The Development and Assesment Talent Mapping E-module for Elementary School

The development of students' creativity should be adjusted to their talents so that teachers at schools need to have guidelines for mapping children's talents. This study is conducted to develop and assess the E-module on mapping the talents of elementary students in Aceh. The Design Development Research (DDR) research uses the Alessi and Trolip instructional design model involving 3 experts, 9 PGMI lecturers, and 15 MI teachers in three PTKINs in Aceh. The research instrument is a questionnaire that is analyzed by alpha and beta testing using descriptive analysis. The results of the alpha and beta assessments show that the mean assessment of MI experts, lecturers, and teachers is at a high stage (more than 4.0). Thus, it can be concluded that the talent mapping E-module for elementary students is suitable to use in elementary schools. For further research, it should be able to develop a talent mapping E-module for the high school level and able to be developed using learning technology in the form of E-learning.

Islamic Philantrophy: The fulfilment Of orphan's Needs in Islamic Philantrophy Institution

Orphanages are in the spotlight in the management and development of children because there are several orphanages who ask for help from house to house, every corner of the city street and there is child exploitation. This study aims to analyze the pattern of fulfillment of orphans in orphanage institutions. Using a qualitative approach, data sources were obtained from interviews with the heads and administrators of 8 orphanages in the city of Palopo and direct observations regarding the activities of the orphans. Data analysis by means of data verification, reduction, data display. The results of the study found 2 models of fulfillment of needs. First, the fulfillment of needs that integrates school education, religion, boarding activities, orphanage children's talents, is included in the data base of Islamic boarding schools and religious integration education with national education which is supported by good facilities and infrastructure. Second, management which only prepares a place to live, eat while educational activities are carried out outside the orphanage. This article has implications for improving the management, development and fostering of orphanages at Islamic philanthropic institutions.

School Infrastructure and Talent Development of High Schools Students in USA

The development of children's talents can be significant in their lifetime. The early nurturing of talents enables a child to develop essential skills that can be useful to be embraced in the future. Against this background, the study sought to examine the effect of school infrastructure on the development of student's talents in the USA. The study was literature based. The study discovered that good school infrastructure positively influences students' talents. Good infrastructure improves the students' studies and ensures they are safe, healthy, and comfortable in school. The school infrastructure, such as fields, music rooms, and theater rooms, helps the students participate in different activities, which helps develop the learner physically, socially, mentally and emotionally. The location and availability of adequate playing fields and necessary equipment are necessary for talent development. Students who engage in extra-curricular activities manage to develop many essential traits that are key to their future life. The study concluded that school infrastructure contributes positively to developing students' talents in schools in the USA. Teachers' role in developing extra-curricular talents among students in secondary schools in the USA is significant. The parental role is essential in students' development in extra-curricular activities since the parental motivation for extra-curricular activities leads to increased student participation. The study recommended that education stakeholders develop school infrastructure to tap and nurture students' talents. The government and other stakeholders should increase school funding and allocate an adequate amount to every extra-curricular activity in the learning institutions. The teachers, guardians and education officers should come together and put the relevant infrastructure in place to motivate students to participate in extra-curricular activities. The government should train extra-curricular teachers to ensure learners get the best training and career guidance. Guardians should be optimistic about extra-curricular activities in learning institutions and motivate their kids to engage in them because some can make a career out of them. Another obstacle faced is that it is difficult to find a suitable child psychologist for consultation, and also related to the costs incurred which is not small. Thus, research were conducted by detecting the talents of children aged 14-15 years using CNN. With the hope that the age range of children already has the art of writing permanently. The results of this analysis show that there are six main talents and 75 talent traits. Based on the inference used to identify children's talents according to USOE America standards. This system can provide information in the form of talents and interests of children based on the characteristics they have and the right way of learning for the child. So that parents can maximize the talent possessed by the child.

