Practice and consideration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher medical universities
In the context of Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation, scientific and systemic implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the focus of higher education reform at present. This paper analyzes the important significances of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education of traditional Chinese Medicine, introduces the specific practices and experi-ences of designing educational concept and constructing education system about innovation and entrepre-neurship education, following the objective laws of modern educational development and the growth pattern of Chinese medicine talents, in order to provide reference for further promoting innovation and entrepreneu-rship education reform. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is not only a requirement for economic and social development but also a realistic demand for cultivating students’ innovative spirit and creative ability. At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is facing many practical difficulties. By analyzing the connotation and significance of “industry-university integration,” and combining it with the practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education in A University, this paper discusses the effective path of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities from 5 aspects: establishing the system, setting up institutions, clear path, building team and excellent environment, to provide reference for the reform and innovation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

In order to improve the performance of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities, this study attempts to build an evaluation system and model of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities to provide a complete and practical tool for government education authorities and universities to evaluate the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this research, decision tree and fuzzy mathematics are used as the basis of the model algorithm, and the algorithm is improved based on the analysis of traditional algorithms. Moreover, based on the improved decision tree algorithm, an evaluation index system for university innovation and entrepreneurship education is constructed. After determining the evaluation indicators of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this study uses several universities as examples to analyze and define the definitions of various indicators. In addition, this study statistically analyzes the results of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities through simulation. The research shows that the model proposed in this paper has a certain practical effect, and based on the simulation results, this study makes several suggestions.

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities is a systematic project promoted as a whole, which pays attention to the cooperation between different participants and the coupling between top-level design and landing implementation, showing a horizontal and vertical intertwined ecological relationship. Constructing the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important topic to promote the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, a key way to stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of the whole society, and the only way to implement the strategy of "strengthening the country through innovation". The research shows that the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has the characteristics of the openness of the system boundary, the non-equilibrium of the system state, the nonlinearity of the system dynamics and the fluctuation of the system movement, and includes subject collaboration level, system collaboration level and environmental collaboration level. In terms of the construction path, the research further believes that the construction path of the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities includes three aspects: establishing the system structure, releasing the system power and ensuring the development of the system. Among them, the establishment of the system structure is the premise and the release of the system power is fundamental.

Under the dual background of innovation-driven development strategies and regional economic transformation and upgrading, the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local applied universities (hereinafter referred to as "entrepreneurship and innovation education") has become a key hub linking the supply-side reform of higher education and the demand side of regional economic and social development. This article aims to go beyond the single utilitarian perspective of skills training or competition, and build a systematic and ecological theoretical framework for mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in local applied universities from the philosophical level of integrating instrumental rationality and value rationality. This framework takes "cultivating people with moral integrity and serving the region" as the core value, "multi-dimensional integration and capability advancement" as the practical path, and the collaborative symbiosis of "government, industry, academia, research and innovation" as the ecosystem support. On this basis, this article deeply analyzes the coupling interaction mechanism between the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education system and the regional economic system, and explains how the two achieve collaborative evolution and value co-creation through interdependence and mutual shaping from three dimensions: factor flow (talent, knowledge, capital), talent training collaboration, and resource integration and symbiosis. This study comprehensively uses literature analysis, theoretical deduction and system analysis methods to provide a systematic theoretical reference for deepening the reform of mass entrepreneurship education and solving the "two skins" dilemma between it and the regional economy, and to contribute academic thinking to promote the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain.

With China entering a new era of socialism, it has become a new mission and task for colleges and universities to cultivate more innovative and entrepreneurial talents who can meet the needs of national innovation driven development strategy. Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the trend of higher education reform and development in the new era. The development of corresponding education and teaching activities cannot be isolated from professional education. China's higher education is based on professional education and aims to cultivate comprehensive talents with certain professional level and skills. It has formed a relatively stable and standardized education system. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic colleges and universities began at the end of the 20th century, mainly relying on the "innovation and entrepreneurship" curriculum to cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness and practical ability, so that students can adapt to the needs of social and technological development, and smoothly carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities in related fields. However, China's innovation and entrepreneurship education just started, and the combination with professional education is not close enough, and there is still a certain distance from the requirements of innovation driven development strategy for talents. In the process of education, we need to clearly recognize the shortcomings of the current professional education, and what specific measures should be taken in the process of organic integration with entrepreneurship and innovation education and the construction of educational practice system to realize the effective cultivation of innovative compound talents, enhance the core competitiveness of professional technology, and promote the sustainable development of higher education.

