In recent years, the government has issued a series of documents to promote the construction of digital campuses. This initiative serves to encourage the deep integration of information technology and intelligent technology education and digital reform, the combination of virtual reality and campus management is the need for innovative thinking and economic and social development, and then better change our learning style and living environment. The construction of the digital campus is based on virtual reality technology, BIM, GIS, and three-dimensional modeling technology to provide an immersive platform for students, promote the integration of virtual reality technology and education, help teachers, students, and parents to understand all kinds of education information and resources, to achieve their interoperability. From the off-campus environment to the school teaching equipment, teachers to teaching quality certification, and learning, to extracurricular entertainment, opening ceremonies to graduation parties, to bring more efficient, convenient, and safe campus life for teachers, students, and staff in school, and break the traditional information restrictions.

A Multiperspective Intervention Path Study of Employment Expectancy in the Era of Big Data

The increasingly large employment group in colleges and universities has brought huge employment pressure to the society. Therefore, improving the level of professional ability of college students, providing students with personalized career development direction planning, and helping students to establish a correct concept of career selection are feasible ways to solve the structural contradiction of college students’ employment. The arrival of big data era provides new development opportunities for employment work in colleges and universities. Big data drives the high-quality development of precise employment in colleges and universities, which is inevitably required to reach the precise requirements of work development, information mastering, platform docking, information pushing, and help work. The traditional employment guidance work is backward in means and poor in timeliness, which leads to poor intervention effect on students’ employment expectation. With the deepening of digital campus construction and the development of big data technology, massive educational data has been accumulated but not reasonably utilized. Therefore, in this paper, we take the massive student data accumulated in digital campus as the research object, based on the research method of convolutional neural network, to explore the hidden personalized information of students behind it, predict their future career development direction, and provide scientific and technological support for the work of university education and teaching. Thus, the architecture classical DenseNet was improvised to avoid gradient disappearance and guarantee the classification accuracy, thereby targeting to reduce the number of connections. The study also proposed a 2-DenseNet model, wherein the attention module was embedded into 2-DenseNet followed by the conduction of training and validation on the university employment dataset. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper could predict the appropriate career development direction timely and effectively based on multiple perspectives of students’ comprehensive quality. This would enable the students to plan and adjust their employment expectations leading to disseminating of efficient employment guidance in colleges and universities.

Research on The Construction of Digital Campus for Vocational Colleges

<p>According to the relevant requirements of the Code for Digital Campus of Vocational Colleges of the Ministry of Education, combined with the characteristics of teaching and education of vocational colleges and the needs of information construction, this paper analyzes the new requirements and characteristics of digital campus construction of vocational colleges, and puts forward the connotation and construction principles of digital campus. On this basis, the overall construction framework and construction contents of digital campus of vocational colleges are given. Finally, according to the characteristics of vocational college informatization construction, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the implementation of vocational college digital campus construction, which can provide reference for promoting the modernization of vocational education with the help of informatization.</p> <p> </p>

Research on Digital Campus Construction of Lyuliang University Based on Luliang Big Data

Research on Cloud Storage Technology in Digital Campus Big Data Scenario

Realizing campus intelligent management and service mode by combining cloud storage technology is the focus of current research in digital campus construction work. By analyzing the IT development trend of digital campus, the defective problems of traditional storage system, from the architecture design and platform construction of cloud storage system for digital campus, we propose a cloud storage construction scheme for campus big data scenario, and discuss the application of virtualization, streamlined configuration, storage optimization and other technologies in cloud storage. The cloud storage technology is applied in the construction of digital campus, which strongly accelerates the process of digital campus informatization.

Evaluation of Mathematical Models for Teaching Precision in the Framework of Big Data

With the continuous development and application of data computing in the whole society in the construction of digital campus and intelligent campus of each higher education institution. In the environment of education, universities use these data well, which not only affects the orderly operation of higher education but also will become an inexhaustible power to help higher education promote the reform and innovation of education and teaching system. In this paper, we focus on the teaching operation and students’ independent learning by taking students’ evaluation data and students’ online learning data of Y school as the research objects. We conducted a preliminary analysis and transformation of students’ evaluation data of a university, eliminated the abnormal evaluation data by using the improved cosine phase dissimilarity algorithm, standardized the evaluation data by using the normalization method, and used the traditional K -modes algorithm. Based on these three problems, the traditional K -modes algorithm was improved in three aspects, including the determination of the number of clustering families, the determination of the measurement of clustering distances, and the experimental results showed that the improved algorithm was more reasonable and effective.

Construction of a Six-Pronge Intelligent Physical Education Classroom Model in Colleges and Universities

A main form of information construction in colleges and universities is smart campus, which is a new model based on the improvement and perfection of digital campus construction. The development of smart campus is inseparable from the support of technologies such as Internet of Things (IoTs), cloud computing, and big data. By perceiving the teaching environment and intelligently identifying the characteristics of teachers and students, it can be used as a basis to improve the physical education, teaching environment, and digital teaching space, that is, an intelligent and diversified teaching environment for college teachers and students. In this study, we introduce an intelligent teaching mode into physical education classroom, construct the “six-pronge” intelligent classroom model, and apply the model by setting up a control and an experimental group to study the application effects of the proposed model in physical education teaching. The control group consists of the students who do not adopt the teaching mode, while students in the experimental group use the intelligent physical education teaching model. Through a comparative analysis, students’ physical education classroom teaching atmosphere, students’ learning interest and learning attitude, the proposed intelligent physical education classroom model are tested and verified. The analysis results show that after implementation of the “six-pronged” intelligent physical education classroom model, the physical education classroom atmosphere is active, and students have strong interest in learning and correct learning attitude. We believe that the model can help students complete pre-class preparation, in class teaching and after class practice supervision, and obtain a lot of knowledge about physical training. In addition, the model can help to cultivate students’ lifelong physical education learning and exercise habits, and greatly improve the quality of physical education classroom teaching in colleges.

