Pengaruh Kerjasama Tim Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Palembang

This study aims to examine the impact of teamwork and communication on the performance of employees at the Palembang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP). The research adopts a quantitative approach, with the subjects being employees at the Palembang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, involving 87 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the determination test, conducted using SPSS. The results indicate a positive effect of the teamwork variable on employee performance. Additionally, communication has a positive influence on employee performance, and there is a positive correlation between teamwork and communication in relation to employee performance. Based on these findings, the study recommends enhancing teamwork and communication among employees to further improve performance at the Palembang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (DPMPTSP) in the future.

STUDY OF SUPPRESSION OF HIV VIRAL LOAD AMONG PEOPLE RECEIVING ANTIRETROVIRAL THERAPY IN PALEMBANG CITY

Background: Suppression of viral load is a targeted strategy for the prevention of HIV transmission. Viral load (VL) testing can be done at all health centres in Palembang City with free services. Purpose: This study aims to evaluate VL suppression and factors associated with VL suppression. Methods: The study design of this research was a cross-sectional study with data analysis using the Chi-square and binomial logistic regression tests. The population in this study was all HIV patients who accessed health services for VL testing. Data sources were obtained from the HIV/AIDS Information System (SIHA) for the period 2023 - June 2024. Results: The majority of PLHIV cases were male (1072 people) (83%) and unmarried (802 people) (62.1%). The transmission group was male-sexual males, 54.88%, with an average age of 36.62 years. The results of multivariate analysis showed that there were three variables associated with viral load levels, namely age with a p-value <0.03, AOR = 1.59 (95% CI: 1.04-2.43), ARV adherence with a p-value < 0.00, AOR = 1.76 (95% CI: 1.18-2.61), and clinical stage with a p-value < 0.04 AOR = 1.02 (95% CI: 1.02-2.07). Conclusion: Adherence to ART therapy, prevention of opportunistic infections, and early detection of clinical stage are predictors of successful viral load suppression. The role and responsibility of the community and the active participation of health workers in early detection, treatment and care are needed.

Penerapan Aplikasi Manajemen Laboratorium Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Palembang

Waste samples that is managed properly will generate added value and provide benefits for environmental management. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based waste water sample data management information system so that it can make it easier for waste laboratory staff and the public as customers and admins to manage and access waste water sample data and transactions. The method used in data collection is the DevOps method and it is also not important as a researcher to interview officials from the Palembang city environmental service regarding the laboratory management application program.. In making the website, the author uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages with the DevOps development method, object-based software modeling using UML and designing the system interface to show system functions. Database design is made to show the relationship between entities and data contained in the system. Users who will use the waste laboratory management application information system are employees of the environmental service laboratory unit as admin and the public. The results of this study indicate that the website design that was built can make it easier for the admin to manage waste water sample data, it can be stored in a database and can be accessed at any time. Apart from that, for residents,, this system has the benefit of accelerating the process of collecting waste in their environment, this system has the benefit of speeding up the process of collecting waste water sample data.

ANALISIS LAJU PERTUMBUHAN DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENERIMAAN PAJAK MINERAL BUKAN LOGAM DAN BATUAN DI KOTA PALEMBANG

This research aims to analyze the growth and effectiveness of taxes on non-metallic minerals and rocks in Palembang City from 2019 to 2023. This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. Data obtained through interviews as primary data and secondary data target and realization of Palembang City Regional Tax for 2019 - 2023. The results of this research explain that during the period 2019 to 2023 the growth rate of Non-Metal Mineral and Rock Tax for Palembang City has an average value amounted to 11.22% and was categorized as unsuccessful. On the effectiveness side, it shows that during the period 2019 to 2023 the effectiveness of non-metallic mineral and rock taxes in Palembang City is included in the effective category with an average effectiveness value of 91.17%.

