LEVELS OF SOCIO- ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN HINDOLI TEHSIL OF RAJASTHAN

Any state's social growth is characterized by the improvement of resource and human connections. The socioeconomic level of the state is determined by factors like regional development, education, health, access to clean water, transportation and communication, electricity, etc. As a result, social facilities serve as the benchmark for measuring and assessing regional growth. Studying the state of social infrastructure in a developing nation like India becomes vital to assess the rising prosperity and welfare work in that region or region. In terms of social work, Hindoli tehsil ranks behind other tehsils of Rajasthan. The extension of social services has been extremely slow in comparison to the rate of agricultural growth and employment opportunities in this area. Different areas of the tehsil have had varying rates of economic development in accordance with their geographical characteristics. The development of social infrastructures like educational institutions, health services, all weather roads, electrification, drinking water facilities, communication services, etc. is as a result conspicuously uneven. The research report under assessment makes recommendations for the correct, expansion of social facilities in the tehsil.

Pendayagunaan Dana Zakat, Infaq, dan Shodaqoh Melalui Pemberdayaan Program Layanan Kesehatan: Studi Kasus Padalembaga Kesehatan Madani Rumah Sehat Madani Yayasan Dompet Sosial Madani Provinsi Bali

The use of Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqah (ZIS) through the Madani Social Wallet in Bali plays a strategic role in alleviating poverty, increasing social welfare and building a sustainable community economy. Dompet Social Madani as the manager of ZIS is responsible for collecting, distributing and using funds effectively in accordance with Islamic Sharia principles. The use of ZIS in Bali is carried out through several stages starting from identifying mustahik, raising funds to implementing empowerment programs. Mustahik is the main beneficiary of ZIS distribution which includes the poor, orphans, widows and other vulnerable groups. Transparency and accountability in reporting fund management are important foundations for building public and donor trust in Dompet Social Madani. Madani Bali Social Wallet also integrates an economic empowerment approach in ZIS management. The empowerment program includes vocational training, support and business capital so that mustahik can be economically independent. In addition, part of the ZIS funds are allocated for the development of social infrastructure, such as building schools and other public facilities, to provide long-term benefits for the community. Collaboration with government, the private sector and other organizations is essential to increase the positive impact of ZIS. This collaboration optimizes resources and increases the efficiency of program implementation. Public education about the importance of zakat, infaq and shadaqah is also an integral part of the Bali Madani Social Wallet's efforts to expand reach and increase community awareness and involvement. One form of utilizing ZIS through the Madani Social Wallet in Bali is by establishing a Madani Health Institution which is realized in the form of a Madani Healthy House by not only collecting funds for aid, but also providing health services directly to the poor and underprivileged.

Особенности использования кластерного подхода при организации государственно-частного партнерства в сфере туризма

The study of the features of using the cluster approach in organizing public-private partnerships in the field of tourism is highly relevant in the context of the continued sanctions regime against Russia by the United States and the European Union. This is due, on the one hand, to the multiple growth of domestic tourism in many regions of Russia, and on the other, to high geopolitical risks and limited financial resources of Russian business. The article describes the dynamics of the development of public-private partnerships and its organizational features in the Russian Federation. In particular, the absolute priority of the share of concession agreements in the overall structure of public-private partnership projects in 2022 is shown; the structural differences between the initiatives of public-private partnership projects in Europe and the Russian Federation in 2020-2022 are identified, as well as the national characteristics of public-private partnerships in relation to the tourism complex, the organization of which is still a poorly developed method of improving national tourism. A significant difference between a domestic organization and a foreign one is that in Russia tourism is considered as a separate sector, while in Europe public-private partnership projects indirectly influence the improvement of tourism in the regions through the development of transport and social infrastructures. Whereas in Russia, in addition to projects of indirect importance, much attention is paid to potentially useful objects for increasing direct endogenous tourism indicators, such as the number of tourist arrivals, the number of foreign arrivals, increasing the share of tourism in GDP, passenger traffic, etc. It is concluded that a characteristic feature of the development of the tourism complex in the public-private partnership (PPP) format can be considered the use of the cluster approach as the main one. This allowed the authors to reveal a set of advantages of PPP in tourism; formulate the characteristics of a tourism cluster formed through the association of representatives of government agencies and private business; propose a scheme for the effectiveness of PPP design in tourism using a cluster approach.

