Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Financial Risks of Electric Power Enterprises Analysis

In order to solve the financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis problem, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used in this paper. By constructing evaluation index system and calculating index weights, the model can reasonably evaluate the financial risks of electric power enterprises. For illustration, an electric power enterprise example is utilized to show the feasibility of the model in solving the problem Results show that financial risk of the electric power enterprise is general. The paper provides a new way for financial risks of electric power enterprises analysis, and makes its research further perfected. Thus, electric power enterprises can control and prevent financial risks better.

Construction and application of evaluation index system for biomedical scientific and technological competence at in local medical colleges

Currently,the research on evaluation of scientific and technological competency at universities is at its preliminary stage.To build an index system suitable for evaluating the competency of local medical colleges is import for its development.We here analyzed the key elements affecting the biomedical competency at local medical universities.Then,we constructed an index system with the Delphi method for the evaluation.Finally,the paper made an empirical research of this index system,which suggested that the evaluation index system is scientific and reliable. Construction of Evaluation Index System for Coordinated Development about Society, Economy, Resources and Environment in ShenFu Mining Area

In this paper, the coordinated development system in a typical resource-based coal mining area is divided into four subsystems, respectively society, economy, resources and environment. Taking ShenFu mining area in north of Shaanxi as the example, and the relevant statistics of society, economy, resources and environment in the area from 2000 to 2006 as the basic data, finally evaluation index system of coordinated development about society, economy, resources and environment in ShenFu mining area, containing four subsystems, a total of 23 indexes was constructed through analyzing and screening of the qualitative and quantitative main component. Since the evaluation index system is established on the basic of the actual data in ShenFu mining area from 2000 to 2006, some limitations might be available inevitably. However, it has important reference and guiding significance for the evaluation of coordinated development in the area and other similar areas. And this index system is flexible in application as it not only could be used in the evaluation of the particular area as a whole system, but also can be split to analyze the coordinated development among the four subsystems that are society, economy, resources and environment, which plays an important role to highlight the key problems.

A Quantitative Analysis of Regional Differences in Urban-Rural Integration - A Case Study of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone

Applying composite index leading to an evaluation index system of urban-rural integration, using entropy method for secondary weighting, a model is constructed of quantitative analysis of the regional urban-rural integration. This paper has made a quantitative analysis of the development levels of regional urban-rural integration in the case of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone. The research results show that in the problem of multi-target integrated evaluation, the application of composite index, constructing evaluation index system, enables the evaluation process to cover more assessment information without any increase in calculation steps. Application of the model presented in this paper makes feasible a quantitative analysis of the regional urban-rural development.

Study of the Risk Based on Construction Logistics by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

There is all kinds of risk consisting in every logistic transportation link of construction because of the bigger construction transportation district and the more complex transportation goods, a wide variety, quantity, and so on. Any question in a single of earlier link happened will affect accuracy, security and timeliness of indicator. This paper constructs evaluation index system and evaluation module by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE).

Construction of Industrial Technology Innovation Capability Evaluation Index System

In order to provide theoretical support and observed basis for the implementation of industrial sustainable development, industrial technology upgrade, industrial structure optimization and other strategy initiatives, beginning with the research of enterprise technology innovation ability, access to lots of documents and the government work reports, summing up the current domestic and foreign study situation of industrial technology innovation capability evaluation index system, summarizing qualitative and quantitative evaluation index system at different levels, it is more intuitive, efficient and scientific for this system framework to assess industrial technology innovation capability.

Integrative performance evaluation for supply chain system based on logarithm triangular fuzzy number‐AHP method

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to analyse the efficiency and benefits of supply chain (SC) scientifically and validate the usability of methods on performance evaluation index system.Design/methodology/approachAt the performance evaluation index, the enhanced balanced scorecards (BSC) are developed based on the BSC. Regarding society environment and future development, the construction of performance evaluation index system includes five aspects such as finance, customer service, intra‐flow process, learning and development, and society development within SC. The indexes of performance evaluation system are all quantified to achieve their practical application. Another new point is that the logarithm triangular fuzzy number‐analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method expanding from fuzzy environment and developing from traditional AHP method is creatively used to evaluate the integrative performance evaluation index system.FindingsThe enhanced BSC and the special AHP method can overcome some disadvantages that experts directly give definite numbers when the traditional method is used to value certainty and evaluate the qualitative index. It is a scientific qualitative and quantitative evaluation tool.Research limitations/implicationsAccessibility and availability of data are the main limitations affecting which model will be applied.Practical implicationsThis paper is a very useful method for SC managers.Originality/valueThe new approach of performance evaluation index system is attempted due to structure and fuzzy sets. The paper is aimed at operational researchers, engineers and special managers.

Study on construction and quantification of evaluation index system of mine ventilation system

Mine ventilation system which was the important constituent of coal mining system ensured the safety production as critical measures. Construction and quantification of evaluation index system for mine ventilation system was the basis and standard of comprehensive evaluation of system's defect. This paper began with hazard factors which caused ventilation accident, investigated the direct and indirect reasons, and then carried on a qualitative analysis of Fault Tree. According to analysis results, an evaluation index system of ventilation system was constructed and the index was also quantified by use of AHP. Since that existing index system was improved and supplemented, it is supposed to improve the operational capability and rationality of daily management as well as safety evaluation of mine ventilation system.

The Implementation of Strategy Evaluation Model and Index System Construction

The implementation of strategy have been paid more and more attention at home and abroad, but research related to the academic community makes the understanding of the implementation of the strategy is not systematic and in-depth, and difficult to provide guidance to corporate management practice. In view of this, based on literature review, meaning of the implementation of strategy is defined in this thesis. Meanwhile, an academic model concerns the implementation of strategy is founded. This model is composed of adaptation of strategic environment, support of strategic implementation, control of strategic operation, and effect of strategic implementation. Construction of evaluation index system of national energy security based on CAS theory and PSR model

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to provide a new mentality of constructing the evaluation index system on national energy security, in favor of analyzing its influencing factors and coupling relations thoroughly.Design/methodology/approachThe complex adaptive system (CAS) theory has provided one kind analysis method on modeling and simulation for question of the social economic system, which based on the adaptive agent and mutual interaction. In view of this, the authors' expect to use this kind of new research paradigm for reference, and construct the evaluation index systems on national energy security using the integration of CAS theory and pressure‐state‐response (PSR) conceptual model.FindingsConstructs a set of compound index system of “six parallel layers, gradually converge, six layers three dimensions three degrees.”Research limitations/implicationsThe evaluation index system on national energy security is in the discussion stage at present, and the comparatively systematic or accepted index system has not been established. So the further study on influencing factors and measurement indicator system based on multi‐dimension of national energy security, is the emphasis of the continued further research.Practical implicationsConstructing the evaluation index system on national energy security integrating PSR conceptual model from the perspective CAS.Originality/valueDivides the carrier of energy security problem's happening into three energy domains (non‐renewable energy), and introduces the theory and method of CAS to construct the agent layer to carry on the multi‐agent gambling analysis. Simultaneously separately analyses the coal security, the petroleum security as well as the natural gas security using the concept framework of PSR.
