This work aimed to evaluate the use of growth promoting microorganisms in beet (Beta vulgaris) culture. The experiment consisted of randomized blocks with eight and four plants, with plots in blocks of experimental design. An early cultivar was a Tall Top. The treatments used were T1 = Bacillus megaterium (strain BRM-119) + Bacillus subtilis (strain BRM-2084); T2 = Bacillus subtilis + Bacillus megaterium + Bacillus thuringienses (strain BRM-116); T3 = Azospirillum brasilense (AbV5 + AbV6 strains); T4 = Azospirillum brasilense (strain HM0-53); T5 = Azospirillum brasilense (strain HM-210); T6 = Pseudomonas fluorescens (strain ATCC-13525) and T7 = Thichorderma harzianum – (strain CCT-7589) and T8 = Control. root index root height of plants, tuberous root number, tuberous root length, presence of diameter, root index root shape, tuberous root mass, tuberous root dry mass, leaf mass, leaf area, mass of fresh leaves of the aerial part, dry mass of the aerial part. The inoculation of earth seeds with A.brasilense (strain-210) increased plant height diameter, SPAD, root, tuberous root length, root diameter, tuberous root length, tuberous root height increase, root length. tuberous root, tuberous root diameter, tuberous root length. The highest fresh mass of tuberous root was observed in the treatment with A. brasilense (strain HM-210) with an average mass of 321.63 g, not differing from the treatments with A. brasilense (strains AbV5 + AbV6) (279 g) and T harzianum obtaining as results (285.65 g). The use of MPCV is a viable technology for the production of Tall Top Early Wonder beet, stating that the use of A. brasilense is an anticipation in the productive cycle of Tall Top Early Wonder beet.
