Clinical observation of itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit in treating functional dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit in treating functional dyspepsia （ FD） .Methods Sixty-two patients meeting Rome Ⅲcriterion were randomly divided into the therapy groups which were treated with Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit and the control groups which were treated with Itopride and esomeprazole for 4 weeks respectively .Symptom scoring was done before and after the treatment .Results The symptoms were remarkably improved , there was significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The total efficiency was more obvious in the therapy group . Conclusion Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit can produce an effect on the treatment of FD .Itopride and esomeprazole combining with deanxit has better clinical effect than Itopride and esomeprazole on the treatment of FD. Clinical observation of tolterodine combined with flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of patients with overactive bladder

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of tolterodine combined with flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of women with overactive bladder (OAB).Methods 84 female patients with OAB were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.42 cases in observation group were treated with tolterodine combined with flupentixol melitracen.42 cases in control group were only treated with tolterodine.The clinical efficacy was recorded and compared after treatment for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group (95.24％ vs 76.19％,x2 =6.291,P ＜ 0.05).The 24h frequency of urination,the average 24h number of incontinence episodes,initial urinate capacity and maximum bladder pressure capacity had statistically significant differences between the two groups (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Tolterodine combined with flupentixol melitracen in the treatment of women with OAB has advantages of short course of treatment,excellent efficacy,and few side effects. Effects of Deanxit on depression and clinical outcomes in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome

Objective To investigate deanxit clinical efficacy of depression in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods 88 elderly patients with ACS and depression were randomly divided into Deanxit (2 tablets daily; Deanxit, n=43) or placebo (control, n=45) treatment in addition to standard therapy. SDA score, SDS score, MACE and cardiac autonomic nerve function were performed at 12 weeks follow-up. Results In deanxit group, SDA score and SDS score were significantly reduced (34.28±6.35 vs 52.68±5.74, 41.19±4.63 vs 54.68±4.32, P<0.05), MACE were also decreased (4.6% vs 28.9%, P<0.05). SDNN were significantly higher than control (109.03±23.08 vs 98.29±27.44, P<0.05), but LF was reduced (152.89±92.75 vs 249.21±64.17, P<0.05). Conclusion Deanxit can improve the depression and clinical symptoms in elderly patients with ACS and depression. By improving the cardiac autonomic nerve function, deanxit possible reduce the onset of severe arrhythmia and improve the short-term prognosis. Study on the efficacy of flupenthixol melitracen combined with domperidone in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia accompanied by anxiety and depression

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of flupenthixol meditracen combined with domperidone in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia(FD) accompanied by anxiety and depression.Methods The clinical trial was a multi-centre,open,randomized,controlled,prospective study.The patients wiht FD accompanied by anxiety and depression from eight hospitals were divided into control group and experimentd group.The patients of control group were treated with domperidone 10 mg three times per day.On the basis of the treatment of control group,the patients of experimental group were given deanxit one tablet (flupentixol 0.5 mg and melitracen 10 mg) after breakfast and lunch per day.The patients were evaluated by the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale(GSRS),the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD),the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and the Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) when enrolled and were followed up at the first,second and fourth week.The adverse effects were recorded.Using rank sum test,chisquare test and t-test to comparison of efficacy between the two groups,respectively.Results A total of 209 patients were enrolled during the trial,including 105 patients in control group and 104 patients in experimental group.Before the treatment,there were no statistical difference between the two groups in gastrointestinal symptoms,the water loading test and the hospital depression scale (all P＞ 0.05).However,the scores of hospitol anxiety scale,HAMA and HAMD in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (t=2.405,3.982,3.374; all P＜0.05).After one week of treatment,the symptoms of both two groups improved.And the longer duration of the treatment,the more obvious of the efficacy.The efficacy of the experimental group was always better than that of the control group.Both of the complete remission rate and significant efficacy rate of the experimental group were higher than those of control group (19.2％,20/104 vs 5.7％,6/105; 37.5％,39/104 vs 11.4％,12/105; Z=4.935,P＜0.01).After four weeks of treatment,the decrease of the scores of HADS,HAMA and HAMD of experimental group was greater than those of control group (HAD:Z=6.779,6.667,HAMA:Z=6.896; HAMD:Z=8.867; all P＜0.01).Besides,51.9 ％ (54/104) patients with FD accompanied by depression became normal,the percentage was higher than that of control group (23.8％,25/105) and the difference was statistically significant (x2 20.460,P＜0.01).During treatment,the common adverse effects were dry mouth and constipation,which were mild and needed no special treatment.Conclusion Flupenthicol melitracen combined with domperidone demonstrateds significant efficacy in the treatment of FD accompanied by anxiety and depression without obvious adverse effects and is worthy of clinical application. Deanxit combined with Adalat in the treatment of hypertension in elderly patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with Adalat for hypertension in elderly patients.Methods 140 elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into a study group (70 patients) and a control group (70 patients).The study group received combination therapy with Deanxit and Adalat,while the control group received placebo plus Adalat.Changes in blood pressure were observed in the two groups after treatment.Results The efficacy was obviously better in the study group than in the control group,with a significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusions The study group is superior to the control group in efficacy.Deanxit combined with Adalat has a quicker onset and stronger actions. Investigation into Self-Medication of Drugs for Primary and Adjunct Therapy in Psychiatric Diseases Among Students in Chittagong City of Bangladesh: A Comparison Between Medical and Nonmedical Students

