ANALISIS LAPORAN KEUANGAN SEBAGAI ALAT MENILAI KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN PADA PT MILDA BONTANG

PT. MILDA Bontang is a company engaged in the construction sector having its address at Jl. RT port. 10 No. 42 Ex. Tj Laut Indah which has 50 permanent employees in Bontang with President Director Mr. Amalianto. This research method uses horizontal analysis method. This type of research uses a descriptive approach that uses secondary data calculations obtained by the author from the company's annual financial statements for a period of two years, from 2018 to 2019, books and other sources. The purpose of this study was to determine the company's financial performance based on the level of liquidity, solvency, and profitability of PT MILDA in 2018-2019 and financial condition based on the financial statements of PT MILDA's performance in 2018-2019. The data collection method used is the library method, the observation method and the documentation method. The liquidity ratio means the company's financial position PT. MILDA Bontang from 2018 to 2019 is in a very good position (liquid) and Solvency in 2019 has increased compared to 2018 due to the percentage decrease in debt although capital has not changed and in the last two years PT. MILDA is still making a profit, this can be seen from the company's ability to generate profitability as indicated by positive ROA and ROE.

Pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, dan Profitabilitas terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Makanan Minuman yang Terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2015


 Dividend distribution is a complex problem in the company due to the difference of interests between shareholders and company management which is often referred to as agency problems. The type of research used is causative research. with the research method in the form of secondary data collection, namely in the form of the company's annual financial statements obtained from the report of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio (CR) has a positive effect on dividend payout ratio (DPR), partially Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio (DPR), Growth partially has a negative effect on dividend payout ratio (DPR), Return On Assets (ROA) partially has a positive and significant effect on dividend payout ratio (DPR). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Growth, and Return On Assets (ROA) have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) is 0.324. This means that 32.4 percent of the DPR variables can be explained by the independent variables in this study, while the remaining 67.6 percent is explained by other variables outside the model.

THE EFFECT OF CASH FLOW AND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE ON FINANCIAL DISTRESS

This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of cash flow and currency exchange rates on financial distress. This research was conducted at trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2014-2018 period. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data, namely data obtained from the company's annual financial statements that have been published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study are trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2014-2018 period. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 51 companies. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test using normality test, autocorrelation test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and determination coefficient R² test. Processed with the help of the SPSS version 24 statistical program. The test results using a partial test show that cash flow proxied using operation cash flow is significant against financial distress and currency exchange rates are proxied using between significant profit comparisons to financial distress. Simultaneous test results show cash flow and currency exchange rates have a joint effect on financial distress. Pengaruh Return On Equity (Roe), Debt On Equity Ratio (Der) Dan Net Profit Margin (Npm) Terhadap Return Saham (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2020)

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Return On Equity (ROE), Debt On Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Return (Empirical Study on Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020) . This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020. The data used are in the form of annual financial statements of companies that are sampled in the study with a period of 5 years. The sample of this research was determined by purposive sampling method in order to obtain 80 companies. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the website of each company and www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 23. The partial results show that return on equity has a significant effect on stock returns, debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on stock returns, and net profit margin has a significant effect on stock returns

Pengaruh Kepemilikan Saham Asing, Kualitas Informasi Internal, Publisitas CEO, ROA, Leverage dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Penghindaran Pajak

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of foreign share ownership, quality of internal information, publicity of chief executive officer, return on assets, leverage and company size on tax avoidance in mining companies listed on the IDX from 2010 to 2018. Analytical tools used in This study is a multiple linear regression with tax avoidance as measured by dividing the amount of tax paid with profit before tax which is the dependent variable and six independent variables, namely foreign share ownership as measured by dividing total foreign shares by total shares outstanding, quality of information. internal which is measured by the number of days from December 31 to the date of publication of the company's annual financial statements, CEO publicity is measured through google trends, ROA is measured as a percentage of the ratio between net income after tax and total assets, leverage is measured by n divide total debt by total assets, and firm size is measured by the log of total assets. The data used is secondary data obtained from mining financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), with documentation techniques. The results of data processing obtained model Y = 0.329 - 0.082 KSA - 0.002 KII + 0.001 PCEO + 0.118 ROA + 0.107 LEV + 0.011 UKP + e. Partially, the results of the t test show that the variables of foreign share ownership, internal information quality, CEO publicity, leverage, and company size have an effect on tax avoidance, but return on assets has no effect on tax avoidance. The analysis results show that the tax avoidance variable is influenced by the independent variable by 14%.

