Current Status and Insights of Undergraduate Teaching Reform in Urban and Rural Planning under the Context of “Emerging Engineering Education”

Under the background of “Emerging Engineering Education,” the Urban and Rural Planning major faces significant challenges in teaching reform. This study thoroughly analyzes the current status of undergraduate teaching reform in Urban and Rural Planning in China, revealing that the reform has achieved notable results in promoting teaching quality and enhancing students' comprehensive abilities. The reform has updated teaching concepts, emphasized interdisciplinary integration and practical ability cultivation, and reinforced practical teaching by updating course content and teaching methods, effectively improving students' practical skills and innovation abilities. However, challenges such as insufficient practical teaching resources and incomplete innovation ability cultivation mechanisms remain. Drawing on successful domestic and international teaching experiences in Urban and Rural Planning, this study proposes recommendations such as strengthening interdisciplinary integration, deepening industry-university cooperation, innovating teaching methods, and improving the practical teaching system. In the future, undergraduate teaching reform in Urban and Rural Planning should further focus on interdisciplinary integration, industry-university-research collaboration, teaching method innovation, and the construction of a practical teaching system to meet the development needs of the Urban and Rural Planning field in the new era, contributing more wisdom and strength to China's sustainable urban and rural development.

Research on Application and Quality Evaluation of Intelligent Teaching Model of AI Three Teachers in the Course of Motion Control Technology

Motion control technology is an important branch of automation, and is one of the important development directions of the emerging industry of high-end equipment manufacturing. As a comprehensive discipline with the intersection of mechanical, electrical and electronic, its teaching mode faces many challenges. There are practical problems that need to be solved, such as teaching content not matching seamlessly with post knowledge and skill literacy requirements, teaching project design is not high in modularity, and teaching evaluation system is not perfect. These problems seriously restrict the cultivation of students' technical practical ability. This project proposes the "intelligent teaching model of AI three teachers for the course of Motion Control Technology", which emphasizes student-centered, builds a core curriculum system that connects with the technology of field engineers in enterprises, and proposes the three-way collaborative teaching and education strategy of "vocational school Teacher + Al Teacher + enterprise tutor" to enable students to participate in learning in an all-round way. And timely access to feedback information, the formation of continuous improvement of the teaching cycle. Optimize the teaching team and teaching mode, improve the teaching quality, meet the diversified learning needs of students, and promote the continuous innovation and development of education and teaching.

The Application of Online and Offline Hybrid Mode in Pharmacology Laboratory Teaching: A Case Study of the "Insulin Overdose Response and Rescue Experiment"

Pharmacology, as a core course for Pharmaceutical Engineering students, is a basic medical course, which is usually composed of "theoretical courses" and "experimental courses". Pharmacology experiments are a visual validation of the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom. Through practical operation and observation of experimental results, we can have a deeper understanding of the concepts of drug mechanism of action, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. In order to meet diversified learning needs, optimize the utilization of teaching resources, and promote independent learning and collaboration ability, online and offline blended teaching is the mainstream teaching mode in the "Internet+" era, which provides a suitable environment and starting point for the ideological and political construction of the curriculum and the practice of the goal of cultivating people with virtue. It is especially necessary to conduct online and offline teaching methods for pharmacology experiments. This article uses the example of "insulin overdose reaction and rescue experiment" to demonstrate the blended teaching mode of online and offline teaching. It attempts to start with the necessity of strengthening students' innovative practical ability cultivation in pharmacology experiment teaching, analyze the problems exposed in current pharmacology experiment teaching in detail, and propose optimization measures such as effectively integrating teaching resources, designing different experimental projects, innovating experiment teaching mode, and emphasizing students' innovative practice based on the mastered situation, in order to provide reference for the blended teaching mode of pharmacology experiment online and offline.

The Application of Communicative Language Teaching in English Classroom Activities

As a teaching approach aimed at improving learners' communicative competence, Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) has been favored by many teachers. The application of CLT has eradicated the defects of traditional classroom teaching which only pay attention to the explanation of grammar structure and ignore the cultivation of practical language use ability, and changed the phenomenon of traditional teaching dumb English. However, in the specific teaching practice, there are still many problems in the application of Communicative Language Teaching. How to maximize the advantages of CLT in classroom activities, realize its purpose and then find the teaching method that truly conforms to the actual teaching situation in China is a problem worthy of teachers' deep consideration.

Study on Teaching Database Principles Course based on OBE Concepts

With the rapid development of information technology, database principles, as one of the core courses of computer science and technology majors, the quality of its teaching is directly related to the cultivation of students' practical work ability and innovation ability. However, the traditional teaching mode has problems such as emphasizing theory over practice, single assessment method and neglecting ability cultivation, which is difficult to meet the current social demand for high-quality technical talents. Therefore, this paper introduces the OBE (Outcome-Based Education) education concept into the teaching of "Principles of Database" course, and puts forward a series of teaching reform measures based on the OBE concept, including the formulation of specific teaching objectives, optimization of teaching content, innovative teaching methods, diversified course evaluation and assessment mechanism, etc., to realize the training of students' ability and innovation through the construction of student-centered and output-oriented teaching mode, and to realize the training of students' ability and innovation. By constructing a student-centered and output-oriented teaching mode, it realizes the enhancement of students' independent learning and innovation and practice ability, so as to make students become excellent talents of the new century with innovative consciousness and ability.

