PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA PESONA WANAJAYA BERBASIS PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT

This research is a study related to the development of tourist villages through Wanajaya community participation. This study aims to determine the forms of participation, the ladder of participation, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of forming and developing the Wanajaya Enchantment Tourism Village. Starting from hobbyists who love motocross and bicycles, a tourist village was established which became a place to channel various types of hobbies while being able to recreate. The formation of a tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS) makes the tourist village have a managerial system in managing all the interests that exist in the activity program. Various types of playgrounds and facilities are an attraction for visitors. Pesona Wanajaya Tourism Village has experienced significant development with the age of its establishment which has only been three years old, but has received achievements in the national competition. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research here reveals a situation or condition as it is based on observations made directly. The results of this study are the existence of community participation in the form of ideas / thoughts, energy, thoughts and energy, expertise, and goods; Then the ladder of community participation is at the level of placation and partnership, then there are things that become supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the process of forming and developing the Wanajaya Pesona Tourism Village, Cibitung District, Bekasi Regency.

Wanurejo Village Development Through Balkondes in Borobudur District Magelang Regency, Central Java

Wanurejo Village is one of the villages located in the Borobudur Temple area which is unique as a "Culture and Crafts" village and some of the factors that hinder the empowerment strategy in tourist villages are the increasingly egocentric nature that appears in individuals and tourism support facilities which still need to be improved. While the concept in the process of developing a tourist village, the surrounding community is used as an active subject, meaning that the surrounding environment and the social life of the people in the village are used as a tourist destination. The community also acts as a tourism promotion agent and innovator in providing ideas for developing tourist villages. The purpose of this research is to see how tourism village development is empowered to improve the economy in the village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews with tourists, and village managers and through a literature review of previous research results. The results of the study show that in empowering a tourist village, careful planning is needed to advance the village economy, Balkondes is a good medium or forum to improve the economy of a tourist village which shows the superiority of the destination's attractiveness, of course, related parties to become pioneers in village empowerment the tour.

Pertunjukan Bedug Kerok sebagai Strategi Pengembangan Desa Wisata di Kampung Seni Yudha Asri

Yudha Asri Art Village is the birthplace of Bedug Kerok. The aim of this study is to present and present the tourist village development strategy in the Yudha Asri Art Village through the Bedug Kerok show. Observations, interviews, documentation, and library surveys are data compilation techniques in qualitative descriptive research methods used in this study to discuss in detail phenomena raised in the research. The results of this research describe the strategy of development of tourist villages in the village of art Yudha Asri Village Mander, Bandung District, Serang District, Banten using the SWOT analysis matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Treath).

Community interest in developing tourist villages based on neuroscience methods

Rawabogo Village is one of the tourist villages in Bandung Regency with insignificant development since its establishment. Community participation is important in the stages of development. However, measuring context in real time and accurately is generally difficult. Neuroscience can be used to control the validity and subjectivity of the questionnaire and interview methods used to examine neural responses to tourism conditions. Thus this study aims to identify the people of Rawabogo Village's interest in developing a tourism village based on neuroscience methods. The results of the data analysis show that the people of Rawabogo Village have a strong interest in developing a tourist village. The result is indicated by the entropy value obtained and the results of the questionnaire scoring. The neuroscience method in tourism village development acts as a method that supports, complements, and validates existing tourism village development concepts or methods such as Community Based Tourism (CBT).

Pengembangan Daerah Pesisir sebagai Objek Pariwisata di Kecamatan Bunobogu Kabupaten Buol

Botugolu Village, Bunobogu District, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, is one of the villages that has tourism potential that can have a positive impact on the development and progress of Buol Regency if a development strategy is carried out for this village. The development of tourist villages that have tourism potential is part of the vision and mission of the village head. This is very important to encourage the improvement of the community's economy. However, the obstacles in developing the tourism resources are the access road to the tourist attraction and the inadequate environmental conditions. This obstacle can be overcome through community participation that utilizes local potential to be able to jointly improve road access and care for the environment for the development of tourist villages. The principle of community participation is the main element in developing a tourist village launched by the local government. Thus, the Village Development KKNT program is very appropriate to be implemented to support local government programs through tourism development in improving the community's economy. The community service program to build the KKNT village, which will be implemented in Botugulo Village for two months, is expected to provide benefits for formulating village government activity program policies for the development of tourism villages based on the Village SDGs. In addition, it can improve the community's economy so that it requires community participation in the development of tourist villages. The output of this KKNT is increasing community knowledge and being able to innovate based on the results of lecturer service to improve people's living standards according to the achievement of SDGs, the existence of village policy formulations that include achieving SDGs targets related to Village Care for the Environment and Community Economic Improvement and the existence of community groups that are responsive to the potential of tourism villages and the economy of the community as well as environmental care groups.

