Exploration and Prospect of the Mode of International Collaborative Education Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents

With the promotion of globalization, the international collaborative education model has become increasingly popular. As an important cultural field in China, the demand for international talents in traditional Chinese medicine is also increasing. It is crucial to explore a unique international collaborative education model suitable for traditional Chinese medicine talents by conducting in-depth research on the current status of international collaborative education models and combining them with traditional Chinese medicine. Such research can not only promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine, but also provide more ideas for the international collaborative education model.

A Comparative Study on Traditional and Modern Apprenticeship Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine

General Secretary Xi Jinping has a good grasp of “what to teach, whom to teach and how to teach” in education. From the three aspects, we compared traditional and modern TCM teacher-inheritance education. We found that the modern teacher-inheritance model has inherited the traditional advantages and abandoned the traditional disadvantages. Among them, the moral system consists of factors such as the unwavering self-confidence of the traditional Chinese medicine culture, the patriotism and love of the people, and the benevolence of the great doctors. The contribution system consists of academic theoretical contributions, talent training contributions and medical service contributions. Exploration on the status quo and development trend of talent construction in acupuncture and tuina industry

The author summarizes the current situation of the development of the talent team in the acupuncture and tuina industry, discusses the trend of talent development, analyzes the exist problems, and proposes relevant suggestions. The author considers that the overall size of the talent team, and the scale of clinical and scientific research talent in the acupuncture and tuina industry have increased significantly, especially in the development of high-end talents among the Chinese medicine talents. The characteristics of the training scale of acupuncture and tuina in the education of TCM colleges and universities are as follows: the growth rate at the specialist level is higher than that of undergraduates, the scale of professional masters declined, and the scale of doctoral levels remain stable. In order to meet the growing demands of the industry for talented people and the requirements for the rapid development of the industry itself, efforts should be made to further increase the construction of acupuncture and moxibustion talents, and to strengthen the training of basic clinical talents and the construction of high-end scientific research talents.

Research on the innovative mode of comprehensive ability training for the Chinese medicine majors based on the combination of "multi-mode and multi-ways"

Research on the Training Mode of Excellent Chinese Medicine Talents Based on the Background of Pilot College

The establishment of the pilot college is a comprehensive reform that takes the innovative talent training system as the core and the college as the basic implementation unit. Through literature review and experience summarization, this paper analyzes the training mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) talents. And on the basis of this, the paper demonstrates the four aspects of restricting the training of TCM talents in current university education: the mechanism of talent selection, the mode of personnel training, the strength of teachers and the internal governance structure in Universities. In the end, this paper discusses some reforms in these four aspects, and hopes that through these reforms, we can reconstruct the training system of innovative talents in modern TCM education.

The Transmission of Shaanxi Chinese Medicine Culture with the Strategy of One Belt and One Road -with the Example of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine

TCM culture runs through the principle of human-orientedness, harmony between heaven and people, kind medical conduct and virtue of great physician, which benefits all the people around the world. With the implementation of One Belt and One Road, TCM culture becomes more and more popular, and gets worldwide concern and recognition. However, currently there are many factors affecting TCM cultural heritage and transmission, such as the lack of Chinese medicine talents, and the narrowness of communication channels and the poor efforts of communication. Naturally Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine, only one TCM institute in Shaanxi province, shoulders the great mission to solve these problems in order to pass on and spread TCM culture better.

Practice and consideration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher medical universities

In the context of Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation, scientific and systemic implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the focus of higher education reform at present. This paper analyzes the important significances of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education of traditional Chinese Medicine, introduces the specific practices and experi-ences of designing educational concept and constructing education system about innovation and entrepre-neurship education, following the objective laws of modern educational development and the growth pattern of Chinese medicine talents, in order to provide reference for further promoting innovation and entrepreneu-rship education reform.
