Sistem Informasi Koperasi Berbasis Web Pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Jambi

The Jambi Provincial Revenue Service Cooperative is a cooperative managed by Civil Servants at the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service. For now, cooperatives have not used information systems effectively, because cooperatives have not digitally processed data yet. The Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System for the Civil Servant Cooperative of the Jambi Provincial Revenue Service uses the PHP programming language and uses object-based modeling techniques to describe system analysis and design, namely in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The output of this research is in the form of a prototype design system for Analysis and Design of a Web-Based Cooperative Information System at the Civil Servant Cooperative, Jambi Province Regional Revenue Service. For further research, it can be complemented with other data management.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Koperasi SMA Negeri 1 Bumiayu Berbasis Web

The cooperative information system for SMA Negeri 1 Bumiayu is a computer-based application that aims to manage and facilitate cooperative operations within the school environment. The system is designed to help manage administration, finance, inventory, and transactions with consumers in a more structured and efficient manner. The cooperative information system for SMA Negeri 1 Bumiayu will provide benefits to various parties such as collective management and cooperative members who manage finances, be able to make decisions based on accurate information, easily access cooperative information, and monitor membership contributions. The benefits provided to consumers are in the form of convenience in transactions that can be made online with e-money, a list of items that can be monitored without having to come to the cooperative. They can arrange transaction times according to needs. The customers consist of teachers, staff, and SMA Negeri 1 Bumiayu students. With the implementation of the cooperative information system, the transaction process will be able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of cooperative operations. In addition, this information system can provide a better experience for cooperative members in managing finances, improve business skills, and build awareness of the importance of cooperation and responsibility in the school environment.

PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI UNTUK PENGELOLAAN DATA KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM MENGGUNAKAN VISUAL BASIC

Information System for Savings and Loans Cooperatives Using Visual Basic Case Studies at the Semarang Regency Regional Employment Agency is an information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping and even there is no evidence of deposit transactions, loans and installments and existing storage can be overcome by creating an information system for processing data on savings and loan cooperative transactions and creating a more secure and efficient data storage information system. Savings and loan information system design methods are made using R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD, and Normalization methods. The program used to create this application uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and MySQL as database management. The results of this study indicate that the savings and loan cooperative information system that is applied in the Savings and Loans Cooperative of the Semarang Regency Regional Civil Service Agency can be used to process member data, process savings data, process loan data, process data that has been paid off, process SHU distribution data, and make reports. finances safely and efficiently.

Development of Data Models on Cooperative Systems

The information system used by cooperatives is generally an accounting information system because it has transaction processes, ledgers, and processes various accounting reports such as balance sheets, cash flows, and profit and loss. The Patria Karya Bersama Cooperative is a cooperative entity engaged in the field of Service Cooperatives where the main service sector is in Tourism. At the present time the condition of the Patria Karya Bersama Cooperative is carrying out all semi-manual administrative processes because some of the data processing processes have utilized computers and data processing aids, but most of them still use handwriting. This study builds a data model that can later be used to build a cooperative system database. The method used for the development of the data model in this study is the Data Base Life Cycle (DBLC) method. The model has several stages of work and will also produce several data models. However, this article only describes the results of research that produces a data model in the form of an E-R Diagram. The use of this method has provided convenience, accuracy and compatibility between the data requirements needed according to the Cooperative Patria Karya Bersama business process. The data model in the form of an E-R diagram has been generated in this study. The data model design of the cooperative information system model resulted in ten entities. The design of the data model produced in this study will make it easier for database developers to build a comparative information system database.

Web-Based Cooperation Information System at The Science Techno Park Technology Business Development Center

Science Techno Park (STP) Unand's partnership with various government, business, and legal institutions will continue for the foreseeable future in order to disseminate innovators' knowledge to the larger community. The issue that frequently arises is that the file search procedure is tough to locate. Furthermore, the enormous number of inventors at Andalas University are recorded in Microsoft Excel files, making it difficult for users to locate inventory data. The data that is then entered is frequently duplicated, leaving the user perplexed about the information presented. As a result, at STP Unand's Technology Business Development Center, a web-based cooperative information system was created. The goal is for STP Unand's engagement with partners to be automated, and for data collecting on the number of inventors in Unand to be structured. The SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method is used in this study. SDLC is a software development cycle that encompasses software development techniques, phases, and tools. The waterfall paradigm was used in the design of this application. the waterfall method was successfully used to build or design a collaborative information system application. Based on the outcomes of each stage of the waterfall method, namely analysis, design, coding, and system testing, it is possible to conclude that the design of this collaborative information system application has been successfully built in accordance with needs.