Analysis of Music Teaching Problems in Chinese Universities

This study aims to explore the problems of music teaching in Chinese colleges and universities. Through the review and analysis of the existing literature, it is found that music teaching in Chinese colleges and universities suffers from the problems of homogenised content, outdated methods and insufficient teachers. Among them, the problems in teaching are specifically reflected in the following three aspects: music teaching in Chinese colleges and universities tends to favour traditional classical music, ignoring other genres of music, students lack of music education that combines with the trend of the times, and the influence of China's education system and policies. Outdated teaching methods are specifically manifested in the following 3 aspects: neglecting the active participation of students and the cultivation of practical ability, lack of innovative teaching means and tools, and the existence of the neglect of students' individual needs. Inadequate teacher strength is specifically manifested in the following 3 aspects: inadequate teacher training system, lack of teachers with professional skills, and imperfect teacher mobility and file management.

Analysis and Research of Illustration Teaching Design in Applied Universities under Digital Environment

With the continuous development of digital technology, the field of education is also facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. The purpose of this study is to explore the practice and application of illustration instructional design in applied colleges and universities under the digital environment. Firstly, through in-depth analysis of the impact of digital environment on education and the trend of digital education in applied colleges and universities, the importance and role of digital technology in teaching is highlighted. Then, combining with the characteristics and needs of illustration teaching, this paper puts forward the theoretical and practical framework of illustration instructional design adapted to the digital environment, and emphasizes that instructional design should be closely combined with practice and pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical application ability. Further, through the analysis of specific cases, the paper discusses the reform and construction of illustration course under the digital environment, including the optimization of course content, the development and utilization of digital teaching resources, etc. Finally, the relevant cases are evaluated, and the practical experience and enlightenment of illustration instructional design in the digital environment are summarized. The research results show that illustration instructional design under the digital environment should pay attention to innovation and practice, and actively use digital technology to provide students with more diversified learning experience, so as to cultivate their innovative ability and practical ability.

Evaluation of "Foundation of Thermal Engineering" Based on Engineering Certification and OBE

In order to meet the requirements of current engineering certification and OBE concept of talent training, a trinity teaching link of basic thermal theory teaching, experiment and course design is constructed for the course of " Foundation of thermal engineering ", and the teaching content of "Engineering Thermodynamics" and "Heat Transfer" is integrated according to the graduation requirements of mechanical design majors for mastering basic theoretical knowledge and solving problems. It proposes the in-depth course objectives from understanding basic concepts and laws to building models to solve and analyze related phenomena, engineering problems and influence laws, determines the assessment requirements and achievement evaluation methods, and gives continuous improvement measures. An output-oriented thermal engineering basic course evaluation system is helpful to the cultivation of students' innovation and practical ability, and to realize the integration with international education.

Strategies for Enhancing the Practical and Innovative Abilities of Environmental Major Students

In order to meet the quality requirements of applied talent cultivation in local universities and enhance students' innovation ability, this study which take the environmental major students of Zhaoqing University as an example, explores the role of the “industry-university-research-application” platform, college student innovation and entrepreneurship training programs and various subject competitions in talent cultivation. It is benefit to encourage students to complete self practice ability cultivation through school enterprise platforms, training programs, and competitions. This study provide reference for improving the abilities of environmental majors in similar universities.

Evaluation of entrepreneurship failure education in higher education from the perspective of the CIPP model and AHP-FCE methods

Entrepreneurial failure education aims to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate entrepreneurial setbacks and enhance their ability to manage failure effectively. The evaluation system of EFE is a crucial tool to estimate the development of entrepreneurial failure education (EFE) in universities and colleges, which ensures the high-quality development of EFE in universities and colleges. Based on the concept of EFE in universities and colleges, we built an evaluation index system of entrepreneurship education in universities and colleges in the context of the CIPP model. In addition, an evaluation model of EFE in colleges and universities was constructed by employing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) technique. Moreover, the sample data from five universities in Hebei, Shanxi, and Jiangsu were chosen for evaluation research. The findings indicated that the EFE in higher education institutes was typically in an "average" state; the status of context, input, process, and product were relatively "strong", "very weak", "average", and "relatively weak". Thus, universities and colleges must strengthen the management ability of entrepreneurial failure, support the development of teachers, enhance the cultivation of entrepreneurial practice ability, construct the curriculum system of EFE in universities and colleges, and execute the implementation of entrepreneurial policies. This study provides an effective evaluation tool for EFE in colleges and universities and an essential reference for the quality of EFE in colleges and universities.

The cultivation of clinical practice ability of Master of Nursing Specialists at home and abroad includes clinical practice ability evaluation index, clinical practice time, clinical practice content, teaching methods and assessment methods. In the training process of MNS clinical practice ability, the formulation of practice content and time does not reflect the characteristics of the MNS, and the assessment method lacks objectivity.
