Principal’s Leadership Improving Discipline of School’s Citizens

The goal of this study was to evaluate the leadership responsibilities of the principal in enhancing student discipline. The study was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung. Observation, documentation, and interview-based data collection methods. The three stages of the data analysis technique are data reduction, conclusion/verification, and descriptive qualitative procedures. According to the research findings, the principal’s leadership enhances student discipline through exemplary, individual, and hierarchical ways. The SMA Negeri 3 Kayuagung residents’ motivation and complete trust from the principal has an effect on raising student discipline in academic tasks. The teacher’s example can also serve as a model for student behavior related to discipline. High-quality schools are more likely to be founded in environments where there is a culture of discipline in following rules.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT BASED OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE DHARMA BOOST MARKETING PROGRAM

By incorporating Artificial Intelligence into its Customer Relationship Management, PT. Dharma Mitra Abadi hopes to optimize its use of digital marketing.

The Upgraded Complex of Payment Methods Following Expansion of Contract Manufacturing in International Trade

The problem of payment for goods in international trade is associated with the risk experienced by both the seller and the buyer. Various scholars have been conducting research in this area for five decades, and the business literature and literature for university students include a complex of methods in which payers operate in international trade transactions. On one side of the block-shape complex, it is customary to display the payment methods that pose the greatest risk to an exporter, and on the other side of the block-shape complex, the methods that pose the least risk to an exporter. The same methods, in reverse order, have the lowest risk for an exporter on the first side of the block-shape complex and the highest risk for an importer on the right side of the block-shape complex. In principle, such a block-shape complex is represented by many authors by stylizing graphically and describing the advantages and disadvantages of each method. According to the classic block-shape complex, the lowest risk for an exporter is to receive money in advance, the higher risk is to sell under a letter of credit - a letter of credit, the medium risk is to sell under the documentary collection method, and the highest risk is for the open account method and consignment. From an importer's point of view, these risks are in reverse order. The lowest risk for an importer is the consignment method, the following methods are arranged in order of increasing risk as follows: open account, document collection, letter of credit and prepayment. All these methods are represented in the classical complex, not reflecting the contractual case of production. The authors of the article conducted a qualitative study among the contract manufacturers of goods operating in Eastern Europe and importers of their products - brand owners. The conducted research allows to include the method of payment before production into the classic complex of five payment methods.

Standardization Of Pinyaram Recipes In Titian Panjang Kanagarian Kayutanam Padang Pariaman District

This research was motivated by differences in the materials and tools used, the manufacturing process, and the quality of pinyaram in Titian Panjang Kanagarian Kayutanam, Padang Pariaman District. This study aims to standardize pinyaram recipes at Titian Panjang Kanagarian Kayutanam, Padang Pariaman District which includes materials and tools, manufacturing techniques and analyzes the quality of pinyaram so as to produce a good recipe. This type of research is a qualitative and quantitative research using a mixed method. Qualitative data sources were obtained from research informants and quantitative data sources were obtained from trained panelists and limited panelists. Qualitative data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and quantitative data collection techniques are organoleptic test questionnaire format. The qualitative data analysis techniques are: data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and quantitative data analysis techniques using the formula (Mx=∑ x / N ) and testing the validity of qualitative data. Based on the research results obtained 10 Pinyaram recipes in Titian Panjang Kanagarian Kayutanam. The pinyaram recipe was analyzed and tested with 5 selected recipes. The results of the organoleptic test obtained the highest value by Mrs. Nita and used as a standardization of the converted pinyaram recipe. The standardization of the pinyaram recipe was carried out by organoleptic tests to get good quality pinyaram including: shape (round), color (golden yellow), aroma (fragrant), texture (soft) and taste (sweet).

IMPLEMENTATION OF UTILITARIAN BEHAVIOR BASED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE CASHLESS CAN BE FUN MARKETING PROGRAM

The researcher examined one of the companies engaged in the Food and beverage retail industry in the Coffee shop field. Product distribution is carried out through offline stores and e-commerce. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the problems obtained were in the aspect of product presentation, which was considered ineffective and efficient. This program implements Artificial Intelligence with partners who work with Artificial Intelligence-based applications. This application encourages consumers to place orders and payments at the desk cashlessly. The aim is to provide comfort, satisfaction, and valuable experience to consumers, especially consumers with Utilitarian tendencies. The application of Artificial Intelligence can maximize functionality to satisfy consumers with Utilitarian tendencies.

