Peran Pendidikan Agama Kristen Terhadap Prinsip Memelihara Kesucian Dalam 1 Petrus 1:16 Di Era Disrupsi

Along with the development of the era from traditional to modern, the presence of gadgets and media is increasingly diverse and growing and so massive. The amount of information scattered about garbage, fake news (hoaks), pornography, violence where no one can filter it out in any way anymore which reduces spirituality to become a challenge for believers in maintaining holiness. Using descriptive qualitative methods, it can be concluded that the role of Christian religious education on the principle of maintaining chastity in 1 Peter 1: 16 in the Era of Disruption is that Christian educators can understand the era of disruption and its challenges as part of unlimited and free information that must be watched out for. Furthermore, in the Exegesis of 1 Peter 1:16, it is found that holiness is a symbol and the essence of believers in accompanying God is prioritized. For this reason, the role of Christian Religious Education cannot be separated from building spirituality which is exemplified by spiritual leaders and believers must rely on God.

Menanamkan Wawasan Islam Moderat Melalui Pendidikan Akidah Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah An-Nahdiyah: Belajar dari Pendidikan Pesantren

Fostering moderation of Islam in the era of disruption is very urgent to face a multicultural society. Correct understanding of aqidah is the main key to maintaining inter-religious tolerance. Aqidah ahlussunah wal jama'ah an-nahdliyyah developed in Islamic boarding schools has succeeded in creating a moderate society. The results of this study indicate that moderate Islamic insight is built on aqidah ahlussunah wal jama'ah an-nahdliyyah education. This Aqidah is then synergized with the teachings of Tawhid, Fiqh, Morals and Sufism. The tradition of Islamic scholars' thought in the archipelago also contributes to strengthening moderate Islamic insights

PENDIDIKAN AKHLAQ PADA GENERASI MILENIAL DI ERA DISRUPSI

Technological advances that are currently developing have many impacts on moral education in the current millennial generation. The presence of information technology is able to change the basic order of society. In addition, it provides a lot of comfort for the millennial generation so that they do not pay attention to the destructive side that threatens the technological advances. The purpose of this study is to review the concepts and strategies of moral education in the millennial generation in the current era of disruption. The research method used is library research, namely data collection or scientific writing on the subject of research or data collection of a library nature or studies carried out to solve a problem that focuses on critical and in-depth studies. millennials include: 1) Exemplary Method. 2) Habituation Method. 3) Method of giving advice. 4) Story method (fairy tale). 5) Attention/supervision method. while the strategies used to provide moral education for the millennial generation in the era of disruption include: 1) The current millennial generation needs to be introduced to a comprehensive understanding of the concept of morality. 2) there needs to be a good role model in the surrounding environment, especially. 3) prevent to be hedonistic.

Supply chain integration and firm performance in the COVID-19 era: the mediating role of resilience and robustness

PurposeIn recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic has become one of the most impactful disruptions which has imposed high levels of uncertainty on supply chains around the world. Supply chain integration (SCI) is highly recommended as an underlying mechanism that can facilitate the development of resilience and robustness as two dynamic capabilities. They can in turn positively influence firm performance and success during the disruptive conditions of COVID-19 era. The study aims to examine whether SCI as an enabler of resilience and robustness can improve firm performance during COVID-19 pandemic.Design/methodology/approachA theoretical model is developed to elaborate the relationship between SCI dimensions, resilience and robustness and firm’s operational and financial performance during the COVID-19 pandemic. A survey method is then used to empirically examine the model using a sample of 94 companies in the food industry in the province of Tehran, Iran, during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study makes several contributions. It provides a novel theoretical model on the relationship between SCI, resilience and robustness and firm performance and tests this model in a less-studied yet critical context (i.e. Iranian food industry) and during a disruptive era (i.e. COVID-19 pandemic).FindingsThe results support the positive effect of three SCI dimensions of internal, product and process integration on operational and financial performance during corona virus pandemic. Furthermore, internal and process integration have positive effects on resilience. Internal, product and process integration have positive effects on robustness. In addition, resilience mediates the effects of internal and product integration on both operational and financial performance, whereas robustness mediates the effect of internal and product integration on financial performance.Research limitations/implicationsThis study was conducted in the Province of Tehran. To test and generalize the results, it is recommended to conduct this study in other places and countries.Originality/valueThese results highlight the importance of SCI dimensions as vital enablers of resilience and robustness and their consequent impact on firm’s performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION IDEOLOGY IN ISLAM

