Research on the Mode of University-Enterprise Cooperation to Promote Engineering Students' Employment

The employment of university students has become a hot issue of concern to the whole society. Promoting the employment of university students is a top priority for higher education institutions. University-enterprise cooperation is an important trend in the development of modern higher education. It is also an important channel for promoting the employment of university students, especially for engineering students. Through an in-depth analysis of the status quo of employment of university graduates, this paper proposes four modes of university-enterprise cooperation to promote university graduates’ employment: The post-employment cooperation model, the professional internship cooperation model, the second classroom expansion cooperation model and the enterprise-oriented recruitment model, and further proposed the countermeasures to strengthen the cooperation between university and enterprise in order to promote the employment of university students.

Training of Game Specialty under the College-Enterprise Cooperation Mode

Local colleges should serve the local economy and industry in the process of talent training. This paper carried on a thorough research on the talent training mode of game specialty in the colleges, and proposed a series of reforms on the talent training of game specialty based on the college-enterprise cooperation mode. Through the college-enterprise cooperation, on the one hand, enterprises can choose adaptable graduates from colleges, so as to solve the talent shortage problem. On the other hand, colleges can understand enterprises’ talent requirements, so as to reform their talent training programs, curriculum system and practical teaching mode, etc. Moreover, through various forms of cooperation, colleges and enterprises jointly promote the entire game industry to convert from low-end manufacturing into high-end research and development industrial, finally promote the game industry to achieve comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.

Exploring a New Chinese Model of Tourism and Hospitality Education: Lessons Learned from American Counterparts

College-enterprise cooperation has become one of the important modes of tourism management education in colleges and universities of China. This article probed on experiences of college-enterprise cooperation in tourism colleges of America, and then presented the situation of college-enterprise cooperation in tourism college of China, and further analyzed its main reasons. Referring to the experiences of America, this article discussed personnel training modes which conform to both the international popular training practices and Chinese characteristics in order to train tourism talents.

Practice has proved that the cooperation between school and enterprise is a window for students to contact the society. Career Technical College can only meet the needs of social and economic development through extensive cooperation between schools and enterprises. This activity is conducive to the creation of a distinctive new profession and the employment of graduates. At present, there are still many problems in the process of cooperation between universities and enterprises in Career Technical College. This requires the joint efforts of both schools and enterprises to explore the school enterprise win-win measures.

Exploration on University-Enterprise Cooperation Mode for Outstanding Engineer Training of Textile Major

University-enterprise cooperation for talents training is the key for the implementation of “the outstanding engineer training plan”. For industrial structure upgrading and modern service industry developing, China will need a large number of high-quality talents to contribute to new industrialization. After investigation, this study researches 2 questions based on China’s huge demand of well-trained, high-skilled, and application-oriented talents under current economic development: 1) “What Knowledge is of most Worth?” Practical Scientific Knowledge. 2) The guidance on the education practice. The essay demonstrates the challenges and provides constructive suggestions including reform education curriculum, strengthen faculty and enhance university-enterprise cooperation which is multi-win for undergraduates, universities and enterprises. Based on the university-enterprise cooperation practice with company M, the experiences are summarized and the research results can be popularized. Cultural integration of colleges and enterprises is the inner need of existence and development of China’s higher vocational colleges. During the college-enterprise cooperation, although there are conflicts between campus culture and enterprise culture, the two cultures’ integration will help promote the development of the colleges, at the same time further promote college-enterprise cooperation. This paper discusses college-enterprise cooperation from cultural perspective, the bottlenecks of integration of enterprise culture and campus culture, ways of cultural integration and cultural integration effect.

Research on the Influencing Factors of Enterprise Collaborative Innovation

This article analyzes the current status of research on the first domestic. Through the research show like research and analysis of the characteristics of collaborative innovation, the research uses the factor analysis method to verify the 4 factors. Results show that the factor analysis of the 4 factors can be found divided into 2 categories. A new era of undergraduate and graduate education mode that theory and practice, schools and enterprises were in close cooperation was created by building university-enterprise cooperation and synergy innovation personnel training mode, reforming education mode, strengthening the integration of teaching content, promoting the revolution of undergraduate and graduate education, reforming the teaching evaluation system, which aims at exploring a theoretical basis and practical operation ability of high skills and high quality talent training, in view of cultivating students’ employment competitiveness and development potential.