Cultural Village Management Model to Enhance Cultural Tourism in The Special Region of Yogyakarta

One of the main elements in the Yogyakarta privilege/specialty policy is cultural development, including strengthening cultural villages as an integral part that supports Yogyakarta as a special region. In connection with the development of cultural villages, there is an opportunity to develop cultural tourism based on cultural villages that can be offered to both domestic and foreign tourists. In fact, there are still several problems with developing cultural villages. One of the problems is structural issues which are still dominant, considering that the cultural village was formed by the provincial government with various regulatory policies, and as a result, cultural villages are not given independence to manage themselves but rather are driven by the supra-village. Village dependency is also caused by the village's inadequacy to develop cultural tourism village so it needs guidance from the government and is far from being self-sufficient. This study uses an exploratory qualitative approach, by analyzing each model of a cultural village and its potential for developing cultural village-based cultural tourism. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews with government officials in charge of the cultural department and cultural stakeholders in the cultural villages. The results of the study show that the formation of several cultural village models has not resulted in cultural village-based cultural tourism. This is because cultural villages are more preoccupied with serving various policies from the cultural service and budget accountability given to cultural villages. Thus, cultural villages run out of energy to innovate in cultural events that can be offered to tourists. Furthermore, the limited human resources to manage cultural tourism in each village are also an important problem that still hinders the development of cultural tourism villages.

Strategy for Developing a Start-Up Tourism Village into an Independent Tourism Village in Ululoga Village, Flores, East Nusa Tenggara

The development of village tourism as alternative tourism has been done in the village of Ululoga. This research aims to formulate the right development strategy for Ululoga Village, as one of the start-up tourism villages. Both qualitative and quantitative methods are used in this study. There were 10 informants as well as respondents, consisting of tourism stakeholders in the region and the local community of Ululoga Village. The results reveal that there are internal and external factors that are examined in the IFE/EFE matrix. Ululoga Tourist Village is located in cell I of the IE matrix, with an IFE matrix score of 3.081 and an EFE matrix score of 3.008. The SWOT matrix analysis formulated 11 alternative strategies. The alternative strategies were then examined using the QSPM matrix to determine the priorities of the strategy that can be implemented for the advancement of Ululoga Village from a start-up to an independent tourism village. According to the QSPM matrix analysis results, optimizing the use of village funds for the development of village potential became a prioritized strategy because it obtained the largest total attractiveness score (TAS) with a total of 4.923 points.

The Existing Problems and Suggestions for the Ethnic Village Tourism: A Case Study of Dong Village in Zhaoxing

Along with the improvement of economic income and education level of Chinese residents, cultural tourism is developing vigorously. In the face of the double-edged sword of tourism, how to find a balance between tourism development and cultural protection and inheritance, and not be harmed by this sword, is an important topic of academic research. At present, minority rural tourism has gradually become the entry point of rural revitalization in minority areas. With the development of economy, ethnic villages in different stages of tourism development have different status quo in the inheritance and protection of ethnic culture. Taking the opportunity of rural revitalization, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province pays attention to protecting and inheriting local intangible cultural heritage in the process of developing rural tourism, integrates local intangible cultural heritage, local conditions and customs into cultural tourism, and drives the development of tourism through cultural elements. Whether the development of tourism in ethnic villages is conducive to the protection and inheritance of ethnic culture, this paper proposes a path of integrated development of the two, in order to improve the existing problems and provide a reference for the development of village tourism in Dong villages in the future.