PELATIHAN SISTEM INFORMASI SIMPAN PINJAM PADA KOPERASI WANITA MIFTAHUL JANNAH DI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG

Current technological developments require human resources to be able to follow the use of technology. One of the technological developments that is quite widely used is information systems. An information system is a system within an organization that meets the needs of daily transaction processing, supports operations, is managerial and strategic activities of an organization and provides certain outside parties with the necessary reports. Miftahul Jannah Women's Cooperative currently still uses a manual savings and loan system, so the possibility of data errors is still quite large and services to members take a relatively long time. This information system for women aims, among other things, to help facilitate cooperative officers and administrators in completing their duties to serve members easily and quickly, to improve services to members. The development of this cooperative information system uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, the Lecture Method and the Training Method. The RAD method is used for the process of forming an information system, the RAD method is a system development that prioritizes the speed of development through the involvement of the user or users in the use of a series of systems so that the possibility of system errors can be minimized, the Lecture and Training Method is used to provide explanations to the cooperative management about how to operate system, thus human resources can be trained to be able to use the use of technology.

Detection and Propagation of Metadata Updates within CIS environment

In order to adapt to the demands of the modern hypercompetitive environment many organizations integrate their information sources and form alliances. Cooperative Information System (CIS) provides a flexible form of integration that requires, due to absence of the common integrated schema, heightened attention to the data quality management. Commonly, the associated with the CIS’ data metadata assumed to be static and of a high quality. However, in a modern fast changing competitive environment this assumption must be relaxed, and the issue of metadata quality management should be addressed explicitly. While research concerning data quality in CIS environment is abundant, no work, to our knowledge, has addressed the issues of how changes to metadata could be detected and propagated within the CIS environment. In this paper we attempt to address this research problem by proposing, first, a metadata update management methodology and, second, a conceptual design of the technical solution allowing for the detection and propagation of metadata updates within CIS environment

Penerapan Digitalisasi pada Koperasi Budi Utomo Desa Batu Ampar

Budi Utomo's Savings and Loans Cooperative is one of the cooperatives in Indonesia that has not made optimal use of information systems and technology. It can be seen from the absence of an integrated information system with one another, so that there are still several obstacles in processing cooperative data, including inconsistencies and data redundancies, lack of data accuracy, the length of the data search process, and the difficulty of disseminating information about cooperatives to members. To solve this problem, we need a web-based Cooperative information system. This cooperative information system is designed using the PHP programming language and to describe the results of analysis and system design, structured modeling techniques are used in the form of DFD and ERD. The output of this research is a web-based information system prototype design (case study: Budi Utomo Savings and Loan Cooperative). With this cooperative information system, it is hoped that it can provide a forum in the form of a web that can perform data processing properly and is integrated, and can help disseminate information to all interested parties.

Analysis of Public Services to Bureaucracy Changes in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era

<p>The purpose of study is to analyze public services for employees in Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at the Directorate of Cooperation, Development, and Internationalization at a University in Solo. Data collection was carried out by observation and documentation. The results shows public services in 2020 with 81 MoUs and 226 MoAs, increasing significantly compared with those 2019 with 79 MoUs, 208 MoAs, and those up to May 2021 with 30 MoUs and 106 MoAs. The number of recommendation/approval processes for the foreign official travel documents for Lecturers & Educators and Students decreases significantly for three consecutive years from 2019 to 2020. The changes in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era are aspects affecting the changes in institutions and work systems. Optimizing the cooperation service system, the Directorate of Cooperation, Development, and Internationalization has created an integrated cooperation information system. The work system in cooperation services changes from the manual or conventional face-to-face one before covid-19 pandemic into an electronic system based on online zoom, google meetings and so on with optimal use of communication technology so ideas are needed new quality and innovative ASN human resources in the pandemic era.</p>

