Research on the application of PDCA cycle method in the whole process management of university infrastructure projects

Taking the management of major ongoing projects in the infrastructure department of a university in Beijing as an example, this study aims to explore the application of the PDCA cycle method in the entire process management. Analyze the risk factors such as cost, schedule, and quality that affect the refined management of engineering, and propose key methods such as contract constraints, performance evaluation, and the use of BIM technology to build a project collaborative management platform, to construct a PDCA cycle closed-loop application model for major infrastructure projects in universities. The application of PDCA method has greatly improved the efficiency of refined management throughout the entire process of infrastructure projects, ensuring the smooth completion of infrastructure projects and supporting the high-quality development of schools.

A BPSO based collaborative management platform for multi-source data security in power grids

By designing a digital power grid multi-source data security collaborative management platform, the system configuration problem of the OMS system and the power grid management platform for the main distribution network of the power grid is solved. A design method for the digital power grid multi-source data security collaborative management platform based on discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. Based on the design concept of SOA, realize the overall design framework of the platform according to the design method of multi-layer technical system in the business presentation layer, business process and composition layer, service layer, component layer and resource layer, realize the basic layer design of the system management platform through the basic application platform design scheme of XML configuration, implement the query, processing and output representation of the grid’s multivariate data using B/S architecture protocol, and use the Spring Framework The platform software architecture is implemented using J2EE technology and multi module component design scheme. The discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is used for the fusion and scheduling of multi-source data in the digital power grid. The interface design and functional construction of the power grid management platform are implemented in the OMS system of the power grid main distribution network, and the logical model of the transformation project is constructed to achieve platform optimization and construction. Tests have shown that the designed digital power grid multi-source data security collaborative management platform has good human-machine interaction, strong data fusion scheduling ability, reduced resource and subsystem coupling, and supports the flexibility of physical deployment and maintenance.

A Deep Learning Based Platform for Remote Sensing Images Change Detection Integrating Crowdsourcing and Active Learning.

Remote sensing images change detection technology has become a popular tool for monitoring the change type, area, and distribution of land cover, including cultivated land, forest land, photovoltaic, roads, and buildings. However, traditional methods which rely on pre-annotation and on-site verification are time-consuming and challenging to meet timeliness requirements. With the emergence of artificial intelligence, this paper proposes an automatic change detection model and a crowdsourcing collaborative framework. The framework uses human-in-the-loop technology and an active learning approach to transform the manual interpretation method into a human-machine collaborative intelligent interpretation method. This low-cost and high-efficiency framework aims to solve the problem of weak model generalization caused by the lack of annotated data in change detection. The proposed framework can effectively incorporate expert domain knowledge and reduce the cost of data annotation while improving model performance. To ensure data quality, a crowdsourcing quality control model is constructed to evaluate the annotation qualification of the annotators and check their annotation results. Furthermore, a prototype of automatic detection and crowdsourcing collaborative annotation management platform is developed, which integrates annotation, crowdsourcing quality control, and change detection applications. The proposed framework and platform can help natural resource departments monitor land cover changes efficiently and effectively.

Design and Application of Collaborative Experiment Management Platform for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on an Intelligent Sensor Network

Innovation and entrepreneurship is the soul of entrepreneurship, and realizing the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and collaborative experiment platform in colleges and universities is an important way to promote the development of entrepreneurship and facilitate higher quality employment. In this paper, the authors propose the 3D-IVF intelligent sensor overlay algorithm wisdom laboratory system structure and application mode through in-depth investigation of collaborative laboratory, build the macroenvironment and construction demand of collaborative experiment management platform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, comprehensively analyze the current situation, problems, and effectiveness of its integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education. In addition, we explore the operation mechanism of its organizational system, curriculum system, management system, and platform construction in the practice of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education. The average coverage rate of the 3D-IVF-based 3D coverage algorithm is 92.15%, and the deployment time is 2.5857 s; the average coverage rate is improved by 0.76%, and the deployment time is reduced by 0.1712 s. Design FIR filter using MATLAB and Hilbert transform filter, generate HDL code, and implement it on FPGA. Use the designed low-pass and band-pass filters to filter the 100 KHz square wave signal sampled by the ADC. When the number of iterations of the algorithm reaches 30, the coverage rates of the four-node deployment strategies will stabilize, i.e., the forces between the nodes of the 3D-VF-based 3D coverage algorithm of this paper. The equilibrium state is reached. We use resources and real-time experimental data sharing to realize collaborative design among team members, further optimize the curriculum structure of innovation and entrepreneurship education, adopt diversified forms of curriculum implementation, and implement a diversified curriculum evaluation system, etc.

