Research on optimization ideas and paths of China's UAS standard system construction

As a leading industry of low-altitude economy and an emphasis area of consumer goods trade-in, in recent years, the Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) industry has successively received the attention of the Standardization Administration of the P.R.C, the State Administration for Market Regulation and other departments, which have all emphasized the importance of giving full play to the leading role of standards. Up to now, the construction of China's UAS standard system has made great progress, and 126 key standards that are urgently needed by the market and support supervision have been formulated and revised in a timely manner, but the following problems still exist: the standard terminology is not yet unified, the way of prioritizing the formulation and revision is too simple, the content of the standard system is still imperfect, and there is a lack of a unified public service platform for standard information. In order to solve these problems, this paper combines the new international standardization construction experience of the European, the United States and other countries, and puts forward the corresponding optimization ideas for the construction of the UAS standard system, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the UAS industry.

Construction and application of standardized training effect evaluation system for new nurses in operating room

AbstractBackgroundThis study aims to develop and validate a Structured Training Effectiveness Evaluation (STEE) tool based on the Kirkpatrick model for newly graduated registered nurses in the operating room in China.MethodsThe first phase will involve focus group and individual interviews with nursing educators and newly graduated registered nurses selected using purposive sampling. The data will be analyzed thematically to identify key components necessary to develop the STEE tool. The second phase will develop and validate the STEE tool through a panel of experts using the Delphi method. The item weights will be determined with the analytic hierarchy process technique. The third phase will involve implementation and evaluation of the STEE tool with an exploratory, nonexperimental, and comparative analysis. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses will be performed with SPSS version 23.ResultsThe STEE tool for newly graduated registered nurses in the operating room will be useful for evaluating training effectiveness during standardized training. The results obtained with this tool will clarify the effectiveness of training, thereby helping transform nursing students into competent nurses.ConclusionIn this way, this study will provide practical guidance for improving standardized training programs and help newly graduated nurses manage their transition to the clinical work environment and remain in their posts.

Nature of Equity, Media Attention and ESG

Driven by the community of destiny and carbon emission reduction, China's economy needs to shift to high-quality development. As industry benchmarks, state-owned enterprises (SOEs) fulfilling their ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) obligations play a pivotal role in national economic development and carbon emission reduction. This paper constructs a multiple linear regression model using sample data of China's listed companies to investigate relationship between the nature equity and ESG and introduces media attention to explore the mediating effect it plays. The empirical results find that SOEs have significantly better ESG, and media attention plays a significant positive role in guiding ESG. In addition, it is found that there are heterogeneous differences in whether SOEs exists control deficiencies in the nature of equity on ESG. Further, media attention plays a mediating effect in the impact of nature of equity on ESG. Using the appealing conclusions as the basis, two recommendations are put froward: SOEs should lead the industrial chain length of the industry chain and promote the consistency of the ESG data base of companies upstream and downstream of the industry chain. The state should draw on the ESG system structure of international organizations to clarify the connotation of ESG with Chinese characteristics and promote the construction of ESG standard system with Chinese characteristics.

The heterogeneity of PH causes the complexity of the disease and the difficulty of clinical management, and the early identification and diagnosis of pH face great challenges. Individualized and precise treatment needs to be further optimized, and standardized diagnosis and treatment strategies need to be popularized and promoted. In recent years, rapid progress has been made in the field of PH, including its pathogenesis, diagnostic thresholds, classification and comprehensive treatment methods, prompting an update of the guidelines, which brings a new level of standardized diagnosis and comprehensive management of PH in China.
