Formulation and preliminary application of the evaluation index for postgraduate tutor of clinical professional degree

The core of standardized training for residents is the cultivation of clinical practice ability, which is also the main content of the professional degree graduate training. With the integration of professional degree graduate training and standardized training of residents, the evaluation system of professional degree graduate tutors should be included in the quality index of graduate clinical skills training. Through the methods of document retrieval and expert consultation, the index structure, the examination content and the weight were set up, and the detailed rules for the evaluation of the professional degree graduate tutors were established to guide them strengthen the training of clinical skills for graduates and improve the cultivation quality of professional degree graduates. Exploration of neurology training in clinical professional degree postgraduate and standardized residents training

In the course of the training of clinical specialty degree graduate education and standardized training of residents (referred to as temporary residence), students are required to obtain four certificates in 3 years. Here, our department of Neurology reviewed residents who were trained by this training mode. Their ability of clinical neurological profession, clinical thinking and clinical research was with effective promotion through to one teaching method, the tutor-responsibility system, PBL teaching and literature-reading meeting. The objective is to get the best effect in 3 years, to explore a more suitable training mode for these residents and train high-level clinicians with applied and academic types. The exploration of the combining mode of the clinical professional degree graduate students' training and the standardized training of residents

The combination of the clinical professional degree graduate students' education and the standardized training of residents, as the mode of dual combination, has great significance for the cultivation of clinical practical doctors who are competent. However, this mode is still in exploring stage and lack of perfect project and rules to be conducted. Through gradual reforming many aspects like management system, process control, training method, examination, degree awarded and so on, our hospital has estab-lished a training system for the students of clinical professional degree. This system consists of three in one management mode, weekly and monthly interview teaching system, hospital-level training mode, smart teaching and standardized assessment project, so as to promote students to master the effective way of clinical learning, and improve their clinical practice learning effect. New training model for clinical medical postgraduates with scientific degree

Postgraduate education is the highest leveled education in the national education hierarchy and bears the historic task of providing top-notch innovative personnel for the country and conducting independent innovation. At present, the medical degree is divided into two types： clinical scientific degree and clinical professional degree. Clinical scientific degree is different from clinical professional degree due to its importance and peculiarities. Therefore, education for postgraduates with clinical scientific degree faces many problems in enrollment, research and clinical capacity develop- ment and evaluation system. Through reforming enrollment plan, strengthening capacity building and establishing sound clinical education evaluation system can further improve training quality for post- graduates with clinical scientific degree. Some Research on the Medical Materials

Curriculum, teaching methods, clinical practice ability, dissertations and assessment methods were investigated to discuss and analyze the present cultivating situation and its problems of clinical professional degree graduates in order to provide the basis for reform of cultivation modes. Methods: Clinical professional degree graduates, supervisors, training institutions and employing units were treated with sample surveys, interviews and literature research. All the data were dealt with statistical analysis. Results: The cultivation mode of clinical professional degree graduates has been constructed gradually. But there still existed some difficulties and problems in terms of course construction, cultivation methods and assessment system and so on, which were needed to be strengthened.
