ANALISIS SPASIAL FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN LEPTOSPIROSIS DI KECAMATAN BONANG KABUPATEN DEMAK TAHUN 2018

The number of leptospirosis cases in Demak district had a significant increase in 2018 which reached 92 cases with IR = 7.91% and the death of 24 people with CFR = 28.09%. Bonang Subdistrict is a sub-district with a case of the highest leptospirosis in Demak district. The aim of this research is to spatial analyze the environmental factors of leptospirosis in Kecamatan Bonang include flood/rob history, garbage storage, river, paddy field, fishpond, and population density. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional design. The samples in this study numbered 24 people. This research was conducted in June 2019 in Bonang Sub-district of Demak Regency. The results showed that the pattern of the leptospirosis case in sub-district Bonang was scattered uneven. In this study can be concluded that the most influential risk factors in the distribution of leptospirosis cases in Bonang sub-district is a bad condition of individual garbage storage and the existence of paddy fields and rivers that are close to the house cases. GAMBARAN TATA CARA PENGELUARAN SPUTUM DAN KUALITAS SPUTUM PASIEN CURIGA TUBERCULOSIS DI PUSKESMAS GAJAH II KABUPATEN DEMAK

Although the Indonesian government has conducted various efforts to prevent and deal with Tuberculosis disease, new TB cases consistently appear from time to time in this country. Accurate steps and techniques are needed to diagnose tuberculosis as early as possible, thereby reducing transmissions and curing patients as early as possible. One method to conduct early diagnosis of tuberculosis is the microscopic screening of Mycobacteriu Tuberculosa. The purpose of this journal is to get an overview of sputum removal procedures and sputum quality of TB suspects at Gajah II Public Health Centre, Demak District. The first method is spontaneous expectoration, and the second method is warm steam inhalation before sputum removal. In this study, the sputum samples were taken from 32 TB suspect patients who visited Gajah II Public Health Centre for the first time during the period of September 2019. The examination results of sputum quality were recorded into three (3) categories or groups, namely: (1) purulent, (2) mucopurulent, and (3) saliva. The study indicated as follows: using the first method, 2 (two) patients (6.25%) produced purulent quality of sputum, 8 (eight) patients (25%) with mucopurulent quality, and 13 (thirteen) patients (40.62%) with salivary quality, while 9 (nine) patients (28.13%) failed to produce sputum. Using the second method, by which patients were asked to inhale warm steam before removing sputum, the study revealed the following: 3 (three) patients (9.37%) with purulent sputum quality, 13 (thirteen) patients (40.62%) with mucopurulent quality, and 11 (eleven) patients (34.37%) with salivary quality, while 5 (five) patients (15.62%) failed to produce sputum. From the above, using the spontaneus expectoration or first method, most patients produced poor quality of sputum while using the second method, by which patients were asked to inhale warm water vapor before removing sputum, the patients produced improved quality of sputum for smear examination. The Efectiveness of People’s Salt Business Empowerment Program (Pugar) in Demak

<p>One of Indonesia's coastal areas that have successfully utilize its natural potential is Demak Regency, Central Java. In 2018, Demak Regency Salt production had reached 172,446 tons. The production was driven by government policies in the form of assistance and empowerment of the people's salt business for salt farmers in each village in Demak. This study aims to determine whether the people's salt business empowerment program (PUGAR) has been running effectively or not in Demak Regency, Central Java. The data used in this study were obtained based on survey results and interviews with salt farmers in eleven villages in Demak Regency, Central Java. The research design used accidental sampling to select 32 respondents in Demak. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive analysis using several indicators, namely the formation of a community salt business group (KUGAR), channeling assistance from PUGAR to salt farmers, mentoring and training, and also enhancing technology to increase the productivity of salt farmers. The results showed that of eleven villages in Demak District, eight villages had implemented PUGAR programs. However, overall this program has not had a significant impact on the welfare of salt farmers in Demak Regency, Central Java.</p>

EFEKTIVITAS KOMUNIKASI TERAPEUTIK TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PERILAKU HIDUP SEHAT ORANGTUA BALITA DI DEMAK

