Abstract

Research relevance: the article examines the current state of the social infrastructure of the Kyrgyz Republic and the trends of its development over the past 5 years. Research objectives: to identify problems and propose priority directions for the development of social infrastructure. The analysis of statistical data of the main indicators of healthcare of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2018 to 2022, including the number of secondary medical personnel, the number of hospitals, centers of family medicine, groups of family doctors, the number of paramedics and midwives, and first aid stations. Research results: electricity is the main type of improvement covering the entire territory of the republic. In 2022, access to the water supply network will be 71.3%, and to the sewage system — 62.2% of the housing stock, both indicators tend to grow steadily. Conclusions: an important priority in the regions should be the creation of the infrastructure of settlements, which ensures the improvement of the living conditions of the population.
