Purpose: The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of green supply chain management (Green SCM) on corporate performance in China's heavy machinery manufacturing. Research design, data, and methodology: This study employed a survey to collect data from key Chinese companies in heavy machinery manufacturing. The questionnaire was developed through a pilot study and in-depth interviews, and the survey was conducted from April to June 2024. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results: Analysis revealed that internal environmental management, eco-design, and investment recovery inf luenced both environmental and operational performance positively. Eco-design had the greatest impact on environmental performance, while internal environmental management and investment recovery significantly contributed to operational performance. The total explained variance was 72.871%, indicating meaningful correlations between variables.