Retracted] Garment Digital Design Method Oriented to the Production Process of Graphene‐Modified Nylon Knitted Fabric

Graphene is a single‐atom‐thick layer of carbon atoms, the thinnest material ever discovered. The special single atomic layer structure of graphene makes it have many unique physical and chemical properties, and these excellent properties make graphene have a bright application prospect in the field of composite materials. The use of modern digital production technology to coordinate the management of various production departments of an enterprise can greatly reduce the input of human resources and improve the utilization of materials and equipment resources. In the process of caprolactam monomer polymerization, adding filler is a common method to strengthen and toughen nylon. The main fillers are powder fillers and fibrous materials. In order to make the fillers denatured, the fillers are usually pretreated with a silane coupling agent before modification. This research mainly discusses the digital clothing design method oriented to the production process of graphene‐modified nylon knitted fabric. The color of graphene‐modified cotton fiber is gray and black. With the increase of graphene content, the color becomes darker. Graphene has become a hotspot in materials science due to its unique two‐dimensional crystal structure and excellent mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties. In this paper, the preparation and organic modification of graphene oxide and its application in cast nylon are mainly studied. Therefore, when designing graphene‐modified cotton fiber jacquard graphene knitted fabric, the color matching has certain restrictions. The shrinking is to reduce the friction between the fibers through the appropriate concentration of the shrinking agent and improve the stretching and shrinking ability of the wool fiber. The fabric feels plump after shrinking, forming fluff, and improving the warmth retention performance. Due to the different design of the veil material, ground yarn material, and organizational structure of the fabric sample, the basic parameters of the fabric are directly different. Therefore, first perform the width, density, areal density, thickness, and raw material content ratio of the blank sample of the fabric. And wait for testing. In order to realize the digitization of styles, this research has developed a drawing system, which provides a large number of drawing tools to enable designers to draw clothing styles more accurately. Nylon/modified graphene oxide nanocomposites with different filler contents were prepared by in situ polymerization with modified graphite oxide as modified filler. The effects of modified graphene oxide on the mechanical properties, wear resistance, and thermal properties of the composites were investigated. This research will promote the development of a customized platform for apparel collaborative management.

Research on Higher Education Collaborative Management Platform Based on Relationship Graph

According to the current problems of higher education management informatization, this paper puts forward a development scheme of collaborative platform on education management. The main technology includes three parts. First, integrate the distributed database and use two-tier linked list to realize dynamic data access. Second, the relation graph is used to display the data of each student, so as to realize the visual sharing of data. Third, realize the collaborative information security mechanism from three aspects to ensure the legal sharing of data. Finally, the platform development is completed with Java. It can help to improve the effectiveness of educating students.

Scenario planning tools for mitigating industrial impacts on First Nations subsistence economies in British Columbia, Canada

The Montney Play Trend (MPT) is a 1090 km2 region in northeast British Columbia that produces approximately one-third of western Canada’s natural gas output. In response to a proposed expansion of the MPT in 2016, the Government of British Columbia launched a Regional Strategic Environmental Assessment (RSEA) to identify the necessary conditions to achieve sustainable environmental outcomes. In this paper, we describe the methods and scenario planning tools that were developed to estimate how the development of the MPT might affect the subsistence economies of First Nations in the region. To demonstrate the utility of our approach, two impact assessments—Prince Rupert gas transmission pipeline and the Coastal GasLink pipeline—are presented. While no scenario can provide a definitive portrayal of exactly what will happen in the future, the tools that were co-developed are serving as an effective starting point for exploring possibilities that are at least consistent with current knowledge and can serve as a platform for collaborative learning and conflict management.

