Ear, nose and throat specialists’ awareness on oral and dental health and orthodontic problems in children with mouth breathing due to adenotonsillar hypertrophy

Introduction: Considering the nature of oral healthcare needs for children with adenotonsillar hypertrophy (ATH) and mouth breathing and the increased risk of oral disease faced by the children, we aimed ascertain the perception and experience of ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialists to dental referral for such children.
 Material and Method: A descriptive, cross-sectional survey was sent to a sample of ENT specialists in Turkey. The questionnaire, consisted of 27 questions in five domains. A total of 123 ENT specialists participated in the survey.
 Results: In the evaluation of the examination of the oral cavity of children with ATH, a low frequency of examination for the malocclusion (57.7%) and oral functional habits (68.3%) was found. Sugar content in infant formula: Accuracy of labeling and conformity to guidelines.

Infant formulae are a primary source of nutrition during the first years of life, to which sugars are frequently added. This may contribute to adverse dental health problems if consumed excessively when coupled with prolonged and nocturnal feeding habits. To assess the amount and type of dietary sugars in commercially available infant formulae in the UAE. Sucrose, glucose, and fructose were measured in 71 different brands of commercially available infant formulae for retail sale in the UAE. Analysis was performed using high-performance liquid chromatography with refractive index detection. Sugar values were compared with the reported levels on the nutritional labels. A comparison between findings, product labels, and international standards for infant formulae was performed. Of the 71 samples, 23 had detectable sugar levels, varying between sucrose, glucose, and fructose. Ten samples were found to have sugars contributing to more than 5% of total energy intake ranging between 5.68% and 27.06%. All infant formula packages had carbohydrate levels mentioned on the labels, but very few mentioned the added sugar content. Many infant formula products tested contained sugars that exceeded the standard recommended intake. Tighter regulations that monitor the amount of sugar in infant formulae and guidelines for comprehensive labeling systems are required.

“GERAHAM MODEL” As a Strategy to Improve Mother’s Behaviour Maintance in Brushing Teeth

The results of Riskesdas 2018, showed 93% of children aged 5-6 years had dental caries with an average DMF-T of 8.3; as many as 57.6% experienced dental and oral health problems, and only 10.2% received services from medical personnel. The number of dental health problems in Central Java is below the national threshold of 57.6%. The proportion of dental health problems in Indonesia is still far from the expectation of achieving the long-term target of the Ministry of Health in 2030. Indonesia is caries-free. The aims of this study was to produce a "GERAHAM Model" to improve the behavior of mothers in brushing their teeth Research and Development (RD) methods, there are two stages of research, model development and testing the effect of the model using the quasi experiment method with one group pretest and posttest design. The GERAHAM model is a model that involves the mother's role in training children's habits to maintain oral hygiene, especially brushing teeth at home. The data were tested using the Wilcoxon test. The average results of knowledge before and after treatment were 10.20 and 12.70, while attitudes were 18.34 and 29.32, actions were 3.00 and 18.34. The Wilcoxon test showed that the molar model could increase the mother's knowledge, attitudes and actions (P=0.000). Conclusion: GERAHAM teeth model is relevant as a model of dental health education to shape maternal behavior in brushing teeth.

HUBUNGAN PERAN IBU DALAM PEMELIHARAAN KESEHATAN GIGI DAN MULUT DENGAN KEJADIAN KARIES GIGI PADA MURID KELAS II DI SD NEGERI 62 BANDA ACEH

