Conservative Treatment of Neonatal Brachial Plexus Palsy: A Narrative Review.

Neonatal brachial plexus palsy (NBPP) is a flaccid paralysis of the upper limbs that occurs in about 0.4 percent of live births. This condition can produce permanent disabilities; to date, there is no consensus on protocols to be applied for the rehabilitation of children with this condition. The aim of this article is to provide a concise overview of conservative treatment beyond traditional physical therapy for the management of the child with NBPP and to offer a number of useful options for creating the most comprehensive and functional rehabilitation treatment possible. We conducted a narrative review after analyzing articles from the past 50 years on PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and Web of Science with the following search string [("neonatal brachial plexus palsy" OR "obstetric brachial plexus palsy" OR "birth brachial plexus palsy") AND ("rehabilitation" OR "physiotherapy" OR "conservative treatment")]. We identified a potential of 1275 articles, but only 11 were exclusively about conservative approaches. The most represented rehabilitation approaches in the literature were botulinum toxin, constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT), virtual reality, neuromuscular electrical stimulation, and kinesiotaping. In conclusion, the various rehabilitation approaches for NBPP are promising, but none can be considered the best option when used alone. In light of the current evidence, a multimodal approach is needed.

Mechanism of Polygala-Acorus in Treating Autism Spectrum Disorder Based on Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking.

Recent epidemic survey data have revealed a globally increasing prevalence of autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). Currently, while Western medicine mostly uses a combination of comprehensive intervention and rehabilitative treatment, patient outcomes remain unsatisfactory. Polygala-Acorus, used as a pair drug, positively affects the brain and kidneys, and can improve intelligence, wisdom, and awareness; however, the underlying mechanism of action is unclear. We performed network pharmacology analysis of the mechanism of Polygala-Acorus in treating ASD and its potential therapeutic effects to provide a scientific basis for the pharmaceutical's clinical application. The chemical compositions and targets corresponding to Polygala-Acorus were obtained using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systematic Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform, Chemical Source Website, and PharmMapper database. Disease targets in ASD were screened using the DisGeNET, DrugBank, and GeneCards databases. Gene Ontology functional analysis and metabolic pathway analysis (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) were performed using the Metascape database and validated via molecular docking using AutoDock Vina and PyMOL software. Molecular docking analysis showed that the key active components of Polygala- Acorus interacted with the following key targets: EGFR, SRC, MAPK1, and ALB. Thus, the key active components of Polygala-Acorus (sibiricaxanthone A, sibiricaxanthone B tenuifolin, polygalic acid, cycloartenol, and 8-isopentenyl-kaempferol) have been found to bind to EGFR, SRC, MAPK1, and ALB. This study has preliminarily revealed the active ingredients and underlying mechanism of Polygala-Acorus in the treatment of ASD, and our predictions need to be proven by further experimentation.

System–informational representation of the problem of complex physiotherapy

Objective. To highlight the systemic information representation of the problem of complex physical therapy (CPT) in the practice of KNIIKiVL with the determination of the treatment and rehabilitation potential of the CPT carried out in it. The Kyrgyz Scientific Research Institute of Balneology and Rehabilitation Treatment (KSRIBRT) is the main institution of balneology, physiotherapy and medical rehabilitation in the Kyrgyz Republic, whose main tasks are to carry out fundamental and applied scientific research in the relevant field, as well as to provide specialized physiotherapy and rehabilitation assistance to the population. It should be noted that one of the main functions of the KSRIBRT is to make proposals on the formation of state policy in the field of balneology, physiotherapy and medical rehabilitation. In this regard, the institution has its own 65‑year history, an established tradition, a verified style of scientific and practical activity, a great potential for comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, and an appropriate staff. In the context of the fact that physiotherapeutic rehabilitation is adopted by the strategy of the XXI century, it is necessary to ensure that the rehabilitation goal and objectives of the KSRIBRT should become planned, specific, measurable, realistically achievable, determined in time. To do this, it was first necessary to have a general understanding of the evidence-based effectiveness of complex physiotherapy (CPT) in patients with polypathies (PP).

Curative effect of hydrogen peroxide combined with silver ion disinfection on pelvic floor dysfunction.

Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) is related to muscle fiber tearing during childbirth, negatively impacting postpartum quality of life of parturient. Appropriate and effective intervention is necessary to promote PFD recovery. To analyze the use of hydrogen peroxide and silver ion disinfection for vaginal electrodes in conjunction with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for postpartum women with PFD. A total of 59 women with PFD who were admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to July 2022 were divided into two groups: Control group (n = 27) received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy and observation group (n = 32) received intervention with pelvic floor biostimulation feedback instrument in addition to comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. The vaginal electrodes were disinfected with hydrogen peroxide and silver ion before treatment. Intervention for both groups was started 6 weeks postpartum, and rehabilitation lasted for 3 months. Pelvic floor muscle voltage, pelvic floor muscle strength, vaginal muscle voltage, vaginal muscle tone, pelvic floor function, quality of life, and incidence of postpartum PFD were compared between the two groups. Before comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, basic data and pelvic floor function were not significantly different between the two groups. After treatment, the observation group showed significant improvements in the maximum voltage and average voltage of pelvic floor muscles, contraction time of type I and type II fibers, pelvic floor muscle strength, vaginal muscle tone, vaginal muscle voltage, and quality of life (GQOLI-74 reports), compared with the control group. The observation group had lower scores on the pelvic floor distress inventory (PFDI-20) and a lower incidence of postpartum PFD, indicating the effectiveness of the pelvic floor biostimulation feedback instrument in promoting the recovery of maternal pelvic floor function. The combination of the pelvic floor biostimulation feedback instrument and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can improve pelvic floor muscle strength, promote the recovery of vaginal muscle tone, and improve pelvic floor function and quality of life. The use of hydrogen peroxide and silver ion disinfectant demonstrated favorable antibacterial efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.

The impact of post-stroke fatigue on inpatient rehabilitation outcomes: An observational study.

Post-stroke fatigue is a typical complication following stroke. However, existing research primarily focused on its underlying mechanisms, and its impact on rehabilitation outcomes has yet to be uncovered. This study aims to explore the impact of post-stroke fatigue on rehabilitation outcomes during hospitalization. This was a prospective multicenter observational study including 46 stroke patients receiving comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. Patients' basic information was recorded upon admission and patients' functional independence was assessed with Functional Independence Measure (FIM) both upon admission and discharge. One week after rehabilitation treatment, fatigue, positivity in daily activity, attention, and memory were assessed. Serum biochemical indicators and levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) were assessed weekly following admission. The pain scores were assessed during the first week of hospitalization to calculate the average. Correlation analysis, linear regression and propensity score matching (PSM) were used to analyze the impact of fatigue on FIM scores at discharge and length of hospital stay. The proportion of patients with low fatigue was 39.13% and significant improvement was revealed in FIM scores upon admissions and discharge [(50.67±18.61) vs. (75.13±21.04), P<0.05]. Positivity in daily activity, attention, and age are factors that influence post-stroke fatigue. After PSM, low-fatigue group (Fatigue score< 3) showed significant higher motor function independence at discharge [(54.39 ± 15.42) vs. (41.89 ± 14.90), P<0.05] and shorter hospital stay [(28.54±9.13)d vs. (37.32 ± 9.81)d, P<0.05] than high-fatigue group. There was a significant difference (P<0.05) in level of CRP between the first inpatient week and the third week, with declining trend. Post-stroke fatigue can affect the rehabilitation outcomes regarding motor function independence and length of hospital stay.

Relationship between sleep disturbance and developmental status in preschool-aged children with developmental disorder

