Abstract

Since classical management cannot be effective in conditions of uncertainty and crisis situations, controlling management must be permanent and anti-crisis. The all-encompassing nature of controlling is reflected in its connection to the various managerial aspects of the company, which are shown in the philosophical triangle. The company's general management policy has a direct mission to ensure the production, survival and development of the company as a result of its adaptation to the current external unpredictable and unpredictable environment, so it is the starting point of the entire technological network of controlling interdependencies between its socio-economic development.
