However, limitations in terms of creativity, innovation, and market access are still an obstacle for local communities in optimally developing their UMKM. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of UMKM in Pantai Bhakti Village through training that focuses on product creativity, innovation in seafood processing, and digital marketing strategies. Through a participatory approach, the community is given an understanding of unique and valuable product development, digital-based marketing techniques, and sustainable utilization of local resources. The results of the program showed an increase in the community's ability to create innovative products and expand their marketing reach. This article reviews the role of creativity and innovation as key to UMKM development in coastal areas and the importance of collaborative support to achieve local economic sustainability.

Strategi Penguatan Branding Identity Untuk Meningkatkan Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Citra Produk UMKM Toko Bunga Denur Florist

This research aims to develop the branding identity of the Denur Florist flower shop through community service activities by exhibiting products and distributing business cards at car free day events every week. The method used is business card design training using the Canva application and marketing coaching at the Car Free Day event every Sunday. The research results show a significant increase in consumer perceptions of the quality of UMKM products after implementing business cards. These findings indicate that business cards as a simple branding tool can have a big impact on the development of UMKM

Innovative Strategies for Micro and Medium Enterprises Development by participation of PTkis in reducing the role of the Emok Bank in Kuningan Regency

This research aims to analyze the activities "Emok Bank" viewed from sharia economic law and to formulate the innovative strategies in developing Micro and Medium Enterprises by involving the participation of Islamic colleges. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data analysis which is used in this study is the theory of Miles and Huberman to describe the results of study, while to analyze the relationship between the parties related to the development of UMKM (MSMEs) is by using TAWHIDI STRING RELATION theory and designing the innovative strategies using SWOT analysis. This study was conducted in Susukan village, Cipicung district, Kuningan Regency. It is one of the villages which gets the impacts of the activities of Emok Bank. The research results showed that the practices of borrowing borrowing which are held by Emok Bank have not been in accordance with the Sharia conomic law. The transaction parties have not could ensure yet to be able to manage his/her the property as well as not to BI checking and the loan feasibility. The borrowed money which is given by Bank EMok is not in the control of Emok Bank because of the government's property, the centered bank and even belonging to the investor. In the sharia economic law, the lent goods must be returned by the corresponding amount, while the loan at the Emok Bank is burdened interest even up to 25%.

The implementation of Technical Training for Making Financial Reports Based on the SIAPIK Financial Information Recording Application System for UMKM Beginner Culinary in Jayapura City, this training to improve the skills and knowledge of culinary business actors in more professional and systematic financial management. This training was attended by 24 participants who are culinary business actors, who are beginners. Through this training, they can have basic knowledge of simple accounting principles and practical use of applications as a form of recording their financial information. This training is carried out through an operational and practical approach and is technology-based, namely with materials in the form of an introduction to the basic functions of the SIAPIK application, as well as direct practice in operating it. The achievements obtained through this training are that participants become aware of making financial records in accordance with accounting standards. Participants also have accounts in the SIAPIK application system. Thus, what has been obtained through this training is a supporting factor for the development of UMKM owned by participants.

The purpose of this Real Work Lecture Program is to help the community improve the quality of tourism in developing UMKM in Teluk Makmur. The method used is literature and qualitative descriptive. In this Real Work Lecture Program, the development of UMKM and tourism quality is carried out by promotion and advertising on social media platforms so that many people are interested in tourism.

Community Empowerment of MSME Owners by the Office of Micro, Small and MSME Cooperatives in Palembang City

Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palembang City is a priority in overcoming the challenges faced by local businesses. Although the number of UMKM is increasing, there are still problems such as a lack of understanding in managing the business and constraints in marketing, especially through social media. The Palembang City Office of Cooperatives, UMKM and Industry is responsible for empowering the community of UMKM owners through mentoring, training and access to technology. This research uses a qualitative method with a focus on UMKM development strategies. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Empowerment is carried out through the stages of awareness, capacity building, and empowerment. The results showed an increase in knowledge and skills of UMKM actors as well as improved product quality and marketing. The community empowerment approach through the Palembang City Cooperative and MSME Office has a positive impact on the development of MSMEs and the economy of Palembang City.