Dari Benteng Kuto Gawang Ke Kuto Besak : Analisis Faktor Politik Pada Tahun 1780

This study describes the change of Kuto Gawang Fortress to Kuto Besak in 1780 Palembang City. This study uses political theory, from an antropological point of view there is a politics that occurs gradually. This method uses historical methods for sistematic and objective reconstruction of the past through the stages of data collection, evaluation, verification, synthesizing evidence of fact, and obtaining evidence of strong conclusions. The method approach uses qualitative research method which are literature reviews both journals, magazines, and the internet. The data used is using primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques, observation, interview documentation. The conclusion of this research us that Kuto Besak and Kuto Gawang forts are one of the historical relics of the past in the city of Palembang. The Kuto Gawang palace which was founded by Ki Gede Ing Suro who was a follower of Aria Jipang who fled to Palembang from 1552 to 1659 Kuto Gawang was destroyed by the Dutch.

Distribution of Rain Intensity: Daily Maximum Rainfall Data in The Province of South Sumatera and West Sumatera

The high intensity of rain in May 2024 caused flooding in the Sumatra region, especially Padang City and Palembang City. The region of West Sumatra is also known as the ethalae of disasters with frequent earthquakes, floods, and landslides. In Indonesia, many frequency analyses are conducted using the Gumbel distribution without testing data and clear hydrological reasons. It is feared that this method is considered as a routine way, thus causing the risk of unwanted deviations, resulting in many disasters and errors in the planning of water buildings. This research aims to determine and know the type of distribution that is representative for the maximum daily rainfall frequency in West Sumatra and South Sumatra Provinces as a reference for development and disaster mitigation in the region. The research location is in West Sumatra and South Sumatra. The data used for this study were taken from daily maximum rainfall data from rain stations for 35 to 40 years from 24 rain stations in West Sumatra Province, and 16 rain stations for South Sumatra region. This type of research is development research with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The development method consists of four different phases: Initial Investigation, Design, Realisation and Development. The data of each station was then organised into two types of data series, namely the annual maximum data series and the annual minimum data series. The results of this data series test are expected to follow one or more types of distributions commonly used in Hydrology and Drainage. The distribution results obtained for the South Sumatra region are Gama-III and LP-III, while for the West Sumatra region the distribution types are Gama-III, LP-III Normal Log and Gembel. The conclusion obtained is that West Sumatra does not have only one type of distribution. For the type of test using the SPSS.22 application, the results obtained are goodness of fit test, parametric test, Chi-Square test, Kolmogorov Smirnov test and Anderson-Darling test and Histrogram (visual) method.

The Role of Local Food Attitudes in Mediating the Influence of Experience Value and Social Media on the Purchase Desire of Millennial Generation Domestic Tourists in Palembang City

This study aims to investigate the role of attitudes towards local food in mediating the influence of experiential value and social media on purchasing intention among domestic millennial tourists in Palembang City. The method utilized is structural equation modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The population targeted in this study consists of domestic millennial tourists visiting Palembang City. A sample of 130 respondents was chosen using Hair's technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and literature review. Data analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS4 application with path analysis, which examines the influence on intervening variables. The results indicate that experiential value towards purchasing intention, experiential value towards attitudes towards local food, the role of attitudes towards local food towards purchasing intention, and experiential value towards purchasing intention through the role of attitudes towards local food have a positive and significant impact. Meanwhile, social media towards purchasing intention, social media towards attitudes towards local food, and social media towards purchasing intention through the role of attitudes towards local food do not have a significant impact.

THE INFLUENCE OF ASSET MANAGEMENT ON OPTIMIZING THE UTILIZATION OF FIXED ASSETS IN THE PALEMBANG CITY GOVERNMENT

The main objective of this study is to explore and evaluate the impact of asset inventory, assessment, supervision, and control on enhancing the efficiency of fixed asset utilization in the administrative setup of Palembang city. The research was conducted within the premises of Palembang City Government with the involvement of a total of 40 individuals. The selection of participants was based on their relevance to the study objectives and the data obtained from them was analyzed using SEM PLS Structural Equation Modeling technique. The analysis was carried out through the utilization of the SmartPLS 4.0 software application. The outcomes of the investigation suggest that effective management practices related to asset inventory, assessment, supervision, and control can lead to significant enhancements in the effective utilization of fixed assets within the administrative framework of Palembang.