Examining link prediction and node connectivity objectives in social networks: Comprehensive review

A social network plays a pivotal role in modern society, facilitating communication, information dissemination and social interactions. As systems such as this one continues to grow in complexity and scope, yet the challenges become identifying the absence of a node as well as ensuring an uninterrupted connection. These comprehensive reviews analyze the objectives of link prediction and node connectivity in the context of social networks. The objective of link prediction and node connectivity in social networks is to pave the way for future analysis in network design and security. This review analyze the node connectivity and link prediction, which is represented as graph G= (s, e) where s denotes the number of vertices and e denotes the number of edges. It highlights the effectiveness of linkages along with node connectivity and forecasting future interactions in enabling the development of targeted marketing strategies and personalized recommendation systems. The significance of node connectivity analysis is to evaluate the resilience and robustness of social networks. It explores the identification of critical nodes and the impact of their removal on network fragmentation, thus emphasizing the importance of developing effective strategies to enhance network resilience and security. Furthermore, the review emphasizes the interplay between link prediction and node connectivity in advancements of link prediction techniques that can booster the accuracy of node connectivity in social networks. It underscores the implications to understand the network dynamics as well as predicting the development of security and efficient social network infrastructures.

ТЕНДЕНЦИИ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ РАЗВИТИЯ ОТРАСЛИ РАСТЕНИЕВОДСТВА В ПЕРМСКОМ КРАЕ

The scientific article contains a theoretical review of scientific literature on the problems of development of the crop production industry. Attention is drawn to the state of the market for crop products, the competitiveness of agricultural sectors and the presence of consumer purchasing preferences in relation to organic products. The dynamics of reduction in sown areas have been revealed, and natural and climatic factors affecting the range, yield and production efficiency have been noted. A methodology for a comprehensive analysis of the conditions for conducting economic activity in the agricultural sector of the economy is presented. The activities of agricultural producers aimed at providing priority provision of their own feed to the livestock industry by reducing the marketable portion of crop production were noted. Solutions for efficient feed production are presented through the selection of promising varieties of feed crops, planning the yield and nutritional value of feed. The strategic directions for the development of the crop production industry have been determined. The priority of development of the crop production industry is confirmed by the presence of deposits and producers of mineral fertilizers. Weaknesses include natural, climatic and soil conditions that limit the list, yield and efficiency of crop production. There are quite a lot of threats to reduce crop production, but the main ones are of a social nature: the continuing outflow of young people from rural areas; Due to labor shortages, there is an increase in abandoned agricultural land. Political, managerial, production and economic opportunities for the development of the crop production industry have been identified in terms of ensuring a targeted approach to personnel training, the development of social and production infrastructure that makes it possible to promote the rural lifestyle among the younger generation and ensure the investment attractiveness of the industry. Thus, great potential for priority development of the crop production industry has been identified.

Analysis of the Current State and Development Trends of Social Infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic

Research relevance: the article examines the current state of the social infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic and the trends of its development over the past 5 years. Research objectives: to identify problems and propose priority directions for the development of social infrastructure. The analysis of statistical data of the main indicators of healthcare of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2018 to 2022, including the number of secondary medical personnel, the number of hospitals, centers of family medicine, groups of family doctors, the number of paramedics and midwives, and first aid stations. Research results: electricity is the main type of improvement covering the entire territory of the republic. In 2022, access to the water supply network will be 71.3%, and to the sewage system — 62.2% of the housing stock, both indicators tend to grow steadily. Conclusions: an important priority in the regions should be the creation of the infrastructure of settlements, which ensures the improvement of the living conditions of the population.

Empowering Bumiputra SMEs Through Intellectual Capital: Lessons from a Developing Nation

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a vital role in the economic development of countries by contributing to the expansion of the export sector's GDP, generating a significant number of employment opportunities, and promoting the development of social infrastructure. Despite their crucial role, SMEs in Malaysia have not received sufficient attention in terms of intellectual capital research. This study aims to address this gap in the current literature by examining the intellectual capital of Bumiputra SMEs in a developing country. The primary objective of this study is to assess the impact of intellectual capital components on the performance of Bumiputra SMEs. The data gathering process will involve qualitative techniques, specifically NVivo-facilitated interview sessions. The insights derived from these sessions will provide SME firm owners with a comprehensive understanding of how intellectual capital influences company performance, empowering them to make informed decisions. This study relies on two firm owners as the main sources of information during the interview sessions. The findings reveal that various elements of intellectual capital, such as human capital, structural capital, customer capital, social capital, technological capital, and spiritual capital, significantly influence the commercial performance of Bumiputra SME entrepreneurs. The study's conclusions have a notable and positive impact on the theoretical and practical aspects of Bumiputra SME businesses by expanding the understanding of how intellectual capital serves as a strategic asset for SMEs and by incorporating resource-based, knowledge-based, and social capital frameworks. The decision of employing only a small number of participants was determined by limitations on time, money, and accessibility. Nevertheless, only a small number of representations can yield significant results, particularly in qualitative studies where data accuracy and breadth are crucial.