The foundation of Islamic education as the basis for Islamic education is Al Qur'an, Al Hadith Rasulullah Sholallahu alayhi wasalam. Islamic education in the course of its history is rife with various ideologies that have an impact on the quality of the resulting generation. Islam as a complete religion actually has given an ideological message that human nature is a servant as well as carrying out the mandate to manage, elaborate and optimize all natural and human potential. Entrepreneurship, education and economics eventually become an integral link to answer the message of the caliph to face an educational challenge in this era of disruption.

Implementing Canva in a Flipped Classroom: A Challenge in Post Pandemic Era

In post pandemic era, schools are allowed to invite students to face-to-face learning. Despite this, most teachers still suffer from a lack of time since the government still uses limited time at schools, referred to as “PTM terbatas”. This research used a descriptive quantitative design. It aimed to investigate the students’ interest in the use of Canva in improving their mastery of brochures/pamphlets/banners/posters in the eleventh grade at MAN 5 Jombang. There are more than 100 students involved in this research. To address the problem of lack of time in this post-pandemic era, the teacher employed the Flipped Classroom model. According to the findings, the students are satisfied with the use of Canva, preferring it to paper and finding it useful in accomplishing the task. As a result of using Canva in a flipped classroom, the teacher has also been able to effectively manage her limited time at school. Based on the result of this research, it can be concluded that Canva combined with Flipped Classroom model is suggested to be used in this post-pandemic era to answer the challenge of digital technology in this disruptive era.

State Elementary School Principles as Opinion Leaders in The Disruptive Era

Principals play an important role in the development and improvement of the performance of teachers and educational staff at the individual level and organizational levels. Principal leadership must be structurally integrated within the organization. This is to ensure the achievement of the vision and mission set by the school. In the current era of digitalization, school principals not only play a role in inclusive, distributive leadership, and encourage leadership capacity building within schools but also play a role as opinion leaders. This study uses a qualitative approach with exploratory research. The main focus of research is the principal of public elementary schools as opinion leaders in the disruptive era. Principals of 15 public primary schools with at least five years of experience were the subject of this study. This research was conducted between May and August 2022. The research location is in Brebes Regency, Central Java. The results of the study show that the principal as an opinion leader is tasked with introducing innovations and through persuasive or coercive actions taking policies to accelerate the use of innovations in education.

Catalysing regional integration in Africa: The role of infrastructure

AbstractNow, more than ever, infrastructure integration in Africa has become critical to recalibrating Africa's growth strategy toward increased intraregional trade, especially in an era of global isolationism, protectionism and supply chain disruptions from COVID and the war in Ukraine. This paper investigates the extent to which infrastructure development and integration can act as a catalyst for trade, innovation and income improvements in Africa. Using panel data analysis, we show that the infrastructure sector with the strongest multiplier effect on economic activity is the information and communication technology (ICT) sector, followed by the transport sector, the electricity sector and, last, the water sector. This ranking of the catalytic role of infrastructure sectors should guide policy prioritisation on infrastructure investments to accelerate growth and unlock the potential of the AfCFTA. Benchmarking exercises on infrastructures' catalytic role in the regional economic communities (RECs) show that infrastructure has had the strongest impact on economic outcomes in the East African Community bloc, making the EAC a type of flying‐geese RECs for other regions to emulate.

