The discussion around the effects of the digital revolution also affects the institutions of Trade Union Law, suggesting in particular to investigate the impact of the technologies on the organization of trade union struggle and onthe traditional relationship between capital and labor.In this context, the essay proposes a focus on netstrike, also known as virtual picket line or cyber picket line. It is a web-based collective actions, implemented both nationally and abroad but still on the margins of the jurists’ reflection.Identified the main elements of this model of digital activism against the employers, the A. illustrates some proposals about the legal classification of the netstrike, deepening the possible adaptation of the jurisprudential concept of strike in the light of recent developments in terms of Trade Union practices.