At present, major universities are actively carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education courses to develop the creative potential of college students. In order to analyze the impact of participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education on college students’ creativity, the study took students from a certain province as a research sample, conducted a follow-up survey, and analyzed the current students’ creativity level and participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education. Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression was used to analyze the impact of entrepreneurship and innovation education on college students’ creativity. In order to enhance the credibility of the results, the propensity score matching method (PSM) was also used to verify the impact of participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education on students’ creativity. The analysis results show that the current creativity score of college students in my country is 107.6, which is at an average level; students who do not participate in entrepreneurship and innovation education have the lowest creativity score, and students who are rich in imagination and dare to take risks are more willing to actively participate in entrepreneurship and innovation education. OLS regression and PSM results show that participation in entrepreneurship and innovation education will significantly and positively affect the creativity of college students. Among them, active participation and both types of participation have significant effects on college students’ creativity, while passive participation has no significant effect. Therefore, colleges and universities need to carry out entrepreneurship and innovation education in a variety of ways, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate, and improve the level of students’ creativity. Specific recommendations include developing interactive hands-on courses, motivating students to participate in innovation competitions and entrepreneurial activities, and providing guidance and resource support to promote personalized development.

With the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technology, its applications within the educational sector have gradually become more widespread. As a critical component in the cultivation of future innovative talents, higher education's entrepreneurship and innovation education faces multiple challenges, such as outdated teaching models, a singular educational service system, and low resource utilization efficiency. This paper explores how AI technology can empower higher education's entrepreneurship and innovation education, driving transformative changes in teaching models through personalized learning path planning, intelligent teaching evaluations, and virtual reality simulations. Additionally, services such as intelligent mentor consultations, automated assessments of entrepreneurial projects, and precise information dissemination have effectively enhanced the educational service system for innovation and entrepreneurship. Moreover, the application of AI technology has facilitated the deep integration of universities with enterprises, industries, and practical applications, creating platforms for resource sharing and cultural exchange, and fostering a favorable ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship. However, the integration of AI technology in education also brings challenges such as ethical risks, data security issues, faculty development, and cost concerns, which necessitate comprehensive countermeasures. Through in-depth analysis, this paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the integrated development of higher education's entrepreneurship and innovation education.

And it discusses the reform strategy and development path to develop smoothly the innovation and entrepreneurship education in local application-oriented colleges and universities in our country from several specific aspects, such as, the development direction and goal of the innovation and entrepreneurship education, the perfection and reform of management system, change of evaluation ways, and transformation of the direction of teacher training.

PurposeThe global COVID-19 epidemic has posed significant challenges to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese and foreign universities, and the application of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) technology has presented both opportunities and challenges to its development. The purpose of this study is to summarize advanced experiences and models of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education development in Chinese and foreign universities, as well as to analyze the influencing factors. Taking the sustainable development goals (SDGs) into account, this study qualitatively proposes enhancement paths and improvement suggestions based on the application of AIGC technology, providing a reference for promoting the sustainable development (SD) of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities.Design/methodology/approachBy using the qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), this paper studies the interaction mechanism between the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities under the background of SDGs. This paper selects 12 representative universities with different cultures and strengths. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the content of 2,535 publications on innovation and entrepreneurship education and summarizes seven influencing factors as comparison criteria. Then, this paper codes, summarizes and uses configuration to assess the primary factors influencing the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities at home and abroad.FindingsOn the quality of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education, comprehensive, diverse influencing factors and upgrading paths are obtained. Furthermore, this research proposes that the SD of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities should make effective use of “AI plus education” and actively construct practical and teaching platforms. Meanwhile, the ChatGPT is being used to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship curricular system and talent training mode. The research also makes recommendations for improving teachers’ ability to acquire intelligent tools and promotes three-way teaching modalities of “teacher-AI-student” by taking into account the influence of various aspects.Originality/valueThis research uses the QCA research method, which analyzes not only influencing factors on the SD of innovation and entrepreneurship education but also explores the interaction mechanisms among factors. Furthermore, the research incorporates SDGs and AIGC technology application scenarios into the field of domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education, which will be helpful in SDGs of innovation and entrepreneurship education on both theoretical and practical levels.