BackgroundSleep has been known to affect childhood development. Sleep disturbance is likely more common in children with developmental delay (DD) than in typical development. There are few studies on the correlation between sleep disturbance and developmental features in children with DD. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the associations between the two in children with DD.MethodsA total of 45 children (age range 27.0 ± 11.1) with DD were recruited and evaluated using the Sleep Disturbance Scale for Children (SDSC) and Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development (BSID-III). The outcomes are expressed as means and standard deviations. The correlation between SDSC and BSID-III was assessed using Spearman’s rank correlation test. Multiple regression analysis was performed to investigate the relationship between BSID-III domains and SDSC questionnaire subscales. Statistical significance was set at p < 0.05.ResultsBased on the correlation analysis and subsequent hierarchical regression analysis, cognition and socio-emotional domains of BSID-III were significantly associated with the DOES subscale of the SDSC questionnaire. In addition, the expressive language domain of the BSID-III was found to be associated with the DA subscale of the SDSC questionnaire. It seems that excessive daytime sleepiness might negatively affect emotional and behavioral problems and cognitive function. Also, arousal disorders seem to be related to memory consolidation process, which is thought to affect language expression.ConclusionThis study demonstrated that DA and DOES subscales of the SDSC questionnaire were correlated with developmental aspects in preschool-aged children with DD. Sleep problems in children with DD can negatively affect their development, thereby interfering with the effectiveness of rehabilitation. Identifying and properly managing the modifiable factors of sleep problems is also crucial as a part of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. Therefore, we should pay more attention to sleep problems, even in preschool-aged children with DD.

INTRODUCTION. Cognitive impairment, which represent a deterioration in cognitive functions (attention, memory, speech, perception, praxis, control functions) compared to the initial individual and/or average age due to brain pathology, have a negative impact on the quality of life of the patient and his environment, greatly hindering the possibility of returning to full functioning. AIM. Patients with cognitive impairment require comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, including cognitive, motor rehabilitation and drug correction. However, at the pre-demential stages, due to the limited effectiveness of pharmacological strategies, the tasks of secondary prevention of the progression of cognitive dysfunction and reducing the severity of clinical manifestations and their impact on the patient’s life come to the fore. CONCLUSION. Cognitive rehabilitation, which appeared in the 60s of the XX century in close connection with neuropsychology, currently represents a therapeutic approach, a set of therapeutic measures aimed at improving cognitive functions and increasing the daily activity of the patient. Among the actively used techniques of cognitive rehabilitation are cognitive training, classical and using computer programs, cognitive stimulation, and physical training. The use of noninvasive brain stimulation techniques, in particular transcranial magnetic stimulation, is also promising. Research on the effectiveness of non-drug methods of correction of cognitive disorders and the introduction of new methods of exposure are an urgent task of rehabilitation treatment. Synchronized application of closed-loop NMES and precision tACS in post-stroke hand rehabilitation: a protocol of neurorehabilitation trial.

Severe upper extremity paresis due to stroke is a significant clinical sequela. Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES)-based rehabilitation has demonstrated promising results along with cortical plasticity. Transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) has gained attention due to its unique ability to entrain endogenous oscillatory brain rhythms with injected AC frequency, offering the potential for modifying brain conditions to enhance rehabilitative interventions. Because repetitive motor execution in rehabilitation training requires a smooth transition of the brain state despite often being impaired secondary to stroke, combining NMES and tACS may offer better treatment efficacy. This study proposes a phase I/II trial of an outpatient comprehensive rehabilitative treatment combining the integrated volitional-control electrical stimulation (IVES), a closed-loop NMES, and the timing-specified focal tACS in individualized beta frequency (dynamic-precision tACS) targeting severe hand paresis in patients with chronic stroke, aiming to demonstrate the feasibility of combination treatment. Double-blind randomized cross-over trial. The repetitive facilitative finger extension training utilizing closed-loop NMES is combined with dynamic-precision tACS on the primary motor cortex to assist post-movement beta-rebound. Together with regular occupational therapy, we propose a comprehensive outpatient neurorehabilitative regimen. Here, a total of 10 sessions will be conducted using a cross-over design using real and sham tACS. The perception and fatigue from stimulation will be investigated as the primary outcomes. The efficacy of improving sensorimotor function and their background physiological mechanisms will be evaluated as the secondary outcomes. This phase I/II trial will be the first to combine tACS and neurorehabilitation using functional electrical stimulation. A weekly outpatient protocol with cheap devices may offer a new treatment paradigm toward functional recovery for chronic stroke patients with severe upper extremity paresis. This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Kyorin University Faculty of Medicine (814-01). The trial was registered in a public database: UMIN000048274.

