construction in Shandong province has been constantly and steadily enhanced, among which the level of urban environment construction has risen the most, followed by environmental protection investment, industrial pollution control and natural resources conservation. Besides, there is a long-term equilibrium relation between the ecological environment construction and economic growth of Shandong Province, among which the bidirectional synergistic effect on the environmental protection investment and economic growth of eastern Shandong is the most remarkable. Therefore, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, for example, implementing ecological development policies towards spatial differences, improving the ecological environment management, actively implementing environmental economic policies etc.

Big Data Analysis of the Ecological Environment in the Dianchi Watershed

To analyze the massive data on the ecological environment in Dianchi Watershed scientifically, understand its situation and dynamic trend over time, we plan to establish a feature-based four-dimensional space-time data model and build an integrated space-time database. The SuperMap map database is used to establish a space-time visual query and analysis system of the ecological environment information based on WebGIS with the B/S structure. The ecological environment information of the Dianchi Watershed is taken as the research object for scientific and comprehensive analysis and management of the ecological environment situation, thereby providing intuitive and reliable data information support for the decision-making of the ecological environment construction.

Research on surface temperature inversion and spatiotemporal distribution characteristics based on Landsat data

With the rapid development of urban scale and the rapid expansion of urban population, the urban heat island effect caused by the rapid increase of urban anthropogenic heat emissions has gradually become an important factor that seriously affects urban living environment and residents' health. This study uses the Landsat TM5 and Landsat 8OLI_TIRS remote sensing data from 2000, 2006, 2013 and 2018 to calculate the surface temperature of the main urban area of Jinan, and the spatial distribution characteristics and thermal environment of the heat island in the main urban area of Jinan. Quantitative research on the relationship with natural vegetation, provide some data support for alleviating the urban heat island phenomenon in Jinan, promote ecological environment construction, and make scientific and rational planning for the future urban development of Jinan City.

Study on the Legal Mechanism of Cross-border Ecological Protection and Supervision in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area

Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area is a world-class urban agglomeration currently under construction in China, and is an important support for the future development of the “Belt and Road”. With the rapid development of the economy in Dawan District, excessive development and utilization have caused serious environmental pollution to adversely affect the sustainable development of Dawan District. Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau are facing cross-border ecological and environmental problems and challenges, and effective ecological environmental protection construction is urgent. The geographical and ecological interdependence of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao determines the necessity of creating a cross-border ecological protection and regulatory legal mechanism in Dawan District, which is also determined by the needs of the ecological management capacity and modernization of the Dawan District.

Temporal and spatial variations of impervious surface landscape pattern and the driving factors in Xiamen City, China

Xiamen is one of China's five major special economic zones and is the core city of Haixi Economic Zone, with a high level of urbanization. Monitoring and driving force analysis of impervious surfaces can increase our understanding of urbanization process and have important significance for urban landscape pattern research and urban ecological environment construction. We used the Landsat remote sensing image data from 1978 to 2018 to reveal the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the impervious surface landscape in Xiamen in the past 40 years, using the full-restricted least squares method, landscape pattern analysis, slope gradient analysis and correlation analysis. We further analyzed its relationship with social and economic factors. The results showed that, during 1978-2018, the impervious surface of Xiamen increased by 348.96 km2, with a mean annual increase of 8.72 km2. The impervious surface dynamics reached a maximum of 9.0% in 2005-2010. More than 86.6% of the impervious surface of Xiamen was distributed within 6° of slope, with a tendency to expand to a greater slope in 2010-2018. With the increases of slope, the proportion of impervious surface decreased, the density of plaque decreased with the shape tending to be regular and continuous, the degree of fragmentation of the impervious surface increased. The increases of impervious surface in Xiamen was significantly related to the regional economic aggregate and population. In the study period, the spatial pattern of impervious surface in Xiamen significantly altered. In the future urban planning process, the extent and speed of impervious surface expansion should be coordinated to avoid ecological problems caused by excessive impervious surface to meet the need for sustainable development of Xiamen.

Design and Construction of Urban Waste Intelligent Treatment System

In order to seek the coordinated development of economy and environment, we systematically intervene in urban waste intelligent treatment plans and management through design thinking and methods, and build urban waste intelligent treatment systems to achieve waste volume control, waste monitoring, classified collection, stacking and transportation, processing and Reprocessing production forms a controllable intelligent operation chain, which realizes the collaboration of human brain intelligence and artificial intelligence to improve the level of urban waste treatment and management capabilities.

The Difficulties and Achievements of China’s Ecological Environment Construction: 1949–2019

China’s ecological environment construction has undergone three phases, i.e. the agriculture-based development phase with low productivity not long after the founding of the People’s Republic of China (P.R.C.), the industrial development phase after the adoption of reform and opening-up policy, and the phase toward ecological civilization, each of which has its own features, challenges, responsive measures and achievements. From the year 1949 to the adoption of reform and opening up policy, the Chinese society was characterized by farming culture on the whole, facing problems such as frequent natural disasters, shortage in food production and low urbanization level. To jump out of the Malthusian Trap, the founders of the P.R.C. led people to prevent floods by water control, water conservancy projects and reclamation of wasteland, which alleviated but did not solve the problems because China still suffered poverty and backwardness, and failed to shake off the Malthusian Curse. After the adoption of the reform and opening-up policy, the rapid progress in industrialization and urbanization has liberated farmers from land and greatly improved labor productivity; meanwhile, some lands were released from farmers’ hand, which not only made the value of land resources much higher but also enabled land rehabilitation and ecological self-restoration. Although rapid industrialization and urbanization enormously boosted productive forces and accumulated immense amount of material wealth, but since the beginning of the 21st century, China’s development has been drawn near to the ecological red line, environmental threshold and resources upper limit of industrial development, constantly challenged by sustainable development. After 2010, China has initiated the transformation to ecological civilization, featuring ecological protection, pollution control and resource conservation, aiming to promote the harmonious development between man and nature.