The Effect of Socialization Regarding Digital Literacy to Respond to Challenges in The Era of Disruption to The Knowledge of Students of Junior High School 12 Bandung

This This study aims to find out how the impact of socialization on digital literacy to answer challenges in the era of disruption to knowledge and application in everyday life regarding digital literacy for students at Junior High School 12 Bandung. The situation in this era of disruption is increasing the use of social media as online media. Children and parents use social media a lot. Young people as the millennial generation or can also be called digital natives are the largest users in the use of social media today. The spread of social media networks makes it easier for inaccurate news to come from anywhere. It is hoped this research can add insight into appropriate digital literacy. The subjects of this study were students of Junior High School 12 Bandung as a young age group with an age range of 13-17 years who were active users of social media. Respondents amounted to 15 students. Respondents consisted of 5 students in grade 7, 1 student in grade 8, and 9 students in grade 9. This study used a quantitative descriptive method. The technique used for data collection is using a questionnaire. There are three stages in data collection, namely (i) distributing the pre-test questionnaire; (ii) providing socialization actions using powerpoint; and (iii) distribution of post-test questionnaires. The data processing approach used is a quantitative approach. The results showed there was an increase between the average pre-test and post-test values, namely an increase from the pre-test average value of 73.33 to 96, 44 on the post-test score / after receiving socialization treatment. The calculation of N-Gain is carried out to determine the effectiveness of the socialization carried out. The results show the average N-Gain value is 85% (N-Gain > 40%). It can be concluded the socialization of digital literacy using powerpoint media is effective for students of Junior High School 12 Bandung. Effective results due to lack of insight and interest in literacy in Junior High School 12 Bandung students are low and after the socialization treatment is given, it adds insight to students at JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 12 Bandung because the post-test scores of students increase significantly. Digital Literacy and Development of Santripreneur Asset Quality Through The Leadership Role of Kyai: A Case Study of Islamic Boarding Schools

Islamic boarding schools in the current global era need to increase their capacity as Islamic educational institutions that have advanced civilizations. With the emergence of global developments regarding economic conditions in ASEAN countries (within the scope of Southeast Asia), one of which is marked by the presence of the AEC (ASEAN Economic Community), the Indonesian people must improve their soft skills amid the global market competition to be competitive. Islamic boarding schools need to respond to global challenges so that Islamic values do not fade with the incessant development of industrial and economic globalization. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions in the use of electronic media in Islamic boarding schools and analyze Kyai’s strategy in empowering santri entrepreneurship and government support in the role of Islamic boarding schools as a catalyst for the community’s economy. This collaborative research for community service is located in Batang Regency. The results show that in facing the disruptive era, Islamic boarding schools in addition to implementing Islamic values in the use of digital media, it is necessary to socialize the Law on Information and Electronic Transactions to santri so that they can provide a borderline in the use of digital media following applicable regulations apply in Indonesia. Islamic boarding schools have the potential for economic empowerment, considering that many Islamic boarding schools have built cooperatives, developed various business units or small and medium-sized industries, and have a cubator business. The government develops entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools with the program “One Islamic Boarding School One Product”.

Effectiveness of Human Capital on Employee Performance in the Era of Disruption in the Health Sector

The era of disruption has affected the mentality and human resources way of working in public health. In this era, human resources in the health sector play a crucial role in public health digitalization. It aims to determine the effectiveness of human capital on employee performance in the era of disruption in the health sector. The research method applied in this study is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Tawangrejo Health Center from January to March 2022. The population of this study is the entire employee, with the amount of 70 people. To determine the sample, the researcher used Slovin Formula with an accuracy of 0,1. As result, 42 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. Furthermore, data analysis in this research is applying ordinal regression tests. The result of the study shows that there is no effect of human capital on employee performance, where the value of sig ≥ 0,720 provides the meaning of no influence for two variables. Moreover, the discovered value of Nagelkerke in this research is 0,025 showing between the two variables have no effect by 2,5%. Based on that finding, the public health should about its employees’ performance by optimizing the existing human capital, so this will not affect the organization’s sustainability in the future.