HEARING INTERVENTION TO REDUCE COGNITIVE DECLINE: DESIGN AND FINDINGS OF THE ACHIEVE RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRIAL

Abstract Epidemiologic data consistently link age-related hearing loss with accelerated cognitive decline and incident dementia in large, population-based studies. Mechanistic pathways that could underlie this association include the effects of distorted peripheral encoding of sound on cognitive load, changes to brain structure/function, and/or reduced social engagement and increased loneliness. Importantly, these pathways may be amenable to comprehensive hearing rehabilitative treatment including hearing assistive technologies (e.g., hearing aids, other integrated hearing assistive devices) and rehabilitative training. To date, however, there has never been a randomized trial that has investigated whether hearing loss treatment could reduce cognitive and other functional decline in older adults without dementia. The Aging and Cognitive Health Evaluation in Elders (ACHIEVE) trial is a multicenter randomized control trial of 977 cognitively intact adults with untreated, mild-to-moderate hearing loss aged 70-84 years at baseline (2018-19) to determine efficacy of best-practices hearing intervention to reduce cognitive decline over 3 years (Clinicaltrials.gov Identifier: NCT03243422). This session, on behalf of the ACHIEVE Collaborative Research Group, will describe the overall design of the ACHIEVE trial including details about recruitment and implementation of both the hearing (amplification, auditory rehabilitation) and successful aging health education control interventions. We will also present the primary findings of the study – the effect of the hearing intervention vs. control on 3-year cognitive decline – as well as the effect of the hearing intervention on several pre-specified outcomes important for the health of older adults, including social engagement, mood disorders and quality of life.

ПАРАМЕТРЫ СТАБИЛОМЕТРИИ У ДЕТЕЙ С СУТУЛОЙ СПИНОЙ НА ФОНЕ ДИСПЛАСТИЧЕСКИХ ПРОЦЕССОВ

The aim of the work was to assess the advantage of therapeutic measures in children with a stooped back against the background of dysplastic processes, based on the stabilometric method of examination. From 2013 to 2023, the examined patients were registered at the dispensary. The groups are presented as follows: 132 patients – the main group, 122 patients – the comparison group. At the beginning of the follow-up, the age was 5.5±0.7 years. Patients of the two groups were offered back massage No. 10 1 time in 4 months for 20 minutes, physiotherapy, electrical stimulation of the muscles of the paravertebral No. 10 1 time in 6 months, a therapeutic and physical training complex to strengthen the muscles of the anterior abdominal wall and back. Patients of the main group were additionally recommended exercises on the "Swedish wall", swimming in the water, group classes at the educational school of health "Posture Correction", dosed individual corseting, additional courses of physiotherapy treatment. Based on the results of computer stabilometry in children with incorrect posture against the background of dysplastic manifestations, we note that during the dynamic observation in patients of the main group, the parameters were statistically better than in the comparison group. Physiological posture, a developed muscular corset were formed, and the number of complications significantly decreased. This was not noted in the comparison group (p&lt;0.001). According to computer stabilometry, it was found that the equilibrium function for all statbilometric indicators improved significantly after comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. In patients in the comparison group who were prescribed standard treatment, changes in stabilometric parameters were statistically lower, unreliable, and had negative dynamics. The main criteria for stabilometric evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment are a decrease in the displacement of the center of pressure of the feet, an improvement in the quality of the balance function. During the stabilographic examination after 12 months from the start of classes, positive dynamics (normalization of the projection of the center of gravity relative to the area of support) in children who were engaged in complex functional programs was noted in 49.3% of patients. In children who were engaged in standard schemes, positive dynamics was noted in 15.6% of patients (p&lt;0.001). In the process of dispensary observation, the parameters of the stabilometric method in children were evaluated. The expediency of prescribing therapeutic measures in the main group of patients has been proved.

Evaluation Value of Brainstem Auditory Evoked Potentials in Rehabilitation of Children with Developmental Coordination Disorders

<i>Objective: </i>To investigate the effects of brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in treatment of developmental coordination disorder (DCD) in children. <i>Methods:</i> A total of 87 high-risk children who was examined by brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study. According to Peabody motor development scale, these patients were divided into developmental coordination disorder (DCD) group (n=54) and non-developmental coordination disorder (non-DCD) group (n=33). After 3-month comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the latency and changes of BAEP were observed and compared between the two groups. <i>Results: </i>As compared with brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) in non-developmental coordination disorder (non-DCD) group, the III, V and I ~ III wave latencies in developmental coordination disorder (DCD) group were significantly prolonged (P<0.05). After comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the latency of each wave of BAEP in developmental coordination disorder (DCD) group was significantly shortened (P<0.01), as compared with that before treatment and that in non-developmental coordination disorder (non-DCD) group (P>0.05).<i> Conclusion:</i> Brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEP) can comprehensively, objectively and sensitively reflect the conduction function of central nervous system in children with developmental coordination disorder (DCD), which has important clinical application value in the evaluation of early rehabilitation effects.

