Analysis on the Resource Advantages in the Construction of Aba Sub-plateau Training Base

Sub-plateau training is a special training method of plateau training, and its effect has been gradually approved by the sports community. This paper conducts feasibility analysis from the perspective of relevant factors of sports resource evaluation such as plateau training theory and sub-plateau geographical environment, and combined with the regional advantages and national characteristics of the construction of Aba base, proposes the idea of constructing Aba sub-plateau training base based on the plateau training theory and the construction status of Chinese sub-plateau bases.

Innovative Project-Based “Trinity” Professional Degree Graduate Joint Cultivation Bases

Construction of evaluation index system for nursing speciality development in tertiary hospitals

Objective To structure the evaluation index system for nursing speciality development (EISNSD) in tertiary hospitals. Methods The evaluation index system for nursing specialty developmentwas established using a Delphi method. The weight coefficient at all levels was calculated by the analytic hierarchy process. The standard value of the index was set by multiple ways including target plan, industry regulation, historical data and so on. A total of 48 departments from three tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were investigated. The reliability and validity of the evaluation indexes were analyzed with Cronbach's alpha coefficients and Spearman correlation. Results The EISNSD was structured with five primary indexes, 14 secondary indexes and 75 third indexes. The weight coefficients of primary indicators included 0.285 9 for talent echelon building, 0.377 2 for nursing practice, 0.109 5 for teaching level, 0.144 4 for scientific research and 0.0830 for the construction of professional training base. The correlation between indexes at all levels and their indexes of higher level was from 0.583 to 0.920 (P<0.01) . The reliability of all indexes at all levels was from 0.581 to 0.945 with 0.931 for the reliability of total index. Conclusions The EISNSD in tertiary hospitals is of a strong scientificity and practicability. It can provide the quantiative basis for objective evaluation and continuity management of nursing specialty development of all departments in tertiary hospitals. The advantages of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone tourism development are introduced in this paper, and pointed out that the tourism talent training needs analysis of talent training status and improvement measures are proposed, including the integration of the region education resources, pay attention to the skilled personnel training, improve the teaching curriculum setting, improve the quality of Teachers, strengthen the construction of training base.

Practice and review of the construction of standardized medical resident training bases for the first batch of residents in Xinjiang

Objective Through investigating the current situation of first national Standardized Medical Resident Training Bases construction in Xinjiang to provide the basis for the administrative department of public health to improve their resident training bases. Methods Selecting standardized training related personnel 133 people of 20 base hospital to conduct a questionnaire survey, and selecting the base hospital leaders, the management staff of functional departments, teachers and residents, a total of 254 people were given in-depth interviews. We conducted data collection mainly around the basic situation of the base hospitals and departments, to understand the basic situation, difficulties and problems of the standardized training of resident doctors in the base hospitals, and suggestions and opinions on the training work. We used χ2 test, Wilcoxon rank test to make statistical analysis. Results Basic conditions of the hospital was not balanced, 70% of the base hospital library number was 10 thousand ~5 million, 75% of the base hospital computer had a volume of less than or equal to 30. There was statistical significance in the difference of the rate of operation between the cases and the skills in the southern/northern region teaching/non pro-fessional teaching base hospital. Teacher level was not balanced, and only 5 hospital teacher training rate was greater than or equal to 80%, which met the national requirements. Enrollment of each department had a rising trend, including the department of pediatrics, psychiatry and other major shortage of profes-sional year by year, the increase in the proportion of 1~2 times. National financial aid was implemented, but lacked local financial input. Conclusion The balanced development of base construction, the continuous improvement of system construction and organization management, the improvement of the teachers' teach-ing and training quality, the improvement of the resident treatment and striving for more national and local financial allocation will be the focus of the construction and development of Xinjiang resident standardized training base. Investigation and prospect of clinical practice mode for intensive medical college nurses in Chongqing

Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical practice mode of intensive care unit specialist nurses in Chongqing city, and to provide reference for the construction of standardized clinical practice mode of intensive care unit specialist nurses. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the 509 students who participated in the training of intensive care unit nurses in Chongqing city. Results Clinical practice time was 2 months, the practice base could meet the clinical practice needs of clinical nurses, clinical practice and assessment methods were varied, but the time arrangement was not reasonable (6.67%, 29/435), the practice content lacked the pertinence (5.52%, 24/435), the teaching method was not reasonable (2.76%, 12/435), the teacher capital was not qualified (1.38%, 6/435) and so on. Conclusions The clinical practice base and teaching staff needs to be improved, and the clinical practice pattern of intensive care unit specialist nurses is good, but the ability to recognize it is not in place. Should be guided by the needs of nurses, under the supervision of the health department, construction of training bases, training in line with the requirements of clinical teachers, strengthen the ability of students to understand, to help study the clinical application of knowledge and skills. Survey of running condition of specialist nurse training bases in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

Objective By intercepting current data of supervision and inspection data for new specialist nurse training bases from Xinjiang Nursing Quality Control Center, to analyze the possible problems of specialist nurse training bases′ construction and its countermeasures. Methods Before the inspection, a total of 10 new specialist nurse training bases in 7 hospitals of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomy Region were evaluated and investigated by themselves, and Assessment Standards of Specialist Nurse Training Base Drafted by Nursing Quality Control Center of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomy Region was adopted. Then, 2 nursing specialists who were uniform trained were assigned in the same group to evaluate and investigate the 10 bases according to Assessment Standards of Specialist Nurse Training Base Drafted by Nursing Quality Control Center of Xinjiang Uygur autonomy region. Results Construction of teaching staff for training bases of emergency, ICU and operation in states was still in initial stage, and the number of trainees should be reduced. Training scheme of operation in states should be optimized. Training bases of blood purification, diabetes, PICC and wound stoma need be improved in evaluation and feedback process. Conclusions Targeted measures should be taken to further promote the construction of new specialist nurse training bases, to make it more suitable with the actual situation in Xinjiang area. Current situation of the clinical competence training for clinical medicine postgraduates with professional degree and its countermeasures