School age children are an important age in the process of growth and development. Elementary school age children are children aged 6-12 years. Dental and oral health problems are problems that are often experienced by the elementary school age group, so they require vigilance and good and correct dental care. The role of the mother has an influence on the level of dental and oral health in children, because the mother is someone who is able to understand and can provide understanding in maintaining oral health. Based on the initial data of the examination conducted on 10 second grade students at SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh, it was found that from 10 students, 90% of students had dental caries. This research was conducted by analytical method. With a cross sectional design. Data collection was obtained through interviews and examination of dental caries status. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique, which amounted to 31 respondents. Bivariate analysis used chi-square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that of the 31 respondents the role of the mother as a motivator was not good as many as 21 people (67.7%), 19 people were less good educators (61.3%), and 20 people were less than good facilitators (64.5%). The results of the chi-square statistical test obtained the value of the mother's role as a motivator (p value 0.015), educator (p value 0.012), and facilitator (p value 0.029). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the mother's role in maintaining oral health and the incidence of dental caries in second grade students at SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh. It is suggested to the students to increase their attention in preventing dental caries, provide dental and oral health needs such as toothbrush, fluoride toothpaste, and teach children how to brush their teeth properly and correctly.

SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW : PENGARUH KEBIASAAN MEROKOK TERHADAP PENYAKIT JARINGAN PERIODONTAL PADA MASYARAKAT DI INDONESIA

Background: Periodontal tissue is the tissue that surrounds the tooth and function as a support, smoking behavior is one of the causes of health problems in the periodontal tissue. Such as gingivitis, periodontitis. Periodontal disease is a dental and oral health problem wich has a fairly high prevalence in the community of 95.58%.
 Objective: To determine the kinds of diseases in the periodontal tissue caused by smoking in Indonesian society.
 Methods: Systematic literature review, data sources was by searching articles from the Google Scholar database, PubMed, Garuda Jurnal.
 Results: From the results of 10 literature review articles, it is known that there are several diseases of the periodontal tissue caused by smoking, such as periodontitis gingivitis.

HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN IBU TENTANG RAMPAN KARIES PADA ANAK BALITA DI TK ISLAM TERAPAN BAITUSSHALIHIN KECAMATAN ULEE KARENG KOTA BANDA ACEH

Rampant caries is a multifactorial disease that interacts with, among others, from food and habits that are not in accordance with health such as eating food and feeding through bottles. The results of interviews conducted by researchers on 10 mothers of Applied Islamic Kindergarten Baitussahalihin that 8 students' mothers still lacked knowledge about rampant caries in children. The results of the examination conducted by researchers on 7 out of 10 students (70%) had tooth decay (rampan caries). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge about rampant caries in children under five at Baitusshalihihin Applied Islamic Kindergarten, Ulee Kareng District, Banda Aceh City. This type of research is analytic with cross sectional study method and using a questionnaire as an instrument. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique, because all the population was used as a sample consisting of 40 students and 40 mothers as respondents to be used as samples. The results showed that the frequency distribution of maternal knowledge about rampant caries was in the poor category 54.2%. The results of the chi square statistical test showed that there was a significant relationship between the mother's knowledge of rampant caries and the p value = 0.006 (p < 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between mother's knowledge about rampant caries in toddlers at Baitusshalihin Applied Islamic Kindergarten. It is recommended for mothers to further increase knowledge about dental and oral health, especially rampant caries in children from an early age through print and electronic media so that they can prevent rampant caries and overcome dental health problems that occur in children.

The Relationship between Dental Caries and Oral Hygiene of Children 7-12 Years Old at SDN Baletbaru Jember

Dental caries is the most common dental and oral health problem experienced by school-age children aged 7-12 years. Dental and oral care behavior is essential in determining individual health status, especially oral health and the level of dental caries. Since the pandemic, SDN Balletbaru never provided counseling and assistance in maintaining oral health. However, since the pandemic, there has never been any assistance regarding dental and oral health maintenance. Based on this, the researchers wanted to examine the relationship between dental caries and the level of oral hygiene of children aged 7-12 years at SDN Balletbaru Jember. This descriptive research was carried out on the students of SDN Balletbaru, Jember Regency, aged 7-12 years. This research was conducted by examining OHI-s, DMF-T, and def-t. The results showed a relationship between oral hygiene, age, sex, and dental caries (R 0.5). In conclusion, there was a relationship between dental caries and the level of oral hygiene of children aged 7-12 years at SDN Balletbaru. Therefore, improving oral hygiene is necessary to promote and prevent dental caries. In order to make this effort a success, coordination and cooperation from all parties are needed, namely the students themselves, parents, teachers, and health workers

