In modern conditions, human capital is the most significant asset of any organization, because it is employees, both at the individual level and in the team, who contribute to achieving common goals. Effective management of human resources contributes to maintaining the competitive position of the organization in the market, successful activities in the face of fierce competition and provides opportunities for strategic development. In today’s business environment, HR management is becoming extremely important, because it is aimed at optimizing personnel costs and achieving high results of the organization. The article "Modern Challenges and Opportunities of HR Management" examines the main trends and problems faced by HR managers in the conditions of modern business. The author analyzes the influence of digitalization, remote work and changes in corporate culture on the function of personnel management. The issues of maintaining the well-being of employees, introducing innovative technologies and developing talents as key factors of successful HR management are separately covered.