Pelatihan Label Kemasan Produk sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Produk UMKM Cahaya di Dusun Krajan Desa Giripurno, Kota Batu

The development of UMKM in Giripurno Village has not been accompanied by an increase in the quality of the products produced, especially in the use of labels on food product packaging. Socialization of the importance of labeling and label assistance in Krajan was carried with the aim of increasing public knowledge regarding the importance of using labels and improving the quality of food products by improving packaging labels. which complies with Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) regulations. The method used in this activity is socialization of the importance of labeling and assistance in making labels. The lecture was carried out by delivering material related to the importance of labeling on food products. In the presentation of this material there were three main topics of discussion, namely the meaning of labels, the criteria included on labels and label requirements, as well as the importance of using labels on food products. As for label assistance, this is done by discussing with UMKM owner, following the production process, and the label making process with the help of the Canva application. The socialization carried out among dasa wisma members resulted in increased knowledge regarding labels on food products, so it is hoped that this will make the process of making labels easier and avoid mistakes in understanding labels on products. The socialization and mentoring activities that have been carried out have resulted in new knowledge for the members of the Krajan’s dasa wisma members and also produced a new label for UMKM Cahaya.

Development of Village Industry Through an Integrated Information System in Nagari Simarasok, Baso Agam District

The problems of Simarasok UMKM were identified: (1). The products have not been maximized due to marketing weaknesses, capital, and the purchasing power of woven/songket products tends to decrease, (2). Embroidery UMKM are part-time livelihoods for unmarried women and housewives, (3). There is no group of innovative skilled workers, (4). Marketing strategies are more on personal relationships, close proximity and less online sales, (5). Product quality/quantity can be improved, but constrained by external internal factors. The research used qualitative techniques and descriptive analysis; informants were collected by purposive sampling. Data findings, there are specialties of UMKM: 1). The embroidery industry has developed and is carried out by almost half of the female population, 2). Sugarcane and tobacco processing industry, conducted by men. There is a difference between the type of industry and the gender of the actors, which is not interchangeable. 3). Based on scale, the industries are small. Interestingly, UMKM development is carried out through an integrated information system. Although located in rural areas, Nagari Simarasok has utilized spatial technology as an integrated information system in mapping the condition of its UMKM. In this Nagari, a complete map with specifications such as maps of industrial asset ownership, maps of agricultural land potential, maps of economic potential and maps of natural resource potential can be accessed. With the completeness of the map, access to buyers, consumers and or other parties can more easily access it. This Nagari breakthrough has not even existed in urban villages in the city center.

Analisis Persebaran Kegiatan Ekonomi Unit Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Kelurahan Sukapada

This research was conducted to analyze the distribution factors of UMKM in the Sukapada Subdistrict area, Bandung City. One of the author's considerations was to make UMKM in the Supada Subdistrict area the object of research because they have diverse geographical conditions. This research uses descriptive and spatial methods. Data was collected through field surveys using the Avenza Maps application and interviews with 5 UMKM actors. The research results show that the distribution of UMKM in Sukapada Subdistrict is uneven. Factors that influence the distribution of UMKM in Sukapada Subdistrict include geographic concepts such as location, distance, affordability and morphology. UMKM that are located in strategic locations, close to city centers or markets, have easier access to consumers and suppliers, so they have a higher chance of success. Internal and external factors within entrepreneurs such as business capital, skills, access to information, government policies, infrastructure and competition also influence the distribution of UMKM. The results of this research can help the government in formulating appropriate policies to support the development of UMKM in Sukapada Village.

Assistance in making NIB through OSS and product packaging design for the development of UMKM in Puncak Village towards a Smart Village

The number of MSMEs in Puncak Village, Cigugur District is increasing because people are motivated to start their own businesses. There are still many MSME players in the Puncak Cigugur Village area who do not know or understand the legality of their business, in this case the importance of having an NIB. This is because some people understand that obtaining a business license is complicated and time-consuming. NIB currently plays a very important role in the business of economic actors. The provision of a Business Identification Number (NIB) is carried out through OSS (Online Single Submission). In addition, many MSMEs in Puncak Village do not yet have a logo or label on their product packaging. Some MSMEs that already have a logo were redesigned. The method used in this community service is education on the procedures for making a Business Identification Number (NIB) and this activity is carried out by door to door MSMEs in Puncak Village. The output of this service is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) and new product packaging and label designs for MSME players in Puncak Village, Cigugur District. To support Puncak village as a smart village, by supporting MSMEs to have NIB and packaging for MSME players. One of the main indicators of achieving a smart village is a smart economy, because MSMEs are the main actors of economic activities in the village. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen MSME stakeholders in Puncak Village, Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency.