Design of English Teaching Corpus Resource-Sharing System Based on XML Technology

It is well known that vocabulary is the cornerstone of language learning. Therefore, vocabulary teaching is very important in English language teaching. However, time-consuming and inefficient vocabulary education has always been a long-standing issue. Teachers utilize traditional teaching methods, which are monotonous, so students lose interest and desire in studying, resulting in a drop in academic performance and even resistance to English courses, creating a vicious circle. Therefore, improving the efficiency of vocabulary teaching has become a hot topic in the field of English education today. Corpus technology has begun to infiltrate the realm of English education as the times and technology have progressed. Because of its vast capacity and real corpus, the corpus is gradually being used in English classes. Therefore, this research will explore the application of corpus-based XML technology data-driven teaching in junior high school English vocabulary teaching. Data-driven vocabulary teaching based on corpus resources has been shown to considerably improve students’ vocabulary learning effects, but its promotion requires the assistance of education departments as well as the development of instructors’ professional theoretical understanding. In order to solve the problem of data processing and data sharing of heterogeneous data in the process of digital campus construction, this study aims at the campus network application system, using data exchange technology and XML’s good extensibility, self-description, separation of form and content, etc. It realizes data sharing and sharing in heterogeneous databases.

Design and implementation of university audit platform based on big data analysis

Integrated Design of Graduate Education Information System of Universities in Digital Campus Environment

This study takes the digital campus construction planning of the high school as an example and determines the requirements of the postgraduate management information system under the digital campus environment through the analysis of the overall framework and technology of the digital campus. Combining the current situation of computer technology, network technology, and the actual situation of our university, the current mainstream B/S three‐layer architecture is adopted, the web adopts the current popular Java Server Pages technology, and the struts framework connects to the Oracle backend database through the Java Database Connectivity interface to design the browser‐side and server‐side programs. The functional model and data flow model of the system were established through a detailed and effective analysis of the entire workflow of postgraduate students’ training management during their school years. The system was designed in detail in terms of system architecture, development tools, functional modules, and database design, and the core module of training program making in postgraduate training management was highlighted as an example to discuss the principles and methods in the construction of departmental business systems and informatization under the digital campus environment, and a flexible and efficient postgraduate management information system was realized. It standardizes the construction of data standardization in universities; does a good job of standardizing and normalizing information; improves the accuracy, validity, and real‐time production of data collection and the real and safe unified management of historical data; and provides scientific and reasonable data support for the leadership to make relevant decisions.

RESEARCH ON EARLY WARNING SYSTEM OF COLLEGE STUDENTS’ BEHAVIOR BASED ON BIG DATA ENVIRONMENT

Abstract. Because most schools have been using traditional methods to manage students, there is a lack of effective monitoring of students' behavioral problems. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyses the characteristics of big data in University campus, adopts K-Means algorithm, a traditional clustering analysis algorithm, and proposes an early warning system of College Students' behavior based on Internet of Things and big data environment under the mainstream Hadoop open source platform. The system excavates and analyses the potential connections in the massive data of these campuses, studies the characteristics of students' behavior, analyses the law of students' behavior, and clusters the categories of students' behavior. It can provide students, colleges, schools and logistics management departments with multi-dimensional behavior analysis and prediction, early warning and safety control of students' behavior, realize the informatization of students' management means, improve the scientific level of students' education management, and promote the construction of intelligent digital campus.

MOOC Learning Behavior Analysis and Teaching Intelligent Decision Support Method Based on Improved Decision Tree C4.5 Algorithm

to better carry out Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC) teaching evaluation and improve teaching effect, firstly, a teaching decision support system with evaluation function is designed by analyzing the actual situation of the college. Secondly, the decision tree data mining algorithm is introduced in the subsystem of student score analysis and evaluation. Finally, the decision tree model of student score analysis evaluation is constructed according to the decision tree algorithm. Through the practical exploration of applying the decision tree algorithm to the MOOC teaching evaluation management system of higher vocational colleges, it is found that the application of data mining technology to the construction of digital campus is not only reflected in the theoretical feasibility, but also reflected in its technical feasibility.

Students performance modeling based on behavior pattern

Academic performance of college students is the main concern of educational institutions. Effective and timely predicting performance is not only conducive to the school’s Ministry to improve the efficiency of supervision, but also helps students to develop good study habits. With the rapid construction of digital campus, university as the main range for students’ life can not only serve convenience but also record daily life. The popular using of smart card makes it easy to outline students behavior pattern with rich data. The purpose of our work is to predict students performance based on their behavior pattern and analyze the correlation between them. In this paper, we propose a general framework to model students performance. Firstly, we describe students behavior pattern and extract behavior features in two perspectives including statistics and relevance. Then we employ a multi-task model to learn performance of every course simultaneously. Our experiments on a real world data set of college students show a good outcome. We do a further analysis on relation between students behavior and academic performance. Moreover, our experiments indicate that our framework is feasible for early warning.