Precise Rehabilitation Strategies for Functional Impairment in Children with Cerebral Palsy

This paper explores the effect of precise rehabilitation strategies under the international classification of functioning, disability and health for children and youth (ICF-CY) on the motor function of children with cerebral palsy. Under the framework of ICF-CY, the observation team is designed and evaluated from physical functions, activities and participation, environmental factors, and develops individualized rehabilitation strategies that are tailored to individual characteristics. The control group was assessed by traditional methods and treatment plans and measures were formulated and guided. The course of treatment was 12 months. The scores of GMFM-88, Peabody Motor Development Scale-2concluding fine motor quotient (PDMS-FM), WeeFIM and the ability of daily living (ADL) scale (Barthel index, BI) score were compared before and after treatment. The research shows that precise rehabilitation strategy mode for children with cerebral palsy under the ICF-CY framework can effectively improve the motor function and the ability of daily living (ADL) in children with cerebral palsy. Rehabilitation evaluation and treatment mode of children with cerebral palsy under ICF-CY framework can effectively improve the gross motor function of children with cerebral palsy. Individualized evaluation and analysis and guidance of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment have certain advantages. The overall treatment effect is better than that of traditional rehabilitation evaluation.

The possibility of osteoporosis and avascular necrosis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Analysis of literature

The SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) coronavirus pandemic has prompted scientific research. Hypotheses regarding its pathogeneticmechanisms and treatment are formulated, unwanted consequences of the infection are determined. Objective. To provideuseful information for clinicians about possible complications from the musculoskeletal system after COVID-19 for thetimely application of effective methods of their prevention. Materials: Electronic databases PMC, PubMed and Scopus wereused to search for the sources of information published from December 2019 to December 2021. The full text of the articleswas reviewed to confirm their relevance to the stated purpose of the review. Results. Patients after a severe course of SARSCoV-2 have a high risk of complications such as osteoporosis and avascular osteonecrosis due to a number of reasons. It isnoted that hypocalcemia is considered as an indicator of the severity and progression of the course of COVID-19. Vitamin Ddeficiency increases the risk of contracting COVID-19 and is associated with increased severity and mortality from the infection.Decreased proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts can provoke elevated levels of cytokines under cytokine stormconditions. Hypoxia caused by SARS-CoV-2 is an important factor in increasing the differentiation and activity of osteoclastsand, accordingly, increasing osteoresorption. The relationship between the development of avascular osteonecrosis and longterm use of high doses of corticosteroids in patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome has been established. Conclusions. Research of musculoskeletal complications after COVID-19 is ongoing for correct forecasting and effective prevention. The use of corticosteroids in the treatment of patients with COVID-19 should be considered. It is necessary to pay attention to the diagnosis of osteoporosis, since there are many risk factors for increased bone fragility in hospitalized patients. Patients suffering from the effects of COVID-19 will need a comprehensive recovery and rehabilitation treatment plan

Change in Bone Mineral Density in Stroke Patients with Osteoporosis or Osteopenia.

We aimed to investigate the correlation between changes in bone mineral density (BMD) of the lumbar spine (LS) and femoral neck (FN) and osteoporosis-related factors in stroke patients with osteoporosis or osteopenia, and we suggest the need for active rehabilitation treatment. This study included 63 osteoporosis and 34 osteopenia patients who underwent a BMD test following primary stroke onset. The osteoporosis group was followed up with a BMD test after 12 months of bisphosphonate treatment, and the osteopenia group was followed up without medication. The correlation between BMD changes and functional factors was analyzed, biochemical markers were measured, and hematology tests were performed. In the osteoporosis group, a significant increase was observed in LS BMD (p < 0.05), and in the osteopenia group, there was a significant decrease in FN BMD (p < 0.05). The group with a functional ambulatory category of 1 or more showed a significant improvement in BMD (p < 0.05). Comparative analysis was performed on various indicators, but no significant correlation was found between any variable. In stroke patients with osteoporosis or osteopenia, early appropriate drug treatment is important to prevent bone loss and reduce the risk of fractures, and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, such as appropriate education and training to prevent falls, is essential.

