Analysis of entrepreneurship education in colleges and based on improved decision tree algorithm and fuzzy mathematics

In order to improve the performance of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities, this study attempts to build an evaluation system and model of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities to provide a complete and practical tool for government education authorities and universities to evaluate the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. In this research, decision tree and fuzzy mathematics are used as the basis of the model algorithm, and the algorithm is improved based on the analysis of traditional algorithms. Moreover, based on the improved decision tree algorithm, an evaluation index system for university innovation and entrepreneurship education is constructed. After determining the evaluation indicators of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this study uses several universities as examples to analyze and define the definitions of various indicators. In addition, this study statistically analyzes the results of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities through simulation. The research shows that the model proposed in this paper has a certain practical effect, and based on the simulation results, this study makes several suggestions.

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities is a systematic project promoted as a whole, which pays attention to the cooperation between different participants and the coupling between top-level design and landing implementation, showing a horizontal and vertical intertwined ecological relationship. Constructing the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important topic to promote the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, a key way to stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of the whole society, and the only way to implement the strategy of "strengthening the country through innovation". The research shows that the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has the characteristics of the openness of the system boundary, the non-equilibrium of the system state, the nonlinearity of the system dynamics and the fluctuation of the system movement, and includes subject collaboration level, system collaboration level and environmental collaboration level. In terms of the construction path, the research further believes that the construction path of the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities includes three aspects: establishing the system structure, releasing the system power and ensuring the development of the system. Among them, the establishment of the system structure is the premise and the release of the system power is fundamental.

The purpose of this paper is to research entrepreneurship and innovation education in Colleges and Universities Under the background of national innovation driven development strategy. Using the method of document study and investigation obtained necessary data in order to deeply, correctly understand entrepreneurship and innovation education problem. Scientific orientation and innovative development of entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities has become more and more important problem. Entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities is faced with the challenges of specialization, integration and scientific development. Quality Evaluation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Based on CIPP Model and AHP

Assessing the quality of education related to innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education institutions facilitates the identification and analysis of issues that arise during the process of developing these skills, as well as the advancement of the effectiveness of this process. Based on the CIPP model introduction, this paper attempts to build an index system from four perspectives: context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is then used to determine the index weights, producing three primary and six subsidiary indicators that have a major influence on how well innovation and entrepreneurship education are taught at colleges and universities, among other things. Lastly, based on these viewpoints, enhancement strategies for the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities are suggested. To serve as a guide for enhancing the standard of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and institutions.

PurposeThe global COVID-19 epidemic has posed significant challenges to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese and foreign universities, and the application of artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC) technology has presented both opportunities and challenges to its development. The purpose of this study is to summarize advanced experiences and models of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education development in Chinese and foreign universities, as well as to analyze the influencing factors. Taking the sustainable development goals (SDGs) into account, this study qualitatively proposes enhancement paths and improvement suggestions based on the application of AIGC technology, providing a reference for promoting the sustainable development (SD) of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities.Design/methodology/approachBy using the qualitative comparative analysis (QCA), this paper studies the interaction mechanism between the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities under the background of SDGs. This paper selects 12 representative universities with different cultures and strengths. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the content of 2,535 publications on innovation and entrepreneurship education and summarizes seven influencing factors as comparison criteria. Then, this paper codes, summarizes and uses configuration to assess the primary factors influencing the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities at home and abroad.FindingsOn the quality of new engineering innovation and entrepreneurship education, comprehensive, diverse influencing factors and upgrading paths are obtained. Furthermore, this research proposes that the SD of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities should make effective use of “AI plus education” and actively construct practical and teaching platforms. Meanwhile, the ChatGPT is being used to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship curricular system and talent training mode. The research also makes recommendations for improving teachers’ ability to acquire intelligent tools and promotes three-way teaching modalities of “teacher-AI-student” by taking into account the influence of various aspects.Originality/valueThis research uses the QCA research method, which analyzes not only influencing factors on the SD of innovation and entrepreneurship education but also explores the interaction mechanisms among factors. Furthermore, the research incorporates SDGs and AIGC technology application scenarios into the field of domestic innovation and entrepreneurship education, which will be helpful in SDGs of innovation and entrepreneurship education on both theoretical and practical levels.