Pengaruh return on asset, debt to equity ratio, dan earning per share terhadap harga saham pada sektor consumer goods industry di bursa efek indonesia periode 2015 sampai 2019

This observation is a quantitative observation, which aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Debt to Equity, and Earning per Share on stock prices in the consumer industry sector. Financial statement information is taken from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the IDX. The sampling method was taken from the purpose of sampling. The test method uses multiple linear regression tests and classical assumption tests, namely normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, F test, and coefficient test (R2). The results of this study are: (1) Return on Assets and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on stock prices. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio has no significant effect on stock prices (3) Return on Asset, Debt on Equity Ratio, Earnings per Share have a simultaneous effect on stock prices.

Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Struktur Modal Perusahaan Industri Mesin dan Tenaga Kerja di Sumatera Utara yang Terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia

This research was conducted to determine the factors that affect the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.The type of data in this study is secondary data. The data sources used are the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory.Sampling techniques used in this research are purposive sampling methods in basic industrial and chemical manufacturing companies, chemical sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange research period 2009 – 2018.The data analysis technique used is factor analysis with SPSS program version 25.The result of analysis of capital structure factor is Ln total assets, Earning Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT), Net sales, Return On Equity (ROE) and Return On Asset (ROA) meet the requirements and able to explain each of the factors of the capital structure in the company.

Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Opini Auditor, Dan Umur Perusahaan Terhadap Audit Delay Pada Perusahaan Sektor Perdagangan Eceran

Audit Delay is the duration needed for completion of the financial statement audit performed by the auditor measured from the date of the company's annual financial statements, to the date of the issuance of the independent audit report. The longer an Audit Delay will have a negative impact and will delay the publication of financial statement information which can affect economic decision making. The purpose of this study is to examine and determine the effect of Profitability, Company Size, Auditor Opinion, and Company Age on Audit Delay in retail trade sector companies in 2017-2019. This study uses data from retail trade sector companies in 2017-2019. After selecting the sample, there were 21 companies selected in this study. The statistical test used in this research is a descriptive statistical test. While the hypothesis test used multiple linear regression tests. The results of this test indicate that (1) Profitability and Auditor Opinion have negative effect on Audit Delay. (2) based on the conducted research, it can be seen that company size and company age have no effect on audit delay.

Analisis penentu biaya kesulitan keuangan

Empirical studies aims to prove that the selected independent and control variables are indicators of determining the cost of financial distress. The object of research is all public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which are classified into 8 (eight) sectors, except for the financial sector. Data analysis uses Panel Regression analysis on secondary data samples obtained from the company's annual financial statements for the period of 2016-2020. The findings found that there is a significant negative effect between change in investment, return on assets and firm size on the cost of financial distress. The variables of probability of financial distress, holding of liquid assets, liquidity ratio, change in employment, leverage, return on equity, tobin's q, average profitability of its sector do not have a significant relationship to the cost of financial distress. Recommendations for future researchers are suggested for future research coverage not to occur during a pandemic. It is advisable for the next research to separate research that occurred during the pandemic period or the time range during normal conditions so that the sample comparison is fairer.

ANTESEDEN PENERAPAN MANAJEMEN RISIKO DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of firm ownership, firm size, diversification, and good corporate governance on risk management implementation, and effect of risk management on firm value in the basic industry and chemicals sector listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2019.The research employs an explanatory method with a unit of analysis that focuses on the annual financial statements of companies in the basic industry and chemicals sector, with a population totaling 72 companies, and a sample of 40 companies using the purposive sampling technique. In addition, tests were conducted while the validity and reliability tests using smartpls software.According to the findings of this research, firm size, diversification, and good corporate governance have a significant effect on risk management implementation, while firm ownership does not have a significant effect on risk management implementation. Furthermore, risk management does not have a significant effect on the firm value.