Research on fine management of expressway construction schedule, quality and safety based on mobile terminal

In view of the management characteristics of highway engineering, it integrates BIM, mobile Internet, cloud computing, Internet of things and other technologies to study and establish a fine and collaborative management platform for project progress, quality and safety on the basis of mobile terminal application. This paper realize the dynamic control of project construction resources with progress as the main line and the collaborative management of projects with safety and quality as the core. It can meet the application analysis demands of all parties involved in the construction of highway for the whole service data, and give full play to the convenience of mobile terminals, and carry out task coordination and mobile operation of various management work in time through the mobile terminal anytime and anywhere. At the same time, the data of the mobile terminal is associated with the structure through BIM model, which can be statistically analyzed and visually displayed, and realize the collaborative association of various business data, thus greatly improving the refined management level of highway engineering construction.

Research on Image Data Management System of Power Transmission Project Based on Geographic Information

Taking "Power Transmission Project Management Information System" as an example, this paper introduces the application of Web GIS in power transmission project. The system comprehensively utilizes basic space data and related design results to provide a visual space collaborative management platform for owners, construction, construction, supervision and other related units, and intuitively displays accurate and complete project space locations, project progress, and related real-time data. Construction provides advanced auxiliary technical support, and transfers complete electronic archives of spatial location information for production operations. The "Power Transmission and Transformation Project Management Information System" has achieved good results in the field management of power transmission and transformation projects.

Intelligent purchasing: How artificial intelligence can redefine the purchasing function

Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) can affect all of a company’s functions, not least the purchasing department. In addition to automating and optimizing existing processes, AI opens up new opportunities for purchasers to undertake new, strategic, collaborative, enduring missions. AI enables complex, strategic decision-making in an unpredictable, hostile environment. This article analyzes to what extent AI can improve the performance of the purchasing department. First, a review is undertaken of how AI is used in purchasing. Thereafter, the research follows an exploratory, inductive, and qualitative approach based on a multiple case study of the following technologies: (1) the Synertrade automated international purchasing system; (2) the Silex matching system; (3) SAP Ariba decision support; (4) Jaggaer supplier relations management; and (5) the Ideapoke collaborative ideation and innovative project management platform. The present study’s contributions lie in its redefinition of the purchasing function, of the purchaser’s role, of supplier relationship management policy, and of interdepartmental collaboration, involving, for example, Marketing and R&D.

Proficiency Testing of Metagenomics-Based Detection of Food-Borne Pathogens Using a Complex Artificial Sequencing Dataset.

Metagenomics-based high-throughput sequencing (HTS) enables comprehensive detection of all species comprised in a sample with a single assay and is becoming a standard method for outbreak investigation. However, unlike real-time PCR or serological assays, HTS datasets generated for pathogen detection do not easily provide yes/no answers. Rather, results of the taxonomic read assignment need to be assessed by trained personnel to gain information thereof. Proficiency tests are important instruments of validation, harmonization, and standardization. Within the European Union funded project COMPARE [COllaborative Management Platform for detection and Analyses of (Re-) emerging and foodborne outbreaks in Europe], we conducted a proficiency test to scrutinize the ability to assess diagnostic metagenomics data. An artificial dataset resembling shotgun sequencing of RNA from a sample of contaminated trout was provided to 12 participants with the request to provide a table with per-read taxonomic assignments at species level and a report with a summary and assessment of their findings, considering different categories like pathogen, background, or contaminations. Analysis of the read assignment tables showed that the software used reliably classified the reads taxonomically overall. However, usage of incomplete reference databases or inappropriate data pre-processing caused difficulties. From the combination of the participants’ reports with their read assignments, we conclude that, although most species were detected, a number of important taxa were not or not correctly categorized. This implies that knowledge of and awareness for potentially dangerous species and contaminations need to be improved, hence, capacity building for the interpretation of diagnostic metagenomics datasets is necessary.

Development of coal geological information technologies in China

The history of coalfield geology and mine geology IT applications is over 30 years, which is gaining remarkable achievements. This paper sheds light on the development of geological and surveying spatial management information systems. Specifically, this study proposed the development trend, system structure and function design and sub-systems of the new generation of geological and surveying spatial management information system by benefitting from the recent advancements in computer and spatial information technologies. The sub-systems include the “One Map” online collaborative (2D-GIS) management platform, the geological survey mapping collaborative management system, the integrated service system based on “one map”, the three-dimensional dynamic geological model system, the three-dimensional transparent management platform, and water prevention and control information management system. This work is an important foundation to realize the IT information and intelligent management of coal industry. The successful development and application of the new generation of geological and surveying spatial management information system will provide the dynamic data support for the online decision-making of the intelligent coal mining.