Pengaruh Religiusitas dan Pengetahuan tentang Produk Perbankan Syariah terhadap Keputusan Masyarakat Kota Palembang Menabung di Bank Syariah Indonesia

This research aims to test and determine the influence of religiosity and knowledge about sharia banking products on the decision of the people of Palembang to save at Indonesian sharia banks. Research Method This thesis is a type of quantitative research. This research uses one independent variable and one dependent variable. The independent variables in this research are religiosity and product knowledge, while the dependent variable in this research is people's decision to save in Islamic banks. The data collection technique in this research was in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents and the data was analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis technique. In analyzing the data, researchers used data analysis with several steps, namely validity test, reliability test, outer model test, inner model test and hypothesis test. The results of the hypothesis test carried out show the significance value of the influence of religiosity (X1) and knowledge about sharia banking products (X2) on the decision of the people of Palembang to save at Indonesian sharia banks (Y). The results of the research show that the religiosity variable obtained a t-statistic value of 7,540 > 1.96 with a p-value of 0.000 < less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be explained that religiosity has a positive effect on the decision of the people of Palembang city to save at Indonesian sharia banks and the variable knowledge about products Islamic banking obtained a t-statistic value of 4,091 > 1.96 with a p-value of 0.000 < less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be explained that knowledge about sharia banking products has a positive effect on the decision of the people of Palembang city to save at Indonesian sharia banks. The conclusion of this research is that religiosity and knowledge of sharia banking products influence the decision of the people of Palembang to save at Indonesian sharia banks.

Translation of the Qur'an <i>Bebaso Plembang</i> (Study of its Cultural Function and Preservation)

This article aims to find out the cultural functions and maintenance of the Baso Plembang Qur'an translation. By using qualitative methods and Edi Sedyawati's cultural theory approach in his work Indonesian in Culture, namely protection, development and utilization, the results and conclusions show that: first, the function of the presence of the Baso Plembang Qur'an translation is one of which can facilitate the local community to understand the contents of the Qur'an, so that it can be used as a guide to life and provide religious services for Muslims in Palembang city. Secondly, the translation of the Baso Plembang Qur'an is a physical form of culture that is evidence of the consistency of the process of maintaining cultural heritage, namely the culture owned by every region in Indonesia, even the world. Based on the theory of cultural preservation (sustainanble tourism) for the maintenance of the Baso Plembang al-Qur'an translation, the protection of the Baso Plembang al-Qur'an translation is not a form of preserving the Qur'an, but rather an effort to translate it as a form of realization of the protection of the Palembang city language culture. Its development is carried out by printing it and disseminating it free of charge to various communities. Meanwhile, utilization is a form of community concern by holding courses or publishing books that talk about Baso Plembang and the translation of the Qur'an Baso Plembang, supported by the role of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang which carries Malay civilization as its distinction.

Pemahaman Masyarakat Pada Pelaksanaan Sertifikat Tanah Wakaf Dalam Kajian Manajemen Wakaf ( Studi Kasus Di Kantor Urusan Agama Sako Kota Palembang )

This research is entitled "Community's Understanding of the Implementation of Waqf Land Certificates in the Study of Waqf Management (Case Study at the Sako Religious Affairs Office, Palembang City)." Waqf is a form of worship whose practice will not be interrupted even after a person dies, namely waqf. For Muslims, the term waqf is certainly familiar. Waqf is often equated with almsgiving. The property usually donated is land. Waqf can be briefly defined as property donated in the way of Allah to be utilized by the public. This research was conducted at the Sako District Religious Affairs Office, Palembang City. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The author also used several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the level of public understanding regarding the implementation of waqf land certification still does not understand waqf land certification. The community has different views regarding waqf land certification. As for the implementation of waqf land certification in the KUA, Sako District, Palembang City, it has been carried out, but there is still a lack of public understanding of the obstacles related to financing waqf land certification, there are also other obstacles in carrying out waqf land certification, such as, the public still does not understand the flow of waqf land certification and lack of socialization from the Palembang city government.

