Knowledge Genealogy and Approaches of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Integrating into International Talent Cultivation

An integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education into the international talent cultivation in colleges corresponds to the trend of internationalization of higher education, and student individual comprehensive development. This article takes Huaqiao University as an example, and puts forward that by constructing a knowledge genealogy featuring an inclusion of theories and techniques, a coordination of abroad and home resources, and a mutual promotion of platforms and applications, therefore three approaches, namely building new-knowledge-based international courses, adopting an inclusive practical innovation education, and introducing international education qualification, are accordingly constructed in order to improve the cultivation quality of international talents.

On Quality Assessment System of College Teaching

As talents are the core competitiveness of economic development in the 21st century, quality assessment of college teaching has a direct bearing on the foundation of Chinese talent cultivation strategy. Quality Evaluation Method of College Graduates' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on the Principle of Brain Neurology

Under the historical background of the national development strategy of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the education of innovation and entrepreneurship has gradually become an important indicator to evaluate the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. To expand the evaluation methods of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper adopts literature analysis, case analysis, BP neural network method and other research methods. Focusing on the research of quality evaluation methods of college graduates’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, based on a brief introduction of innovation and entrepreneurship education, teaching quality evaluation and artificial neural network, this paper combines expert questionnaires and interview results, and establishes a three-level college graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation index system. Based on BP neural network, an evaluation model of innovation and entrepreneurship education based on BP neural network has been established, and the tourism major of S University is selected as an example to apply the innovation and entrepreneurship education evaluation model constructed in this paper. By integrating qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education is evaluated,and corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward for the evaluation results.

Role of Counsellors in the Cultivation of Innovative Talents from Students' Perspective

Innovative talent training as an immense and complex system engineering matters the universities, governments and the whole social environment. Taking students’ perspective as the entry point, this paper focuses on the functions the university Counsellors play in the cultivation of innovative talents from students’ perspective. The purpose is to clarify to what degree students have so far understood the cultivation of innovative talents, and what’s the role of university counsellor in fostering the innovative talents from the students’ perspective. A questionnaire survey conducted among students show that it is important for university counsellors to participate in the innovative talent cultivation. With reference to pertinent literature, we build a framework system for the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities, based on which, a thorough analysis is made on the role the university Counsellors should play in cultivating the innovative talents.

We investigate the dynamic responses of the series parallel-plate mesoscopic capacitors to a time-dependent external voltage. The results indicate that the quantum coherence between two capacitors strongly depends on the frequency of the external voltage and the distance between the two capacitors (c–c distance). The behaviors of the series capacitance incompletely follow the Kirchhoff’s laws; only in the low frequency case or the limit of the c–c distance, the capacitance approaches to the classical series capacitance. In addition, the real part of the frequency-dependent capacitance shows a maximum and a minimum, which appear around the peak of the imaginary part. These phenomena may be associated with the plasmon excitation in the mesoscopic capacitors.

Differences exist between girls and boys both physiologically and psychologically during this time. So we should firstly solve problems mentally if we want to have a PE class for female students in which they can do efficiently. We should deal with those problems in a reasonable way, motivate their enthusiasm to have a PE class, cultivate their interests towards PE and urge them to form a habit of exercise consciously according to the girls’ physiological characteristics and the physiological barriers that affect their interests to the class. Abstract By analyzing main problems existed in practice teaching system of agricultural specialty under the background of our country entering popular higher education period, it is suggested that school-enterprise cooperation is the most effective way to solve the problem of the separation between social needs and college talent cultivation, the best approach to improve teaching quality and possess school-running features, an objective requirement on education raised by economic development, and the most efficient personnel training mode of enhancing students comprehensive ability and going on duty with “zero distance”. On the basis of win-win-win, we established the reform commission, which comprised by school and enterprise, and some practical teaching bases, constructed the practical course system for working practice, graduation practice and specialized skill training. The measures above mentioned have constantly enhanced students practical and innovative abilities in agricultural specialty.