Implementasi Dakwah di Desa Pinangratus dalam Meningkatkan Kebersamaan Antarmasyarakat dengan Kegiatan-kegiatan Sosial

Conducting da'wah in a diverse community is not just about holding strong beliefs, but also about embodying strong moral principles and social ethics. This study discusses the implementation of da'wah in the Pinangratus village, focusing on efforts to enhance community solidarity through social activities. Pinangratus village is a heterogeneous environment, where various social and cultural backgrounds coexist. The aim of this research is to reveal how da'wah in this village can serve as a means to strengthen social relationships and increase solidarity among residents. The study uses qualitative research methods, involving observation, interviews, and document analysis to collect data. The results show that the implementation of da'wah in Pinangratus has successfully created a variety of social activities involving the entire village community. These activities include the development of social infrastructure, educational programs, health assistance, and various religious activities involving all villagers, regardless of their social or cultural background.

Main Directions for Improving the Development of Social Infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article discusses the problems and state of social infrastructure. The state fails to allocate a sufficient amount of funding for these sectors, in this regard, the main ways to improve the social infrastructure necessary for sustainable development in the Kyrgyz Republic are presented and described. These areas are structural elements in the overall process of modernization of the social infrastructure sector and are closely interrelated.

Assessment of Community and Social Projects on Social Infrastructural Development of Kwali Area Council Federal Capital Territory

This study focuses on the assessment of the Community and Social Development Projects (CSDP) on social infrastructure development in the Kwali Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Social infrastructure plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of a community's residents. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness and sustainability of the CSDP's initiatives in promoting social infrastructural development within the Kwali Area Council. The study adopted the documentary research method through the review of various documents—books, journals, government publications, and other written materials that are relevant and valid in the area of study by subjecting the various information to deductive reasoning to find answers to research questions. The findings from the presented data highlighted the substantial impact of the Federal Capital Territory Community and Social Development Project (FCT-CSDP) on the development of social infrastructure in Kwali Area Council. The construction and rehabilitation initiatives undertaken through FCT-CSDP grants have significantly contributed to various aspects of the community. The study recommends that to ensure the continued benefits of the FCT-CSDP initiatives, it's crucial to incorporate sustainability measures into project planning. This could involve training community members in the maintenance and management of the constructed facilities, creating income-generating activities linked to the projects, and establishing mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Sukuk as an Islamic finance alternative for investment in Infrastructure in Kazakhstan: institutional perspectives

In recent years due to the international economic crisis, the most complex and long-term problems have aggravated in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the resolution of which is strategic importance for the economic well-being of the country and its resilience to external influences. The main goal of further economic development is not only the stabilization and growth of industry, but also the development of industrial and social infrastructure. Nevertheless, issue of infrastructure funding is still open and struggling. As a developing country it takes big deal to borrow from foreign banks. Moreover, the additional leverage appears in a face of currency volatility which is highly distress country economic growth. This paper unveils the actual issues of infrastructure development, adopting Islamic finance in Kazakhstan with legal perspectives and the solution for them in the form of Sukuk issuance model. In this regard, legal perspective should be addressed since regulation on Sukuk is not well accommodated in the existing regulation by both AIFC (Astana International Financial Center) as well as Kazakhstan jurisdiction. Sukuk can expand financial services, assist to develop domestic capital market and provide infrastructure funding without government budget support. Therefore, this paper implies to domestic regulation as set by both AIFC and Kazakhstan mainland jurisdiction.

Social assessment of the paradigm of multifunctional rural development – A case study of the Mazowieckie voivodeship

The objective of the paper is the identification of priority directions of activities for multifunctional rural development, followed by their social assessment in the context of the paradigm of the multifunctionality of such areas. Consequently, the current assumptions of the idea were confronted with reality, and expectations were confronted with need. The analysis also covers the activity of respondents in the scope of activities for multifunctional development. According to the obtained results, progress and activities in the scope of the economic (development and modernisation of technical infrastructure, technological progress, innovativeness) and social function (development and modernisation of social infrastructure) are of key importance. The paper is based on the results of a survey conducted in 2021. The survey covered residents of rural areas in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.

Use of common resources by rural communities in Russia: Problems of collective choice

One of the key elements of well-being of rural residents is the development of rural social infrastructure. Measures for the development of rural areas often do not take into account the opinion of rural residents themselves, which leads to their dissatisfaction. The level of cohesion and collectivism of the rural community plays an important role in identifying problems and finding solutions, including the use of common resources of the territory. This article makes an attempt to apply Elinor Ostrom’s theoretical considerations to the investigation of rural communities in Russia. The experimental part of the study was carried out in small settlements of Stavropol Krai and Krasnodar Krai in South Russia. The hypothesis about the possibility of forming self-governing rural communities, independent in determining the rules for the use of common resources and participating in the implementation of development policies for their territory, was tested. The surveyed residents very rationally selected directions for the social and everyday development of their settlements that allow them to obtain maximum benefit from their implementation. Continuing such research will make it possible to clarify true preferences of rural residents regarding social standards and make timely adjustments to the state policy of rural development.