The Application of Storytelling to Improve Children’s Knowledge and Skill About Tooth Brushing

Brushing teeth is very influential in the process of child development. Dental health problems in children that arise are damage to primary teeth, dental caries in early childhood, deyaced teeth in children under 6 years of age. Tooth brushing education is important for early childhood as an effort to prevent dental health problems. Storytelling was chosen as an educational method because it is interesting and easily accepted by early childhood. To describe the application of storytelling to improve children’s knowledge and skill about tooth brushing. This study uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The process of collecting data using interview and observation techniques. Respondents in this study consisted of 3 children aged between 4 – 5 years. The storytelling activity was carried out 2 times using illustrated fairy tale books. Children’s knowledge and skills were measures using observation sheets before and after brushing teeth storytelling. After the storytelling activity brushed teeth for 2 meetings, the results showed that the level of knowledge and skills of the respondents increased with an average value of 15.6. The application of storytelling brushing teeth has been successfully implemented and can increase the knowledge and skills of early childhood about brushing teeth.

ONLINE DENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION (DHE) ON INCREASING KNOWLEDGE OF PREGNANT MOTHERS ABOUT DENTAL AND ORAL HEALTH DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Introduction: Dental health problems during pregnancy are often neglected. This is due to a lack of knowledge about dental health care. Hormonal changes in pregnant women increase the risk of developing periodontal disease. Periodontal disease increases the risk of preterm birth. The COVID-19 pandemic has hampered health education. Objective: to determine the effect of online dental health education (DHE) on increasing knowledge of pregnant women about dental and oral health. Method: this research is a pre-experiment with pre-post test. The sample size in the study was 32 respondents taken by purposive sampling. The analysis used was Paired T- test. Results: there was a difference in the average knowledge level of pregnant women on dental health with p value = 0,000. Conclusion: Dental health education has an effect on increasing the level of knowledge on dental health in pregnant women.

DENTAL AND ORAL HEALTH KNOWLEDGE WITH DMF-T INDEX IN EMPLOYEES

Background: dental and oral health problems have increased significantly every year. This is evidenced by the prevalence of dental caries in 2013 of 25.9% and in 2018 of 57.8%. The high level of dental health problems is influenced by several factors, one of which is bad behavior towards the maintenance of dental and oral health, especially the lack of knowledge about the importance of dental and oral care. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between dental and oral health knowledge and the DMF-T index for employees of Marketing Operation Regional III Pertamina Central Jakarta in 2021. Research method: This type of research was retrospective analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted on all Marketing Operation Regional III employees who did Medical Check Up from January to June 2021. The sampling technique used was total sampling with a total sample of 91 people. The independent variable is knowledge of dental health while the dependent variable is the DMF-T index. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire to measure knowledge and a DMF-T examination sheet to measure the DMF-T index. Data analysis using Spearman test. Result: the knowledge of Marketing Operation Regional III Pertamina Central Jakarta employees is mostly sufficient category as many as 68 people (74.7%) and has an average DMF-T Index of 4.1 with a high category of 69 people (75.8%). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of oral health and the DMF-T index in Marketing Operation Regional III Pertamina Central Jakarta employees with a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge of dental and oral health and the DMF-T index in Marketing Operation Regional III Pertamina Central Jakarta employees in 2021.

KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE WITH INTEREST IN TREATING ELDERLY PATIENTS DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC

Background: Dental health problems in the elderly in Indonesia are higher than one of the WHO targets. This is influenced by many factors, namely health care factors, environment, knowledge, attitudes and behavior in maintaining dental and oral health. During the Covid-19 pandemic, dental health services were restricted because they generated aerosols, as a result, patient interest in performing dental and oral care at dental health service facilities decreased. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with interest in treating elderly patients at the Pertamedika Dental Clinic IHC Rawamangun Jakarta during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Research method: This research is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted on all elderly patients who went to Pertamedika Dental Clinic IHC Rawamangun. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 43 people. The independent variables are knowledge and attitudes, while the dependent variable is interest in treatment in elderly patients. Data collection instrument using a questionnaire and data analysis using Chi-Square and Spearman test. Result: there is a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards treatment interest in elderly patients at the Pertamedika Dental Clinic IHC Rawamangun Jakarta during the Covid-19 Pandemic with p<0.05. Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge and attitude with interest in treating elderly patients at the Pertamedika Dental Clinic IHC Rawamangun Jakarta during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