Implementation of Domes Building in Simoketawang Village Tourism Education Facilities, Sidoarjo City

The application of dome buildings in tourist education facilities in Simoketawang Village, Sidoarjo aims to increase educational value and attract tourists to visit the village. In this discussion, we explore the benefits and potential of applying dome structures in the context of educational tourism in Simoketawang Village. Through literature recognition, we found that the application of dome structures, such as geodesic domes, ellipsoid domes, and tropical domes, can provide architectural uniqueness and interesting experiences for visitors. Geodesic domes, with triangular segment structures, provide robustness and efficiency in construction, while ellipsoids of domes give a dynamic and aesthetic impression of modernity. The tropical dome, with its hollow and open design, prioritizes air circulation and natural lighting. In addition, the discussion also involved aspects of sustainability and community participation in the development of village tourism. The application of domes in tourist education facilities can support sustainable design principles, such as the use of natural materials and optimization of natural resources. In addition, the participation of local communities is also important in the preservation of cultural heritage and the development of ecotourism in Simoketawang Village.By combining unique architectural designs, educational values, and launches, the application of domes buildings in Simoketawang Village can provide a unique and interesting tourist experience for visitors, while supporting the development of ecotourism and the preservation of local culture.

THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM VILLAGE THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL MARKETING

Introduction/Main objectives: This study aimed to analyze the implementation of digital marketing in the development of tourism village at Subang District area. Research Methods: This study is a qualitative study using case method, comparing the situation before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The informant of this study consists of the head of regulator, namely the head of the village and the owner of micro, small, and medium enterprises. Finding/Results: Results show that Covid-19 pandemic affects the tourism potential in the area. This is proven by the low rate of attendance of visitors/tourists to the tourism destination in Cavaliering, Subang District. Therefore, to boost the rise of the visitor and to be able to cope with the environmental turbulence and uncertainty of the external environment, the local government should implement digital marketing. Conclusion: Through social media marketing which is part of digital marketing, the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) could become more creative and innovative, which would help them expand their reach nationally and internationally. The government should allocate fund and include this in the long term planning of the village itself

What matters most? The Role of Local Leadership in Tourism Village Development in Bali

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to examine the extent to which local leadership plays a crucial role in the development of tourism villages in Bali, Indonesia. Specifically, the study focuses on eleven villages located in the Gianyar regency, where the management of tourist villages will be scrutinized in order to identify the key factors that contribute to successful tourism development.
 Methodology: The present research employed a descriptive research method to gather data for analysis. In addition to this, various data collection techniques such as interviews, questionnaires, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) were employed to ensure the reliability and validity of the findings.
 Main Findings: The study found that various factors including budget, quality of human resources, uniqueness and innovation, village leadership, promotion, networking, and momentum have significant contributions towards the success of the tourism development program in Bali. Moreover, the study highlights the significance of local leadership in ensuring the success of tourism communities, emphasizing the role of village leaders in promoting the development of sustainable tourism initiatives.
 Applications of the study: The study has significant implications for policymakers and practitioners working towards sustainable tourism development in rural traditional villages.
 Novelty/Originality of the study: This study is filling the knowledge gap on the crucial role of local leadership in promoting successful tourism initiatives.

Tourism village development strategy using Analytic Network Process (ANP)

This study aims to analyze the problems that occur in the management of tourism villages and develop strategies and solutions to overcome existing problems. This research was conducted in Banjaran Village, Purbalingga, Indonesia. The study was conducted using a mixed research method, namely qualitative-quantitative; this method was used to capture the value or view of experts and practitioners about Tourism Villages in Banjaran Village, Purbalingga Regency. The analysis used in this study is the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method. The respondents selected in this study were experts, practitioners, academics, and regulators competent in tourism village management. The results showed that the problems that arise in developing tourism village potential are five main aspects: Human Resources (HR), capital management, institutions, conflicts of interest, and promotion. The priority solutions offered and considered to be able to solve problems in the development of tourism village potential are divided into six keys, namely, for the resolution of HR problems by increasing HR competence and then recruiting competent workers. In capital management, the solution is to do systematic bookkeeping, make appropriate regulations, and carry out regular coordination, communication, and deliberation. The answer to the conflict of interest problem is to put the community’s interests first and then agree. As well as solving problems in the promos aspect by disseminating event info and publishing management documentation. Strategy Criteria in the Development of Tourism Village Potential is carried out through five primary elements human resources, financial and capital management, institutional/organizational structure, conflicts of interest, and promotion. Through these five important strategic aspects, it can overcome existing problems.