Design Expert System to Identify Student Talent Based on Personality Type Using Certainty Factor Method in SMP Muhammadiyah Kandis Siak Riau Province

<p class="Abstract">The goal of this research is to create a system design that "can assist parents and teachers in recognizing the talents of their students" based on the child's personality, so that parents and teachers can provide "the right education and learning patterns for students". The author discovers that there is no expert system in SMP Muhammadiyah Kandis to identify children's talents based on personality type using certainty factor methods, and that at SMP Muhammadiyah Kandis, evaluations are still done manually and only to determine intelligence, not to determine student talent. The research method that the author uses is the Research and Development method, where the development method that the author uses is the Waterfall method according to Pressman, which the stages consist of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, Development.‎ Based on the findings of the authors' research, the authors were successful in creating this research product, with the functional suitability test results from two experts obtaining a feasibility value of 100%, which was declared Very Fair, and the compatibility test results obtaining a feasibility value of 100%, which was declared Very Eligible and the feasibility score for the usability test was 86.3%, which was declared Very Eligible, and the feasibility score for the material result test was 81%, which was declared Very Eligible, and the feasibility score for the Indonesian linguistic test was 87.5%, which was declared Very Eligible. The aim of this study is to develop a expert system to identify children's interests and talents that are validated and worthy of being operated.</p>

IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI DENGAN PENDEKATAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING

The development of children's talents and interests would be better done early on, one of which, of course, starts from schools based on early childhood education with various levels of programs, in the application of teaching to children from an early age, of course it is very necessary to develop self through activities based on counseling guidance so that Children grow and develop both intellectually, emotionally and socially. This study aims to discuss the implementation of early childhood education with a counseling guidance approach, a case study conducted in one of the early childhood education schools (PAUD) located in Indragiri Hulu (INHU) Regency, Riau. Based on the results of the study, this early childhood education not only applied Islamic education but also began to apply the guidance and counseling approach, in its teaching, although its weakness, it did not have educators who graduated from early childhood and counseling guidance. Overall, the implementation of counseling guidance in this school has started to run, has not been equipped with facilities and infrastructure, but this school has the creativity to cover this shortcoming.

Application of Homeschooling in the Formation of Islamic Character an Indonesian Celebrity Children

This research aims to reveal that some Indonesian artists believe homeschooling education is better than formal education, as is common in regular schools. Also, homeschooling is an alternative for not dropping out of school or education amid artists' busy schedules, especially Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature study. The primary data source is the document of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 129 of 2014 concerning homeschooling. Secondary data is from journals, books, articles and other people's writings and statements about homeschooling. Data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. The triangulation technique does credibility. Data analysis was performed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. This research results that homeschooling education is in line with the Islamic perspective, namely honing children's talents as beings whose nature is accompanied by the nature of their respective talents and interests, and is appropriate among Indonesian celebrities in the formation of the Islamic character of children whose parents are more selective and on target in providing education with a harmonious example and habituation between children, tutors and parents.

Sistem Pakar Untuk Mengetahui Minat dan Bakat Pada Anak Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Forward Chaining

In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic (Coronavirus Disease-19) it has affected various fields, especially the field of psychology in knowing children's interests and talents. Children's interests and talents are parents' problems in knowing the hidden abilities of children, especially at the age of 4-6 years. According to the journal US Office Of Education (USOE) America, the age of 4-6 years is a suitable age to find out interests and talents by conducting an aptitude interest test. The benefits of parents knowing the interests of children's talents, namely parents can find out the right and appropriate level of education. The results of the interview with Mrs. Rr.Wara Setija Brawidjajani.,S.Psi obtained information that interests and talents in children can be known by direct observation or direct observation of children's growth and development at home. The results of interviews with experts obtained data testing and training data. Therefore, the forward chaining method is used because of its compatibility with the method used by psychologists. The forward chaining method is a method that uses sustainable premises to find conclusions. Using this expert system can make it easier for every parent to find out their child's interests and talents as well as the right way of learning with an accuracy rate of 91.8%.