Today, information technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, mobile Internet, and intelligent integrated networks are gradually changing people's work and life, and technological innovation and technological entrepreneurship will surely become mainstream models. Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities closely follows the trend of the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, and effectively integrates with big data to promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Optimization of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education and Training System in Colleges and Universities Based on OpenStack Cloud Computing

With economic globalization and rapid development of science and technology, many colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the cultivation of students’ innovative thinking and creativity, and innovation and entrepreneurship education has also become an important part of the education system. Due to the current unevenness of teachers in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, high training cost, and lack of strong atmosphere, this paper optimizes the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities through OpenStack cloud computing. This paper optimizes the cloud computing platform according to the OpenStack virtual machine and the multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm and then designs the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system. The multiobjective ant colony improvement algorithm uses the way ants find food to find the best information resource route from the traces left by the information trend in the cloud platform. In order to test the effectiveness of these methods, this paper uses the simulation method to test. The results show that, sometimes, the load utilization rate of the innovation and entrepreneurship education and training system in colleges and universities exceeds 80%, which is in line with the expected settings. Through the OpenStack cloud computing platform, it can provide a good innovation and entrepreneurship training environment for more users at low cost and low risk and promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.

Research on the Implementation Strategy of the Integration of Students’ Civic and Political Education and Information Technology in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

A systematic and scientific curriculum system is the basis for ensuring the high quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and it is also the main driving force to promote the deepening of innovation and entrepreneurship education system and mechanism reform in colleges and universities. The study establishes the evaluation index system for the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and completes the assignment of evaluation indexes and the construction of the evaluation model by using the cluster G1 method and the nonlinear weighting method. According to the results of the assignment of evaluation indexes, the empirical evaluation analysis is carried out with University Z as an example. It is concluded that entrepreneurial ability has the greatest influence on the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, based on the perspective of civic and political education. For this reason, the integration of Civic and Political Education and Information Technology is proposed as a specific proposal for quality improvement. After the teaching reform, 74.62% of the students expressed their overall satisfaction with the innovation and entrepreneurship course as relatively satisfied and above. It shows that students are more satisfied after the fusion strategy designed in this paper for the integration of Civic Education and Information Technology is applied to innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

Construction and Implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Colleges and Universities in the Internet Era

This study focuses on Innovation and entrepreneurship education resources in colleges and universities, constructs a comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities through the application of Internet technology, and discusses its logical structure and implementation path in depth. Based on this System, an evaluation system for the quality of Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, which contains four primary indicators and 20 secondary indicators, is screened by expert survey method, and an evaluation model is constructed by combining entropy weight method and TOPSIS algorithm. By analyzing the data, this paper comprehensively assesses the development level of Innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities in each province. The results show that 2016 Beijing’s composite score was 0.577; by 2020, Guangdong’s composite score was raised to 0.737, significantly higher than that of other provinces. However, the 10-year average combined scores of Xinjiang, Tibet, Ningxia, and Qinghai in western China were lower than 0.07, highlighting the uneven development of university innovation and entrepreneurship education in the eastern and western regions. The findings of this study provide valuable references for the construction of Innovation and entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities. They are of great practical significance in promoting the development of Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.

Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is a complex system with the participation of multi-interested subjects. By analyzing the current research status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper fnds that the existing research has the problems of numerous research methods but insuffcient holistic and hierarchical evaluation, redundant and insuffcient scientifc design of evaluation indexes, and diffculties in collecting and processing index data. Therefore, this study constructs an evaluation index system that includes the government, colleges and universities, teachers, students, and relevant subjects of the society by ap-plying the AHP hierarchical analysis method, the principle of subjectivity, the principle of integration, the principle of value shaping, and the principle of synergistic development, and empirically demonstrates that this method and evaluation indexes are able to evaluate entrepreneur-ship education in a holistic and scientifc way, and are diffcult to collect and process the index data. The analysis concludes that the method and evaluation indexes can scientifcally refect the development of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the university.