Managing data quality of cooperative information systems: Model and algorithm

The low data quality of a cooperative information system (CIS) causes cooperative organizations to recollect data frequently rather than use the data already in the system. In this paper, a method based on source control is proposed to reduce the data quality problem of CIS. It emphasizes improving the data quality of CIS by controlling the data quality of subsystems rather than by screening data. Further, we develop two optimization models for the scenes of independent and negotiated decisions. Compared with the independent decision model, the negotiation decision model considers the impact of the game behavior between the manager of the CIS and the manager of each subsystem on the data quality optimization. The results of the models provide an optimal strategy for allocating capital to minimize the data quality problem of a CIS. To solve the models, we propose an improved artificial bee colony algorithm that enhances the exploration ability by modifying the behaviors of bees. A CIS of a government is used to illustrate the application process of the models and the superiority of the algorithm. The results show that, in all cases, the optimal strategy provided by the negotiation decision model is not worse than that offered by the independent decision model, and the result obtained by the proposed algorithm is better than other comparative algorithms.

Facing the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Sources of Data, Indicators, and Participatory Strategies in Healthcare and Social Fields.

Innovation in governance and services should be the target of the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan. Monitoring processes, impacts, and outcomes requires a system of new indicators that are practical to collect. Secondary data sources, their availability, and their information potential should be evaluated, and primary sources should be implemented to supplement traditional disease surveillance. This work highlights the most relevant aspects for bridging the mismatching between complex community needs and current health/social supply and how those aspects could be faced. As a result, we propose a structured multi-phases process for setting the design and functionalities of a cooperative information system, built on the integration between secondary and primary data for informing policies about chronic low back pain (CLBP), a widely recognized determinant of disability and significant economic burden. In particular, we propose the Dress-KINESIS, a tool for improving community capacity development and participation that allows one to freely collect big health and social data and link it to existing secondary data. The system also may be able to monitor how the resources are distributed across different care sectors and suggest how to improve efficiency based on the patient’s CLBP risk stratification. Moreover, it is potentially customizable in other fields of health.

Business architecture and information system architecture design in savings and payment unit Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KPRI) Diponegoro University using TOGAF 9 framework

Savings dan Payment unit is one of the units of the Koperasi Pegawai Republik Indonesia Diponegoro University (KPRI). In the development of these units already have information systems infrastructure, namely the Cooperative Information Systems (SIMASPRI) and KPRI website. However, data processing on the system has not been integrated also not all business processes can be handled through the information system. SIMASPRI does not have features that allow members to carry out registration processes, loan applications, deposit payments, and installments online. So, members must come to the cooperative every time they want to carry out a registration or transaction process. Meanwhile, KPRI has a target for members to be able to process registration, deposit payments, apply for loans, and pay installments online using a website or mobile application. So it is necessary to improve the features and functions of the Cooperative Information Systems and KPRI website, as well as the design in the mobile version with the aim to offer convenience to members in accessing. Therefore, an analysis of business architecture and information system architecture design as a basic framework of business solutions to solve problems in optimizing the use of information technology. This study uses the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework with the stages passed, namely preliminary, vision architecture, requirements management, business architecture and information system architecture consisting of data architecture and application architecture. From the analysis of the architectural design and approval of KPRI Diponegoro University manager, the proposed blueprint business architecture, data architecture and application architecture as the basic foundation needed to support business activities in the Saving dan Payment unit KPRI Diponegoro University.

Penerapan SAK ETAP Pada Koperasi Aktif di Jawa Barat Sebagai Acuan Pembuatan Aplikasi Akuntansi Koperasi Berbasis Android

The development of accounting information technology has actually been going on for a long time. This is because the use of technology in accounting can save time and costs and the use of technology in accounting is considered very efficient. In order to provide accounting information, an information system known as the Accounting Information System (SIA) was created. A good accounting information system requires a good system design too. At Cooperative, data processing is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which makes this cooperative vulnerable to recording errors. Apart from errors in recording, delays in delivering information can also occur due to ineffective recording. Therefore, this cooperative needs to use a cooperative accounting information system. Which this system will later be able to assist the cooperative in carrying out the existing transaction process in the cooperative effectively and efficiently and well computerized. Based on this, this study aims to determine the financial reporting accounting information system that has been implemented by the Cooperative and to design an application-based savings and loan cooperative financial reporting accounting information system in accordance with the needs of Cooperative. This study used qualitative and experimental methods, while the application design method used was a waterfall. The system development method used in this research is Netbeans IDE with Java programming language and Mysql as database storage and iReport to design financial statements.The results obtained from the analysis and design carried out is an accounting information system design that is able to support the operational needs of Cooperative. The superiority of the resulting system is that there is a treasurer who specifically manages the finances of the Cooperative so that the process of recording financial reporting runs effectively and efficiently which has been designed according to the needs of Cooperative