Analysis of Utilization of Local Wisdom as a Base for Tourism Village Development in Wewengkon Kasepuhan Customary Citorek, Lebak, Banten

Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek is a customary tradition that is legally recognized and is part of the tourism development priorities in the Lebak Regency. As a traditional village that still preserves its local wisdom and has potential in terms of natural conditions, it is not surprising that this area is directed to be optimized in a tourism village concept based on local wisdom. However, the unique potential that exists cannot be optimized into a product or a tourist experience so community contributions to tourism activities and tourism options are still very limited in Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek. The research method used is content analysis to conclude the results of information from key stakeholders in the utilization of local wisdom as a basis for the development of tourism villages. The approach to utilizing local wisdom as a basis for developing a tourist village in Wewengkon Adat Kasepuhan Citorek is only visible in terms of buying experience through the Seren Taun Tradition, while buying products are available but very limited as part of tourism offerings. Therefore, further study is needed in the product buying approach to integrate the agricultural sector which is the basis of people's livelihoods with downstream in the form of typical geo products. Whereas in the buying experience approach, it is necessary to package thematic special interest tour packages to create a multiplier effect on improving the economy and maintaining the existence of existing local wisdom. Sosialisasi rintisan pengembangan desa wisata kebugaran kelurahan Canden kabupaten Bantul D.I Yogyakarta

Canden, a village in the Bantul Regency, is one of the tourism settlements with the potential to develop. The village of Canden comprises 15 hamlets, one of which is Kiringan, recognized as a hub for conventional herbal medicine. This hamlet is home to at least 110 herbal medicine vendors. This community service project aimed to make it easier for the town of Canden to thrive as a tourism destination, starting with the potential of herbal medicine as the foundation of wellness travel. This community service approach was participatory rural appraissal using focus group discussion with community, tourism management, head of the tourism office, public health center, university, and so on. This community service was carried out smoothly and the results were obtained in the form of community mapping and identification of needs in the development of fitness tourism villages.

Policy model for development of tourism villages based on local wisdom towards self-reliant village in Pangandaran Regency, Indonesia

The purposes of study are (1) analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of tourism village destination in Regency Pangandaran and (2) to formulate policy model for development of tourism villages based on local wisdom towards self-reliant village in Pangandaran Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with approach studies case. Primary data collection techniques in the form of interviews, focus group discussion, observation and document study. Results of analysis of SWOT (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat) of tourism village destination in Pangandaran Regency, especially (a) Strength: (1) airport Nusawiru as access for tourist international and inter bus city or between province that has destination to Regency Pangandaran; (2) culture famous Sundanese friendly. (b) Weakness: (1) standardization policy opening and development destination tour new to district Pangandaran not yet available; (2) access good way not yet evenly on each destination existing tours; (3) readiness resource man for accept tourists and awareness will industry tourist not yet maximum. (c) Opportunity: (1) have many potency destination unexplored tourism; (2) existence track train fire and airport Nusawiru as well as Harbor Bojong Salawe; (3) training about tourism through extracurricular for learner and language foreign for society. (d) Threat: (1) stability nature and impact environment in implementation exploitation destination travel; (2) degradation score culture and potential leave inheritance existing culture. Policy model for development of tourism villages based on local wisdom towards independent villages include tradition, community empowerment and participation society.

Pengemasan Paket Wisata di Desa Wisata Kampoeng Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang

The trend of sustainable tourism has become the government's attention in directing various regions to be able to move to accelerate the economy but still pay attention to the social and cultural aspects of the local community, one of which is by forming a tourist village. Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village is a tourist village located in Pantai Labu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Along with the development of tourist villages, in order to compete with other tourist villages, it is necessary to package tour packages as tourism products. Therefore, this study aims to create and produce tour packages based on activities that are already available in the Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village which is managed by the Kawan Lama Area. The method used by the author in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study, observation, documentation, and interviews. The result of this research is the creation of a tour package "The Authentic of Kampoeng Lama Village 2D/1N". Made based on the target market, students, families or groups. Itinerary for the Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village package designed by Kawan Lama Area matrix/table. While calculating the price of the package, Kawan Lama Area classified it into fixed cost and variable cost. It is hoped that Kawan Lama Area can cooperate with various stakeholders in marketing The Authentic of Kampoeng Lama Village 2D/1N tour package so that it can increase the economy in the Kampoeng Lama Tourism Village.

