The article deals with the issues related to the synergetic theory as a fundamentally new paradigmatic concept of management of socioeconomic systems. The authors outline the ideas of the socioeconomic system and synergetic theory. A critical review of scientific developments of researchers on synergistic approaches in socioeconomic systems is carried out. The theoretical practices of some researchers that will form the basis for creating an effective synergy mechanism for the effective management of socioeconomic systems are highlighted. At the same time, the essential meaning of economic synergy is proposed. This area of activity in modern financial concepts focuses on developing socioeconomic systems in the face of instability and an unstable socioeconomic environment. The expected synergistic effect depends on the degree of efficiency of social processes of national economies. The principles of economic synergetics are presented. It is proved that the synergistic effect results from changes in the management process of social, geographical, environmental, economic, and other systemic formations. The primary purpose of this and the expected effect are to influence the strategy of managing socioeconomic processes, particularly the internal structural environment for self-organization and dynamics of the socioeconomic system, through applying the synergistic paradigm. Today, the current development of events is characterized by the inadequate functioning of socioeconomic systems. In particular, this is a consequence of the imbalance of economic processes in Ukraine: the lack of practice of applying an appropriate management approach in terms of macroeconomic measurement indicators, calculation of dynamic processes without taking into account the index of inflationary changes, which does not allow an objective assessment of the level of economic growth; imbalance between indicators of social and economic development through the use of different methods; lack of effective decision-making mechanisms in case of significant deviations in the social and economic positions of the state. The synergistic approach is the basis for the development of socioeconomic systems. Under these conditions, there is a need to develop an effective mechanism for managing synergistic processes for the development of socioeconomic systems and the effectiveness of their application. In turn, this implies that within the framework of management theory, there is a transformation of fundamental paradigms by shifting the emphasis to the synergistic type of aggregate interaction, which means the formation of a conceptual mechanism of self-organization and system strategy.
