When this essay was written, a corona pandemic outbreak was happening all over the world. There are various problems that occur and obstacles that make it difficult for us to carry out our daily activities. One of the areas that has a big impact is the economic field, and therefore we need a system that can adapt directly to situations like this. In this essay we will discuss how dynamic organization and digital innovation can influence the hotel tourism industry during the corona pandemic. Dynamic organization is all activities related to efforts to plan organic schemes, conduct departmentalization, determine the authority, duties and responsibilities of people in an institution / organization, or in short organize activities, namely activities to determine the organizational structure of a business. In a business, anything can happen, whether it is a good thing or a bad thing, the handling of it depends on the people in the company and with a dynamic organizational structure that will help to overcome each of these problems. Digital innovation means making rapid changes by using digital technology to improve services, traditional models, products and processes. Through understanding user needs, motivation, and travel and working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders, we find new solutions, quickly iterating through creative concepts to be satisfying and easy to use. The coronavirus pandemic in Indonesia begins with the discovery of patients with coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) on March 2, 2020. Until April 6, 2020, 2,273 positive cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed, with 198 of them dead and 164 recovering. Cases were stated to be spread in 32 provinces out of a total of 34 provinces in Indonesia. Two provinces that have not reported confirmed cases are Gorontalo and East Nusa Tenggara.
