ABSTRACT The low temperature of wellbore is one of the reasons for the problems of wax formation and gum precipitation in the oil field development. To ensure the effect of oil fields development, it is necessary to predict the well temperature profile accurately. The crude oil composition were analyzed by external standard method and differential scanning calorimetry, a well temperature profile prediction method was established to analyze the risk of crude oil wax formation condensate pipe. The results show that the content of heavy components is relatively high, the content of carbon components C17 and above in 3 groups is 80%. The temperature drop rate in the initial section slows down, the temperature drop rate in the near outlet section gradually speeds up. The temperature difference along the initial line is small for different liquid production volumes, and the temperature difference is larger the closer to the wellhead. For BH-1 well, the temperature drop is 10℃ in the first 1700 m section near inlet, while the temperature drop is 15℃ in the second second 1000 m section near outlet. The wax deposition temperature of each pipeline fluid was lower than the simulated pipeline temperature, and no wax deposition occurred during the lifting process.
