Application Big Data and Intelligent Optimization Algorithms on Teaching Evaluation Method for Higher Vocational Institutions

INTRODUCTION: The optimization of the teaching evaluation system, as an essential part of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and universities, is conducive to the development of higher vocational colleges and universities' disciplines, making the existing teaching more standardized.OBJECTIVES: Aiming at the problems of inefficiency, incomplete index system, and low assessment accuracy in evaluation methods of higher vocational colleges and universities.METHODS: Proposes a teaching evaluation method for higher vocational colleges and universities with a big data mining algorithm and an intelligent optimization algorithm. Firstly, the teaching evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges and universities is downgraded and analyzed by using principal component analysis; then, the random forest hyperparameters are optimized by the grey wolf optimization algorithm, and the teaching evaluation model of higher vocational colleges and universities is constructed; finally, the validity and stability of the proposed method is verified by simulation experimental analysis.RESULTS: The results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of the evaluation model.CONCLUSION: Solves the problems of low evaluation accuracy, incomplete system, and low efficiency of teaching evaluation methods in higher vocational colleges.

Research on the Synergistic Development and Operation Mechanism of Vocational Education and Innovative Development Concepts in the Context of Deep Learning

Abstract This paper proposes that the synergistic mechanism promotes the vocational education innovation system to transition from the primitive low-level, ordered and relatively balanced stage to the high-level, ordered and fully synergistic stage. By analyzing the dynamic evolution process of the order parameter, a complex system with self-evolution capability is built, and the vocational education collaborative innovation model is constructed at three levels: macro, meso and micro. Finally, in carrying out the benefit distribution and arithmetic example analysis, the spillover effect of the synergistic subject is explored, and the optimal value is taken using the optimization model of synergistic development of higher vocational colleges and universities. The results show that when the quadratic term coefficient of innovation output is 0.086, the stabilization strategy is (0,1) or (1,0), and the multi-body innovation resources realize interaction stabilization without spillover or feedback effects. This study proposes the optimal path of innovation integration mechanism from the aspects of mechanism, mode and content, which can provide new ideas for the collaborative development of vocational education and enterprises.

Research on Internationalisation Development Path of Chinese Higher Vocational Universities

In today's century of accelerated evolution of changes, openness and cooperation are the key elements to promote educational change and innovation in the new era. Since June 2020, the Chinese government has successively issued and published guiding documents at the national level, such as Opinions on Accelerating and Expanding the Opening of Education to the World in the New Era, Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Excellence of Vocational Education (2020-2023), and Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education, which have pointed out the direction and path of internationalisation development of vocational education across the country. In this paper, we will explain the outstanding problems and common problems in international exchange and cooperation of higher vocational colleges, and put forward some suggestions for the internationalisation development of higher vocational colleges based on the guiding documents on opening up of education and the background of the national "Double-High Plan".

Current Situation and Discussion of “Going Abroad” in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

The Belt and Road Initiative has brought unprecedented development opportunities for domestic higher vocational colleges to “go abroad,” but it has also brought severe challenges. Driven by the Belt and Road Initiative, the development of higher vocational colleges “going abroad” has been confronted with a series of challenges, including the imperfect connection of policies, the lack of internal funds, as well as international standards, which are important factors affecting their development. Therefore, it is necessary to start from three aspects, which are policy guarantee, financing, and docking international standards. Through in-depth study of “going abroad” with tthe Belt and Road Initiative, we can effectively reduce the adverse impact of “going abroad” and provide a better and more innovative development environment for higher vocational colleges.

Research on the Application of Servant Leadership in Cultivating High-Quality Craftsmanship-Style Teachers

Under the background of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education, higher vocational colleges, as an important base of technical talents training, are the key to accelerate the construction of a high-quality "craftsman" teachers to train high-quality technical talents in the new era to solve the bottleneck of the development of higher vocational colleges. In this context, this paper studies the characteristics of Servant leaders and their influence on shaping craftsman teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through scientific research methods, it puts forward three strategies of building teachers' ethics, improving the standard system and strengthening their own professional development literacy, so as to provide strategic basis for cultivating excellent teachers in higher vocational colleges.

WOMDI-Apriori Data Mining Algorithm for Clustered Indicators Analysis of Specialty Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges

The cluster effect of specialty groups plays an important role in the development of Higher Vocational Colleges. The purpose of this research is to scientifically explore the interaction mech- anism of specialty groups clustering indexes in higher vocational colleges, uantitatively analyze the correlation of these indexes, nd explore reasonable measures to promote the specialty groups clustering effect in higher ocational olleges. Firstly, data denoising and field screening were car- ried out on the original data, and then the variables were clustered and divided into LHS (Left Hand Side) and RHS (Right Hand Side). Then, an improved multi-dimensional interactive Apri- ori association rule mining algorithm considering index weights and orientation constraints was proposed. The improved Apriori algorithm and the traditional Apriori algorithm were applied to mine the structured data sets. The results show that the improved WOMDI-Apriori algorithm in this study improves the accuracy by 79.96% compared with the traditional Apriori algorithm. The results indicate that, when the indicators of brand, key and characteristic majors at or above the provincial level, proportion of full-time teachers with double qualifications, and the number of internship students accepted by cooperative enterprises are at a low level, the number of projects and satisfaction proportion of employers with graduates would be negatively affected; The majr category of equipment manufacturing is subjected to various factors coupling, which may lead to different graduates’ counterpart mployment rate; for association rules where the uccessor of the mining results is dominated by negative results, measures should be taken to avoid or reduce the possibility of their occurrence as much as possible. The framework proposed in this research can provide theoretical guidance for analyzing operating characteristics and promoting the positive effects of specialty groups in higher vocational colleges.