Healthy life behavior is closely related to the stunting impact on toddlers making the government to establish an impact prevention intervention program to toddler’s parents by Posyandu personnel. The intervention by using therapeutic communications are assessed as effective in delivering such information interventions. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of therapeutic communication towards healthy life behavior improvement of toddler parents in Demak. Study used descriptive design with a quantitative approach. Study's population were all parents (mother or father) of toddlers in Demak District, Dempet subdistrict, Kedungori village from December 2019 to February 2020, amounting to 78 people. Samples were equal to the number of population taken using the saturated sample technique amounted to 32 respondents. The structured questionnaire instrument is used to obtain the healthy life behaviour change data of the toddler's parents by using therapeutic communication through Pre Test (X) and Post Test (Y) results. The result of using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test is known as ? < 0.05, which means there was a difference in the results of Pre Test value with Post Test. So, there is an increase in healthy living behavior towards the toddler's parents by using therapeutic communication. Keywords: healthy living behavior, therapeutic communication, toodler's parents

Market Orientation, Entrepreneurship Orientation, and Company Performance: Study on Small and Medium Industries (SMES) Furniture in Demak District

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;The objectives of this research were to examine the effect of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation toward firm performance. The populations of this study were small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Demak regency. The sample were the furniture industry SMEs. This is a survey type of questionnaire based research. Sample size of the study is 86 and the data collection technique with purposive sampling. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;The data analysis used was PLS (Partial least Square). The research result showed that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on firm performance. It was evident that market orientation and entrepreneurial &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Police Role in Crime Investigation of Fencing Article 480 of the Criminal Code (Study in Polres Demak)

The purpose of this research identify and analyze the role of the police in criminal investigation of Fencing of Article 480 of the Criminal Code in the jurisdiction of Police Demak and barriers and solutions encountered police officers in criminal investigation of Fencing.The method used is the method of normative and juridical sociologic, the specifications in the study was a descriptive analytical methods of population and sampling are all objects or all of the symptoms or the entire event or the entire unit to be studied, data collection techniques using literature study and interviews, data analysis is qualitative.Result: according to the Criminal Investigation: Examination of the scene, Investigation, Manufacture Minutes, examination of evidence: The search, seizure, Remarks experts, Arrest or Detention and examination of suspects, Resume, file submission. ANALYSIS OF THE POTENTIAL AND OBSTACLES TO ESTABLISHING A VILLAGE-OWNED ENTERPRISE (BUMDES) IN THE GUNTUR SUBDISTRICT, DEMAK REGENCY

Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes are pillars of economic activity in the village, which strengthens the village economy. BUMDes is formed by the village government based on the needs and potential of the village. In the Guntur subdistrict, Demak regency, 2 BUMDes have been established, namely SidorukunBUMDes in Sidokumpul village and SumberlancarBUMDes in Bakalrejo village. Eighteen other villages do not yet have BUMDes. The purpose of this study was to determine the initiative of the village government in establishing BUMDes, find out what the potential of the village to establish BUMDes, determine the obstacles in establishing BUMDes. The population of this research is the village government in the Guntur subdistrict, which consists of 20 villages and BUMDesSidorukun and BUMDesSumberLancar. The method used is the census method. Data obtained by interview. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study found that the initiative of the village government in the Guntur sub-district of Demak district in establishing BUMDes was still low. Potentials that can be managed by BUMDes include potentials in agriculture, rice, corn and green beans, cow and goat farms, village markets, and pure water. The obstacles in establishing BUMDes stem from the village government's understanding of BUMDes that is still low.

Determination of the original coastline on Semarang city and Demak district using remote sensing approach

Development of the coastal area without environmental consciousness is disrupting coastline equilibrium, thus triggering erosion and accretion. This results in the obscurity of the border area due to coastline change. The objective of this study is to determine the original coastline of Semarang city and Demak district. The method used is remote sensing using Landsat satellite imagery data dating from 1984 to 2018. The results showed that the length of the coastline in Semarang and Demak border coast shows a continuous increase from 48.2, 57.9, 63.7, and 73.5 km in 1984, 1992, 2000, and 2008, respectively to 92.6 km in 2018, and the average annual change rate from 1984 to 1992, 1992 to 2000, 2000 to 2008, and 2008 to 2018 is 1.2 km per year, 0.7 km per year, 1.2 km per year, and 2.1 km per year, respectively. It was concluded that the current coastline condition of Semarang city and Demak district has had an increase of 29.8 km in length and shifted inwards by 0.5-2 km in 2000 – 2018 compared to the original coastline. This shows a deviation of 5-15% from Government Regional Spatial Plan. The study recommends a sustainable coastal management and action plan to be prepared by the government, as it is vital in preserving the coastal regions.

Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan Guru untuk Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan

The purpose of this study to find out (1) the steps of continuous professional development (CPD) of teachers, (2) the methods and techniques of CPD, (3) the models of CPD, (4) thefinancing of CPD, and (5) the constraints of CPD. The research approach is qualitative while the type is phenomenological. The study was conducted in Demak Regency in 2019. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research step follows the Miles and Huberman model. Analysis of data using qualitative research software NVivo 11 Plus. The results showed (1) the steps of CPD consist of need assessment, implementation, and evaluation, (2) the most widely used methods were education and training, lectures, simulations, discussions, and behavior modeling, (3) the models most widely used professional learning groups, (4) the biggest funding source from the personal of teachers and local government, and (5) the main constraints are in terms of time, funding, lack of programmability, and lack of assistance. The intensive CPD implementation has succeeded in improving the quality of education in Demak District. In order for CPD to improve more quality of education, it is suggested that several things (1) CPD steps need to be improved starting from the measurement of teacher needs to evaluation, (2) the methods, techniques, and models that are still rarely used should be tried to apply, (3) it needs to explore funding from the public, (4) minimize the main obstacles that arised, and (5) the need of operational policy from District Education Office of Demak.

IMPLEMENTATION OF REGENT REGULATION NUMBER 7 OF 2015 CONCERNING GUIDLINES FOR ADVERTISEMENT TAX COLLECTION

Billboard tax is a tax on billboards. Billboards are objects, tools, deeds, or media whose various forms and features are designed for the purpose of commercially introducing, encouraging, promoting, or to draw public attention to goods, services, people, or bodies, which can be seen, read, heard, felt, felt, and / or enjoyed by the public. This study aims to evaluate the impact of advertisement tax on local revenue and to analyze the obstacles faced by related agencies in carrying out advertisement tax collection. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods conducted through interviews with several informants selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that the impact of advertisement tax on local revenue in the district of Demak was not optimally influenced by the lack of socialization that covered all taxpayers, causing the discovery of illegal billboards both those that had not taken care of licensing or had not paid taxes. That is because there are obstacles, namely the lack of communication between agencies related to taxpayers and the unavailability of staff / employees who specifically manage advertisement tax. The recommended recommendation is to increase the socialization that has been done so far and cover all taxpayers and increase the number of staff in managing advertisement tax in according to his ability.

The Role of the Notary/PPAT in Process Transfer of Land Functions From Agricultural Land Into Non-Agricultural Land in Demak District Land Office

The purpose of this study is as follows: 1) To determine the role of the Notary PPAT in the process of the transfer function of soil from agricultural to non-agricultural land in the District Land Office Demak.2) To know the obstacles in the process of soil functions from agriculture to non-agricultural land in the Land Office District Demak.3) .To find out a solution to the obstacles in the process of the transfer function of soil from agricultural to non-agricultural land in Demak District land Office.Methods using sociological juridical approach, Research Specs, Types and Sources of Data, Data Collection Methods, Technical Analysis.Based on the results of the study concluded that the procedure of land transfer function of agriculture to non-agricultural land in the National Land Office Demak, do the applicant by way of location permits, licenses and land use permits land use changes. Factors to be an obstacle in the procedure of the transfer function of the land from agricultural land to non-agricultural in the Office of the National Land Demak and how to overcome among others: the permissions that are not in accordance with the plan of spatial Demak, settlement efforts in addressing licensing should be transparent and in accordance with the regional spatial plan Demak. Legal protection against dental Service recipient patients reviewed from law number 36 year 2009 about health in Demak district

Tukang Gigi Is Worker In Tradisional Dental Health Service. The Law No. 36/2009 Has Explained The Differences Between Health Workers And Traditional Health Workers. The Objective Of This Study Is To Determine The Legal Protection For The Patients Treated By The Tukang Gigi. The Research Method Used In This Study Was Sociological Juridical Approach With Analytic Descriptive Specification. The Respondents Of This Study Were 4 Licensed And 9 Unlicensed Tukang Gigi With 10 Patients, Respectively. Meanwhile, The Expert In This Study Was The Head Of Health Office Of Demak Regency And The Head Of Consumer Supervision And Protection Board (Lp2k) Of The Central Java Province. The Results Of This Study Show ed That 9 Unlicensed And 1 Licensed Tukang Gigi In Demak Had Done Unauthorized Jobs. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) on the Commuter Train Network

