Research on the Teaching Reform of Environmental Art Design Course under the 1+X Certificate System

The "1+X" certificate system, namely the "diploma certificate + several vocational skill level certificates" system, is an important reform task proposed in the "National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan". This system aims to strengthen the integration of 1+X certificate pilot and professional construction, curriculum construction, teacher team construction, etc. through the combination of academic certificates and vocational skill level certificates, in order to improve the quality of vocational education and students' employment ability. The "vocational education + additional vocational qualifications" system in foreign countries has a high degree of similarity with China's 1+X system, both of which encourage students to obtain vocational education diplomas while actively obtaining various types of vocational skill certificates, expanding students' employability, promoting the connotation development of vocational education, and connecting vocational education with the needs of economic and social development to improve the quality of talent cultivation. For environmental art majors, this system provides new opportunities and directions for professional teaching reform.

Study on Curriculum Construction of Law Major in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of New Liberal Arts

Exploration of Taxation Curriculum Construction based on OBE Concept

This study analyzes the internationalization development changes of one vocational college in China over the past 10 years. Based on the new requirements and trends of vocational education in the era of artificial intelligence , effective suggestions are proposed for the internationalization development of vocational education from the aspects of establishing international consulting organizations, attracting international capital investment, learn from other vocational colleges, formulating international cooperation plans, building industry education integration communities, constructing international curriculum resource databases, shortening students' learning time in school, changing classroom learning modes, increasing online practical training time, and building international cooperation alliances. This study is expected to promote the improvement of vocational colleges in curriculum construction, teaching resources, learning modes, school enterprise cooperation, and platform construction, ultimately achieving sustainable development of vocational education.

The Red Sports Culture is Integrated Into The Public Sports Curriculum of Colleges And Universities Evaluation System Construction And Path Analysis

The red sports culture, which was born in the revolutionary era, is an excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Its inheritance and development reflects the theoretical consciousness of the coordinated development of "cultural power" and "sports power". The integration of red sports culture into the public physical education curriculum of colleges and universities is the in-depth analysis of the concept of cultivating college students' "cultural self-confidence" and the goal path of forging ahead "sports power". In this study, the literature method, Delphi method, expert interview method, analytic hierarchy process and other research methods are used to construct the evaluation system of integrating red sports culture into public physical education courses in colleges and universities, including 4 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators and 42 third-level indicators, and determine the weights of indicators at all levels. Finally, objective analysis and case enumerations are made according to the weights assigned to indicators at all levels. And put forward the path of integrating red sports culture into college public physical education curriculum construction.

Shaping community-based curriculum of local wisdom on palmyra palm at Huai Krot community in Chai Nat province of Thailand: Initial design processes

This article provides an in-depth analysis of the curriculum development process undertaken by the Huai Krot community in the Chai Nat province of Thailand. The curriculum is centered on the local wisdom on palmyra palm, a valuable local resource. Achievement of this objective was facilitated through the delineation of the preparation and planning phases of course development. The commencement of community curricula entailed the execution of two fundamental stages. Before integrating the community curriculum into the educational process, it was crucial to establish efficient management strategies and conduct a thorough evaluation of the community’s engagement. Data collection involved the use of questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The investigation delineated two fundamental phases in the construction of a community curriculum. Preparation involved the assessing community capacity and needs. The primary stage of research was dedicated to familiarizing oneself with the field, whereas the subsequent stage of research was focused on identifying relevant curriculum concerns. The subsequent stage entailed the formulation of a curriculum plan that was firmly grounded in the local community. This stage required executing six tasks pertaining to curriculum formulation. The activities involved the forming of a committee, identifying challenges related to meeting community needs, training of trainers who would form community/local researcher teams, creating a curriculum based on community input, assessing the curriculum, and establishing a supervisory team. The article contributes to the understanding of how community-oriented curricula that utilize local knowledge and resources could play a crucial role in enabling, nurture, and sustain the growth of local communities.