Reconception of Local Working Patent as a Form of Legal Progressivity in the Era of Disruption

Technological knowledge in the era of disruption has an important role in responding to the complex needs of society. In order to fulfill the needs, humans continue to produce new discoveries that need legal recognition and protection for the results of human intellectual abilities. One of the manifestations of intellectual wealth is in the form of patents. The main goal to be achieved is to encourage the creation, inventions and intellectual works of Indonesian citizens which in turn are able to create national independence. As an effort to control technology through patent rights, a Local Working Patent concept was formed which is regulated in Article 20 of Act Number 13 of 2016 on Patents. The Local Working Patent mandated in this article is in the form of a provision whereby when a patent has been granted by the state, the patent inventor is obliged to apply the patent in Indonesia to support technology transfer, investment and employment absorption. However, Act Number 11 of 2020 on Ciptaker eliminates this concept because this obligation is considered burdensome and can reduce investment from abroad. In this case the law should follow and oversee the needs and interests of the society. This means that the law must be progressive and must not be left behind by changes in society so that it can accommodate new existing interests. Based on this postulate, the writer wants to contribute in the form of a paper that comprehensively discusses the problems that exist in patent protection. The research method used is normative juridical research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Thus, the author offers an idea in the form of a reconception of Local Working Patent which is ideal to be applied in Indonesia by meeting and fulfill the national and outsiders interests.

An Illustrative Model of Economically Utilizing Point of Care and Reverse Transcriptase Polymerase Chain Reaction Testing to Reduce Costs and Help Balance Supply and Demand

Abstract Introduction/Objective Both point of care (POC) antigen-based assays and reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) laboratory-based assays exist for diagnosis of COVID-19. COVID-19 RT-PCR tests are the gold standard based on their higher sensitivity. However, in this era of inflation and supply chain disruptions, the use of only RT-PCR tests would be more expensive and may be vulnerable to reagent supply chain shortages. Triage of resources of both test types is important in ensuring access and equity in testing distribution as well as ensuring economical RT-PCR testing access for sicker patients. A comparison of costs was explored by contrasting a model of cost effectively reserving RT-PCR tests for those with significant disease requiring hospitalization and using POC tests for those with mild disease (defined as at most mild symptoms not requiring hospitalization) versus universal provision of RT-PCR to all. Methods/Case Report Cost information from the regional Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), specifically for the Alinity-m (RT-PCR) and BinaxNOW (POC) by Abbott (Chicago IL), and from the community (median COVID-19 RT- PCR pricing obtained from the Peterson KFF Health System Tracker) were included. Based on this cost information, a model of 100 tested COVID-19 suspected patients was created. A percentage of mild disease not requiring hospitalization (81%) was utilized based on literature from early in the COVID-19 pandemic. Results (if a Case Study enter NA) The cost per test at VAMC factored in was $28.34 (Alinity-m) and $5 (BinaxNOW). The median community RT-PCR and POC price factored in was $148 and $25, respectively. From the model of 100 COVID-19 with a mild disease percentage of 81%, the total testing cost of including POC assays for mild cases vs. universal RT-PCR assays would be $943.46 vs. $2,834 at the VAMC and similarly $4,837 vs. $14,800 in the community for a 67% reduction in costs at both settings. Conclusion A model of testing including both POC and RT-PCR testing may be economical and critically help ensure triage of resources in this era of inflation and supply chain shortages.

“Good Australians Will Respond”: Transforming the Work Ethic in Popular Media, 1941–1945

ABSTRACT Media images of heroic, hard-working Australian achievers have often accompanied stories about an upbeat national work ethic to boost public morale in times of massive upheavals and crisis. The concept of an Australian work ethic has not been a natural creation, but it has been actively developed in the media. This article reveals a turning point in the media portrayal of the crucial area of work that helped cultivate diverse expressions of Australia’s image. The article focuses on the era of momentous disruption in World War II that led to an unprecedented idealisation of workers and changed the traditional roles of the prime minister, journalists and the public. Wartime prime minister John Curtin became an egalitarian partner and a collaborator with media teams. Journalists created increasingly inclusive media experiences to encourage the public to identify with the fashionable new ethos of working-class thrift. Wartime citizens enthusiastically contributed to the varied media expressions of collective work ethics, overturning the traditional notion of a passive public sphere. Using the concept of the emotional public sphere, this article provides a rare perspective on the media’s role in shaping and extending popular attitudes towards Australian workers, collective service and inclusive communities.