Comprehensive rehabilitation of cancer patients: A review

Due to the improvement of the results of combined treatment of malignant tumors the survival rate of cancer patients is increasing. The issue of improving the quality of life, both during treatment and after its completion, is becoming more and more urgent. Conducting an individually selected comprehensive rehabilitation treatment conducted by a multidisciplinary team aimed at correcting not only medical problems but also the social capabilities of the patient taking into account the personal experience of the patient, his psychological traits, habits, etc., helps reduce the number of complications significantly, improve the quality of life of patients. The article discusses the stages, methods of rehabilitation, nutritional support for cancer patients.

Відомо, що прогресування нейродегенеративних захворювань значно обмежує повсякденну побутову й професійну активність хворих, суттєво впливаючи на функції, пов’язані з пересуванням, самообслуговуванням і когнітивним контролем. Незважаючи на значний прорив науки в галузі нейровізуалізації і патогенетичної терапії, діагностика й лікування цієї категорії пацієнтів залишається складним, а іноді й важко вирішуваним завданням. Один з базових принципів ідентифікації порушень функції нервової системи реалізується шляхом використання спеціалізованих індексів, тестів і шкал. Ці діагностичні маркери знаходять своє широке застосування в неврологів, лікарів фізичної і реабілітаційної медицини, ортопедів, ерготерапевтів, фізичних терапевтів, допомагаючи експертам визначити не лише факт наявності патології, але й еволюцію розвитку тих чи інших ознак захворювання з можливістю подальшого своєчасного динамічного контролю, що має особливе значення в реабілітології. Серед пацієнтів з руховими порушеннями окрему групу, що потребує реабілітаційної допомоги, становлять хворі з екстрапірамідними розладами. На жаль, питання лапідарної діагностики екстрапірамідних розладів залишаються актуальними і сьогодні. У доступній спеціалізованій науково-практичній літературі нам не вдалося виявити зручну шкалу для вимірювання вираженості екстрапірамідного тонусу з метою оцінки дієвості медикаментозного й комплексного немедикаментозного відновного лікування. Guillain-Barre Syndrome After Two COVID-19 Vaccinations: Two Case Reports With Follow-up Electrodiagnostic Study

Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is an immune-mediated acute polyradiculoneuropathy and commonly occurs after a preceding infection or immunization sequalae. Following the severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2 virus pandemic with co-introduction of massive vaccinations, several GBS cases associated with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection per se or after vaccination for COVID-19 were reported internationally. Herein, we report two cases of Korean GBS presenting with tetraplegia after two different COVID-19 vaccinations (42-year old man by AstraZeneca and 48-year woman by Pfizer vaccines) within four weeks after vaccination. The patients were diagnosed with clinical examination, serial electromyography, and compatible laboratory results and improved after comprehensive rehabilitative treatment and intravenous immunoglobulin therapy. Furthermore, we performed an electrodiagnostic follow-up study of each case to examine their unique characteristics.

Analysis and research on regeneration therapy of athlete tendon injury based on nanometre sensor technology

Scholars have been working on how to prevent adhesion formation after tendon injury without affecting tendon inclusion. In order to ascertain the causes of athletes' injuries and to develop targeted measures to prevent and treat injuries, this study used literature review methods, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, inductive statistics, and speed muscle strength test methods to analyse athletes' sports injuries. Investigation and analysis, to explore the characteristics of athletes' sports injuries and their occurrence factors. The comprehensive exercise rehabilitation treatment and nursing effect of sports athletes after tendon injury repair can effectively promote the rehabilitation of limb motor function, reduce the occurrence of postoperative tendon rupture and adhesion, and promote the improvement of patients' quality of life. It is worthy of popularisation and application.
