Innovation and Development of Talent Management Model in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Digitalization

The vigorous development of the digital economy has put forward new and higher requirements for talent training in colleges and universities. In order to cultivate outstanding talents in the new era with both interdisciplinary knowledge application ability and innovative thinking, colleges and universities must keep up with the pace of the development of the digital era, from macro to local, comprehensive innovation of talent management mode, and lead the development with innovation. Only in this way can they flexibly respond to various challenges and opportunities under the digital background, and help colleges and universities achieve the goal of long-term development. Based on the current situation of talent management in colleges and universities, this paper elaborates the feasible path of innovation and development of talent management mode in colleges and universities under the background of digitalization from the perspectives of talent training and talent service. At the same time, the exposed data security and privacy protection issues are also discussed in depth. To contribute to the realization of the goals of refinement, individuation, and intelligence of talent management in colleges and universities through the research and related exposition.

Path Selection of Integrated Development of Enterprise Supply Chain Management Driven by Digital Transformation

Digital transformation provides a new impetus for the development of the supply chain, which can not only improve and expand the visualization level of the supply chain system and the matching scheduling ability, so as to improve the system agility and work efficiency. Based on this, this paper analyzes and discusses the integrated development of supply chain management driven by digital transformation, discusses how to integrate different technologies under the digital background to form a centralized and fast response of supply chain management, and correspondingly cultivate a dynamic supply chain ecosystem to achieve the overall strategic change of the organization.

Digital background calibration algorithm for pipelined ADC based on time-delay neural network with genetic algorithm feature selection

This paper presents a novel background calibration method for pipelined analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) using a time-delay neural network (TDNN), which is optimized through genetic algorithm (GA) techniques. The proposed technique leverages TDNN to create enhanced feature sets, significantly improving the calibration of nonlinear errors exhibiting memory effects. It harnesses the GA's global optimization capabilities for feature selection, effectively reducing the feature dimension and consequently alleviating the NN's computational burden. A parallel pipeline architecture is devised for the calibration circuit, with its implementation realized on FPGA to facilitate forward inference processing. The inference circuit is synthesized using TSMC's 90 nm CMOS process, achieving a power consumption of 40.11 mW and an area of 0.45 mm2. Simulations based on MATLAB for a 14-bit Pipelined ADC demonstrate that the proposed calibration method significantly improves the SFDR from 59.77 dB to 165.52 dB, and ENOB from 8.79 bits to 19.23 bits, surpassing the target ADC's specifications. Moreover, the dimensionality of features is effectively reduced by up to 34 % without compromising the calibration performance.

Evolutionary game analysis of multi-agent cooperation strategy analysis in agricultural water conservancy PPP project under digitization background

This study constructed a system dynamics (SD) evolutionary game model, from which we analyzed the conditions that need to be met by multi-agents to achieve cooperation in agricultural water conservancy (AWC) Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. Simultaneously, this study used numerical simulation to depict the impact of initial participation willingness, reward, punishment, income, and other parameters of local governments, project enterprises, and farmers on the evolution strategy. The results firstly showed that the basic conditions for tripartite cooperation are to strengthen the rewards and punishments for project enterprises and improve the participation benefits of farmers. Secondly, it showed that increasing the rewards for farmers and improving the project dividend benefits can effectively motivate farmers to participate. Thirdly, it showed that enhancing the incentive subsidies and reputation benefits for project enterprise’s participation, as well as strengthening the supervision of local government, boosts the motivation of project enterprises significantly. However, it is vital to ensure that the reward amounts are not too high to allow local government to play its guiding role efficiently. Lastly, the results indicated that digital technology can help reduce the participation cost of local government, project enterprises and farmers, and improve the external reputation benefits of each participant, thus forming a win-win situation for all three participants. Analyzing the cooperation strategies of the three parties in AWC PPP projects provides theoretical support and a decision-making basis for the efficient operation of AWC PPP projects under the digital background, and also provides practical policy recommendations for the high-quality development of AWC.

Executive team's digital background, financial flexibility and corporate innovation: Evidence from China

Taking China's Shenzhen and Shanghai A-share non-financial listed companies as a research sample from 2018 to 2022, this study explores the relationship between executive team's digital background and corporate innovation. The empirical study shows that executive team's digital background can significantly promote corporate innovation. Financial flexibility plays a mediating role in the relationship between executive team's digital background and corporate innovation. In non-state-owned firms with longer executive tenure, executive team's digital background has a more significant effect on corporate innovation. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for strengthening corporate innovation.

