UMKM are very important to note because UMKM are a driver of national economic development. The important role of UMKM is the most productive sector at the time of the monetary crisis in Indonesia. The development of UMKM is also the most important element for economic development policies to create jobs, equal income, economic growth, alleviate poverty and increase income for the regional economy. This study aims to determine how the socio-economic conditions of UMKM actors in the Tourism Object area of the Muaro Jambi Temple Complex, with descriptive statistical analysis methods, frequency analysis, factor analysis and influence tests to determine the effect of independent variables and dependent variables. the results of this study find out how the socio-economic conditions of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the area of Tourism Object Muaro Jamb ensemble complex, and obtained models and strategies for business development from social capital owned by the community.

ANALISIS PENGARUH LEMBAGA PEMBIAYAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN UMKM DI INDONESIA

ABSTRACT Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or better known as UMKM have a very important role in increasing the country's growth. These UMKM were able to survive in 1998 compared to large companies in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze to encourage the development of UMKM in Indonesia and to provide solutions in increasing UMKM. The research method used is a combination of quantitative research with qualitative research (Mixed Methods). The results of this study are UMKM that are looking for very fast financing, which can be used from a variety of jobs, personal and personal and lifestyle. Yes, there are also UMKM that do not innovate or even decline. The decline in UMKM business was caused by two things related to economic conditions and unfavorable conditions. Analisis Pola Persebaran Spasial Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kabupaten Sukoharjo

UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Businesses) are one of the business sectors that can increase a region’s income and could open new jobs, especially in Sukoharjo Regency. The development of UMKM in Sukoharjo Regency has increased from 2013 to 2016. The development direction and the spatial pattern of UMKM can be analyzed spatially using nearest neighbour analysis method. Analysis of the UMKM spatial pattern distribution in this study, only focused in a 2 km radius from the centroid industry of PT. Tyfountex Indonesia, PT. Delta Merlin Dunia Tekstil, and PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, which are the central industry in Sukoharjo Regency. This study using two methods of calculation nearest neighbour are manual calculation with the T-Scale and automatic calculation with P-Value and Z-Score. The distribution of UMKM in three industrial areas are 1,488 business units, which the industrial area of PT. Tyfontex Indonesia has the highest number of UMKM (1,043), while in the PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (407) and PT. Delta Merlin Dunia Tekstil are 38 business units. Based on the type of business, there are 1,146 business units with a percentage of 77% including in the type of micro business, while 308 businesses or 20.7% include small businesses and 34 medium businesses or with a percentage of 2.3%. The overall of UMKM spatial pattern distribution both from the results of manual and automatic calculations are clustered spatial pattern in each industrial areas with the distribution around the main road.

ANALISIS TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DAN PENDAPATAN DALAM UPAYA PENGEMBANGAN UMKM DI KOTA PADANG

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the contribution that is given by level of education and income towards the effort to develop UMKM in Padang city. This research uses assosoatif descriptive research. Population of this research is all of UMKM in Padang city. This research uses cluster sampling technique to choose the sample. There are 352 UMKM in Padang city selected as sample. Intrument that is used in this research is questionnaire. The data that have collected, they are analyzed by using path analysis, then the data are traated by using SPSS (Statistical Product Service Solustion) versi 16.0. The analysis result can be concluded that: first, level of education (X1) gives significant contribution towards income (X2) . Second, income (X2) does not give significant contribution towards development of UMKM (Y). Third, level of education (X1) gives significant contribution towards development of UMKM (Y).

KEBIJAKAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP PRODUK UMKM SEBAGAI UPAYA PERLINDUNGAN PADA KONSUMEN

<p>In the market there are many outstanding goods and / or services produced by UMKM. UMKM is indeed a growing business sector in the community that proved able to compete with other business actors. Through the economic policy package of President Joko Widodo, the government encourages the empowerment of UMKM. Although the government encourages the progress and development of UMKM but the circulation of UMKM products should be supervised. This is because there are still many products of UMKM, especially food circulating in the market that has not met the quality standards and labeling, especially labels expired so that this can endanger consumers. Therefore it is necessary to supervise the products of UMKM as an effort to protect the consumer. Supervision includes quality standards, labeling, standard clauses, and advertising. Such supervision is important to protect consumers from loss of goods that do not meet the standards specified in the legislation.</p>

SISTEM AKUNTANSI PENJUALAN KRIPIK GEDEBOG (Studi Di UMKM BOHAYA Wonodadi Blitar)

 UMKM that exist at this time has been very rapid development even more numerous compared to large businesses. This is because the capital is very simple and not too much one can build a business with relatively low risk. The development of UMKM in Blitar, one of which is UMKM Gedebog chips. This study was done to solve the problems faced by UMKM Gedebog chips, especially in the sales accounting system. In conducting the study, the authors used a method of analysis and design methods. The method of analysis conducted by the study of literature, especially studying the books of literature relating to the accounting system of sales at the library, a survey on the current system, includes interviews with the owners of UMKM chips Gedebog and direct observation on the object of research to accumulate the results of the study followed by studying and analyze the results of the sale of the existing accounting system to find a solution the development of a better system. It can be concluded that the sales accounting system are the accounting system as simple as a system for recording sales transactions were executed manually. From the results of this study concluded that the accounting system of sales in the UMKM has been using a good accounting system, the sales department has been doing recording order goods by issuing a memorandum in 2 first sheet to the warehouse which was then matched with goods and handed over to the shipping department and then submitted to the buyer. The second sheet for the financial part that is inserted into a simple recording of the financial statements.

Pengembangan desain produk berbahan baku limbah kerang di Bantul

The problem that is often faced for small and medium industries is the limited capital they have. They feel unable to hire designers to produce innovative products. They also often objected to allocating funds to conduct design experiments that required a lot of funds that they found to be highly speculative. Many small and medium industries that are comfortable with their conditions, accept orders whose designs come from direct buyers. They only become producers who often have low bargaining positions in the presence of buyers. The price of production is even determined by non-producer buyers. As a result, despite the large number of orders, the welfare of business actors and employees is difficult to improve. UMKM Development Activities This art is done to overcome these obstacles. Pembina who is a lecturer in Product Design Study Program ISI Yogyakarta has the competence to carry out the product innovation development activities. Through a more collaborative activities between lecturers and business actors, some design products produced from clam waste, some of which are made of prototype. With these activities, it is expected that business actors are motivated to continuously make design innovations on the products it produces. Collaboration, for lecturers also have a positive impact, namely the development of insight into the material and engineering workmanship in the field which in turn can be used as learning materials on campus.Keywords: waste, clame, product design

PERANAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN DALAM RANGKA MEMBERDAYAKAN DAN MENGEMBANGKAN USAHA MIKRO KECIL DAN MENENGAH DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

This study aims to determine the accounting practices in the financial statements of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Sukoharjo, as well as to determine the barriers that exist in the application of accounting financial statements in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and how to overcome these obstacles. While the method of this study used a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative oriented. Data and information obtained from the UMKM in Sukoharjo and other secondary data sources.The results showed that the First, the application of existing financial statements in Sukoharjo still not up, a lot of UMKM only use simple remarks did not even make financial records at all, resulting in low utilization of accounting information in the development of UMKM. Second, barriers experienced by UMKM in applying the financial statements are ignorance about the benefits of the financial statements for business development, a lack of knowledge of the perpetrators of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in making financial reports, UMKM have not felt directly from the application of accounting financial statements. UPAYA PERUSAHAAN PEMBIAYAAN NON BANK DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN USAHA MIKRO, KECIL DAN MENENGAH (STUDI DESKRIPTIF PEMBERIAN DAN PENGEMBALIAN KREDIT OLEH PT “X”)