Application Research of BIM Technology in Highway Reconstruction and Extension Project

Relying on its own technological advantages of data integration, information sharing, management cooperation and visualization, BIM technology is gradually applied to highway reconstruction and extension project construction. The applications include 4D simulation technology of construction organization scheme, traffic organization simulation technology, digital interactive virtual sand table technology and project collaborative management platform will be helpful to break through the bottleneck of highway traditional construction management and realize the leap-forward promotion of informationization and fine management level of highway reconstruction and expansion project construction.

Construction of BIM collaborative management platform for the owner in China

With the rapid development of information technology, BIM application of all parties in engineering construction is becoming more and more mature. The construction of BIM collaborative platform is the key to information sharing and collaborative work of all parties. Based on the decomposition of the owner’s life cycle project management tasks of China, this paper carries out detailed functional requirements and information needs analysis, and proposes the functional design, basic architecture and information flow of the owner’s BIM collaborative platform, which can provide reference for the construction, selection and application of the owner’s BIM collaborative management platform.

A universal artificial intelligence platform for collaborative management of cataracts

<h2>Abstract</h2><h3>Background</h3> Common diseases are not satisfactorily managed under the current health-care system because of inadequate medical resources and limited accessibility. We aimed to establish and validate a universal artificial intelligence (AI) platform for collaborative management of cataracts involving multilevel clinical scenarios, and explored an AI-based medical referral pattern to improve collaborative efficiency and resource coverage. <h3>Methods</h3> The training and validation datasets were derived from the Chinese Medical Alliance for Artificial Intelligence, covering multilevel health-care facilities and capture modes. The datasets were labeled using a three-step strategy: capture mode recognition (modes: mydriatic-diffuse, mydriatic-slit lamp, non-mydriatic-diffuse, and nonmydriatic-slit lamp); cataract diagnosis as a normal lens, cataract, or a postoperative eye; and detection of referable cataracts with respect to cause and severity. Area under curve [AUC] was measured at each stage. We also integrated the above cataract AI agent with a real-world multilevel referral pattern involving self-monitoring at home, primary health care, and specialised hospital services. The diagnostic accuracy, treatment referral, and ophthalmologist-to-population service ratio were used to evaluate the performance and efficacy of the system. <h3>Findings</h3> The universal AI platform and multilevel collaborative pattern showed robust diagnostic performance in three-step tasks: capture mode recognition (AUC 99·28–99·71% for the four different capture modes), cataract diagnosis (AUC for mydriatic-slit lamp mode 99·82% [95%CI 98·93–100] for normal lens <i>vs</i> 99·96% [99·90–100] for cataract <i>vs</i> 99·93% [99·78–100] for postoperative eye, and AUCs >99% for other capture modes), and detection of referable cataracts (AUCs >91% in all tests). In the real-world tertiary referral pattern, the agent suggested 30·3% of people be referred to treatment, substantially increasing the ophthalmologist-to-population service ratio by 10·2-times compared with the traditional pattern. <h3>Interpretation</h3> The universal AI platform and multilevel collaborative pattern showed robust diagnostic performance and effective service for cataracts. RESEARCH ON MANAGEMENT AND APPLICATION OF TUNNEL ENGINEERING BASED ON BIM TECHNOLOGY

The emergence of BIM technology has provided powerful technical means for realizing informatization and digitization in the field of engineering construction, which remarkably promotes the transformation and advance of production and management modes in engineering construction. Presently, the application and development of BIM technology in the field of engineering construction has become increasingly mature, yet in the field of tunnel engineering, the application of BIM technology is still in its infancy. Under such a circumstance, this paper first puts forward the basic hardware and software configuration requirements for BIM technology in tunnel engineering, and elaborates the basic structure of the BIM technology implementation team from eight respects. Second, this paper elaborates the general principles and the basic process of BIM technology application in tunnel engineering. Third, the paper proposes the initial construction scheme of the tunnel engineering collaborative management platform based on BIM technology, and analyzes the feasibility of platform development deeply. Last, the BIM technology is applied to two projects including Tunnel 1 in Yinxi Railway Huanxian County and Tianjin Metro Line 6, which provides auxiliary technical means for solving practical engineering problems, and provides some reference for subsequent application researches of BIM-like technologies in tunnel engineering.
