Many different production methods such as individual production, state-assisted production, build-and-sell, cooperatives have been periodically brought up for discussion. In addition, throughout the process, the laws and regulations regarding housing were examined in detail. With the transition to the planned period, the statements regarding housing in the development plans prepared were deemed important, and detailed analyzes were made on this subject.