KNOWLEDGE OF FAMILY WITH THE STATUS OF DENTAL AND ORAL HYGIENE OF INPATIENT

Family knowledge of dental and oral hygiene plays an important role in the health of family members. A person is said to be healthy, not only a healthy body but also a healthy oral cavity and teeth. Dental and oral health plays a very important role in supporting the health of a person's body. Dental and oral health problems are a very important concern in health development, especially for inpatients. Oral Hygiene is one of the actions needed to keep the mouth from infection, clean and freshen the mouth, so it is very important to have knowledge from the family, especially in the maintenance of dental and oral health of hospitalized patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family knowledge and oral hygiene status of inpatients at Pertamina Jaya Hospital, Central Jakarta. The research method used observational analytic with a cross sectional research design. The population of all families and inpatients is 28 people with accidental technique. The measuring instrument uses a questionnaire and an OHI-S examination format. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square statistical test. The results showed that the level of knowledge of the patient's family about maintaining oral and dental health was mostly in the good category (67.9%), dental and oral hygiene status in hospitalized patients was in the medium category (71.4%). The results of the Chi-Square test showed that there was a relationship between family knowledge about dental and oral health maintenance with dental and oral hygiene status of hospitalized patients with p- value 0.001 < 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between family knowledge about dental and oral health maintenance with the dental and oral hygiene status of inpatients at Pertamina Jaya Hospital, Central Jakarta.

Oral Health Assessment of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Literature Review

Children with autism have dental health problems that are often encountered, namely dental caries, periodontal disease, damage to the oral environment, tooth eruption disorders, and trauma. Coordination of irregular tongue movements causes food to often get stuck in the mouth and is not swallowed immediately, exacerbated by the habit of consuming cariogenic foods so that the risk of dental caries is higher in children with autism. This study aims to explain the oral health assessment in terms of oral hygiene in children with autism. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review obtained from four databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, Wiley, and Science Direct. The results showed that the oral health assessment of children with autistic spectrum disorder was poor. There are still many autistic children who have caries and periodontal disease. It shows how difficult it is for autistic children and their parents to maintain healthy teeth and mouths. Factors that influence, among others, impaired concentration and interaction in children with autism is the lack of understanding of parents about maintaining dental and oral health. The benefit obtained from this literature review is to share insights that proper care by maintaining Dental oral and dental hygiene can improve tooth brushing skills in autistic children.

Dental Health Promotion: A Diet That Supports Dental and Oral Health Through a Family Approach

Background: choosing the wrong diet and the influence of modern lifestyles can cause dental caries in children, especially the consumption of cariogenic foods. One of the community empowerment efforts is by involving community members who are willing to voluntarily be involved in dental health problems, so that dental health promotion through a family approach can improve community dental health behavior. Objective: to analyze the effectiveness of dental health promotion about eating patterns that support oral and dental health through a family approach to dental health knowledge. Methods: Methods: Pre-experimental research with pretest-posttest one group design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling as many as 50 respondents. The study was conducted at Surokarsan village, Mergangsan, Yogyakarta. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis used the SPSS program with the Paired Sample Test. Results: the level of knowledge of respondents increased by 22.5 and the average value of knowledge before counseling was 57 to 79.50 with a p value of 0.016 Conclusion: Promotion of dental health about eating patterns that support oral and dental health through a family approach is effective in increasing public dental health knowledge .