ADVANCED DEMOGRAPHIC SITUATIONS BASED ON LAG MODELS

Research and forecasting of time series based on models with lags is offered, as well as calculation of a reliable forecast based on data on birth rates in Ukraine. Economic modeling is one of the important modern tools for assessing the impact of technologies on the economic sector in order to obtain an optimal solution. Economic evaluations can be based on several different modeling approaches, each with its own strengths and weaknesses. The relevance of the use of economic and mathematical models for the purpose of studying demography is connected with the need to study population and migration processes, as well as for further planning and implementation of the country's economic and social development. In every sphere of the economy, there are phenomena that are interesting and important to study in their development, as they evolve over time. Prices, economic conditions, industrial processes, and demographic data tend to change over time. The set of measurements of this kind of indicators depending on time is a time series. The goals of studying time series can be different. It is possible, for example, to try to predict the future on the basis of knowledge of the past, to control the process that generates the series, to try to find out the mechanism underlying the process, to clear the series of components that obscure its dynamics, or simply to briefly describe the characteristic features of the series. When studying the relationships between indicators or when analyzing their development over time, not only the current value of the variables, but also some previous values in time, as well as time itself, are used as explanatory variables. Models of this type are called dynamic. In economic analysis, dynamic models are used quite widely. This is quite natural, because in many cases the influence of some economic factors on others is not carried out immediately, but with some delay − a lag. The object of research is the mathematical model of the interdependence of the vector time series "Births in Ukraine for January 2005 − July 2012." The data are chosen quite relevantly, because without a preliminary demographic forecast it is impossible to imagine the prospects of industry and consumption of goods and services, housing construction, development of social infrastructure, health care and education, pension system and solutions to geopolitical problems.

Development of Public-Private Partnerships in Russia from 2015 to 2023

Public-private partnership (PPP) is a financial instrument that allows attracting private investment in the development of social infrastructure and allocating budget funds more efficiently. The goals of this tool are to improve the quality of life of the population and raise the welfare of the country. Within the framework of the theory of a mixed economy, the state, through PPP, abandons inefficient forms of management, shifting the management of state property and various responsibilities to the private sector, which brings organizational experience and various innovations to production, invests its own funds in the development of the enterprise and minimizes the risks of entrepreneurial activity. The important aspect of exploring the opportunities that public-private partnership brings for the Russian Federation and private business is to consider the development of PPP over the past few years. Taking into account the stated fact, a small study was conducted, consisting in the analysis of the development of public-private partnership in Russia in the period from 2015 to 2023.

ОЦЕНКА ВЗАИМОСВЯЗИ МЕЖДУ ПАРАМЕТРАМИ МИГРАЦИОННОГО ДВИЖЕНИЯ НАСЕЛЕНИЯ И КАЧЕСТВОМ ЖИЗНИ В РЕГИОНАХ РОССИИ

The article is devoted to the study of migration processes in Russia. The population migration forms the settlement system, has a significant impact on the social and economic development of the regions, it is a reflection of the high level of their differentiation on various features, leads to a change in balance both between macroregions and between the types of settlements. The problem of migration outflow in recent years has become characteristic not only for the Northern and Far Eastern regions of the country, but also for other subjects, including the Republic of Bashkortostan. In such conditions, the need to solve it is facing the authorities at all levels of management. At the same time, these issues are not directly reflected in national projects. Moreover, many indicators used in the strategic development documents of the federal level today, in fact, cannot be applicable to the purposes of predicting migration processes due to the lack of a sufficient retrospective base. Taking into account the impossibility of direct impact on the migratory behavior of the population, priority is given to creating favorable conditions. With such a formulation of the task, not financial and economic indicators of development, and the living conditions of people and, first of all, access to social infrastructure facilities are published. In this aspect, its development becomes a competitive control tool for human capital. However, as the study showed, the effectiveness of the implementation of similar activities is significantly varied in a particular region. For a quantitative assessment of the influence of the factors under consideration, the migration processes were asked to form the appropriate economic and mathematical model. The article briefly considers the prerequisites and features of its formation. According to the results of the study, the regression equation was obtained and dispersion analysis was carried out. The results of the assessment of the model according to the Russian regions confirm its adequacy. The study allows you to more fully assess the impact of the development of social infrastructure on the demographic situation in Russia.