Background:All kinds of drugs are available over the counter in Bangladesh.Aim:The objective of this study was to investigate the over the counter use of self medicated drugs for primary and adjunct therapy in psychiatric diseases among medical and nonmedical students.Materials and Methods:101 medical students and 186 nonmedical students were found, who used at least one of the nine drugs (believed as antipsychotics among nonmedical people) under survey within 6 months prior to survey date. The nine drugs used for survey were domperidone, sertraline, amitriptyline, midazolam, diazepam, prochlorperazine bromazepam, flupentixol–melitracen, and clonazepam.Statistical Analysis:Snowball sampling method was used. The symptoms, diseases, etc. of the students and the length of therapies they had followed for the respective drugs were noted.Results:Among nonmedical students, several cases were found where drugs were being self medicated in wrong indications, for example, use of flupentixol melitracen and domperidone to treat headache.Conclusion:The nonmedical students chose the fast acting drugs having the strongest effects for self medication.

Therapeutic observation on Deanxit combined with Adalat in treating senile hypertension patients with anxiety

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Deanxit combined with Adalat to the patients with senile hypertension and anxiety.Methods The VBI patients(n=179)were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group (n=90) and the control group (n=89).The patients in the treatment group took Deanxit and Adalat for three weeks.The patients in the control group took placebo and Deanxit for three weeks.The clinical therapeutic effects in two groups were compared and observed.Results Therapeutic results of the treatment group was obviously significantly better than that of the control group in relieving anxiety and declining steadily in blood pressure (P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment group has a quicker,stronger and better effect and provides reliability and safety with less adverse reactions. Deanxit in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsion but without symptoms of anxiety and depression

Objective To explore the efficacy of tritherapy with omeprozole, mosapride and Deanxit ( flupentixol + melitracen ) for patients with functional dyspepsion but without symptoms of anxiety and depression.Methods One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly assigned to receive either omeprozole and mosapride ( 58 patients,control group ) or tritherapy with omeprozole,mosapride,and Deanxit ( 58 patients, study group ).The efficacies were observed in both groups eight weeks after treatment.Results There was a significant difference in total effectiveness rate between the control group and the study group ( 62.1％ vs.87.9％,P＜ 0.05 ).No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups.Conclusions Deanxit has a satisfactory efficacy and slight adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsion but without symptoms of anxiety or depression. Clinical study on deanxit in the treatment of post-stroke depression

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of deanxit in treatment of post-stroke depression (PSD).Methods60 patients with PSD were randomly divided into treatment group ( plus with deanxit) and control group (plus with estazolam necessarily). At the baseline and at 2 weeks,4 weeks, 8 weeks after the treatment, the efficacy was assessed with HAMD, SSS, and ADL rating scale respectively. Results After 2,4,8 weeks treatment, HAMD and SSS scores of the treatment group significantly decreased compared with the control group ( all P ＜ 0. 01 ), and ADL scores of the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group ( P ＜ 0. 01 ). Conclusion Deanxit could effectively relieve depressing symptoms and neurological impairment of PSD, and clinical side effects of deanxit were less. Deanxit was suitable for acute phase and long-term maintenance therapy in PSD. Key words: Flupentixol/melitracen; Depression; Cerebrovascular accident

The curative effect of deanxit in adjuvant treatment of 66 patients with irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the effect of deanxit in adjuvant treatment of the patients with irritable bowel syndrome and the psychologicalon of the patients. Methods Clinical data of 66 patients with irritable bowel syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. The control group was treated by conventional therapy, and the observation group was given deanxit based on the treatment of the control group. Then the curative effect were observed. Results In 132 patients,98 cases were troubed with anxiety,9 cases with athymia, the incidence rate was 81%. After treatment the SAS and SDS score of the observation group reduced,compared with before treatment,and the difference was significant( P ＜0. 05 ); Before and after treatment the SAS and SDS score of the control group had no significant difference(P ＞0. 05). Compared with the control group,the excellence and total effective rate increased significantly in the observation group(P ＞ 0. 05). Conclusion Adjunctive therapy with deanxit could improve the anxiety and athymia,and elevate clinical curative effect. Key words: Deanxit; Irritable Bowel Syndrome; Anxiety; Athymia