This paper explores the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the mental health of medical students, and provides a basis for enhancing their mental health status. A total of 1200 medical students from three colleges and universities in Jilin province were selected as the investigation objects and a self-made questionnaire was used to compare the mental health of medical students before and after mass entrepreneurship and innovation education. After mass entrepreneurship and innovation education, the total score of GHQ-20 and the scores in all dimensions were improved, which were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention (P < 0.05). The regression results showed that interpersonal communication, social support and emotional intelligence were the main factors influencing mental health before mass entrepreneurship and innovation education, and interpersonal communication, social support and self-efficacy were the main factors influencing mental health after mass entrepreneurship and innovation education (P<0.05). Innovation and entrepreneurship education can improve the mental health of medical students to some extent.

This paper focuses on the university students' innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in our country. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is of great significance for scientific and technological development. University students' innovation and entrepreneurship education is beneficial to facilitate education reform and to promote comprehensive quality of university students and ultimately to advance the overall development of university students. However, the innovation and entrepreneurship education of our country has many problems that mainly reflect in immature education idea, weak teachers group and old education content at present. Through deepening the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education, strengthening the teachers group of innovation and entrepreneurship education, updating teaching content and other aspects, we could implement the reform of university students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education is an effective way to cultivate people’s innovative spirit and drive, and an important engine to promote economic development. Improving the education system for innovation and entrepreneurship can improve the quality of college personnel training and promote students’ employment. However, there are still some problems in the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities, such as weak educational foundation, inadequate implementation of government policies, and low participation of enterprises. In view of the existing problems, based on the triple helix theory, the paper constructs a trinity innovation and entrepreneurship education system of colleges, governments and enterprises, and explores the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform mode in colleges and universities.

Assessing the quality of education related to innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education institutions facilitates the identification and analysis of issues that arise during the process of developing these skills, as well as the advancement of the effectiveness of this process. Based on the CIPP model introduction, this paper attempts to build an index system from four perspectives: context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is then used to determine the index weights, producing three primary and six subsidiary indicators that have a major influence on how well innovation and entrepreneurship education are taught at colleges and universities, among other things. Lastly, based on these viewpoints, enhancement strategies for the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities are suggested. To serve as a guide for enhancing the standard of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and institutions.

Innovation and entrepreneurship and education have become an important topic in China’s higher education. Based on pedagogy theory, this paper divides innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities into three levels: ideological education, innovative education and entrepreneurial education. Innovation is the content of higher education, and it is also the ability that contemporary college students must have. Only with education can there be innovation, only with innovation can there be entrepreneurship, and only with entrepreneurship can there be innovation. This is of great significance to the development of multi-level education, universal education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the improvement of education, teaching and child-rearing levels. In order to promote the optimization practice of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education, this paper designs a software system which is convenient for college students’ project application, project implementation, data verification and progress report. At the same time, it can help people review and select team members, thus greatly improving management efficiency.

In the government work report delivered by Premier Li Keqiang at the session of NPC 2015, encourage mass entrepreneurship and innovation was noted as one of the twin engines to drive the Chinese economy maintains high speed of growth and upgraded to a national strategy. To further improve the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Private Universities; to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education throughout the whole process of education, teaching and talent training; to enhance the quality of training, promote the well-rounded development of students, cultivate the innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurial abilities of the students, this essay will discuss the status and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Private Universities from the perspective of big data including policy formulation, curriculum system, faculty, competition activities, practice platform, cultural environment, etc. Suggestions will be provided combining the advantages of big data platforms to further improve the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Private Universities.