The Impact of Ownership Structure and Tax Avoidance

Abstract. Introduction. The ownership structure issues on tax avoidance must be thoroughly investigated. Tax avoidance is a management strategy used by companies to maximize profitability by lowering their tax burden. Secondary data from the company's annual financial statements were used in this analysis. The sample was 407 observations made at manufacturing companies between 2016 and 2019. The Ordinary Least Squares method was used to test this research hypothesis. Purpose. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ownership structure on tax avoidance using agency theory in terms of government, foreign, family, and public ownership. Results. The finding showed that whereas government, family, and public ownership all had a significant effect on tax avoidance, foreign ownership had no significant effect. Conclusions. The policies that the government may implement to reduce tax avoidance by raising state revenues are the most significant, one of which is on the tax side. State revenues continue to increase in line with the percentage of taxpayer contributions, but tax revenue realization has fallen short of the government’s target, and the existence of strict supervision by the Directorate General of Taxes, which is conducted regularly, enables it to prevent deviant company activities while also benefiting the State by increasing tax revenue. This research still has limitations, namely the companies used only focus on manufacturing companies with observations during 2016-2019, which are still relatively small. Regarding these limitations, it is recommended for further research to add measurements on calculate tax avoidance, using different proxies such as the Book Tax Differences (BTD), Long Run Effective Tax Rate and Effective Tax Rate (ETR) as well as adding conditions during and before the Covid pandemic-19 which may affect the practice of increasing tax avoidance. In addition, it can add independent variables that affect tax avoidance, such as executive ownership. Finally, researchers can compare the practice of tax avoidance in Indonesia with other developed countries.

The Effect of Profitability and Leverage on Firm Value (Basic industry and chemical sub-sector cement listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019)

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on the value of companies in the basic industry sector and cement sub-sector chemicals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample in this study is the basic industrial sector companies and the cement sub-sector chemical listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling with a sample of 6 companies in the basic industrial sector and cement sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the last 4 years. This study uses descriptive statistical methods, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, simple linear regression, and significance test (t test). This study uses data from the annual financial statements of companies in the basic and chemical sub-sector of cement and components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Secondary data is processed using SPSS. The results showed that profitability and leverage had no effect on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, audit tenure, audit quality and audit reportlag on going concern audit opinion. This research is a quantitative research. The data source usedis secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. In this study, goingconcern and audit quality are calculated using a dummy. The population used in this study ismining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. Sampling wascarried out by purposive sampling technique method and obtained 29 as 145 observed data. PENGARUH PERGANTIAN AUDITOR, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, LABA RUGI DAN SOLVABILITAS TERHADAP AUDIT REPORT LAG (SEKTOR INDUSTRI DASAR KIMIA, BARANG KONSUMSI DAN ANEKA INDUSTRI)

The Basic Industry and Chemicals, Consumer Goods, and Various Industries sectors are companies that are developing very rapidly and well. Audit report lag is the time span for completing an annual financial statement audit, measured by the number of days required to obtain an independent auditor's report on the audit. the company's annual financial statements. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, the type of this research is descriptive research and the nature of this research is cause and effect research. The data collection method used is to use documentation techniques. The data analysis method used is logistic regression. The population is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Basic and Chemical Industry Sector, Consumer Products and Various Industries. Determination of the sample in this study by looking at whether companies in the population report financial statements that have been audited on time or not. The results on the hypothesis show that auditor turnover, firm size, profit and loss and solvency simultaneously have no effect on audit report lag. The conclusion of this study is that simultaneously and partially auditor turnover, firm size, profit and loss and solvency have no significant effect on audit report lag.

Fundamental Analysis of Share Prices in Coal Mining Subsector Companies

This research was conducted with the aim of proving the influence of fundamental factors on the share price of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the accounting period of 2015-2019. The fundamental factors used in this study are the ratios used are Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV). This type of research is quantitative descriptive which is associatively causal. Antitaif data is obtained from the company's annual report or financial statements that have been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling method is done by purposive sampling method. From the population of 27 coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 7 companies were taken as samples with 35 sample data. Hypothesis testing is done by panel data regression analysis method by first doing chow test, hausman test and lagrange multiplier test to choose a more appropriate model to use, and Random Effect Model (REM) is the more appropriate model to use in this study. The results of this study show that simultaneously Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price to Equity Ratio (PER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) have a positive and significant effect on the share price of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially EPS has a positive and significant effect on the share price of coal mining sub-sector companies. Partially ROA, PER, and PBV have no significant effect but give a positive direction to the share price of coal mining sub-sector companies. And partially DER has no significant effect and gives a negative direction to the share price of coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Effect Of Employee Productivity Firm Size And Board Size On Intellectual Capital Performance With Profitability As Moderating Variable

Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the economy measured by gross domestic product at current prices reached Rp. 15,833.9 trillion and GDP per capita of $4174.9. Economic growth in the fourth quarter of 2019 reached 5.02%, down from 5.17% in 2018. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee productivity, company size, board size on intellectual capital performance in companies incorporated in the LQ index. -45. The number of samples obtained in this company is as many as 97 with purposive samples as a method of determining the sample. In addition, the main purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether profitability can moderate the effect of employee productivity on company size, board size on intellectual capital performance in companies that are included in the LQ-45 index. The research method in this study is a quantitative method by analyzing the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study prove that the profitability variable is able to moderate the relationship between employee productivity, company size, and intellectual capital performance. Profitability, meanwhile, is unable to moderate the relationship between board size and intellectual capital performance.

Analysis Of The Effect Of Financial Performance On Company Value With Corporate Social Responsibility And Good Corporate Governance Moderation

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on firm value by disclosing corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance as a moderating variable. This research was carried out on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and accessed financial statements at the address www.idx.com. The independent variable in this study is financial performance. Variable moderation is corporate social responsibility and good corporate governance. The dependent variable is the value of the company. This research is a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. The sample in this study is a Mining Company in Indonesia which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data retrieval technique used is the Proposal sampling technique with 17 sample companies within a period of 2 years, namely 2019 to 2020. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 24 program. The results of the study show (1) financial performance has an influence on company value positively, (2) corporate social responsibility has not been able to moderate financial performance against firm value, (3) good corporate governance has not been able to moderate financial performance against firm value.

Analisis Perbandingan Metode Zmijewski dan Grover dalam Memprediksi Kebangkrutan Bank yang Terdaftar pada BEI Tahun 2015-2019

Bankruptcy is the lowest position in a company because of financial problems. This problem is due to the failure of the company's management efforts to follow up on financial problems. Using Zmijewski and Grover methods, this study chose this method because both methods have three series calculation instruments and the same ROA. Therefore, an early warning signal is needed to anticipate the bankruptcy that occurs. The population in this study includes as many as 42 companies from the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. By using the purposive sampling technique, a total sample of 12 banking. The data used is secondary data from the company's annual financial statements. This research was processed with SPSS to obtain the results of significant differences between the Zmijewski model and the Grover model in predicting bankruptcy in banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019.

The Effect of IFRS Application, Stock Price Volatility, and Fundamental Variables on Jakarta Islamic Index

The movement of the Islamic capital market in recent years is still far from its true potential. Therefore, various researches on Islamic economics are needed to further encourage existing developments. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of IFRS implementation, Stock Price Volatility, Book to Market, Dividend Yield, and Ownership Structure on Stock Returns. The population of this study is companies registered in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2015 - 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 14 companies. The data used are the company's annual financial statements that have been audited and published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and related company websites, as well as stock trading data obtained through the Yahoo Finance website. The data is processed and analyzed by using multiple linear regression statistical test models and SPSS Version 23 as a tool. The results of this study indicate that partially the Volatility of Stock Prices, Book to Market and Dividend Yield has a significant effect on Stock Returns, while the application of IFRS and Ownership Structure does not affect earnings management practices. Meanwhile, jointly applying IFRS, Stock Price Volatility, Book to Market, Dividend Yield, and Ownership Structure has a significant effect on Stock Returns. This journal discusses the relationship of financial factors to Islamic stocks, where these factors include IFRS, Volatility, and other fundamental variables.

The Effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Return on Equity

ROE level is the main thing for investors and potential investors. Issues of liquidity, performance efficiency, and strengthening of capital are still the main discussions. These can also affect the value of ROE. So that the research aims to determine with certainty the effect of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on the Return on Equity (ROE) in the Islamic banking sub-sector listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. The independent variables are LDR and DER while ROE is the dependent variable. The method used is quantitative. Meanwhile, the data used in this study is secondary data from the Company's Annual Financial Statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange at idx.co.id. Data testing was carried out by descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results showed that partially LDR had a positive and significant effect on ROE and DER had no effect on ROE, while simultaneously LDR and DER had a significant effect on ROE.