Effect of St. John's wort extracts on the treatment of depressive disorder in elderly patients with unstable angina

Objective To explore the effect of St. John' s wort extracts (SWE) on depressive disorder in el-der patients with unstable angina. Method A total of 170 patients, who fulfil the criteria, were enrolled in this prospective study. Patients were randomly assigned to SWE group (44 cases), Deanxit group (44 cases), psy-chotherapy group (42 cases) and control group (40 cases). The effectiveness of the treatments were evaluated with the reduced percentages of hamiltion depression (HAMD) scale and reduced frequency of angina pectoris attack,which were measured before and after 12 weeks of the above treatment. Results (1) The reduced percentages of HAMD scales were 79.5%, 56.8% and 57.1% in SWE, Deanxit and psychotherapy group, respectively. Com-pared with the control, the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.01). The change in SWE group was even more sig-nificant than in Deanxit or psychotherapy group (P ＜ 0.05). (2) Changes of angina pectoris evaluated by Canada Cardiac Society classification were significantly better in the treatment groups (88.7%,65.9%,57. 1%) than control group,and the change in SWE group was even more significant (P ＜ 0.01). (3) Angina pectoris attack frequencies, durations and electrocardiogram changes were significantly better in the treatment groups than control group (F= 6.05,4.58,5.12,P ＜ 0.01), and the change in SWE group was even more significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusions Hie present study demonstrated that SWE can improve depressive symptoms signifi-cantly in elderly patients with unstable angina than Deanxit or psychotherapy, which also contribute to better man-agement of angina attack as well. Clinical intervention of the combined application of deanxit, mental morning exercise and music on nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients under radiotherapy

目的 探讨应用黛力新结合音乐疗法、心理早操综合治疗对鼻咽癌放疗期间病人生活质量以及心理健康、免疫功能的影响.方法 将132例鼻咽癌放疗病人随机分为实验组67例和对照组65例,实验组接受与对照组相同常规放疗外还接受黛力新治疗同时结合音乐、心理早操至放疗结束,对照组单纯行常规放疗.观察2组临床疗效及检测2组放疗前及放疗后6个月和12个月的疗效随访资料进行对比分析.结果 鼻咽癌放疗病人的生活质量状况以放疗前最好,放疗后12个月次之,放疗后6个月最差,经过黛力新结合心理早操和音乐等综合临床干预的鼻咽癌放疗病人放疗后其生活质量各功能指标均明显提高,其免疫功能也明显提高,放疗后6个月以心理情绪状况明显改善为主.放疗后2组比较,实验组的CD3, CD4, CD4/ CD8及NK细胞活性高于对照组,实验组的HAMA和HAMD值分别为(5.06±2.67)分和(10.06±2.67)分,明显低于对照组的[(16.93±3.88)分和(26.23±3.68)分],同时实验组SF-36评分各亚项的评分躯体功能[(61.7±24.4)分]躯体角色[(19.1±32.6)分]肌体疼痛[(61.2±22.1)分]总健康[(54.2±21.4)分]生命力[(64.2±22.5)分]社会功能[(55.1±24.3)分]情感角色[(54.3±42.1)分]心理健康[(66.5±15.1)分]明显高于对照组的躯体功能、躯体角色、肌体疼痛、总健康、生命力、社会功能、情感角色、心理健康的得分.结论 黛力新结合心理早操和音乐疗法这种临床干预方法简便实用,可以明显提高生活质量和机体免疫功能,改善心理状况。

Short-term deanxit in combination with sertraline for psychosomatic disease accompanied with depressive disorder

目的 研究短程三氟噻吨/四甲葸丙胺联合舍曲林治疗躯体疾病伴发抑郁障碍的临床疗效.方法 68例躯体疾病伴发抑郁障碍患者随机分为两组(治疗组36例,对照组32例),均给予舍曲林75 mg/d,连用4周,其中治疗组早期合用三氟噻吨/四甲蒽丙胺,每早1片,连用2周.采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)24项和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)14项评定临床疗效.结果 在治疗后3 d、1周及2周治疗组HAMD评分改善的有效率分别为47.2%、69.4%、80.6%,均高于相应对照组15.6%、28.1%、46.9%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01);HAMA评分改善的有效率也明显高于相应对照组.在治疗4周后治疗组两种评分改善的有效率也均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.01).结论 三氟噻吨/四甲蒽丙胺可作为舍曲林的增效剂以缩短其起效时间且提高其疗效,两药合用可作为治疗躯体疾病伴发抑郁障碍的一种新策略。
