Compton effect with spin effect is studied. Although the incoming wave has been taken into account in the current loop model the final result is the same as before. Namely, the total angular momentum in z-direction before the collision will be equal to the total angular momentum after the collision. Let us take the z-component of the spin of the incident light as, (1, 0, −1) and the spin of the electron as, (½, −½). Applying the conservation of the z-component of the total angular momentum gives access to spin-flips. We find that the probability of spin-flip is 40%. We believe that this analysis will be helpful for deepening in the spintronic event better.