The Role of TPD Pay Al Ma'ruf on Education of Orphans and Dhuafa Around The Al Ma'ruf Mosque

The cost of education is a common problem for students, especially in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the free time that parents use to earn a living for the family during the Covid-19 pandemic has made a minimal role in social education and character guidance for children at home. For this reason, the role of the community is needed in helping to finance education and character building for underprivileged families. This study attempts to describe the role of the Al Ma'ruf Orphans Education Fund Management Team (TPD PAY) in the education of orphans and poor people around the al-Ma'ruf mosque. This type of research is based on a qualitative approach paradigm with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review. Then, it is analyzed through data sorting techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the role of TPD PAY Al Ma'ruf for orphans and poor people around the al Ma'ruf mosque is very beneficial. This is marked by 3 aspects, namely (1) providing educational scholarships for orphans and poor people around the al Ma'ruf mosque, (2) fostering children's character based on the Koran, and (3) supporting children's talents and creativity.

Measurement of Tibial Bone Length and Body Weight as Factors that Determine The Running Speed of 5th Grade Elementary School Students

<p><strong><em>Introduction</em></strong><em>: Improving the quality of human resources in the field of sports needs to be done by coaching from an early age. One of the things that can be done is to find and identify the talents possessed by elementary school students to find out the potential for sports that are following the child's talents. Running is an important sport in early school development. In the 100 meter sprint, runners try to achieve maximum speed, one of which is influenced by body structure. The longer the legs, the faster they run. On the other hand, with a child's weight, the greater the weight, the slower it tends to be. This research aims to determine the effect of tibia bone length and body weight on running speed.</em></p><p><strong><em>Methods</em></strong><em>: The activity was carried out at the State Elementary School 15 Mangkubumen Lor Surakarta. Class V. There were 33 students involved in the measurement of the foot length and weight. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis are used as educational material and input for sports teachers at the school.</em></p><p><strong><em>Results and discussions</em></strong><em>: The average leg length was 30.51 cm and the average weight was 36.33 Kg. While the average running speed is 4.74 m/s. Statistical test of the regression coefficient showed that leg length (β = 0.424; p = 0.018) and body weight (β = -0.488; p = 0.007) means that these two components have an effect on running speed.</em></p><p><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong><em>: Leg length has a positive effect while weight has a negative effect on running speed.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p> </p>

PENGEMBANGAN KREATIVITAS DALAM SENTRA PERSIAPAN DI TA-TK AL AZHAR SYIFA BUDI SOLO

This paper describes the development of creativity in the preparation center for TA-TK Al-Azhar Syifa Budi Solo. The preparation center is one of the learning centers in early childhood education institutions. This center is a place to play for reading, writing, math, and other activities that support children's preparation for primary school. However, it should be noted that provision for early childhood to continue primary school is not only reading and counting skills, but also children's creativity needs to be developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the preparation center in developing children's creativity in Al Azhar Syifa Budi Solo Kindergarten. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the four elements of creativity (person, process, press, product) are contained in learning at the center of creativity. The purpose of developing creativity in Al Azhar TA-Kindergarten is to build children's character and to recognize children's talents and interests. The teacher is the main key to developing children's creativity. Because the teacher plays a role in designing activities, selecting games, presenting games, and evaluating the results of children's play. There are efforts to improve teacher competence, namely by participating in seminars, workshops, training and competitions which are participated in by teachers.

The participation of children in the labor sector is increasing, as in Indonesia which is a very important aspect in the field of child protection in general. Employment economic aspects of Indonesian society now and in the future remain open to child labor which is often abused so that slavery often occurs. The purpose of this study is to uncover the criminal penalties for perpetrators of child slavery. This type of research is normative legal research with a cases and conceptual approach. Legal sources are primary and secondary legal sources, while data collection techniques are carried out by examining existing library materials which are then analyzed systematically. The results of the study reveal that entrepreneurs/businesses that employ children who violate or limit the work carried out to develop their children's talents and income are punished with imprisonment of 1 to 12 months and/or fined.

