In this study, the method and manner of application of classical management understanding and modern management understanding in educational institutions within the framework of educational management were examined and the existing differences and similarities in terms of understanding about the subject were mentioned. For many years in educational management, the classical understanding of management has been adopted until almost recently, and this understanding has found a wide application in educational institutions. When we came to the recent period, the classical understanding of management in educational management was gradually abandoned at the time, and the principles and techniques of modern management understanding were accepted in educational management and quickly spread to a wide segment by finding a field of application. With certain standards and envisages procurement within the current protection standards does not accept acting on the urge of classical management approach, and continuous improvement at the rate may be some similarities between the modern approach of advocating a lot more together with the fundamental principles and principles in the areas of application in the field there are differences.