Despite of the challenges, organizations of both government and non-governmental organizations have developed entrepreneurial development activities. As a non-governmental organization, profit-oriented PT “X” also plays a role in the process of entrepreneurship development by undertaking financing activities to micro enterprises. This article describes the efforts of PT “X” as a Non-Bank Company that implements the implementation of credit loan and return in UMKM. Based on qualitative research, the research result showed that PT “X” as a company has potential because it can give positive contribution to the development of UMKM in Indonesia. However, in its implementation, PT “X” still used a minimalist approach. The micro and capital goods financing activities that have been partially and have not been integrated continuously in rolling out micro credit financing program for UMKM. It coused many contradictions between the financing that is carried out by the company with community assistance efforts that should be done in the process of developing UMKM.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

PENGEMBANGAN UMKM OLAHAN PANGAN LOKAL DALAM GERAKAN ONE DAY NO RICE (ODNR) DI KOTA DEPOK

Furthermore, this descriptive research uses a qualitative approach. The result of this research show that ODNR action has encouraged the appearance of UMKM in a culinary sector and it also provided local food – non rice and non wheat. The roles of UMKM in a ODNR action is producing, supplying, distributing, marketing local food, conducting inovation, socializing ODNR action, creating new UMKM and job vacancies. Things supporting the development of UMKM are place, equipment, capital, human resources, skills, raw materials, and ODNR action itself. On the other hand, there are some factor that inhibit its development, such as the alteration of human resources and setting of working time, lack of creativity, lack of knowledge and scarcity of raw materials.</td></tr></tbody></table>

PERANAN BANK INDONESIA SUMATERA BARAT DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PRODUK UMKM MENGHADAPI MASYARAKAT EKONOMI ASIA 2016

The focus of this study to determine the development of UMKM products in encountering the West Sumatran market in 2016. Asia Economic Community studied aspect is product quality and product branding UMKM in UMKM development functions of Bank Indonesia. The studies carried out November 2015 - February 2016.. With qualitative research methods. The results showed that the function of Bank Indonesia UMKM development program has been implemented in accordance with the development of UMKM products. In 2014, 18 out of 20 UMKM (90%) target Bank Indonesia has been able to improve product quality, increase profitability, opening new markets as well as more innovation, but if in view of the quantitative that UMKM West Sumatra 501. 410 BPS data, the Department of Cooperatives and UMKM Sumatra west (2015) shows the facilitation of 1.5% (7548) has not been optimal, temporary assistance from Bank Indonesia, 0.004% Sumaterra west has not been represented, so many products can not increase the ability of UMKM to improve product quality, branding, capital and markets. Based on the research results suggested the Bank Indonesia their bodies / organizations standardize UMKM products, as well as provide coaching konfrehensif making UMKM more competitive on the Asian market economic community. Kajian Strategi Pemberdayaan UMKM Dalam Menghadapi Perdagangan Bebas Kawasan ASEAN (Studi Kasus Kampung Batik Laweyan)

The Empowerment Strategy of Micro and Small Enterprise in Facing ASEAN Free Trade (Case Study at Kampung Batik Laweyan)National economics development in Indonesia. The research was to understand the purpose of understanding of the authorities, banking, and abuser of Small Medium Enterprises (UMKM). Business organizations, community leaders, in the building of UMKM development strategy. This research approach is qualitative by the method of Phenomenology of approach by understanding the perspectives of ethics within the emic and interpret the disclosure of informants involved in this research. The unit of analysis in this research are: Individual businessmen of UMKM in the fields of food and beverage industry, individual government officials from the Department of industry, cooperatives and regional SME research, Individual figures of Individual regions, the Business Banking Officials, individuals representing community leaders who understand the problem of UMKM. The data collection methods used are: observation, in-depth Interviews, and documentation. The research instruments the researcher as the main instrument. Research findings is that for member access to capital, access technology, and the market for UMKM, the Government must establish a credit guarantee institutions, build partnerships with banks, State-Owned Enterprises, BUMB, large companies, Commerce, cooperatives, universities and NGOs. In addition to the member's access for marketing, the Government should establish a joint marketing Center for UMKM in the form of an outlet. favor and absolute protection against UMKM so that the Government can develop on an ongoing basis from time to time. To develop UMKM continuously especially for UMKM engaged in the food industry, the Government should build the development strategies in the form of partnerships between large and UMKM entrepreneurs with all stakeholders in the area of South Sulawesi.