The Role of Dance Extracurriculars in Forming the Character of Love for the Homeland at SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta

In the current era of globalization, loving one's motherland is necessary. The reality on the ground demonstrates that student nationalism frequently encounters unfavorable dynamics. Some students did not participate solemnly in the flag ceremony, did not listen to the national anthem, or speak Indonesian correctly in their daily interactions. Enhancing character education in extracurricular activities is one of the ways that these students' love for their country is shaped. This study aimed to learn more about SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta's dance extracurricular efforts in developing the character of love for the motherland. This study employed a qualitative case study: observation, documentation, and interview-based data collection methods. Principals of schools, teachers of art and culture, dance coaches, and two SMP Muhammadiyah 4 Yogyakarta students served as the research participants. This study examines how extracurricular dance instruction shapes a person's love of country. Data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion were all used as data analysis techniques. The findings show that the DIY Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2011 can be used to understand the extracurricular role of dance in forming the character of loving the homeland by introducing and providing an understanding related to the formation of that character through art. Facilities, adequate infrastructure, student enthusiasm, and school support all contribute to developing the character trait of loving one's country. In addition, events and circumstances, such as PPKM, that prohibit these activities from going as they should are the elements that impede pupils from developing a love for their country.

Digital transformation strategies of project-based firms: case study of a large-scale construction company in China

Purpose This study aims to explore how project-based firms, which generally organize most of their work around temporary projects in discontinuous and fragmented types of business contexts, proactively formulate and implement digital transformation strategies under institutional pressures in a predigital era. Design/methodology/approach An exploratory case study was conducted in a large-scale construction company in China using multiple data collection methods, including semistructured interviews, documentation collection and observation. Findings An integrated framework is developed to conceptualize three key dimensions of digital transformation strategies of project-based firms: strategic adaptation for organization-environment fit through balancing the internal efficiency needs with the external legitimacy pressures; proactive business transformation through comprehensively managing the roles of digital technologies in optimizing defined business processes and fostering new business models; and delicate organizational transformation to integrate temporary project-level operation processes with ongoing firm-level business processes. Originality/value This study represents an exploratory effort to empirically investigate how project-based firms strategically organize complex digital transformation imperatives in their discontinuous and fragmented business contexts. The findings contribute to deepened understandings of how complex organizational and environmental contexts can be comprehensively managed for systemic business and organizational transformations to leverage the value of emerging digital technologies for project-based organizations.

Analisis Disiplin Kerja pada PT. X Gresik

The purpose of this research is useful in identifying causes and solutions to employee discipline applied in daily work activities. This study processes data from respondents and informants who were asked for information or extracted data. The data processed from the research object is an indicator of employee work discipline with a qualitative descriptive method. Collection techniques with interviews, observation and collection of documentation. The data is analyzed against the problems encountered. The research results obtained from all indicators that affect discipline have been carried out well, but leaders need to improve in giving appreciation. Other factors that cause employees to be late for work are overtime activities and work environment or congested road access. Documentary narrative of the communicator as a way of understanding and representing military reality (on the example of the collection by E. Shishatskyi «A journey to the afterlife. Mariupol»)

The article emphasizes that modern Ukrainian military documentary literature is developing at a fast pace, which is due to the modern social context – a full-scale war in Ukraine due to the invasion of the Russian Federation. A long stay in wartime conditions requires understanding, evaluation of events, actualization and explanation for both Ukrainian and foreign audiences, which explains the authors’ interest in this way of reflecting wartime reality. The research focuses on identifying the potential of the narrative method of organizing material in documentary collections about the war in Ukraine. It is emphasized that the specificity of understanding the military reality and its representation by the authors depends on the status of the communicator as an author-observer of the events and the author-participant of the events. If the authors-observers of the events are clearly aware of their communication intentions to achieve specific communication effects (in particular, influence on public opinion), then the participating authors first of all strive to actualize the personal experience of specific events, to think about it, to share it with the audience, to reflect. Conceptual approaches in combating health inequity: A scoping review protocol.