The rapid development of Semarang City has formed a metropolitan city pattern. The city of Semarang is as the core city, while the surrounding cities are as periphery. The high intensity of movement of the population from the periphery area to the core city during rush hour causes congestion at several regional liaison points. The implementation of the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is expected to solve these problems. The development of TOD-based areas in Kedungsepur has been demonstrated by the existence of commuter trains in early 2014 serving the Semarang City, Demak District, and Grobogan District, but has not provided maximum results. The purpose of this study was to examine the suitability of the application of TOD in 8 (eight) locations around the station passed by Kedungsepur commuter train by using descriptive quantitative approach and spatial analysis. The spatial analysis carried out was the analysis of variable density, and diversity. Design variable analysis was done based on observation. The results show that 8 (eight) station areas have the potential to form a TOD area. Based on the density variables, the Alasatua, Brumbung, Gubug, Karangjati, Sedadi and Ngrombo areas were in the high category, while Poncol and Tawang areas were in the low category. Based on diversity variables, only the Tawang and Alastua regions met the requirements, while other station areas did not meet the requirements. Based on the design variable, the feeder is available in all station areas. Connectivity between stations with feeders in 8 (eight) locations is also good enough but needs to be supported by adequate pedestrian infrastructure.

Kinerja Rantai Pasok, Dinamika, dan Pembentukan Harga Beras di Jawa Tengah

&lt;p&gt;Rice supply chain from producers to consumers in Central Java Province is relatively extensive and it affects rice price establishment. This study aimed to assess rice production performance, dried paddy (GKG) conversion rate into rice, rice supply chain, dynamics of rice prices among seasons and markets, and rice price establishment. This research was conducted in 2018 in rice producing centers in Central Java, namely Sragen, Klaten and Demak Regencies. This province had a rice production surplus and it was marketed mostly to West Java and Jakarta provinces. Conversion rate from paddy to rice varies between 60-65% or an average of 62.74% depending on varieties grown, drying process, and harvesting machine condition. In general, there are six to seven actors in the rice supply chain. During the main harvest in rainy season, paddy and rice prices usually dropped due to abundant supply. However, during the harvest in rain season in 2017/2018, paddy and rice prices remained high. This case indicated that paddy and rice prices establishment were more determined by supply side. It can be concluded that shorten the rice supply chain will increase paddy price at farm level and reduce rice price at consumer level. To shorten the rice supply chain effectively, it is recommended that rice milling process to be done at the milling industry.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Abstrak&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Rantai pasok beras di Jawa Tengah dari tingkat produsen hingga konsumen masih cukup panjang. Kondisi ini berpengaruh pada pembentukan harga beras. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengkaji kinerja produksi padi, besaran rendemen gabah kering giling (GKG) menjadi beras, kinerja rantai pasok gabah dan beras, dinamika harga beras antar musim dan pasar, dan pembentukan harga beras pada setiap tingkatan pelaku rantai pasok beras. Penelitian dilakukan tahun 2018 di lokasi sentra produksi padi Provinsi Jawa Tengah yaitu Kabupaten Sragen, Klaten, dan Demak. Hasil kajian menunjukkan provinsi ini menghasilkan surplus beras yang dipasarkan terutama ke Jawa Barat dan Jakarta. Tingkat rendemen GKG menjadi beras bervariasi antara 60-65% atau rata-rata 62,74% tergantung varietas, proses pengeringan, dan kondisi mesin panen. Rantai pasok beras cukup panjang, sebanyak enam sampai tujuh pelaku. Sesuai pola yang umum dikenal, pada musim panen raya pada musim hujan (MH) harga gabah dan beras turun, namun pada musim panen raya MH 2017/2018 harga pangan ini tetap tinggi. Hal ini disebabkan pembentukan harga gabah dan beras lebih ditentukan oleh aspek pasokan dibandingkan aspek permintaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan pemangkasan rantai pasok gabah dan beras dari petani produsen ke konsumen dapat meningkatkan harga gabah di tingkat petani dan menurunkan harga beras di tingkat konsumen. Agar upaya pemotongan rantai pasok berjalan efektif, maka penggilingan gabah menjadi beras sebaiknya dilakukan di industri penggilingan padi.&lt;/p&gt;

Analysis Relationship Family Support and Health Cadre with Elderly Hypertension Practice in Controlling Health at Primary Health Care Mranggen Demak