Research on the Development Model of Computer Course Resources in Vocational Colleges Based on the Integration of Industry and Education

China is currently experiencing a critical period of development in vocational education from a scale-based approach to a content-based approach. The integration of industry and education is considered the main theme of vocational education reform, and one of its core issues is curriculum construction. The traditional reform of computer courses has a series of problems in terms of matching the structure with talent training goals, matching the content with professional job requirements, and integrating the evaluation system with professional development. To address this challenge, this article focuses on the construction of integrated curriculum resources between industry and education, with student ability cultivation as the core, and is committed to strengthening the deep connection between talent cultivation and enterprise development. To this end, we have explored and proposed a development model for industry education integration courses based on the concept of "school enterprise coeducation - practical majors - industry connectivity - zero distance docking", in order to solve many problems faced by traditional computer course reform and promote vocational education to move towards a more connotation rich development stage.

Although the curriculum construction of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities has made great achievements in recent years, the problems in the practice process are also more prominent. This study adheres to the principle of combining theory and practice and adopts the interview method in the specific practice process to interview the staff and researchers involved in the design and research of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education course groups, to understand and master the real situation of the construction of entrepreneurship education course group. Thus, a college student entrepreneurship education course group integrating classroom teaching, experiment teaching, practice teaching and entrepreneurial competition resources was constructed.

Integrating citizenship education into secondary school physical education lessons in Indonesia: an approach to reducing character degradation

The study seeks to examine the incorporation of citizenship education into Physical Education (PE) classes in Indonesia to mitigate character degradation. Employing the systematic literature review methodology, the study collected data by searching from Google Scholar, specifically focusing on journal articles indexed in the Scopus databases. In addition, the articles must be published between 2019 and 2024. The keywords were specified as the following: "Integration AND Civic Education AND Character AND Physical Education AND Junior High School AND Indonesia". The PRISMA technique was used during the article identification process. The study found 13 articles that aligned with the theme and met the inclusion criteria. The results indicated that incorporating civic education into physical education (PE) at Junior High School (SMP) in Indonesia successfully mitigated student character degradation. Some principles that contribute to this mitigation and helped students cultivate stronger characters were tolerance, collaboration, and responsibility. This integration facilitates the construction of a comprehensive educational curriculum that encompasses not only physical components but also the cultivation of character and civic values. As a result, it contributes to the building of a morally upright and ethically conscious generation of students. The impact of carbon emissions on the environment is becoming increasingly severe. The transportation industry is an important pillar of the national economy and also generates a large amount of carbon emissions. Therefore, it is necessary to provide education on energy conservation and emission reduction to future transportation practitioners in higher education. This article takes "Transportation Economics" as an example to analyze the new approach of curriculum construction based on the concept of carbon reduction in the core courses of transportation majors, and introduces the innovative teaching methods and content of the "Transportation Economics" course based on the concept of carbon reduction.

Research and Practice on the Construction of General Chemistry Curriculum in Applied Universities under the Background of "New Agricultural Sciences"

This paper, guided by the OBE (Outcomes-Based Education) philosophy of "New Agricultural Sciences," oriented by talent cultivation goals, and based on the construction of general chemistry courses in applied universities, elaborates on the construction ideas of general chemistry courses in applied universities. It discusses the diversified construction of general chemistry courses from aspects such as teaching syllabus, teaching model, and assessment methods. Data on students' overall achievement and course goal achievement under different teaching models are analyzed. The results show that the construction of general chemistry courses under the background of "New Agricultural Sciences" has achieved good practical effects.