What are the different ways in which health equity can be sought through policy and programs? Although there is a central focus on health equity in global and public health, we recognize that stakeholders can understand health equity as taking different approaches and that there is not a single conceptual approach. However, information on conceptual categories of actions to improve health equity and/or reduce health inequity is scarce. Therefore, this study asks the research question: "what conceptual approaches exist in striving for health equity and/or reducing health inequity?" with the aim of presenting a comprehensive overview of approaches. A scoping review will be undertaken following the PRISMA guidelines for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) and in consultation with a research librarian. Both the peer-reviewed and grey literatures will be searched using: Ovid MEDLINE, Scopus, PAIS Index (ProQuest), JSTOR, Canadian Public Documents Collection, the World Health Organization IRIS (Institutional Repository for Information Sharing), and supplemented by a Google Advanced Search. Screening will be conducted by two independent reviewers and data will be charted, coded, and narratively synthesized. We anticipate developing a foundational document compiling categories of approaches and discussing the nuances inherent in each conceptualization to promote clarified and united action.

Implementation of the Science Process Skills Approach Accompanied by the Use of Static Fluid Modules in Fish Cage Buildings

This study aims to investigate the impact of the implementation of the science process skills approach in conjunction with a static fluid module of fish cage buildings on the physics and science process skills learning outcomes of high school students. Quantitative experiments are used in the research method. This study used interviews, observations, tests, documentation, and data collection methods. The SMA Negeri 5 Jember class XI MIPA was the location of the study, and there were two research groups: the experimental group and the control group. The indicators of science process skills used in this study are observing, concluding, communicating, making tables, analyzing experiments, and collecting and processing data. The finding demonstrated that learning with static fluid modules for fish cages in physics and the science process skills approach significantly impacted students' learning outcomes and science process skills. The T-test that was carried out revealed that sig. 2-tailed) is 0.000, it can be concluded that the static fluid module of fish cage buildings and the implementation of the science process skills approach significantly impact students' physics learning outcomes. The study concludes that a static fluid module for fish cages in physics learning in high school and the implementation of the science process skills approach significantly impact student learning outcomes and science process skills.

Yoga, an Appurtenant Method to Improve the Sports Performance of Elite Romanian Athletes

Yoga is a very popular trendy sport all over the world. Since its establishment and promotion, yoga has mostly been practiced in social clubs and studios, often being performed during optional courses in colleges. Basic yoga instruction is generally absent in middle schools. This study investigated and assessed the viability of integrating yoga practice into the sports training program of elite Romanian athletes. The research methods used include documentation and data collection via an online survey in order to design a factor analysis with a structural equation model using SmartPLS software. The research assesses athletes’ opinions about the benefits of yoga practice and its impact on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The results highlight the need to integrate yoga classes into educational institutions. The research has demonstrated that Romanian athletes use yoga in the pre- and post-competition phases to increase their focus, balance, muscle, and joint elasticity, create a positive attitude toward victory, manage emotional and post-traumatic stress disorder, visualize their performance in competition, and see themselves as winners. Overall, yoga is a successful strategy to enhance sports training and medical rehabilitation for stress disorders and post-traumatic diseases.

Indigenous Knowledge of Peanut Cultivation of the Ethnic Khmer Resident in the Mountainous Area in An Giang Province, Vietnam