Pendampingan Pengembangan UMKM dengan Transformasi ke Bisnis Syariah : Pengurusan NIB & Pembiayaan Pelaku UMKM Kota Padang

This service aims to increase the understanding of UMKM players regarding the development of UMKM with their transformation into sharia business. Understanding Sharia business was focused on anti-usury Sharia financing. Apart from understanding financing, they were also assisted in issuing NIB and financing to Islamic banking institutions. The method of this service was Participatory Action Research (PAR), where the team accompanies Padang City UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors. Evaluation was carried out by sharing experiences from UMKM actors, feedback, and follow-up. Data analysis used in this service used descriptive analysis. The success of this activity was measured by the understanding provided to UMKM actors regarding the Sharia business. The results of this service showed that UMKM actors understood Sharia business principles; UMKM actors proved this: 1) Wanting to switch to a Sharia institution in accordance with applicable regulations, 2) Registering as Nagari Syariah bank customers, 3) Registering their business to get NIB because including the requirements for financing files and processing halal certificates, 4) Registering the business to obtain Sharia capital, 5) Filling in the halal certificate issuance form to obtain a halal certificate.

The National Export School focuses on export learning for UMKM, BUMN, and other companies. The mission of the Export School is to create 500,000 new exporters by 2030. The National Export College is working with Merdeka Campus in a Studi Independen Bersertifikat (SIB) program that focuses on the development of UMKM for export to global markets. Ginger sugar product development has significant export potential for local economic growth, and national economic development. The aim of this dedication is to develop ginger sugar products to the international market by increasing consumer demand, expanding the network, and enhancing the brand. The dedication method is implemented using the results of field surveys with business owners.

Peran Pemerintah Dalam Pengembangan UMKM Lokal Berbasis Crowdfunding

This research aims to analyze the role of the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) Office of Sidoarjo Regency in supporting the development of crowdfunding-based UMKM. It also seeks to identify the obstacles and challenges faced by UMKM in utilizing crowdfunding as a source of funding, and evaluate the influence of local government regulations and policies on the use of crowdfunding by UMKM. The method employed is qualitative, utilizing descriptive data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings reveal that the Cooperative and Microbusiness Office of Sidoarjo Regency plays a stabilizing role by implementing regulations and strategies for empowering the local economy. As an innovator, the office introduces the concept of crowdfunding and provides training to UMKM to leverage it. Serving as a modernizer and executor, the Cooperative Office actively facilitates collaboration, regulates regulations, and proactively manages all stages of UMKM development programs, including planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Transformasi Bisnis di Era Digital: Analisis Sistematis Terhadap E-Bisnis di Indonesia Pada Konteks UMKM

Business transformation in the digital era and systematic analysis of e-business in Indonesia, especially in the context of UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The growth of e-business in Indonesia is related to technological advances and changes in consumer behavior. This article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of developments, challenges and potential solutions to support UMKM business transformation in the digital era. Some of the topics studied include the role of e-business in the transformation of UMKM in Indonesia, challenges in adopting e-business technology, effective strategies for encouraging e-business adoption among UMKM, and the impact of business transformation through e-business on local economic growth. The research method uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to investigate and analyze relevant literature. The findings from this research show that e-business has an important role in the development of UMKM in Indonesia, but UMKM still face challenges in adopting digital technology. Therefore, an effective strategy is needed to encourage the adoption of e-business among UMKM and the impact of business transformation through e-business can make a positive contribution to local economic growth. It is hoped that this research can support the development and sustainability of UMKM in Indonesia in this digital era.