Community service is non-formal education for physical education teachers in schools, through educational activities, and educational outreach that can support community development. Education for the community is one of the implementations of the tri-dharma of higher education. Community service through the socialization of volleyball sport rules to physical education teachers throughout Cimanggu District, Regency. Cilacap. is an effort to: (1) find out and provide an understanding of the level of sports human resource management knowledge of physical education teachers in schools throughout Cimanggu District; (2) know and describe the potential of sports human resources in schools throughout Cimanggu District. This Community Service is carried out to provide education to Physical Education teachers in each school about the Volleyball Sports Rules for Physical Education Teachers and identify talents in schools from an early age to create a generation of outstanding people. As a result of this community service, there has been an increase in knowledge about skills in preparing training programs and understanding in identifying children's talents in looking for athletes in schools, especially in the field of Volleyball.

The research method used is descriptive qualitative by taking data from a questionnaire distributed to respondents, namely parents and guardians of children who live in Cirebon and Majalengka. The results of this study are that 91.3% of parents and guardians of children have implemented democratic parenting in their care and as many as 8.7% of parents and guardians of students still apply permissive parenting. In this case, parents also play an important role in developing children's talents, namely as motivators and facilitators.

Penerapan metode eksperimen mencampur warna dengan media cat air di TK Aisyiyah Pekalongan

Activities that involve students directly are very meaningful, especially activities that can develop children's talents and interests. The background of this research is that there are still many children who do not know how to mix colors. In this case the method with experiments and media with watercolors. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. In each cycle consists of: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the children of the B3 group of TK Aisyiyah Pekalongan, totaling 16 children. The results of the research on pre-cycle activities were 57.19. In the first cycle, mixing colors was 74, 69. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the children got an average score of 81,87. This shows that the value of the child has increased from the pre-cycle activities I was 17.50 and the second cycle was 7.18. The expected development achievement in Pre-cycle activities is only 14.58%.

The Role of Distance Education in Detecting Talent Indicators in Kindergarten from the Teachers' Distance: دور التعليم عن بُعد في الكشف عن مؤشرات الموهبة لدى أطفال الروضة من وجهة نظر المعلمات

The current study aimed to know the role of Distance education in revealing the talent indicators, whether cognitive or personality, in kindergarten from the teachers' Distance in the Madinah region, to demonstrate the importance of teachers' observation on children's talent indicators during the virtual classroom. In order to achieve this, the questionnaire tool was prepared according to several specifications. For the purpose of getting accurate results, the Alpha Cronbach coefficient was used, and the quantitative descriptive method was used for the study. The sample of the study reached (123) teachers. To begin with, the results of the study indicated that: all statements in both cognitive-behavioral indicators (general educational, linguistic, mathematical thinking) and personal behavioral indicators (social-emotional, creative, motivation) were completely limited to the extent that they are high. Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences between governmental and private kindergartens among children in the talent indicators. However, there were statistically significant differences between the governmental and private kindergartens among children in the talent indicators in favor of the age group (from 5 to 6 years) for the age group (from 4 Years to less than 5 years). Lastly, there were no statistically significant differences between females and males among children in giftedness indicators.

THE ROLE-PLAY FOR CHILD CARE IN FAMILIAL ENTREPRENEUR IN ENREKANG REGENCY

The main problem in this study is how the pattern of parenting children in the family of traders and how the pattern of parenting is applied in the family of traders to support the development of children's talents. The purpose of this study is to find out how the behavior patterns of parents in raising children, knowing what values ​​children get from parenting, and how children act in society. The location of this research is in Lewaja Village, Enrekang Regency because this location is found by many traders. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model analysis that uses three main components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. In summary, the results of this study are that the role of parents has not been fully implemented properly, because there are still many parents who give their roles to other institutions, this is done due to several considerations because many parents cannot fully supervise their children because they are busy making a living. But some parents teach their education to their children because there are parents who want to play a direct role in shaping the role of children's development. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that directly or indirectly, parents have a very large role in shaping the character and personality values ​​of children.