Indigenous knowledge (IK) can provide useful information on local people's activities within environmental contexts. For countries vulnerable to climate change as Vietnam, research on IK might assist in revealing information about local people's responses to environmental stresses and potentially support decision-making. To enrich the study context in this field, this study aims at determining the IK of peanut cultivation of the Khmer ethnic groups. The study site is in the mountainous area in An Giang province, Vietnam, where the Khmer people are located. The methods of documentary collection, focus group discussion, semi-structured interviews, and experiments were applied in this study. The investigation results showed the innovation of local people in the cultivation. For instance, applying cow manure to a sandy soil can reduce chemical fertilizers and improve peanut yield. The IK reported that the application of the broadcasting method could achieve the cultivation economic profit approximately 2.5 times higher than the dibbling method. The former method is mostly preferred due to its time/labor saving and the growing aged population in the study location. The experimental results indicated that the combination of indigenous and scientific knowledge in peanut cultivation, such as chemical fertilizer application, crop calendar, crop rotation, and varieties, could bring high economic efficiency, improve soil nutrients, and ability to adapt to climate change. The research approaches in this study comprehensively revealed the IK, which can be potentially applicable to similar studies.

La fabrique des sports nationaux. A History of the Swiss sporting elite (late 19th-early 20th century)

The present contribution presents the results of the eponymous research project, which focuses on the understanding of the genesis and structure of the Swiss sports field between the 1860s and the 1930s. During this period, national umbrella organisations for all physical activities and sports developed. Within the framework of this project, which focuses on several sports (gymnastics, shooting, national games, football and cycling, with the addition of skiing on the basis of related doctoral work), we will present our main results, in particular on the organisations in charge of the governance of the sports identified as central, in order to shed light on the struggles but also on the links that were to be forged between them, as well as to question the recruitment, the profiles and the motivations of their leading elites. Based on the collection and analysis of unpublished documentation, especially prosopographical, this project brings to light a double original process to which the space of physical and sports activities is subjected: on the one hand, that of sportivisation, on the other hand, that of nationalisation. In the framework of this contribution, we will present a selection of emblematic cases of presidents of Swiss sports federations, at the time of the Fin-de-Siècle and up to the interwar period, o compare the different traditions existing in the studied sports and to underline the processes leading to the status of “national sports”.

Study Teaching English to Tunagrahita Student Through Picture Card

Education isn’t just about normal kids. Education for Tunagrahita child also important for their life. because we don’t know if their skills can make them successful and can follow the competition internationally. Many kinds of rehabilitation children are called these special needs children. Tunagrahita is a child who has a standard IQ of 40-70. A disabled child with a bell-average IQ is very difficult to receive a lesson with a fast explanation. The teachers for the disabled child have to repeat several times the explanations to the child with low IQ The research is to find out the good method and be provided good learning services to the literacy of Tunagrahita’s children.
 The purpose of this research is to find out good methods for English lessons for Tunagrahita students and provided good learning services to the literacy of Tunagrahita’s children.
 The research method in this research is qualitative method with the data collection of research observation, interview, and documentation. In this research, the subject is the chief of SLBN 1 Jembrana, some teachers, staff also students. And for data analysis, the researcher used qualitative descriptive.
 From this research, the researcher concluded some findings, that: a) with picture cards and practice Tunagrahita students easier learn English literacy. b) Tunagrahita students difficult to understand something. So, the teacher of tunagrahita students must stimulate tunagrahita thinking before starting the lesson. c) Tunagrahita students are interested in something unique. So, teachers must be creative in giving subjects to them.

Implementation of Community-Based Tourism in the Management of Sustainable Tourism Village in Huta Tinggi

: Huta Tinggi Tourism Village is located in Pangulang District, Samosir District, North Sumatra. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative approach that employs a community-based research model that leverages community engagement to provide support, resources, and participation in the research process to produce research outcomes that benefit them. increase. The problem under study has two formulations: (1) How does Huta Tinggi Tourism Village Institute realize the application of Community Based Tourism (CBT) concept in managing sustainable tourist attractions? (2) In managing sustainable tourism destinations What are the roles of relevant stakeholders? Data sources for this study are primary and secondary data using observational, interview, documentation, and FGD (focus group discussion) data collection techniques. Data analysis uses data collection, data summation, data presentation, and inference phases. Research shows that the concept of CBT involves all stakeholders in the tourism industry, but needs to be further developed. The relevant stakeholders involved in managing destinations consist of community groups, governments and those responsible for creating sustainable management of destinations. There are still many problems to be solved, especially in environment and water management.