Hypertension is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease which is the leading cause of death in Indonesia. Data Research Department of Health in 2005, showed hypertension and cardiovascular disease is still quite high and even tends to increase with the lifestyle that much of the behavior of healthy and clean life, high cost of treatment of hypertension, erroneous perception of the public accompanied by a lack of safety facilities hypertension , Hypertension is actually a disease that can be prevented if the risk factors can be controlled and healthy behaviors (healthy behavior) which practices or activities related to efforts to maintain, control and improve health. Data from Demak district health department, the incidence of hypertension has increased within the last three years. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship of family support and cadres with elderly Hypertension practices in controlling health in Puskesmas Mranggen, Demak by using a cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. The sample size for a quantitative approach is 285 respondents (total sampling). The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate with chi-square. The results showed an association between family support for elderly people who suffer from hypertension with the practice of elderly hypertension in controlling health (p = 0.048), there is a relationship between support for health workers to the elderly who suffer from hypertension with Practice elderly hypertension in controlling health (p = 0.049). Advice to the puskesmas officers in order to improve the quality of health care, home visits, provide health education particularly on controlling health benefits for elderly hypertension and cross-sectoral cooperation in the implementation of an integrated program of coaching post (posbindu) elderly.

ANALISIS PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGARAN DAN KEJELASAN SASARAN ANGGARAN TERHADAP SENJANGAN ANGGARAN DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI (Studi Kasus Pada Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan se-Kabupaten Demak)

This study aims to determine the effect of budget participation and clarity of budget targets on budget slack at the District Office in Demak District. This study uses primary data that is by providing questionnaire in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents among others: sub-district, sub-district secretary, general sub-section and staffing, planning and reporting sub-division, sub-section of finance in Kecamatan Office in Demak Regency.The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. A total of 96 questionnaires were distributed to respondents, but with some obstacles there were 3 respondents who did not respond, so that only 93 questionnaires were sampled. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed as many as 93 questionnaires. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).The results of this study indicate that budgetary participation has a positive and significant effect on budgetary slack and the clarity of budget targets has a negative and significant effect on budgetary slack. While organizational commitment can moderate the positive relationship between budget participation and budgetary slack, so organizational commitment can moderate the negative relationship between clarity of budget goals and budgetary budget

Karakterisasi Morfologi Tumbuhan Mangrove di Pantai Mangkang Mangunharjo dan Desa Bedono Demak

&lt;em&gt;Mangrove plant is a local plant that specific roots, because it is generally only found on the beach is relatively small wavy. Mangrove has an important role as a natural shelter of the beach, because it has solid roots that can reduce waves and resist sediment. Bedono is one of the villages in Sayung District, Demak District. This location is chosen as a place of study because it has uniqueness. Mangunharjo Beach was chosen as a research location because it is influenced by chemical factors that have the same tendency, the interaction of land and waves, hence both need to be examined. This study aims to determine the morphological diversity of mangrove plants on the beach of Mangkang Mangunharjo and Bedono Village Demak. This research is an observational research with exploration and field observation technique. Sampling of mangrove plants was conducted at Mangkang Mangunharjo beach in Semarang and Bedono village of Demak. The study was conducted in January - April 2017. The results obtained from this study from Mangkang Mangunharjo Beach are &lt;/em&gt;Avicenia marina&lt;em&gt; and &lt;/em&gt;Rhizopora mucronata&lt;em&gt;. While 5 species are from Bedono Demak Village&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;: &lt;/em&gt;Sonneratia caseolaris&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;Acanthus ilicofiolis&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;Rhizopora mucronata&lt;em&gt;, &lt;/em&gt;Rhizopora apiculata&lt;em&gt;,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; and &lt;/em&gt;Avicenia marina&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;

PEREKONOMIAN PARIWISATA ISLAMI TERHADAP PEDAGANG DI KAWASAN MAKAM SUNAN KALIJAGA

This study aims to figure how is the dynamic or economic condition change caused by the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga Tomb to stall sellers who most of them are the locals lives around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb. The research method used is descriptive case study method. Where the data collection done by interview and observation. In this research, the informant is the parties involved in the tourism activity, which is the seller, the visitor, and the worker around the Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb, Demak District. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and make a conclusion.The research result suggests that the existence of Islamic tourism of Sunan Kalijaga tomb Demak District brings economical change towards the seller works around.