Pengaruh Pembiayaan Murabahah dan Lama Pengembalian Pembiayaan terhadap Perkembangan UMKM pada PNM Mekaar Syariah

The aim of this research is to find out whether murabahah financing and the length of murabahah repayment have an effect on the development of UMKM. This research method is quantitative research, the research location studied is PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Syariah Percut Sei Tuan Branch. The population in this study were 100 customers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Syariah Percut Sei Tuan Branch, the samples taken were customers of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Mekaar Syariah Percut Sei Tuan Branch, the data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are that murabahah financing has an influence on the development of UMKM, we can see this from the calculated t-value for the financing variable (X1) of 5.813 > t-table value of 1.66071 and the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.0491 < 0 .05). For the murabahah return time variable, the t-calculated value for the return time variable (X2) is 3.825 > t-table value 1.66071 and the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.005 < 0.05). Based on the results, the calculated F is 8.370 and the F table is 3.09 while the significance is 0.004. It can be seen that the significance value from the table above is smaller than the value 0.05, which means that murabahah financing and the length of repayment together have an influence on the development of UMKM.

This study aims to analyze the process of collaboration between the village government, community, and interest groups in achieving village self-reliance programs in Ketapang Village, Indonesia. Using descriptive analysis qualitative research, the study employed purposive sampling to select the village head and village secretary as informants. Data collection techniques included observation and interviews, and data analysis followed Miles and Hubermen's theory of data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study used Collaborative Governance theory from Ansell and Gash to measure the questions in the indicators. The results showed that the collaboration between actors was successful, resulting in the construction of the Kalifor tourism village icon as a UMKM development area. The program had a positive impact on economic and social resilience in Ketapang Village. UMKM are productive businesses owned by individuals or business entities that meet the criteria as micro-enterprises. With the current development of UMKM having great potential for economic development in Indonesia, the economic growth of UMKM is not accompanied by the capabilities of the UMKM players. There are still many UMKM who do not realize the importance of implementing a marketing strategy for the development of their business, for this reason there is a need for training and assistance to simplify the marketing implementation process. It is difficult for UMKM to develop due to their inability to compete with the rise of competitors both online and offline. This method of implementing community service aims to increase sales of Bima's typical product, namely Nursa herbal medicine, by providing assistance in creating a logo, creating a brand name, developing packaging and developing social media. The stages in carrying out this activity are observation, planning, discussion, implementation. Monitoring and evaluation. Having a brand name will make people familiar with the products sold by UMKM Nursa and by using social media it will make product sales easier.

DEVELOPMENT OF MSMEs IN THE CREATIVE ECONOMY SECTOR

The development of UMKM in the creative economy sector faces several challenges, especially the low use of digital technology and the creativity of enterprise for UMKM actors which can hinder the development of enterprises. This research aims to study and understand the role of financial technology, digital marketing, and business creativity on the development of MSMEs in the creative economy sector through a theoretical study approach. Various findings from previous research are used as references and theory development in this research. The qualitative approach method with literature studies was used in the research to obtain a more detailed amount of data and information regarding the factors that influence the development of MSMEs. The main subjects of this research are MSME players located in the DKI Jakarta area. The results of this study indicate that financial technology, digital marketing, and business creativity can help MSME players to develop their businesses so that they can survive and compete in the global market. In addition, this research can also be used as an illustration for MSME actors to know the importance of implementing technology and developing creativity before running a business.

Pengembangan Produk Olahan Hasil Pertanian Tidak Layak Jual Pepaya APeS dan Pisang KeMPeS

Purpose: This research aims to develop value-added processed products from previously unsellable agricultural produce, namely papaya and bananas, including Papaya-based Abon, Permen (candies), and Selai (jams) or APeS, and Banana-based Keripik (chips), Molen (banana fritters), Permen (candies), and Sale (sugar-coated snacks) or KeMPeS, within the Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector of Banana Chips in Penantian Village. The research primarily focuses on the utilization of digital marketing strategies as the key tool for marketing these products. Methodology/approach: The research method employed product development experiments and the implementation of digital marketing strategies. Data collection involved surveys, interviews, observations, and market analysis. The results indicate that the developed papaya-based APeS and banana-based KeMPeS products have successfully enhanced the value of previously unsellable agricultural produce. Furthermore, the implementation of digital marketing strategies has proven effective in increasing the visibility and sales of UMKM Banana Chips' products in the digital marketplace. Results/findings: The results indicate that the developed papaya-based APeS and banana-based KeMPeS products have successfully enhanced the value of previously unsellable agricultural produce. Furthermore. Limitation: This research suggest that UMKM in similar regions can leverage similar strategies to develop processed agricultural products and enhance market access through digital platforms.