Olahan Pangan Sehat dari Ikan Gabus Giling dengan Ekstraksi Daun Kelor (Pempek Kelor) di Lorong Oxindo Kelurahan 1 Ulu Palembang

Snakehead fish or Ophiocephallus striatus provides many benefits to the human body. Especially for children, pregnant women, and diabetics. There are many preparations that can be made using Snakehead Fish, one of which is Pempek. Pempek which is a typical food from the city of Palembang, in addition to containing a lot of protein and carbohydrates. It turns out that it can be a healthier processed food by mixing moringa leaf extract in it. Moringa or Moringa eleifera in addition to having low calories, moringa leaves also contain iron, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, potassium, and zinc. Because of the efficacy of moringa leaves, the WHO even dubbed it as the Miracle Tree. The purpose of this community service activity is to inform and provide assistance to the people of Village 1 Ulu Lorong Oxindo on how to make healthy food from ground snakehead fish with moringa leaf extract. In this service, using the counseling method by providing material on the introduction of moringa products and their nutritional value, as well as direct training in making moringa pempek. It is hoped that the results of the activities will help develop attractive and sustainable tourism products, encourage local economic growth, and showcase healthy culinary innovations as part of the Palembang tourism experience.

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KELURAHAN SEMBILAN SEPULUH ULU KOTA PALEMBANG

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality provided by governmental institutions, particularly the Sembilan Sepuluh Ulu Subdistrict Office in Palembang City, on public satisfaction through indicators of Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy, utilizing the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS 3 method. The results indicate that Tangibles and Assurance positively influence Public Satisfaction, whereas Reliability and Responsiveness do not show a positive influence. Empathy is also proven to have a positive influence on Public Satisfaction. The managerial implications suggest that the Subdistrict Office can enhance public satisfaction by addressing and improving aspects that have been shown to have a positive influence. The theoretical implications of this research contribute to understanding the relationship between service quality and public satisfaction, particularly in the context of governmental institutions. For future researchers, it is recommended to conduct a deeper analysis regarding the implementation of solutions, particularly by considering the effectiveness of training, the application of service information systems, and continuous evaluation of the transparency and efficiency of services.

Prototype Aplikasi Real Count Pemilihan Kepada Daerah Pada Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum Kota Palembang

PILKADA (Regional Head Election) and its deputy are routine activities carried out by each region to carry out democratic government activities. The Provincial KPU carries out Pilkada, and Regency / City KPU is collectively responsible for implementing general elections, supervised by the Provincial Bawaslu and Regency / City Bawaslu. The Palembang City Bawaslu's task in the vote counting process is to oversee the movement of recapitulation data from the TPS Supervisor level, Village / Sub-district Supervisors (PKD), and District Election Supervisory Committee (Panwascam) to the City Bawaslu so that there is no vote inflation which is considered dishonest and unfair. The process of collecting C1 and C-Plano form data to be recapitulated from the lower level to the upper level at the Palembang City Bawaslu collected, the process will take a relatively long time if done manually, especially limited by the long distance and poor natural conditions. In line with the development of increasingly modern technology, considering the need for data and the need for rapid dissemination of information on Pilkada results, in this study, the author will design Real Counting (also known as parallel vote aggregation) as a helpful way to monitor and accelerate the vote aggregation process in the form of an application prototype. This study aims to provide a prototype design for the Pilkada real count application at Bawaslu Palembang City. The software development method used in this study is the waterfall model method, which consists of analysis, design, coding, testing, and support or maintenance.