Cervical Abrasion and Gingival Recession in Dental Polyclinic Patients

Background: The most common dental health problem in Indonesia is dental caries. The prevalence of caries by 92.2% and ages 35-44 years experienced dental health problems, with the DMF-T index of 6.9 meaning the average number of tooth decay was 6 to 7 teeth per person. One effort that can be carried out to prevent caries is to pay attention to the cleanliness of the oral cavity area especially teeth, plaque cleaning every day is by brushing teeth. Inappropriate brushing techniques can lead to the removal of tooth roots by transferring gingival margin bonds to the apical position of the cementoenamel junction which can result in tooth abrasion and gingival recession. The purpose of this study was to determine the cervical abrasion and gingival recession in dental polyclinic patients at the Pertamedika Clinic Office Center. Method: This study used a descriptive method. The sample of this study was using purposive sampling as many as 54 respondents. The data used are secondary data taken from the patient’s medical record. Results: The results of cervical abrasion studies showed that 25 people (46.3%) did not have cervical abrasion and 29 people (53.7%) had cervical abrasion. Respondents did not have gingival recession of 26 people (48.1%) and those who had gingival recession were 28 people (51.9%). Conclusions: Most of the Pertamedika Center Office clinic patients have cases of cervical abrasion and gingival recession.

EFFECTIVENESS OF CHEWING GUM AND TOOTHPASTE OF XYLITOL ON THE PLAQUE INDEX IN ADOLESCENT GROUP.

Periodontal disease and caries are part of dental and oral health problems. The main cause of periodontal disease and caries is plaque. Dental plaque can be controlled with a combination of chemicals and mechanics treatment. The growth of dental plaque can be inhibited by using chemicals, namely xylitol which can be used in the form of chewing gum or toothpaste. Xylitol is a natural carbohydrate sweetener that cannot be fermented by bacteria in the oral cavity. Xylitol can accumulate Streptococcus mutans intracellularly and make Streptococcus mutans expends energy to break down accumulated xylitol without producing unfavorable energy. This research was conducted as literature study and analyzed the findings obtained. This literature review used six pieces of literature about xylitol chewing gum and two pieces of literature about xylitol toothpaste. Data analysis used Paired Samples T-Test of plaque index. The results showed that there was a statistically significant result (p<0,05) of the plaque index before and after using xylitol chewing gum. On the other hand, there was no significant result (p>0,05) on the plaque index before and after using xylitol toothpaste. The decreased plaque index was established in both of the xylitol types, but not meaningful when used in toothpaste.

The Effectiveness of Use of Herbal Dental Paste on Gingivitis Marginalis in Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar Regency

BACKGROUND: The most common periodontal disease in developing countries is gingivitis. Gingivitis is a dental and oral health problem with a reasonably high prevalence in society at all age groups. Gingivitis is characterized by inflammation and bleeding of the gums. One way to prevent bleeding gums is to use herbal toothpaste. AIM: The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of using betel leaf herbal toothpaste against gingivitis marginalis in Rima Jeuneu Village, Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar District. METHODS: This study used analytical survey research with a cross-sectional design. The location for this research is Rima Jeuneu Village, District. This research was conducted from September to October 2021. Bivariate data analysis to determine the relationship between the independent variable (brushing teeth using betel herbal toothpaste) and the dependent variable (gingivitis marginalis) in this study used the Chi-square test. RESULTS: The results of statistical analysis using the Chi-square test found that there was a significant relationship between brushing teeth using herbal betel toothpaste and gingivitis marginalized in the community ((p) = 0.000 <0.05). A survey reinforces that brushing teeth using herbal betel toothpaste has healthy gingival conditions (71.9%). The use of herbal betel toothpaste is effective in preventing gingivitis marginalis. Betel leaf toothpaste has an antibacterial effect against several types of bacteria, one of which is Streptococcus mutans. CONCLUSION: There is a relationship between brushing teeth using herbal betel toothpaste with gingivitis marginalis in the people of Peukan Bada District, Aceh Besar District. Brushing teeth using betel herbal toothpaste is effective in reducing the level of gingivitis

Promosi Kesehatan Dengan Media Power Point dan Film Animasi Pendek Dalam Upaya Pemeliharaan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut

Introduction: Oral and dental health is important in the life of every individual, including children, because damaged and untreated teeth will cause pain, mastication disorders and can interfere with other body health. One of the most common dental health problems in children is dental caries. In school children, dental disease is a very disturbing problem, because it not only causes pain but also transmits infections to other parts of the body, resulting in decreased productivity. This condition will certainly reduce the frequency of children's attendance at school, interfere with learning concentration, affect appetite and food intake so that it can affect nutritional status. Objectives: To find out how the students of TPA Miftahul Jannah, Kota Depok in 2021 know about dental and oral health, determine priority issues and carry out effective health promotion. Method: This research is a study to find out the problem points in dental and oral health and carry out appropriate health promotion. The population in this study were TPA Miftahul Jannah students, Depok City in 2021 with a sampling technique, namely a total sampling of 30 respondents. The data collection used is the researcher's interview with the interview question sheet to the respondents. Determination of priority problems using the Criteria Matrix Technique. Result: Results Based on research from 30 respondents from Miftahul Jannah TPA students in Depok-West Java, as many as 16 respondents (53.3%) had never checked their teeth every 6 months for the last 1 month. This is due to a lack of knowledge about the importance of maintaining dental and oral health. Conclusion: It was concluded that the priority problem point was never having a dental check-up every 6 months related to the maintenance of oral health. So the health promotion that the researchers did was the use of power point slides and videos so that they were effective in increasing respondents' knowledge which was marked by increased motivation and behavior to maintain dental hygiene.

Phytochemical Profile of Antibacterial Agents from Red Betel Leaf (Piper crocatum Ruiz and Pav) against Bacteria in Dental Caries.

Based on data from The Global Burden of Disease Study in 2016, dental and oral health problems, especially dental caries, are a disease experienced by almost half of the world’s population (3.58 billion people). One of the main causes of dental caries is the pathogenesis of Streptococcus mutans. Prevention can be achieved by controlling S. mutans using an antibacterial agent. The most commonly used antibacterial for the treatment of dental caries is chlorhexidine. However, long-term use of chlorhexidine has been reported to cause resistance and some side effects. Therefore, the discovery of a natural antibacterial agent is an urgent need. A natural antibacterial agent that can be used are herbal medicines derived from medicinal plants. Piper crocatum Ruiz and Pav has the potential to be used as a natural antibacterial agent for treating dental and oral health problems. Several studies reported that the leaves of P. crocatum Ruiz and Pav contain secondary metabolites such as essential oils, flavonoids, alkaloids, terpenoids, tannins, and phenolic compounds that are active against S. mutans. This review summarizes some information about P. crocatum Ruiz and Pav, various isolation methods, bioactivity, S. mutans bacteria that cause dental caries, biofilm formation mechanism, antibacterial properties, and the antibacterial mechanism of secondary metabolites in P. crocatum Ruiz and Pav.

GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG CARA MENJAGA KEBERSIHAN GIGI DAN MULUT ANAK UMUR 10-12 TAHUN DI LINGKUNGAN IV-V KAMPUNG ISLAM KECAMATAN TUMINTING

Dental and oral health is very important to always be maintained, one way to prevent dental and oral health problems can be done by brushing teeth. A good frequency and time of brushing teeth is 3 times a day in the morning after breakfast, in the afternoon after lunch and at night before going to bed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tooth brushing frequency on the debris index in fifth grade students at SD Kartika XXI-4, Paal Dua District, Manado City. This type of research is analytic with a cross sectional study approach using the total sampling method. The frequency of brushing teeth was measured using a check-list sheet to find out how many times the respondent brushed his teeth in a day, and the debris index was examined using the debris index examination format. The research results obtained were then processed using the analysis of the Kendall's tau correlations test. The results of the analysis using the kendall's tau correlation test obtained a value of -0.798 with a strong correlation strength with a p value of 0.000 smaller than the value of = 0.05 so that there is a significant correlation value between the variable frequency of brushing teeth and the debris index variable with a negative correlation direction (- ) which means that the greater the frequency of brushing the teeth, the smaller the value of the debris index. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of tooth brushing frequency on the debris index.