Initiatives and Challenges of The Kampus Mengajar Program to Pursue Freedom to Learn

This study is aimed at exploring the implementation of Kampus Mengajar to pursue the freedom to learn. Kampus Mengajar is a national program as a part of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia. This program is to help schools solve their problems and make improvements in the disruptive era, especially during the COVID-19 outbreak by sending university students to targeted schools all over Indonesia. The research involved the participants of the Kampus Mengajar program in a private elementary school in Jakarta. Data were obtained from the interview and document analysis to find out the initiatives and the challenges of conducting the program. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The findings show that to help schools, the participants planned various initiatives during the program. The main challenges of implementing the initiatives include teachers’ passive participation and lack of school facilities. It can be concluded that the Kampus Mengajar program contributes to pursuing the freedom to learn at school. However, to overcome the problems and make continuous improvements, it is not enough to count on the participants of the Kampus Mengajar program. It needs the school principal's full support and teachers’ commitment to making changes.

Islamic Value Education and Reconstruction of Civilization in Disruptive Era

Today, the world is experiencing the development of science and technology on all fronts. The most notable developments are in the field of information and communication technology. So that information from all over the world can be obtained quickly. However, on the other hand, the problems faced by humans are increasingly complex. Value decline in character education and value application in Islamic civilization occurred. The need to revive Islamic values in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 is the answer so that human do not forget their identity. This study's purpose is to describe a reconstruction of Islamic civilization in an era of value decline based on research, expert opinion, and historical experience. This research uses the library research method. The results of this study see that the reconstruction of civilization is an effective way of changing mental habits that have long hindered awakening. The immaterial factor is the primary condition of the establishment of civilization. Part of the factors is the worldview and thought of value. Transforming worldview and value with da'wah and education must adjust to technology development today. Social networking sites, video-sharing sites, chat apps, video conference apps, and other digital platforms are part of the reconstruction of civilization.

Pelatihan Agen Toleransi bagi Generasi Z di Era Disrupsi

Generation Z as active internet users has the potential to be exposed to radicalism issues which then have an impact on intolerance, especially in this era of disruption. Tolerance agent training for Generation Z which is carried out aims to increase understanding of religious tolerance, so that Generation Z can become agents of change in society in order to create a tolerant Indonesian society. Specifically, the delivery of material in this PkM activity was carried out by means of lectures, questions and answers, games, and individual exercises. The results of the PkM activities showed that 96.4% of participants understood the material presented, 98.8% of participants' satisfaction with the implementation of the activities, and 83% of participants' readiness to become tolerance agents. Based on these data, it can be concluded that there is an increase in participants' understanding of religious tolerance and the readiness of participants to become agents of religious tolerance.

Nahdlatul Ulama Da'wah Dynamics: Socio-Cultural Change and Disruption

The dynamics of da'wah and social and cultural change/disruption, especially since the middle of the last century, have challenged major civic organizations such as Nahdlatul Ulama (NU). The Nahdlatul Ulama is often considered a conservative organization, unprogressive, and even often stigmatized, but this organization continues to fly its wings and capture the code of change. This study examines the dynamics of Nahdlatul Ulama's da'wah method, especially in the deal with changes and socio-cultural disruptions. This paper uses qualitative methods with a transdisciplinary approach. It consists of a sociological, historical, and cultural approach, mainly emphasizing integrating da'wah and communication science. The subjects of this study are the Chairmen at PBNU for the 2015-2020 period—data analysis in this study by data reduction, display, conclusion, and verification. The results of this study expose: (1) The era of disruption has a tremendous impact on the da'wah method (2) Nahdlatul Ulama utilizes digital da'wah Media, such as social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Google Plus), NU Online, 146 Chanel, Aswaja TV, Nutizen, Islamic.com, and Film. (3) Nahdlatul Ulama's da'wah materials contain: countering fundamentalism, radicalism, terrorism, and Wahabism by strengthening aswaja content, ukhuwah trilogy (ukhuwwah bashariyyah, ukhuwwah wathaniyyah, ukhuwwah Islamiyyah).