The Experience Economy and Marketing Approach in Rural Tourism that Creates Memorable Experience (A Study in Cikolelet Tourism Village)

The approach and use of the experience economy has transformed a tourist village with new added value. The presence of ecotourism-based tourism villages and examines the use of community-based tourism models in the development of tourism villages. Through the CBT model, the development of tourist villages has an impact on reducing unemployment, being able to maintain local wisdom and encouraging village independence. The research objective is to examine the use of the experience economy and the use of the CBT model in the development of the Cikolelet tourism village. The research method uses qualitative research methods. Informants in the study were the head of the tourism village Pokdarwis and member of Pokdarwis of the Cikolelet tourism village who understood tourism villages. Data collection techniques were carried out through observations, interviews, and direct documentation of the research object. The results of the study can be concluded that The experience economy concept can be applied to Cikolelet rural tourism to enhance the tourist experience and create a unique and memorable destination. The experience economy is based on the idea that people are increasingly seeking experiences over material goods, and that businesses can create value by designing and delivering unique and memorable experiences.

Tourism Village Development: Measuring the Effectiveness of the Success of Village Development

The objectives of this research are to identify the distribution of tourist villages in the Central Java Province using a spatial approach and to analyze the current conditions regarding: (a) the comparison of the conditions of tourist villages and non-tourist villages from the input aspects (attractiveness, accessibility, amenity) supporting tourism development, (b) the comparison of the conditions of tourist villages and non-tourist villages seen from the output of tourist village development achievements (Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Developing Village Index (DVI)), and (c) the influence of input factors on output factors with the status of tourist villages as a moderating variable. This research seeks to examine the area of villages in the Central Java Province, with 8562 villages focusing on 384 tourist villages and 8178 non-tourist villages. The analytical methods used to answer the objectives of this research are Geographic Information System (GIS), Mann–Whitney test (U test), and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The existence of tourist villages in general can have a positive impact in increasing attractiveness, amenities, and SDGs. These findings prove that the existence of a tourist village is able to support the achievement of the Village SDGs. This is in accordance with previous studies, which found that tourism development can have a positive effect on village economic conditions. In terms of accessibility, there is no significant difference between tourist villages and non-tourism villages because currently the development of accessibility infrastructure in rural areas is evenly distributed, not only in tourist villages but in all villages. As for DVI, the existence of tourist villages has not been able to encourage the achievement of DVI because there are many elements that make up DVI not only aspects of attractiveness, accessibility and amenities but also elements of social, economic and environmental resilience.

Analisis bibliometrik pada Pengembangan Desa Wisata

Studies on the development of tourism villages have been conducted by many researchers in different aspects and locations. This study looks at the development of tourist villages from 2018 to 2022. We used bibliometric analysis by combining two well-known software: Publish and Perish (PoP) and VoS viewer. Data was collected through Google Scholar-based PoP over a 5-year period from 2018 to 2022. The data was generated from Indonesian articles generated from the database using keywords specific to tourism village development. We limited the maximum number of results to 100 articles, then refined by selecting relevant sources and found 70 selected articles. The results showed that existing research on tourism village development on various topics and research networks were visualized. Through collaborative networking, the results can be useful for academic researchers to help them understand the evolution of tourism village development research, identify the underlying themes and assist the development of current tourism village development concepts. This paper is one of the existing papers that provides an understanding of tourism village development as an interesting research topic by examining its development through bibliometric analysis. Based on network visualization with the keyword that appears most often is the development of tourist villages. When viewed from Density Visualization, tourist village, development, village development, village and in the development of tourist villages show that the topic is being the center of research. Then for topics such as community empowerment through tourism villages provides a clue that this study material is still small and very less studied.

Partisipasi Pemuda Dalam Pengembangan Desa Wisata Alam di Desa Sendangharjo Lamongan

Sendangharjo Village is one of the Area under the auspices of Perum Perhutani KPH Tuban which is also threatened with illegal logging. Development of community-based tourism or Community Based Tourism (CBT) is one of the efforts to preserve the nature and culture of rural communities. Through this activity, economic growth from various community-based economic sectors can also be developed, such as service providers, handicraft sellers, traders and others. The purpose of this study is to find out, describe, and analyze youth applications in the development of the Akar Langit Trinil Natural Tourism Village in Sendangharjo. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that with the cooperation of various parties, namely Perhutani KPH Tuban and the local Karang Taruna Youth as well as community participation, the development of the Akar Langit Nature Tourism Village has accelerated. All the people are directly involved in all the activities that are there. Follow-up that needs to be done is to market tourist attractions both through print and electronic media and provide guidance on the development of natural tourism for managers, namely village youth who are there.