IMPLEMENTASI METODE WATERFALL PADA PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KOPERASI SIMPAN PINJAM BERBASIS WEB DAN ANDROID (STUDI KASUS PT. PEB)

PEB Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative which is intended for employees of PT. PEB, is engaged in the garment industry. Established since 15 years with the number of cooperative members who are permanent employees of the company. This cooperative becomes an economical shelter to meet the needs of its employees. Technology in admin data processing is still simple using Microsoft Excel tools, in applications that connect members with admins on this system have not been designed, so from the background of this research will design a web-based and android-based savings and loan cooperative information system This design uses the waterfall model which will take a sequential design making it easier for developers and users. The hope is that this design will help make transactions for savings, loans, deposits, data collection, and reports to members, admins and leaders. The results obtained from the questionnaire with the System Usability Scale method in this savings and loan cooperative application are easy to use, faster, and practical, stated by the cooperative members by 84% and cooperative managers by 80%. It can be concluded that this application that has been designed can make it easier to carry out savings and loan transactions quickly and practically.

PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KOPERASI SMK NEGERI 1 KOTA PARIAMAN

Cooperative in SMK 1 Pariaman City is cooperative that is on developing and have a routine enough high, but the process processing the data still using a manual system. In overcoming these problems an information system is needed in order to simplify the performance of cooperative devices, then the authors designed a cooperative information system at SMK Country 1 city Pariaman. There are several methods in this writing such as research methods to develop an system the interactive model used has several stages in forming an information system, namely system planning, system analysis, system design and application of system. The result of this writing is a cooperative information system design that uses the testing phase with the blackbox method, namely system testing that focuses on functional spesifications and software and the tester can define a collection of input conditions in testing the functional specifications of the program.

Sistem Informasi Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Pada PT Meiwa Indonesia Berbasis Java

The purpose of this research is to make a Java-based savings and loan cooperative information system design to accelerate and facilitate performance in managing the search and storage of loan data at cooperatives as well as to produce a Java-based savings and credit cooperative information system. The research method used by researchers is the grounded research method, which is a research method based on facts and uses comparative analysis with the aim of conducting empirical generation, establishing concepts, proving theories, developing theories, collecting data and analyzing data in the same time. The results obtained are designing a savings and loan cooperative information system to assist in processing employee data. The construction of this information system is expected to simplify and provide maximum service for employees as well as to facilitate cooperative staff in collecting loan transaction data for reporting, data and information management processes become more effective, produce faster outputs and there is no misappropriation of loan data input or the occurrence of data duplication.

In order to improve institutional capabilities, UKSW needs to collaborate with various parties. Documents of agreement which is the references of implementation must be archived and managed properly. The document of agreement in UKSW, still manage manually, making it difficult to find complete data related to the cooperation agreement that has been made by UKSW. Information technology has an important role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the document management and archiving. This study aims to develop a cooperation information system that capable to record the whole process of submitting agreement, until the process of archiving the signed document. Rapid Application Development (RAD) method used with the aim of accelerating development process, providing good quality of system, and reducing development and maintenance costs. The result of this research is a cooperation information system that has been implemented at UKSW Salatiga.

PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KAPABILITAS MANAJEMEN RISIKO SISTEM INFORMASI KOPERASI SYARIAH MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5

The application of IT offers many benefits in the company's business processes. Such as contribute to added value, excellent service, effective and efficient business operations. In addition to providing various benefits for business development, IT also has risk that must be managed optimally. This study aims to measure the level of risk management capabilities of the Syariah Cooperative Information System at KSPPS XYZ , the target level of capability and make a contribution to improvement. Measurement of the level of capability in risk management is done by using COBIT 5 domains EDM03 (Ensure Risk Optimisation) and APO12 (Manage Risk). Based on the measurements that have been made, domains EDM03 and APO12 capability levels are currently at level 0 (incomplete), while domains EDM03 and APO12 capability targets are level 3 (established). To achieve the capability level target, risk management approval is proposed for the KSPPS XYZ Syariah Cooperative Information System.