Analysis of public perceptions towards agrotourism (Case Study of The Zafarm Agrotourism in Palembang City)

This research aims to determine the public's perception of The Zafarm Agrotourism. The sample of respondents in this study used an accidental sampling technique, which was calculated using the Slovin formula so that the number of respondents was 72 people. The analytical method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Data was collected using questionnaires both directly and online via Google Drive links and barcodes. The results of this research show that the public's perception of The Zafarm Agrotourism in terms of the dimensions of attractions, accessibility and amenities is in agreement, where the public's perception of The Zafarm Agrotourism object in terms of the attractions dimension has a total score of 1.501, which is in the score range of 1.224–1.511 according to the criteria agree, the public's perception of The Zafarm Agrotourism object in terms of the accessibility dimension has a total score of 579, which is in the score range 489–603 with the criteria of agree, the public's perception of The Zafarm Agrotourism object, which is viewed from the amenity dimension, has a total score of 578, which is in the score range of 489 –603 with agree criteria. This means that The Zafarm Agrotourism object is well received by the community. The natural beauty, unique experiences in learning about agricultural cultivation with the cultural nuances of Palembang City, the availability of infrastructure, affordable road access, and other supporting facilities such as learning media for the visiting public are the attractions of The Zafarm Agrotourism.

Analisis Perencanaan Pembangunan Jaringan Fiber Optik pada Pemerintahan Kota Palembang

Community Empowerment of MSME Owners by the Office of Micro, Small and MSME Cooperatives in Palembang City

Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Palembang City is a priority in overcoming the challenges faced by local businesses. Although the number of UMKM is increasing, there are still problems such as a lack of understanding in managing the business and constraints in marketing, especially through social media. The Palembang City Office of Cooperatives, UMKM and Industry is responsible for empowering the community of UMKM owners through mentoring, training and access to technology. This research uses a qualitative method with a focus on UMKM development strategies. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Empowerment is carried out through the stages of awareness, capacity building, and empowerment. The results showed an increase in knowledge and skills of UMKM actors as well as improved product quality and marketing. The community empowerment approach through the Palembang City Cooperative and MSME Office has a positive impact on the development of MSMEs and the economy of Palembang City.

RESPON CABAI (Capsicum annum L.) TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR DAN PUPUK HAYATI MIKORIZA

Red chili (Capsicum annuum L.) is one of the commodities vegetables that have high economic value. One attempt to increase the growth and yield of chili plants by using liquid organic fertilizer and mycorrhizal biological fertilizer. This research aims to determine the best dosage of liquid organic fertilizer and mycorrhizal biological fertilizer on the yield of red chili (Capsium annum L.). The research was carried out on land of Agriculture of Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The research period was carried out from February to June 2023. The research used a Randomized Group Factorial Design (RAKF) with 9 treatments and 3 replications. The first factor is liquid organic fertilizer from vegetable waste according to the treatment, namely O1 = 5 ml/L, O2 = 10 ml/L and O3= 15 ml/L. The second factor is the provision of Mycorrhizal biofertilizer (M) which consists of 4 treatment dose levels, namely M0 = 0 g/ta (without mycorrhiza), M1 = 2.5 g/ta, M2 = 5 g/ta, M3 = 7.5 g /ta. The observation parameters in this study were chili weight per plant (g), chili weight per plot (g) and number of productive brances (brances). The results of the research showed that treatment with a POC dose of vegetable waste of 5 ml/l of water with mycorrhizal biological fertilizer of 2.5 g/lot had the highest influence on chili plant production of 48.33 g/plot or the equivalent of 193,32 kuintal/ha.

PENGARUH PENDAPATAN, INVESTASI, DAN PRILAKU KEUANGAN TERHADAP TINGKAT LITERASI KEUANGAN UKM KOTA PALEMBANG

Financial literacy is something important that has a big impact on individuals, families and the economy as a whole. Additionally, a good understanding of finance helps individuals and households, as well as companies, including SMEs, make better financial decisions. factors that influence financial literacy, namely: education level, income level, financial behavior and investment, therefore further research is needed to determine the results achieved. The aim of this research is to study how income, investment and financial behavior influence the financial literacy of small and medium SMEs in Palembang City. Research Objects in Palembang City UKM. Quantitative descriptive method using primary data sources. Determining the sample uses the Slovin formula by distributing questionnaires using random sampling. The results of the analysis show that the financial literacy of SMEs in Palembang City is influenced simultaneously and partially. Based on these results, there are findings that the higher the level of financial literacy a person tends to be, the wiser they will be in managing their income, investments and financial behavior.