Talent Development Pathways for Integrating Law and Business in Chinese Universities

The practice of “integration of law and business” in universities has a history of nearly twenty years in China. With the maturity of China’s market economy system, the cultivation of compound talents of law and business become more and more important in the future development of business majors and law majors in universities. This paper mainly adopts literature research method and induction and summary method to collect the relevant literature of the “integration of law and business” curriculum construction and talent training path in the four platforms, and summarizes and analyzes the specific practices in the university running practice. Through research, it is found that in the past five years, the trend of “integration of law and business” in running schools in domestic colleges and universities has been rising, and many business majors in colleges and universities implement the integration of law and business in related courses such as “Economic Law”, “International Economic Law” and “International Trade Law”. Construction of the team of compound teachers of law and business and emphasis on practical teaching are the core part of the cultivating compound talents of law and business. Combing through the historical practice of the training of complex talents of law and business in domestic colleges and universities is helpful to provide reference and guidance for other colleges and universities to carry out the reform of the integration of law and business education, and is conducive to deepening and improving the training mechanism of complex talents of law and business, and train talents who can truly meet the needs of economic and social development.

The Effect of Teachers' Level of Self-Regulated Learning and Internet Self-Efficacy on Teaching Innovation in the Constructivist Curriculum

In the era of modern education, innovation in teaching is a crucial aspect for improving learning quality. This study aims to find out the extent to which Internet Self-Efficacy (ISE) of teachers affects learning innovation in the constructivist curriculum and the extent to which Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) affects teachers in making learning innovations in the constructivist curriculum. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire filled out by 97 junior high school teachers in Central Java who implemented a constructivist curriculum. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it was found that in the condition that teachers have a high level of Internet self-efficacy, self-regulated learning (SRL) has a significant effect on the learning innovations that are carried out by teachers. Another condition is the influence of SRL with low teacher ISE on teacher learning innovation. In the condition of low self-efficacy levels, SRL indicators of metacognitive skills, time management, and environmental settings did not have a significant effect on teachers' learning innovation. These findings indicate that teachers with high levels of self-regulated learning (SRL) and internet self-efficacy tend to be more innovative in implementing teaching methods that are in accordance with the principles of constructivism. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing teachers' self-regulated learning (SRL) and internet self-efficacy skills through continuous training and professional development programs to improve the quality of teaching in constructivist curricula.

Curriculum teaching plays a fundamental role in cultivating graduate talents. The construction of graduate courses should fully respond to the theoretical innovation of new knowledge concepts and the transformation of knowledge production models while reflecting social development needs and conforming to the trend of smart education. The structure of graduate courses should be reconstructed from multiple perspectives, such as content systems, teaching implementation and process management. Sichuan Normal University has provided valuable experience for cultivating graduate abilities and curriculum construction by constructing graduate courses and exploring effective ways to enhance their academic, practical, innovation and entrepreneurship abilities.

Situational Teaching of Emergency Language Curriculum Constructs

In the situation of sudden disasters, linguistic communication became a key part of disaster research. Both China and the West emphasized the importance of disaster education, and the development of emergency language courses in universities has become an important concern in the above context. This study constructs an emergency language course based on the situational teaching theory to improve the emergency language competence of Chinese university students. Firstly, the curriculum was designed using the situational teaching method, based on which the 4 units of the emergency situation design were used to prepare the draft of the curriculum. Then the content validity of the curriculum was reviewed by experts, finally form the capability indicators of emergency language talent and the simulation-oriented emergency language curriculum.

Innovative Teacher Leadership in Curriculum Construction

The Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven smart learning management system (SLMS) innovates the knowledge production and dissemination, and reshapes the teacher roles and the school ecosystem. This study advances prior research by examining the impact of teacher digital leadership (TDL) based on SLMS on the campus organizational culture (COC), and how this relationship is mediated by two key abilities. Result shows that TDL has a profound impact on how much they influence the curriculum design and integration from knowledge-based perspective. It also indicates that their manner of curriculum construct in the SLMS has a significant effect on COC. The teachers awarded by the Teaching Ability Competition are particularly effective in operating a curriculum in AI-powered SLMS, and show effective informal leadership. The conclusion presents feasible measures for TDL in blended curriculum construct for innovative AI-teacher collaboration from micro perspective under reforms in recent China.