A fully digital timing background calibration algorithm based on first-order auto-correlation for time-interleaved ADCs

This paper presents a fully digital background calibration method for time-interleaved (TI) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The timing detector employs a timing detection method based on an enhanced autocorrelation function, combined with matrix operations, to improve the accuracy of timing mismatch acquisition. The algorithm makes full use of the autocorrelation functions of each channel and proposes a more precise method for obtaining autocorrelation derivatives. Furthermore, the algorithm features a simple structure, low computational complexity, and can support timing calibration for any number of channels without requiring additional channels. The algorithm was validated using an ADC + FPGA combined system, with a 8-channel TI-ADC manufactured in 28 nm technology and a sampling rate of 20 GS/s. Results demonstrate that compared to the uncalibrated state, the algorithm significantly improves the SNDR and SFDR from 27.98 dB and 30.76 dB to 39.38 dB and 42.13 dB, respectively when the inputs are near the Nyquist frequency.

Multipurpose error calibration of pipeline analog‐to‐digital converters using decision points of the residue curve in sub‐analog‐to‐digital converters

SummaryA new mechanism of digital background calibration in pipeline analog‐to‐digital converters (ADCs) is expressed. The presented technique calibrates various errors like capacitor mismatch, finite DC gain of the amplifier, third‐order nonlinearity, and fifth‐order nonlinearity, so it is called multipurpose. In this method, the error coefficients are identified by estimation of the output code of the decision points in the voltage transfer characteristic (VTC) of the pipeline stages. To achieve sufficient decision points in the VTCs of the pipeline stages, one threshold level of one comparator of the sub‐ADC is shifted, and then the digital output is calibrated by capturing the error coefficients. The digital logic of this method is simple and does not require special analog circuits. The introduced calibration mechanism is evaluated for the first five stages of a 12‐bit 100 MS/s pipeline ADC. The required time for the calibration is 1.5 ms. By applying this method, the signal‐to‐noise and distortion ratio (SNDR) and spurious‐free dynamic range (SFDR) in order are enhanced from 46.44 and 50.53 dB to 69.92 and 74.04 dB, respectively.

Exploring the Impact of College Students' Future Time Insights on Career Decision-making Difficulties: A Big Data Technology-based Approach

Career decision-making difficulty is an important factor affecting the smooth employment of college students. Big data technology provides college students with more comprehensive, accurate and personalized career decision support, which helps them make more informed career choices and maximize their personal career development. Previous studies have shown that the Internet and digitization have significant information effect, which have important influence on the improvement of future time insight and career decision-making difficulties. Under the background of digitization, to explore the relationship between future time perspective and career decision-making difficulties of college students based on the Socioemotional Selectivity Theory, and to investigate the role of self-efficacy. 1092 college students were investigated by using the Scales. The result shows that the future time perspective predicts college students’ career decision-making difficulties negatively; Self-efficacy plays a mediation role between future time perspective and career decision-making difficulties. The research reveals the mechanism of future time perspective on college students’ career decision-making difficulties.

Digital Background Calibration Assisted with Noise-Shaping for a 10-b Bridged SAR ADC

This paper presents a background calibration method assisted with noise-shaping, for a 10-b bridged SAR ADC. It proposes calibrating the mismatches from the MSB capacitors using the LSBs. First-order noise-shaping has been employed to facilitate the calibration as well as the analog-to-digital conversion. Since noise-shaping is able to shape both the comparator input and quantization noise, it is expected to improve the calibration effects as well as the SNR, for the SAR ADC. Measurement results show, upon the proposed calibration, the SAR’s INL and SNR are improved by 3[Formula: see text]LSB and 9[Formula: see text]dB, respectively, compared to when the noise shaping is off. Fabricated using a 55[Formula: see text]nm CMOS MOMCAP technology and tested with a −2.5[Formula: see text]dB sinewave input, the bridged SAR ADC achieves an SNR of 62.2[Formula: see text]dB and an INL better than 1[Formula: see text]LSB, when consuming a power of [Formula: see text], at a supply voltage of 1.2[Formula: see text]V and sampling frequency of 50[Formula: see text]kHz. The ADC’s active area is [Formula: see text].
